The room was spotless, and the location was excellent, with everything conveniently close by. Maybe it was because of Halloween 🎃, but when I first arrived, there was a DJ playing music, which created a fantastic atmosphere.
I also want to give a special shout-out to the handsome guy at the front desk who spoke Chinese. He was incredibly helpful and patient and even managed to get me tickets to a Japanese ice hockey game!
I highly recommend this hotel! 👍

The transportation here is incredibly convenient. It's located right above Osaka Station, so the front desk is on the 19th floor. Downstairs, you'll find the JR lines and various subway lines. Being in the heart of Umeda, there are tons of shopping malls nearby like Daimaru, Umeda Hankyu, and LUCUA, all just a short walk away – super handy. We took the airport bus from the airport, which also drops you off close to the hotel.
The location is excellent, right next to Kintetsu Department Store and Tennoji subway station. It's a very bustling area, surrounded by shopping malls. The room was small, and the window couldn't be opened. Had I known this, I probably wouldn't have booked here. Aside from a rather unremarkable outdoor view, it was otherwise quite decent.
However, the hotel's listing on Ctrip didn't provide clear directions from the subway station, so I had to rely on piecing together information from other guest reviews to find my way. Tennoji station is massive, and it's easy to get lost or pick the wrong exit. I had trouble finding the Yilan Ramen shop at first. The hotel staff didn't speak Chinese, and their English was very limited, so we had to use translation apps to communicate.
Oh, and upon check-in, I was informed of an additional tax of about 10 Chinese Yuan (CNY) per night. My booking with Ctrip clearly stated that taxes were included, but I never ended up following up with them about it.
Hotel Nikko definitely deserves a great review from me! The overall quality control, service responsiveness, and efficiency are all excellent. For the price, it's incredibly good value for money in Osaka. The hotel itself is very spacious, and it's just a short walk to Daimaru department store. On the day I checked in, there was a minor issue with the curtains. I reported it to the front desk, and they promptly sent someone to fix it at the agreed-upon time, which was a nice touch! The only slight drawback was that the lobby baggage attendant wasn't very smiling, but everything else was fantastic!

Fantastic hotel and services!! My sister and I were amazed by The staffs at Hotel Shiki Utsubo Park, as they are truly exceptional! Their warm, polite, and respectful manner made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived. The front office team was especially kind, always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality set this hotel apart. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Osaka! Everything is great here!

The hotel is located in the business district, just a short walk from the subway station. I did my research beforehand, so I knew that check-in was upstairs. There are plenty of restaurant choices nearby, and some famous local ramen places have a much better ambiance than those in Shinsaibashi. The only drawback is that the room was a bit small, but it was clean and the soundproofing was decent.

The room was small but very clean and well-equipped. You can pick up toiletries you need, as well as nutritional supplements and face masks, from the lobby. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store downstairs, and the service was excellent. Every day, they'd give us a spa code so we could use the hot spring anytime. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the subway, but it's great if you enjoy walking.
Facilities: Excellent
Cleanliness: Very clean
Environment: Good
Service: Good
The hotel room was quite spacious for Japanese standards, and it was a convenient walk to the subway station. The TV in the room wasn't directly facing the bed, but rather the sofa side. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and I'd recommend it for travelers. The cleanliness was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were very smooth. They even deliver all your luggage to your room, so the service is fantastic.

A good hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is good, and the staff is polite. They provide fresh towels every day. The ventilation in the bathroom works well, and there is great water pressure for hot water. However, I wasn't impressed with the breakfast, although I don't consider this a major drawback.

We stayed in a deluxe twin. It’s nice spacious room with two 4 ft beds, even have a seating area with a couch in the room. The room acoustic is great, you don’t hear much traffic at all, except for sirens and some jerks roaming their sport cars engines at night. The amenities is great, please do explore around the hotel.
The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Nipponbashi and Namba station and is tucked slightly away from the bustling Namba and yet is just a street away.
Hotel staff team is very polite, good English speaking and helpful. They helped me to change restaurant reservation as I don’t speak Japanese.
Will definitely come back again.

Great
DDingmaomisThe room design was modern and minimalist, making excellent use of the space, and it was spotless. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, which unfortunately led to a restless first night. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor lounge on the ground floor. The Western-style set breakfast was also quite delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel.
PPatrick_t_- don’t allow friends or people visiting.
- after checkout, you cannot use luggage storage service
- staff english need to be improved, not so clear instructions for foreigners
- nice spa facilities
- good value and breakfast
- comfortable room and bed
- excellent location

JjoyingladyThe hotel's location is quite good, not far from the Shinsaibashi shopping district and Dotonbori, and closest to Nagahoribashi subway station. Aside from the slightly small bathroom, the room wasn't too cramped. The breakfast was pretty good for the price. For a two-day trip, I highly recommend considering the Osaka Amazing Pass, which offers free subway rides and entry to nearly 40 attractions (Osaka Castle Park + cruise, Tempozan Ferris Wheel + cruise, Tsutenkaku Tower, etc.).
Ssherryyy_xThe room was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating two large suitcases fully open. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around and find places to eat. The biggest pleasant surprise was the bathroom; not only did it have a separate wet and dry area, but it also featured a large bathtub perfect for a relaxing soak. The hotel service was outstanding as well, with a warm, attentive, and highly responsive front desk. It was a very satisfying stay overall.
XXihongshidundunfanqieThe location is excellent, right outside the Rinku Town station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The room cleanliness is good, and there's a luggage storage room on the second floor, which is very handy. There's also a Lawson convenience store on the second floor, making shopping easy. However, the bathroom is tiny, the toilet is mediocre, and the wet/dry separation isn't great. There was a lot of wind noise at night, and strange sounds from outside the door. Overall, aside from the noise, I was quite satisfied.

XXiemimiThe hotel view is absolutely fantastic, offering a great cityscape of Osaka. From the better room types, you get a direct view of a large area of Umeda, including the train station. The decor is European style, though it feels a bit 'knock-off' – like a fake European imitation. The details don't hold up under close inspection, and the cleanliness is noticeably not as good as in Tokyo. They're very generous with amenities, providing a lot. Breakfast is à la carte, suitable for those who enjoy Western breakfast; I found it pretty good, and the bread was quite tasty. There was a musty smell in the room, so overall, it didn't feel very high-end. The bedding was also quite ordinary. Its strengths are definitely the view and the value for money.
DdongjunyiWe arrived at the hotel after 10 PM and checked out at 8 AM the next day, so we didn't get to experience any of the activities. However, I still really liked the hotel's style. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka to properly enjoy it.
