Excellent customer service! The manager Richard and the supervisor in the restaurant Jocelyn were very friendly and attentive to our needs. All staff from the manager to the front desk CJ, Anne and Ezra and the cleaning crew were all amazing! We will definitely come back and recommend the place to family and friends😊

The hotel was quiet and nice!

Amazing views, great food, and staff that feels like family! Nicko Perez, Richard Lorbes, and the crew really made us feel at home. Every day, without having to ask the restaurant staff, they knew to make me a mango banana smoothie and as soon as they saw me come down for breakfast they would automatically prepare it for us. The staff always helped us with all our needs, and even organized surfing lessons and pickup for us. We also got fantastic massages by the beach! I hope that we can come back at some point and experience this level of warmth again.

The place could use some repairs in terms of finishes in the bathroom ect. But the hospitality of the people make up for all of it. If something is missing in the buffet they make sure to deliver it to your room because they know you looked for it the day before. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel at home. I would recommend this place because the people there are so worth it.

Stayed here for 10 nights in March and very glad we did. Location is perfect, 10 mins walk to cloud 9 area for sunsets, 40 peso tuk tuk into town for eats and a few little stores around for snacks. We initially had one of the ground floor rooms which had a few issues and we were able to move to a floating bungalow on day two - Richard the manager is a gentleman and resolved issues in a way we were both happy with. The room - bungalows are very spacious with two queens they pushed together to give us the biggest bed ever ! Room came with a great furnished deck which we enjoyed morning coffees and afternoon drinks. Pool is amazing for anyone who likes to swim, I estimated 120M as a loop and the temp is wonderful for swimming, they even have kayaks which my wife used to ‘motivate’ me. Beach bar serves cocktails and restaurant food both of which were good, service is fine there. Main restaurant is great for breakfast with a small buffet and an egg station - food was pretty much the best we ate in all our Philippines travels. Staff- standout was Edwin our butler who was quick to resolve anything we needed. Standout staff in the restaurant were Jocelyn and Hannah who were attentive and lovely. Worth a final name check with the hotel manager Richard who always greeted us with a smile. A great hotel with a few staffing problems would be my summary, we’re likely heading back next winter and will certainly stay again.

Nice town, but serious operational issues. The internet is effectively unusable and clearly needs maintenance. This alone makes the hotel unsuitable for anyone needing to work. More concerning was the front desk and management. Clear requests were not followed, resulting in an embarrassing and unprofessional situation involving my office staff. The handling felt careless and untrustworthy. Overall, pleasant people but poor systems, unreliable infrastructure, and weak management. I would not recommend this hotel for business travellers or anyone expecting basic operational reliability.

The value here is huge! Food is amazing. No nickel and dimes for things. Great service and smiles. Concierge by Edwin is the best. Connected on WhatsApp - no phone in room; hallelujah! Love the area of Siargao Island, we've toured all over PH and it's my FAV.
