BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! Very clean and all staff amazing, especially Quyen who kindly did our check in and was polite and helpful. Did not need room cleaning as only stayed 2 days but room was clean and had everything needed. (Hair drier, teas, water). Great stay.

Check-in was relatively smooth, although I didn't encounter any Chinese-speaking staff for the process. The room wasn't very big, and the decor definitely showed its age. I stayed on the 6th floor, which wasn't very high, so the view was limited. They didn't have any high-floor double rooms available. The breakfast selection was standard. I also received a JR e-ticket, but I wasn't sure where to use it, so I didn't end up using it at all.

🌟 **Stunning High-Altitude Views, Osaka's Nightscape at Your Fingertips**
The biggest selling point of this hotel is undoubtedly its high-rise location! All guest rooms are situated on the 16th floor and above. We were on a high floor, and through the room's enormous windows, the entire cityscape of Osaka unfolded beneath us. At night, the traffic lights on Midosuji Avenue looked like a golden river, and the distant Umeda Sky Building and Namba's high-rises glittered with lights. This feeling of being surrounded by the entire city was truly dreamy; I couldn't stop taking photos.
🚇 **Excellent and Convenient Location**
The hotel is located on Osaka's main thoroughfare, Midosuji Avenue. While in a bustling area, it offers a peaceful retreat. Transportation is incredibly convenient; it's just a 3-5 minute walk from Yodoyabashi Station (Exit 13). Whether you're heading to Shin-Osaka for the Shinkansen or going shopping in Umeda or Shinsaibashi, it's only one subway stop away, or even walkable.
* **Shopper's Paradise:** Walk or take one subway stop to Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street and Umeda Hankyu Department Store.
* **Daily Conveniences:** Downstairs, there's a convenience store (7-Eleven), a drug store, and many local ramen shops and izakayas, so late-night dining is never a problem.
🛏️ **High-Quality Accommodation Facilities**
The hotel's interior design is a modern, minimalist business style, very chic. The lobby is on the 15th floor, serving as both a reception area and a sky lounge with expansive views.
* **Room Amenities:** For its class in Japan, this hotel offers surprisingly spacious rooms. There's plenty of space to open up suitcases. The attention to detail is excellent; in addition to standard toiletries, they even thoughtfully provide a hair straightener/curler, which is a lifesaver for women! The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the shower pressure is strong enough to wash away a day's fatigue.
* **Executive Lounge:** If your budget allows, I highly recommend booking an executive floor room. The private lounge on the top floor offers unparalleled views. The afternoon tea desserts and happy hour cocktails are of high quality. Watching the sunset here while waiting for the night view creates an incredibly atmospheric experience.
Excellent hotel! Great location right by the river, and the pier is super close, making it easy to get to the aquarium in the morning. It's also really convenient for Universal Studios Japan; you can just cut through the hotel's garden parking lot to get there!

An absolutely wonderful Japanese hotel experience. The lovely lady at the front desk, who spoke Chinese, kindly explained how to use all the hotel facilities. The onsen (hot spring) was definitely the biggest highlight; a soak in the evening really helped to relieve the day's fatigue. The ladies' room was especially thoughtful, equipped with a vanity mirror and a curling iron. It was very quiet, and the room was clean too.

The hotel is conveniently located between JR Osaka Station and Umeda subway stations, about a 10–12 minute walk, and can be easily accessed via elevated walkways.
In the afternoon, the hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea, and in the evening there is a free lounge with unlimited drinks and light snacks, which is a great bonus.
Guests can enjoy the large public bath both in the morning and at night, with the last entry available until 1:00 a.m. The hotel also provides a wide range of skincare products and amenities for guests, which adds extra comfort to the stay.
There are two convenience stores and a drugstore right next door, and just one street away is a lively shopping street with a shrine, making the area both convenient and enjoyable to explore.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and exceeded my expectations.

This is a hotel I highly recommend when visiting Osaka.
Even after many trips to Japan, with budgets over 2000 yen, you often end up with cramped spaces if you want a good location. This time, I stayed at this hotel for 5 consecutive days in Osaka. It's a 10-minute walk to Shinsaibashi and 15 minutes to Namba, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. If you want to go to Umeda, it's only about 2 km by taxi, and the subway is even more convenient. It's located right between Shinsaibashi and Umeda. The best part is that it offers more spacious rooms with separate wet and dry areas, fulfilling both the desire for openness and privacy. #HotelRecommendation #ComfortableHotel #OsakaHotelRecommendation

This is a brand new hotel and I was very impressed. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. There's complimentary drinking water and fresh coffee in the lobby, and the coffee is strong and delicious! The hotel has three elevators, which is super convenient. The location is great, right behind Kizu Fish Market – you just have to cross the road from the hotel. There's also a Lawson convenience store right next door. The room was clean and well-equipped. The hairdryer was powerful, and the layout of the room was good, allowing us to open two suitcases comfortably. Our room had a view of the train tracks, which was interesting to watch, but you could hear the trains passing by. The lighting in the room was excellent, with multiple adjustable lights, including white light options. They cleaned the room daily, which was a nice touch. If you're heading to the Nipponbashi or Shinsekai areas, it's about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Namba is about 20 minutes away. It's also very convenient for getting around by train, with the subway station about a 10-minute walk. We got a really good price when we booked!

Very satisfied! The sun shining through the window was so warm. There's a supermarket downstairs with a good selection of items, and a 7-Eleven nearby which is really convenient. It's also pretty close to the subway. I'll definitely come back next time!
I've stayed at this hotel before, and everything—location, transport, price, facilities, and service—was excellent. But this time, it wasn't good. 1. The staff weren't as enthusiastic as before. 2. The front desk guy said they no longer provide bottled water; you have to get it from a dispenser near the elevator. 3. The cleaning staff just tossed my pajamas on top of my suitcase. 4. There were some stains on the duvet cover... I stored my luggage, and I recall being charged for it previously. This time, when I asked how much to pay, the young lady seemed surprised and told me it's free. Mostly, having my pajamas thrown on my suitcase really annoyed me.

Great
GGuest UserElegant Japanese-style courtyard, thoughtful pick-up and drop-off station service, exquisite and rich breakfast, clean and warm rooms, everything can see the intention of the owner of the hotel. In the afternoon, you can learn words in front of the window facing the cherry blossom tree, or book a tea ceremony with the proprietress in advance... This clubhouse outside Osaka and Izumi City is worth coming again. Maple Leaf Season also has to make an appointment with friends to visit the ancient temples in the Tang Dynasty in the nearby Takaye Mountain, looking forward to seeing you next time!
Rrok cClose to the airport. 5 star view. Great for the price. But I can' t recommend breakfast. Not so good quality. Dinner is bit better and there was not many people which was also great. People are nice, fluent english service. I will revisit when I'm here to rinku beach.
SScoot KoreaIt's an old hotel, but it's famous for its hot springs, so it's open 24 hours a day! If you stay at the hotel, the cheap, good hot spring water will be a great help in recovering from fatigue and taking care of your skin! Breakfast is great and delicious!
I love that the parking lot is large and free!
