We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Miri Waterfront! ❤️ A heartfelt thank you to the amazing team for making our wedding anniversary extra special with the beautiful room decoration and the delicious surprise cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly made us feel welcomed and celebrated. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view. The family room was fantastic, even better than the Waterfront and Hilton I've stayed at previously. It was very new, spacious, and had a corner sofa with a small coffee table. The king-size bed was huge, exceeding my expectations. The pool was also large and very clean. My only minor complaint was that the housekeeping during our extended stay was a bit haphazard. They didn't replace our slippers, so we had to use the same disposable pair for five days straight. It also seemed like there was no comb, I'm not sure if it was forgotten or if they don't provide them, so I used my own.

Just arrived at the hotel and was informed that there was ongoing water pipe repair work outside, which caused a temporary water disruption during the daytime. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands for a while, which was quite inconvenient. Thankfully, the water supply returned to normal again in the evening. Front desk staff were still very polite and helpful throughout the situation. We booked the Deluxe Single Room, and the king-sized bed was very comfortable and spacious, enough for us two adults and our 2yo child, with plenty of extra space. However, the bed felt slightly damp when we first arrived, but it became better later at night. The hotel also has a family pool and direct beach access, which makes it a great place for families with kids to relax and unwind. The buffet breakfast menu was also quite rich with plenty of choices.

If you're going to Mulu, you really should stay at the Marriott. The rainforest is so hot, so it's super important to come back to the room, have a nice bath, and get a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. The service is decent, pretty standard. The A/C is nice and cool, and the hygiene is excellent. They also have shuttle buses to the airport and the park, although they do feel a bit like cattle trucks, haha.

I and my family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room that we stayed was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any requests. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, the service and hospitality exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Best decision ever..the accommodation is one of the best in kuching i guess The host prepares almost everything for a guest travelling with kids/families. The unit is new and very coz.y. Easy check in and out. No deposits and the host is very attentive.
