The room was very clean and tidy, with complete facilities and amenities. The hotel also had a smart robot. Plus, its location is truly excellent; it's only a few minutes' walk to the old town. You can also catch a shuttle bus from the central car park, making it super convenient to get around. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends next time they visit.

Harmona resort and spa hotel is amazing place for rest. Very comfortable, clean. Service is great. Daily cleaning. Personal is very polite. Resting here, we have really enjoyed. View is top beautiful. It is a little far from city, but it is worthy to stay here, landscape is unbelievable. Who is tired of city mess, it is ideal place for retreating.

The staff here are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, and the bedding was super comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. I especially loved the design where you change into slippers – it really adds to the clean and tidy feel. The decor is very tasteful, and the cat is absolutely adorable! We got caught in heavy rain at Tianmen Mountain today, and a big thank you to the lady who helped us with our luggage when we got back – so thoughtful and kind! I'll definitely be back, and hopefully, I can stay for a few more days next time.

The facilities are new, hygiene is excellent, and the environment is pleasant. The front desk service was great, and they offer a free shuttle. It's also quite close to the cable car. Breakfast is abundant, and it offers great value for money. Overall, it's excellent and highly recommended.

Before checking in, I saw reviews saying the hotel was old and run-down, which made me nervous. I originally booked three nights but changed it to one. Even though it was a non-changeable reservation, the hotel quickly approved my request for a refund. However, after checking in, I found it wasn't as dilapidated or dirty as the reviews claimed. It was very tidy and clean, and not nearly as old as I expected. The river view from the 27th-floor bar is absolutely stunning! When I checked in, the front desk attendant was really enthusiastic and upgraded us to a river-view room. We could relax on the sofa in our room and take in the entire river scenery – super enjoyable! So, we extended our stay for another night, and they even gave us Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings). Five-star rating! I'll definitely be back to stay here again!

This hotel's hygiene is incredibly thorough. When I first entered the room, I did a quick scan. The sheets and duvet covers were pristine white and still warm from being ironed. When I leaned in close to the pillows, I could smell a faint detergent scent – no hair or odd smells. The bathroom floor was spotless, and even the crevices next to the sink were wiped clean with no limescale. What reassured me most was the electric kettle; when I opened the lid, it was sparkling clean inside, clearly sanitized after every guest. The cups on the coffee table were all inverted on a tray, mouth-down to prevent dust. I stayed for four days, and every day I returned, the room was as tidy as it was on the first day. Even my jacket, which I'd casually tossed on the sofa, was folded and placed on the bedside table.

This was my second stay at W Changsha, and my three-day visit was incredibly satisfying. It will definitely be my top choice for future business trips. The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options right downstairs. Getting to the high-speed train station and airport is also super convenient. A special thank you to Manager Cherry, who thoughtfully upgraded me to a suite this time. It was spacious and comfortable, making my stay even more delightful than expected. Throughout my entire stay, the hotel team consistently provided high-quality service. From check-in to every interaction during my visit, the staff were always warm, professional, and attentive. Whether it was proactively addressing my needs or handling various details, they made me feel completely at home. Room service was prompt and excellent. The service and care from Mila, Wendy, and Clara significantly enhanced my impression of W Changsha – helping with printing and delivering various items to my room, all handled wonderfully! I particularly want to thank Cherry again. A minor issue during my last stay showed me her professionalism, efficiency, and approachable demeanor as a hotel manager. She genuinely considers guests' perspectives and resolves misunderstandings, which makes me want to choose W first whenever I return to Changsha. W Changsha consistently maintains a very high standard, whether it's the hardware facilities, room quality, or service experience. It truly deserves its five-star rating. The bedding is comfortable and the decor is modern, which is probably why a lot of international guests choose to stay here.
