Cleanliness: Excellent. The toilet seats were automatically heated and came with automatic plastic seat covers, which is a rare and much-appreciated feature in hotels. Definitely five stars for cleanliness. Service: We arrived at the hotel quite late, and the front desk staff immediately offered us breakfast vouchers. Full marks for service.

Overall, our hotel stay was great. When they saw we had a child, they initially upgraded us to a room with a slide, which my little one loved playing on! However, my baby was too small for it, so we ended up switching back to our original booking. This room was also very good, with a super large bed – perfect for a baby who likes to roll around while sleeping.

They proactively reached out a day before my arrival to confirm my check-in time and provided the precise location, which was very thoughtful. The room is well-equipped, and the location is incredibly convenient. Right downstairs, you have direct access to Jiefang West Road, Pozi Street, Taiping Old Street, IFS, and the pedestrian street. The customer service attendant was also wonderfully attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The room was quite spacious and clean, with plenty of room to spread out. The bar area having a sink was very convenient. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. They provided a fruit plate with apples 🍎 that were very juicy, fragrant, sweet, and crisp, perfect as a snack for Tianmen Mountain! 👍 Small fruits are hard to keep fresh, so I'd suggest providing a branch for easier preservation. It's a 3-5 minute walk to the bus station, which is very convenient for taking the bus. It's also a 10-minute walk to the cable car station, which is great. Breakfast was simple, but my companion really enjoyed the local specialty noodle soup. The smart toilet was a nice bonus.

Facilities: We specifically chose this 2024-built hotel, and the facilities are very new with no strange smells. Hygiene: Cleaning was very prompt. We usually came down the mountain quite early each day, but by the time we returned, the room was already tidied up. Environment: The surrounding area is very quiet. It's a 10-minute drive to the East Gate and about 20-25 minutes to the South Gate. The hotel has a swimming pool, a children's playground, and a gym, but I guess most guests are here for hiking, so they're not heavily used. Service: The breakfast is considered quite rich for a scenic area. However, because there are many Korean tour groups, it can get really crowded during breakfast, and sometimes there are no seats! ★They offer butler service, and Lucky thoughtfully helped prepare pillows and coordinated an AC issue. Super grateful! Suggestions: It would be great if they could add lunch and dinner dining services. After hiking, sometimes you're really too tired to go out to eat, and the food outside is often too spicy, haha. Also, please make sure to close the door when cleaning the room, otherwise, small insects might get in through the open-air corridor.

The hotel is in a very good location, 10 minutes away from Changde Station Very close to the city center, close to Wanda Plaza, Baima Lake Cultural Park The room environment is good, the floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Baima Lake directly The scenery is in full view, comfortable and cozy!! The bedding is soft, and people who are familiar with the bed can sleep comfortably. The sound insulation is also great, quiet. The dry and wet separated bathroom also has a sink, bathtub, TV, and desk. The hotel also has a gym, swimming pool🏊♀️Children's playground... The public facilities are very good. The front desk lady has a good service, basically responds to requests, and smiles full marks! ! ! The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful. The room is very clean and spacious. It's my first time to this hotel. I'm very satisfied with it as a whole. The service staff are very friendly. The hotel is near Fisherman's Wharf. There is also a Sam's Club within walking distance. You can also take a walk along the Xiangjiang River at night. It's convenient for travel. I will come again next time.

I booked this for my parents after a lot of searching, and settled on Hilton Garden Inn. It's super close to Tianmen Mountain, which made planning their itinerary easy and cut down on travel fatigue. It's also very close to the airport, convenient for their return journey. The mountain view room was absolutely beautiful, offering a direct view of Tianmen Cave – simply stunning. Breakfast was plentiful, and my parents were very satisfied. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful. They arranged pick-up and drop-off services for my parents to Tianmen Mountain, as well as airport transfer. Since my parents' flight was in the evening, after I explained the situation to the hotel, they thoughtfully arranged a late check-out for the elderly couple. This allowed them more time to rest in the room and recover from their travels. My parents said they'd definitely stay here again next time they visit.

We booked 2 rooms when visiting Furong Ancient Town. We planned to celebrate mom’s birthday and really appreciate the hotel upgrades our room. The hotel also decorated some surprises for my mom in one of the room we stay. The hotel is nearby to the ancient town about 5mins walk only. Overall our one day stay is satisfying and nothing to complaint. One thing to highlight is about the small insect will be everywhere due to the nature of the location. Once again, thanks for the hotel upgrades and special arrangements for my mom.

As a road warrior who spends 300 days a year in hotels, I have to give a huge shout-out to InterContinental Changsha North. First off, the hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable – it's convenient for getting anywhere, whether it's tourist attractions or night markets. Secondly, the room views are incredibly nice; it's a prime vantage point with huge glass windows, offering completely different beauties during the day and night. The breakfast spread is extensive, and what's rare is that almost everything tastes delicious. You can tell they put a lot of effort into it, with the chefs flipping woks in the open kitchen behind, and the bakery's skill is really on point. The staff here are all incredibly service-oriented; they anticipate your needs and act on them thoughtfully. In short, they are very proactive and also greet you warmly.
