A good hotel with great sunrise view😍
The hotel is located at high floors, so the view is not blocked at all.
In terms of room cleanliness, the bedsheet is clean and we do not find dust everywhere.
I joined the morning breakfast buffet at ¥2000 only.
The breakfast was yummy(especially the salad), but I would say they could provide more food choices.
Generally it was a nice and economical stay. The hotel is also located next to Bentencho Station, which is very convenient to take the JR.
Highly recommended 💓 thank you for the good hospitality!!
This hotel is super convenient, just a 2-3 minute walk from Sakai Station. There are also tons of izakayas nearby. The room was really spacious with a nice view. Breakfast was extensive and delicious, but I had a bit too much to drink the night before, so my appetite wasn't great and I only picked up a few things.

The hotel's location is quite good, not far from the Shinsaibashi shopping district and Dotonbori, and closest to Nagahoribashi subway station. Aside from the slightly small bathroom, the room wasn't too cramped. The breakfast was pretty good for the price. For a two-day trip, I highly recommend considering the Osaka Amazing Pass, which offers free subway rides and entry to nearly 40 attractions (Osaka Castle Park + cruise, Tempozan Ferris Wheel + cruise, Tsutenkaku Tower, etc.).

The hotel is located in the business district, just a short walk from the subway station. I did my research beforehand, so I knew that check-in was upstairs. There are plenty of restaurant choices nearby, and some famous local ramen places have a much better ambiance than those in Shinsaibashi. The only drawback is that the room was a bit small, but it was clean and the soundproofing was decent.

It's a bit of a walk from the subway station. It's actually more around Nihonbashi. It's close to the Tanico store, and convenient for taking the Nankai line to the airport. Just be aware that the hotel doesn't provide complimentary water. Otherwise, the staff attitude was great, and the duvet and pillows were incredibly comfortable.

Completely exceeded my expectations! The lobby decor is grand yet cozy 🏡, and the bellhop was super enthusiastic about helping with luggage 🧳. The room's soundproofing was so good I couldn't hear any noise 🤫, and waking up to the morning sun was incredibly refreshing 🌞. Checkout was super fast, no long waits ⌛. Highly recommended!
The hotel room was quite spacious for Japanese standards, and it was a convenient walk to the subway station. The TV in the room wasn't directly facing the bed, but rather the sofa side. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and I'd recommend it for travelers. The cleanliness was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were very smooth. They even deliver all your luggage to your room, so the service is fantastic.
Great location for Universal studios. About 5 min walk. Easy check in and staff are quick and very polite. Room tax is charged per room per night 200yen. Very convenient to city walk where you will find many shops like 7.11, Lawson and many restaurants of all cuisines. Hotel is close to station. Room was large and beds comfortable. They have amenities available on G/F such as toothbrush, brush, cotton pads etc. Breakfast buffet was good selection and also has kids corne.
The hotel is conveniently located right outside Sakurajima Station. The environment is nice, and the two main highlights are the hot springs and the breakfast. I soaked in the hot springs for four days straight, it was incredibly relaxing! The breakfast quality is excellent. We were traveling with my elderly mother, so we bought breakfast for her. She could sleep in, then enjoy a good meal before heading out to explore, which really helped her stay energized! Walking to Universal Studios isn't too far either, about a 15-minute walk, which is perfectly acceptable.

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel left us with mixed feelings. On one hand, it’s very stylish, and the rooms are beautiful. Location is perfect with two steps from the metro station. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.
However, there were a couple of disappointing points.
1) The male receptionist who checked us in was surprisingly unfriendly and behaved in a rather strange way, which made the first impression uncomfortable.
2) Another issue was the rooms. We booked two “Premier” corner rooms and were expecting a nice view, but both were on a very low floor, and the large corner windows faced a blank wall. It felt odd to have such beautiful windows with no view at all.
In the end, it was a decent stay, but the experience was definitely mixed.
MM49235****The hotel shares facilities with Spa World. When I visited, it was decorated for Christmas. The room itself was decent, but they don't provide slippers, which was a bit inconvenient. For dining, you can eat at the large cafeteria on the third floor of Spa World or at one of their other restaurants. There's a good variety of choices, and the prices are reasonable.
GGuest UserThe location is absolutely fantastic! It's super convenient for shopping and getting around, perfect for families with kids who love to shop. You can't really compare it to hotels in China at the same price point, but compared to other Japanese hotels, the 25-square-meter twin room is quite spacious – big enough to open two large suitcases, and the twin beds can even be pushed together to make a king size. It's especially close to Universal Studios Japan and Kobe! And the best part is how quiet it is – we had a great night's sleep. Very satisfied! Highly recommend!

XXiangbinwentiThis hotel's room size absolutely blows away other Japanese hotels in the same price range; I could open two large suitcases with no problem. The shower head is a Refa, and the location is fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk to Shinsaibashi! Thanks to a kind tip in another review, if you have large luggage, take Exit 18 from Honmachi Station on the Midosuji Line for direct elevator access. There's also a 7-Eleven at Exit 18, which is super convenient! It's half an hour to USJ and an hour to the airport. I'll definitely stay here again next time!
GGuest UserThe room is big. No problem to fit a family of 4 adults.
There is a convenience store on the second floor; you can buy snacks and food. You can use the shared microwave oven and water dispensing machine at the common area of each floor. There is no hot water at the water dispenser; you still need to boil water in your room if you wish to have hot water. The hotel had no prepared coffee pack inside the room.
Complimentary toothbrushes, shavers, hairbrushes, and shower caps are placed on the second floor; you need to pick them up yourself before going up to your room. It's just next to the souvenir shop.
MM765968****The hotel has a simple and clean style, and the environment and hygiene are also very good. Most importantly, the room size is a bit larger, which I'm very satisfied with. The front desk staff were very courteous during check-in and check-out. The hotel's location is excellent; there's a Hankyu Oasis supermarket downstairs, and Lawson and 7-Eleven are not far away. The subway station is also very close, just a three-minute walk, and it's only two stops to Shinsaibashi. This three-day trip to Osaka was fantastic, posted from Tokyo.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent — directly connected to Shinsaibashi subway station, opposite Parco and Daimaru, with Amerikamura just behind the hotel. Very convenient for shopping and getting around.
Service was good and housekeeping was reliable. Although the hotel is older, the room was well maintained and clean, which is expected in Japan. I would stay here again mainly for the location.
One small thing to note is the check-in policy, which is strictly at 3pm. When I arrived earlier (around 1pm), I was stopped before I reach the reception counter, and asked to leave my luggage first and come back later, which was a bit unexpected, but understandable given hotel policies. I did go back at 3pm and there was already a long check in queue
DDangdixiangdaosumetzhaoxmThis five-star hotel, with over 30 years of history, is nestled between Hankyu and Umeda. The doorman's service was excellent, truly making guests feel at home. We booked a quad room with two generously sized beds. The bathroom was quite spacious, and compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan this trip, despite the slightly older toilet, it was still very good overall. The hotel service was great, and housekeeping was thorough. There are several restaurants to choose from within the hotel, but just across the street, along the subway line, there's a fantastic food street with many small eateries worth trying.
GGuest UserThe good stuffs. Easy accessible location and Conveniently located from airport and shopping districts. The room is big in Japan standard and fit comfortable with family size of 5. The onsen is excellent and very clean. There are some special events outside and tour guide around the area. Room and floor is quite quiet.
The bad stuffs. The neighborhood around the area is not very nice and felt unsafe. There is extra cost for onsen which i felt should be included in the price. For a family of 5 all in one room with 1 toilet is not as great.
