Hotels With spa in Izmir Province, Türkiye

Overall a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is great and the daily housekeeping service is very good. There was one gentleman who was really very nice and helped us figure out the bus to the airport. He even drove us to the bus stop to show us where it was. It was just a few minutes away but really nice of him. Some cons and things to take note of: 1. Most staff DO NOT speak English. They use google translate which is effective for the most part, but tough if you need to have a discussion. 2. The hotel page mentions airport drop of free. The hotel claims it’s not included and impossible to have a discussion so couldn’t do much. Not sure if this is a trip.com issue or a hotel issue. 3. Breakfast really is very good. But it’s a fixed Turkish breakfast so if you have dietaries this may be tough. The staff would casually ask “tea,coffee, juice?” as though it was all included and then when we were checking out we get a bill of £40 for a few coffees. Seems only the tea was included. When we told them no one informed us if it was chargeable, all they did was offer us 2 coffees in the morning to compensate. Really not okay. 4. LOUD MUSIC. There is music playing loudly till 1am. The first 2 nights it was a bit quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on till 1am. When we complained around 12 they said oh this is normal but now since some guests have complained we’ll reduce the volume. Really didn’t make much of a difference. Last night there, completely spoilt the lovely few days we had there.

The room was very clean. With a child, we added a single bed for free. The swimming pool and beach were beautiful!

An amazing and comfortable hotel right on the beachfront. The staff are incredibly professional; a huge thanks to the reception team – they were polite and explained everything clearly. We booked a room with a view, and it was absolutely beautiful. The room had everything we needed, the bedding was very comfortable and warm. The toiletries were beyond excellent. The spa is fantastic, and I really enjoyed the services there. I had a peel and a massage, and the lady from Bali did an amazing job. Breakfast was superb with an excellent selection. The rooftop restaurant was also great – tasty and diverse! They even had sushi. Overall, the hotel chain definitely lives up to its reputation. The hotel has its own parking for 10 euros per day.

The luggage was almost lost by Pegasus Airlines, so we asked them to retrieve it and send it to the hotel. The hotel was very responsible and helped me keep an eye on the luggage and tried to help us contact the airline. The hotel's buffet restaurant is priced similar to domestic five-star hotels, and the dishes are very rich, with local specialties and European breakfast. The private beach downstairs of the hotel is very beautiful and worth a vacation. The photos on the Internet are not as beautiful as what you actually see. The lobby and rooms are very stylish and have a sense of luxury.

The hotel is big and very industrial. Booked a 2 bedroom grand suite. The communal areas are very big and well furnished. The master bedroom is a good size but the 2nd bedroom is very cramped for twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped but as an apartment for 4 only had crockery and glasses for 2. The area is very grubby as it is in the heart of the car workshops. The communal areas in the hotel are very grubby and look dirty and rundown except for the reception area. Would not use again and in my opinion £400 for 2 nights was excessive. That said the buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.

I had an excellent stay at Alves Hotel Izmir. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable. I especially liked the TV and the shower, both of which were high quality. The sauna and Turkish bath were also a great addition and made the stay even more relaxing. The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious food, and everything was well prepared. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Considering the quality of the hotel, the facilities, and the service, the price is excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Izmir! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Izmir. Although we stayed for only one night, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is elegant, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and beautifully maintained. The location is next to Istinye shopping mall and is also excellent for exploring the city by ferry ,metro or tram line. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

The room was large but had a tiny little window facing out onto a courtyard filled with pipes and ac vents. Dim lighting coupled with muted brown wall colour made it feel like a coffin. Called customer experience number on phone and was hung up on .....most likely a language barrier. The water in the bathroom was lukewarm. Front desk service was very helpful especially when helping one of us who needed medication. It was difficult organizing food when we arrived late at night( phone in room was having issues dialing and electronic ordering system was unable to handle room numbers starting with an M) however when it arrived it was tasty.

The hotel was very clean, pleasant, and nice. We were satisfied with the spa facilities. The evening piano show was delightful to listen to. However, we couldn't enjoy the room's view because the windows were dirty from the outside.

No elevator, close to the airport, warm welcome electronic screen, I lived in the parent-child room, one big bed, two small beds, but the parent-child room did not have air conditioning, and the big bed had air conditioning. The sink is not very convenient, But the rocking chair is very comfortable!
