The hotel is well organized, rooms are large enough, shower very good. Morning coffee I think you could have more salty options (salt cake, pasta, dry meat, brood filled with chicken and cheese).

The house is clean and modern, also the facilities in the building are great. It’s located around 15 mins walk to the beach. The value for the money is really great. One thing to notice: 🚨It’s a very local business. The reception doesn’t speak English. At check in you need to pay the remaining fees. If you don’t have PIX could be an issue. Luckily the office is close by, you can pay at the office.

Although TRIP gives Kastel Jamp just 2 stars, it's actually a 3.5 or 4 star boutique hotel. The staff is exceptional; friendly, helpful and always cheerful. The room was spacious with a large Smart TV. The hotel offers chairs for the beach plus towels at no charge, plus bicycles to use. Breakfast was good. Located nearby is a new shopping mall.

Hotel muito bem localizado. É o ponto forte. Quarto amplo com cama confortável e sempre limpo (destaque para a Rose). Bom café da manhã (ficamos oito dias e poderia variar um pouco mais). Destaque para a tapioca feita pela Vitória e atendimento da Karine. Boa piscina para relaxar quando retornar da praia (Precisa arrumar o chuveiro da área da piscina e instalar um lava pés para retirar a areia). Em frente a praia, ao lado de bons restaurantes e de quiosques de praia.

Hotel bem localizado, muito grande, em um centro comercial. Entrada de carros extremamente confusa e mal sinalizada - horrível. Péssimo restaurante terceirizado, com o gerente ou responsável pelo café da manhã omisso e irresponsável ao ser questionado sobre remédios importantes colocados sobre a mesa que foram jogados no lixo sem que nenhuma atitude minimamente colaborativa e educada fosse tomada pelo responsável, configurando total desleixo. Péssimo gestor, com péssimo exemplo à equipe. O ponto alto do Hotel Slaviero Campina Grande é a simpatia e disponibilidade das funcionárias da recepção, especialmente a sub-gerente Rayane. Nota dez (apenas para a equipe da recepção).

The hotel was very good. Super well located, very good structure. Wi-Fi sometimes swinged but gave us to use. The reception bath was dirty when I went to use. Breakfast is excellent. It was without doubt one of the best hotels I've ever been.

Boa localização em cabo branca, funcionários educados bom café da manhã. O único ponto negatinho seria a reforma q estava ocorrendo no andar onde fomos colocados mas de 50% do andar estava em reforma ficamos no primeiro quanto pós tumulto então seria impossível não haver bastante barulho pela manhã cedo e poeira. Como viajamos com criança pequena foi algo desagradável. Lembrando q estou falando das obras q estavam ocorrendo no próprio hotel não a do lado, essa realmente não tem nada haver com o hotel.

Be sure to set a balcony view room, the view is very good, have lived here twice, there is a small pool and bar gym on the 5th floor, especially close to the beach, a road, there is a hotel exclusive lounge chair. It is also close to the mall and convenient for shopping.
