The room is clean and comfortable. AC and heater are all available in the room. Kitchen items are welled prepared and have a lot of varities, even up to wine decanter, wine glasses, etc. The bed is clean and comfortable also. Nice and quite neighborhood too.

I had a fantastic stay at Christchurch Tasman Holiday Park! The location is perfect — close enough to the city for convenience, yet peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. The grounds are well-maintained, clean, and spacious, making it ideal for families, couples, or solo travelers. The facilities are excellent, with modern amenities including clean bathrooms, well-equipped kitchens, and comfortable communal areas. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and the variety of accommodation options available, from powered sites to cozy cabins. Highly recommend this holiday park for anyone visiting Christchurch

A garden with two rows of rooms—a very comfortable layout. There's a bus stop right outside, and a supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. Cooking your own meals and snacking is incredibly relaxing. The best part was the bathtub; I finally got to unwind at the end of my trip. 👍 And a big thank you to the lovely housekeeper! 💐

Great stay at Sudima, close to Hagley Park and had a lovely buffet breakfast. Parking is an extra $30 on top of your accommodation. Room was clean and comfortable.
