The hotel staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and provided excellent service. The room was exceptionally clean, and very spacious. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail, like the disinfected slippers individually packaged in special bags. Besides the standard towels, they also offered disposable face towels and bath towels, which was a nice touch. The shower was amazing! Beyond the regular showerhead, there were also jets on the sides, which was a pleasant surprise and my child absolutely loved it. The kettle was also quite unique and I really liked it. Breakfast was incredibly varied and satisfying; the noodles were especially tasty. Overall, it was a perfectly wonderful experience.

Bathroom shower handle broken. Despite asking form non smoking room, still got smoking room. Morning breakfast is not ready on time. Not expecting this from Sheraton.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and thoughtful. The cleaning auntie was very considerate; since we were extending our stay for another night, we specifically asked her to replenish the toiletries but not change the bed linens. She even wrote us a handwritten thank you card! When we checked out yesterday, the hotel staff even gave us a souvenir. Although Changsha was very cold, the warmth of its people made us feel cozy. The river view from the hotel is absolutely stunning. We'll definitely be back!

What an amazing hotel! We had a string of delightful surprises during our stay on the second day of Chinese New Year. The first surprise: During check-in, we were lucky enough to meet the wonderful manager. Not only did she upgrade our room type, but she also proactively and thoughtfully resolved all sorts of issues for us – huge thanks to her! The second surprise: The hotel offers one complimentary shuttle service to Tianmen Mountain. Because all the regular drivers were busy with other guests, we were incredibly lucky to get a ride in the chairman’s car! The chairman was super nice and completely down-to-earth. We heard he was there to hand out red envelopes, and then he ended up driving us himself, haha. On our way back, we also had the good fortune of meeting another one of the hotel's owners. It's truly impressive how hands-on the owners of Hilton Garden Inn are – no wonder the hotel is thriving and makes guests feel so at home! The third surprise: The hotel food was delicious, and the complimentary fruit was very sweet. The hotel also offers a shuttle service with new car models, which saves time and effort. The all-inclusive service was absolutely top-notch. Although Tianmen Mountain was a bit too crowded during the Spring Festival, which slightly impacted the experience, the Hilton Garden Inn truly gave us so many wonderful surprises. These thoughtful details made our trip to Tianmen Mountain exceptionally warm and memorable. We're so glad we chose this hotel; Hilton Garden Inn is definitely the perfect choice!

The location of the hotel is great! It’s super convenient to go anywhere. It's also close to South Station. The layout of the room is warm and comfortable, and every detail reveals the hotel's thoughtfulness. The bedding is super comfortable and gives me a good dream every night. And the view from the room is super good, you can see the night view of the city, it's so romantic! Moreover, the hotel's service is also first-rate! The front desk staff Carry is very warm and friendly, and they will patiently answer any questions you have. Finally, the hotel's gym and swimming pool facilities are super complete and the environment is very good. I went to exercise during my stay and felt great!

I came to stay at the Hampton by Hilton Hengyang again. The service is as considerate as ever, especially the housekeeper Pingping, who arranged the room properly and turned on the air conditioner in advance. It was very considerate and I was very satisfied. The breakfast variety was complete and super good [strong] Auntie Wen Shixiu cleaned the room very carefully and it was clean👍

The W Hotel Changsha, Hunan, is definitely worth a stay! The breakfast is amazing, and the hotel's design is incredibly stylish and full of unique character. It perfectly meets the standards for young travelers. I'll definitely come back! A special shout-out to the hotel's 'Whatever/Whenever' service department – they're absolutely fantastic! The restaurant service is also excellent!

The hotel is comfortable and the room had a beautiful view of the mountains, with a good Western breakfast. The bed was comfortable, and all the details were sophisticated, with beautiful colours and design. We regret that there was no menu, no dinner service, and no Western à la carte meals served in the room with a Western menu. Not only because most of the tourists who use this hotel were not Chinese but foreigners, and we went at Christmas, so it's a shame they didn't have a New Year's Eve meal.

Our family chose this hotel for our trip, and the experience was simply great! The hotel's facilities are very complete, and what I am particularly pleased with is that it is equipped with a swimming pool. This is a huge plus for families with young children. And the swimming pool is constant temperature. What’s even more surprising is that you can use the gym and swimming pool for free when you stay in the hotel, which is very cost-effective! The children had a great time playing in the swimming pool, and we adults could also relax in the gym. In short, this hotel performs well in all aspects and is highly recommended to everyone!

First of all, I would like to state that after staying in so many hotels, this one touched me the most. I am writing this review with all my heart and it is definitely not a fake. Before checking in, the housekeeper called to ask if I had any requests. I said I wanted to upgrade the room type, and he agreed immediately. He also asked me what time I would arrive at the hotel so that he could turn on the heating for me in advance. After checking in, everyone from the front desk, to the security guards, to the cleaners, to the restaurant staff, smiled the whole time and provided thoughtful and considerate service everywhere, which made people feel very warm. On the day I left, the housekeeper personally saw me out of the hotel, and the human resources manager even drove a Mercedes-Benz business car to take me to the high-speed rail station! Such sincere service is really touching! The hotel's location, environment, breakfast and other aspects are also great! This is a hotel that is highly recommended!
