GGuest UserThe hotel's design is incredibly thoughtful, like being in a peaceful rainforest. For its downtown location, the rooms are a good size, clean, and perfect for tourists to relax after a day out. My favorite spot was the water bar on the second floor – spacious and comfortable, great for a quick break or meeting friends. The large sofas in the waiting area are also a nice touch, offering a comfortable place to sit on both the first and second floors. It was especially helpful that we could store our luggage and rest on the first and second floors when our flight was delayed and we didn't want to go to the airport too early. Thumbs up for that! The only downside was that the breakfast was too Western-focused, which isn't ideal for families with children. It seems more geared towards younger European and American guests, which might align with the hotel's overall concept.

SShanghai CNGood option for a hotel during rainy days as you can enjoy the Spa and resort. Water parks and games (billiard, ping-pong) cost extra charge. Staff speaks little English but everything with clear English instructions. Room was bigger then expdcted and the Hotel Annexe was surprisingly quite. Good connection by metro and train. Some tourists attraction reachable by 20 minutes walk. Your close to an amusement area but had no security concern. Breakfast ok. Luggage storage is complicated but at less feasible at arrivalbif you have suitcase (selfservice locker), but a big handicap if you really need it.

Ddudu1981I've been to Osaka many times, and this is my first time booking this hotel – absolutely delighted!
The location is fantastic, right to the right of the JR station's central exit. You step out of JR and you're there. It's surrounded by shops, right in the heart of the commercial district.
Check-in is on the 19th floor, and the guest rooms are from the 20th to 27th floors, offering great views.
Next time I visit Japan, I'm definitely staying here again. It's conveniently located for transport and shopping, making it perfect for tourists.

JJuexiaodiThe hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway station and consists of two buildings: the main building and an annex. The rooms aren't huge, but they're a good size for hotels in the same price range. They offer 24-hour hot water, coffee, drinks, and a microwave for heating food, which is great. Free luggage storage is also available. There's a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, so communication was seamless. Breakfast was decent too. The only downside, if I had to pick one, was the constant stream of tour groups. It's also just a 5-minute walk from the main shopping street in Shinsaibashi.

GGuest UserI always opt for five-star hotels when I travel, but summer prices were just too high this year. So, I took a friend's recommendation and booked this place instead. 👍
It's about an hour from Kansai Airport, and Exit 13 is the closest to the hotel. The downside is there's no elevator there, so if you have a lot of luggage, I'd suggest Exit 16, which has one.
The hotel's service and facilities are excellent. The room was quite spacious by Japanese hotel standards, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable – we slept soundly every night. The location is also fantastic, about a 15-minute walk to Shinsaibashi. We stayed for five nights this time and visited Kobe and Kyoto. The Chuo and Midosuji subway lines right downstairs were super convenient.
I have to mention one particular incident. Check-out was at 11 AM, and our flight wasn't until 5 PM on the last day. Thinking we had plenty of time, my child and I went to Nipponbashi that morning. It wasn't until we got there that I remembered check-out was at 11! Luckily, my mother wasn't with us; she was having coffee at a cafe across from the hotel. I immediately contacted her and asked her to rush back to check out. But to our surprise, her Huawei phone couldn't connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi when she got back, and the only Pocket Wi-Fi device was with me! 😵💫 Since the reservation was under my name, the front desk needed to confirm check-out with me personally. But there was a language barrier, and my mom had no internet. She was incredibly flustered at that moment. Just then, a Chinese-speaking staff member appeared. He first calmed her down, telling her not to worry and that he would find a way to contact me, also explaining that the hotel's network was often unstable. He then took out a device and tried to connect her phone to the Wi-Fi in the lobby, but after many attempts, it didn't work. So, he took my mother back to the room and tried many more times until it finally connected, and he was able to reach me... His professionalism and meticulous work attitude deeply touched our entire family. We'd like to express our gratitude once again! I will definitely choose Tokyu Stay Osaka Hommachi again next time I visit Osaka. 👍

The hollywood room type was enough spaced and with a fantastic view☺️
The hotel had everything you could need: near reception, you could help yourself to tea or coffee to suit your taste, as well as face masks, body oils and creams.
The room was equipped with bottles of water, a kettle, and toiletries for washing your hair and body.
To use the ladies’ bath, you need to collect a card from reception beforehand. The onsen also had everything you could need: face wash, make-up remover and various types of shampoo.
I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again if I’m in this city.
Thank you to the staff for their professional approach to their work and for looking after the guests.

Pros: They have hot springs, and they're quite good. The breakfast was also decent; I just wish the hours were a little longer. The transportation is fairly convenient, with the subway station a few hundred meters away. There's a convenience store downstairs, which is great for picking up essentials.

RRobin Pan 1005At this price point, it's almost impossible to find any faults. The only minor drawback was how difficult it was to book the morning shuttle to the airport. Other than that, everything from the design and the public bath to the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. RReefurjiangThis hotel offers a truly great experience, it's my favorite in the city center, and the value for money is exceptional. The rooms are a spacious 25 square meters – a huge improvement from previous stays where I've paid more for tiny rooms where I couldn't even open my suitcase! No such worries here. The room was brand new and spotless, with daily housekeeping and water refills. Just a short walk away, there's a 7-Eleven, and on the way back, you'll find plenty of restaurants like Yoshinoya, Torikizoku, and Sukiya. Plus, there's a free hot spring bath on the 2nd floor. It's really relaxing, not huge but perfectly adequate. After a long day, a soak in the tub is pure bliss. Being a Marriott property, the quality is, as expected, top-notch!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Hotel Hanshin Osaka during my trip to Osaka, and overall it was a very satisfying experience, especially for a first-time solo traveler visiting the city.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is definitely its excellent location. The hotel is conveniently connected to transportation, making it extremely easy to travel to many of Osaka’s famous attractions and shopping areas. Whether I wanted to visit Dotonbori, Umeda, Osaka Castle, or even take day trips to nearby cities, getting around was smooth and stress-free. For someone traveling alone and unfamiliar with Osaka, staying here made the entire trip feel much more comfortable and convenient.
Another thing that impressed me was the service provided by the hotel staff. The front desk employees were always polite, professional, and welcoming. They greeted guests with genuine smiles and were very helpful whenever I had questions. Even though there was sometimes a language barrier, they still tried their best to assist me, which made me feel appreciated as a guest. Good hospitality can really affect the overall travel experience, and this hotel certainly delivered in that aspect.
The room itself was clean and well-maintained. Although the room size was slightly small, which is quite common in Japan, the facilities inside were surprisingly complete and thoughtfully arranged. Everything I needed was provided, and the layout was efficient enough that I still felt comfortable during my stay. The in-room hot spring bath was also a very enjoyable feature. After spending long hours walking around Osaka every day, being able to relax in the warm bath at night was incredibly refreshing and helped me recover from fatigue.
If I had to mention one downside, it would only be the limited room space. However, considering the location, service quality, cleanliness, and facilities, I still think this hotel offers great value overall.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka for the first time, especially solo travelers who want a convenient, comfortable, and reliable place to stay.
