Anonymous UserThis hotel is incredibly stylish, and its location right in the heart of the old town was super convenient. Since it was the middle of a hot June, being able to pop back to the hotel for a shower and a break after sightseeing was a lifesaver, all thanks to its prime location. The staff were also incredibly kind; when I was feeling a bit rundown from the heat, they even let me rest on the lobby sofa after checking out. I truly recommend this hotel. Thank you!

Guest UserThis was the most 'unusual' hotel we stayed at in Uzbekistan. Although the hotel is quite new, having been built in 2025, and boasts an impressive design, the hallways on the guest room floors were poorly ventilated and always smelled of sewage. The air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy, like sleeping right next to an outdoor AC unit, making it impossible for light sleepers to get any rest. Consequently, on our first night, we had to approach the front desk to request a room change. The front desk staff on duty responded fairly quickly and agreed to our request. Late at night, we moved all our luggage with the staff to the new room. We finally managed to sleep, but the next morning we discovered that the second room was not only much smaller but also had unstable Wi-Fi, forcing us to rely on mobile data. Still, at least we could sleep, so we decided to make do.
But the strange incidents didn't stop there. Our check-in process was already quite bumpy. We waited for a long time at the front desk while the staff spent ages typing on the computer with our passports, busy with who knows what, refusing to hand over the keys. We guessed the room wasn't ready, so we told them we'd accept a double room, even if it meant a bit of a squeeze for the two of us. Only then did they finally prepare the room cards.
Back to the room. The next day, we decided to wait for the sun to go down a bit before heading out, so when housekeeping knocked to clean the room, we asked them to come back in 40 minutes, which they readily agreed to. However, when we returned later that day, we found that no one had come to clean the room.
The only redeeming factor was the dining experience; both breakfast and dinner were very satisfying. The restaurant staff spoke fluent English, were friendly and attentive, and the food selection was rich, fresh, and delicious.

JulianCLYou can tell the hotel is a bit old, but for the price, it's acceptable. It's located outside the ancient city, but not far by car. My favorite part was the outdoor pool, though it was crowded with kids. The gym was also spacious, but unfortunately, some of the equipment was a bit dated. The service and rooms were decent. There are plenty of food options and shops nearby. It seemed like there were a lot of guests overall. As for breakfast, it was nothing special.

I had a wonderful stay. The most beautiful room I experienced in Uzbekistan. The hotel is built around a central open courtyard, with rooms on all sides. When you step out of your room, you’re on a balcony overlooking the space, facing the other rooms across the way. It gives the whole place a really calm, traditional feel.
What truly made the stay special, though, was the hospitality. The hotel is family-run, and the owner is incredibly kind and thoughtful. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, getting us water at night, arranging something for us to eat before a late departure, and helping organize a taxi. His son also helps run the place and he's really kind, diligent and attentive
Breakfast was also very enjoyable, served in a bright and welcoming room that made mornings feel relaxed and pleasant.
Overall, a warm, comfortable, and genuinely caring place to stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bukhara.

If anyone is wondering where to stay in Bukhara, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location, hospitality, cleanliness, food, and security were all top-notch. In particular, the room's interior design was so beautiful that it really made me feel like I was traveling in a wonderful city. I also requested a room with a bathtub, and they provided a very spacious one where I could comfortably stretch my legs. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and if I ever have the chance to visit Bukhara again, I will definitely book this place.

Loved staying here. Excellent, yet peaceful, location right in the middle of the ‘old town’, surrounded by shops and restaurants and most , if not all , of the important sites within walking distance. Friendly service, comfortable rooms and lovely breakfast. ( note this is Rayyan 1 hotel, next to the Synagogue, not sister hotel Rayyan 2, which Yandex taxi might take you close to, but still within walking distance)

Guest UserThis is an excellent boutique hotel with comfortable rooms. It also operates a popular Western restaurant where I ate every day. The location is superb; right outside, you'll find the Afanti statue, various madrasahs, and the bazaar. Most major attractions are within walking distance.

The overall experience was good, but the overall facilities are a bit old (perhaps this is the standard in Uzbekistan), and it is a bit difficult to carry luggage without an elevator. The service attitude is polite but not very enthusiastic. It should be noted that you need to pay an additional tourist tax of about 50 RMB to get the small white receipt, and you must pay in cash, which is different from what was written on Ctrip. I am a bit speechless.

The sanitary conditions of the hotel are good, but it is far from the ancient city, especially the battery car in the ancient city of Buhari. At night, you have to go far to take a taxi outside the martial law point. There are many types of breakfast, but they are all cold food. Some hot food, I feel that the heating is not strong, they are all cold, and the taste is average.

Guest UserStop for two nights. The size of the hotel, room and the presence of the balcony played a significant role in choosing. No big claims for accommodation. There is a decent breakfast. The room is large, the balcony was present. However, the room is somewhat unthinkable and not too comfortable, as if under the hotel had been remade the room originally designed for something else. The furniture is modest. To the main sights you will have to walk on the not most scenic streets - no pleasure, especially at night ) Of course, it is always possible to call an inexpensive taxi. In general, the KMK price of $100 per night for this hotel is heavily overstated, Especially according to the measures of Uzbekistan.
