The hotel's location is excellent, especially since we were planning a day trip to Tianmen Mountain and it's right nearby. We drove there, but Tianmen Mountain's parking lots fill up fast and are often inaccessible, so we parked at the hotel. It was a quick 6 yuan taxi ride to the mountain. The front desk lady was super nice and pretty, and even upgraded our room. The room itself was clean and spacious, and the hot, strong shower was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Great value for money! I'll definitely book here again next time.

Beautiful, modern hotel with very comfortable rooms. The rooms weren't very soundproofed though. Excellent location, only 10-12 minutes drive away from East Gate entry to the Zhangjiajie National Park. Staff was very helpful, our butler Clare assisted with organising activities in the area. The breakfast was okay, could be slightly better quality.

Staying at this B&B in Changsha was an absolute game-changer!
I struck gold finding Wusu B&B; its location is divine, a dream come true for anyone who hates fussing over travel arrangements. ✨
It's right in the heart of the city center. Downstairs, you'll find Changsha's famous 'Cha Yan Yue Se' tea shop and the 'Gongjiao Xincun' noodle place. No need to wake up early to queue or trek far – you can enjoy milk tea and noodles just by stepping out. Talk about maxing out on Changsha's culinary delights!
Getting around is super convenient too. It's incredibly close to Wuyi Square, IFS, and Pozi Street. You can explore, eat, and shop without feeling rushed, making it easy to enjoy Changsha's main commercial areas.
The B&B's aesthetics are also top-notch, with a strong sense of design that's perfect for photos.
And they really spared no expense on amenities: latex mattresses and goose down bedding provide a super soft, cloud-like feel that instantly melts away travel fatigue. Plus, there's a Dyson hairdryer, taking the shower experience to a whole new level.
The room is fully equipped with a fridge, facial towels, and mouthwash – all the little details are covered!
Add to that 24-hour concierge service that's always on call, whether you need directions or have other requests, they're quick to assist. It made for a truly comfortable and worry-free stay.
If you're coming to Changsha and want to relax and focus on eating and exploring without any hassle, this Wusu B&B is absolutely the place to book!

During my stay at the hotel with my wife, we had the pleasure of meeting several wonderful staff members who made our experience truly enjoyable. The hotel itself is amazing and very well located, making it convenient for us to explore the surrounding area and enjoy our trip without any hassle.
The two concierges, Xiao Mao and Xiao Dong, were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. Their warm attitude and professionalism stood out, especially at the end of our stay when they kindly helped us arrange a taxi, making our departure smooth and stress-free.
We would also like to mention the two receptionists, who were both welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. Even though they didn’t speak much English, they made a genuine effort to communicate with us by using a translator app, ensuring that all our questions and requests were understood and handled efficiently. Their patience and willingness to help truly stood out and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
Additionally, we truly appreciated the person responsible for cleaning our room. It was always kept spotless, tidy, and comfortable, which made it easy for us to relax after a long day. The attention to detail and consistency did not go unnoticed.
Overall, the staff’s dedication to excellent service, combined with the hotel’s great location and quality, made a big difference in our experience. Their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile are what made our stay truly memorable.

The hotel's facilities are great, and the service was exceptional: 1. They arranged for a driver to pick us up from the high-speed train station and then drive us to the Tianmen Mountain scenic area entrance. 2. They upgraded our city view room to a mountain view room. 3. We received complimentary fruit. 4. Our laundry from the self-service laundry was even delivered to our room. There seemed to be a high occupancy rate of international guests.
However, the breakfast quality was only so-so. There was a limited variety of vegetables and meats. The bread was soft white toast, with no whole wheat options. The yogurt tasted like reconstituted milk with added sugar syrup, not fermented from fresh milk.
Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this is the first time I've encountered such an outstanding female front desk service! 👍👍👍👍👍 The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful! The location is superb, right in the middle of the ancient city, by the Cui Cui performance area on the Tuojiang River, which is very lively! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, leaving me feeling joyful and relaxed! I genuinely didn't want to leave here; I wish I could stay long-term and enjoy this rare quality service!!! Fenghuang Ancient City is simply beautiful!!!

Booked for two nights, and the service at this hotel was great. The front desk staff were very friendly and always greeted us when we returned. Changsha was so hot, but it was lovely to grab a cold drink from the fridge in the lobby after walking around. The bedding was super comfortable. It's just a few minutes' walk from Huangxing Square subway station, right in the middle of the pedestrian street, but it wasn't noisy at all. Traveling with elders and kids, it was really convenient to get to places nearby.

Truly a delightful stay! The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. My room had excellent natural light and fresh air. The staff were all very kind and attentive, always quick to respond to any requests. I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. It offers fantastic value for money, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Five stars!

Service: Among all the hotels I've stayed in recently, the service here is top-notch! From the moment I arrived until I left, they thought of every single detail for the guests.
1. They handled my luggage, and since you need to change into slippers before entering the room, guests' shoes are kept in a shoe cabinet in the entryway. They even offer to clean and dry your shoes, and I've never seen a hotel that carefully wipes all four wheels of your suitcase – but this one did!
2. As soon as I entered the lobby reception area, they warmly offered tea and water. When taking breakfast orders, they would even squat down to meticulously ask each person what they wanted.
3. Laundry service: You just put your dirty clothes in the laundry basket by the door, and they'll pick it up. It gets machine-washed for 5-6 hours, dried, folded, and placed in a basket by your door. We came back at 7 PM and got them back first thing in the morning – very thoughtful.
4. They proactively upgraded our room type. The only minor downsides were that some rooms facing the road could be a bit noisy at night, and since Zhangjiajie Airport is very close, you can hear planes flying over the city.
5. All other services were also responsive to requests, so I won't list them all. In short, this B&B offered a quality of service exceeding five-star luxury hotels. If I were to rate the service with stars, I'd give it seven stars. Though the B&B is small, it's warm and welcoming.
Hygienef/Environment: Impeccably clean and tidy, no complaints. The hotel is only on the second floor, with a limited number of rooms arranged in an L-shape. The lobby, which also serves as the breakfast area, is at the corner. Dinner needs to be reserved in advance, which I didn't try. The rooms have smart XiaoDu controls, and the TV is a modern smart XiaoDu that can be used both horizontally and vertically, and you can even log into your Tencent Video account. The only reason I didn't give a full five-star rating is that the soundproofing of the room doors is a bit weak; you can clearly hear slightly louder conversations in the corridor. This really depends on the guests' consideration.
Location: Downstairs, there are convenient restaurants and supermarkets, mostly湘菜 (Hunan cuisine), which is a must. It's very close to Zhangjiajie Railway Station, within walking distance. The Tianmen Mountain cable car (Line A), which is the most common entrance, is 1.5 km away and easily reachable by Didi. I also discovered a Nankou Food Street with all sorts of food, next to the Bubugao shopping mall, also an easy 2 km Didi ride. Only Zhangjiajie West Station is a bit further, more than a 20-minute drive.
Bonus points: The mascot cat is very cute!
Summary: I will definitely stay here again next time!

Outstanding
QQuricaoThe service was excellent, and the environment was quite good. It's not far from the ancient city, and you can catch a bus to the high-speed rail station right outside the hotel. They were very thoughtful, even moving us to the seventh floor because they were worried we might be bothered by a tour group on the sixth floor.
At first glance, the room looked great, probably a renovation of an old building, but it didn't hold up to closer inspection. The bathroom is the most important for me, but the toilet clashed with the door when opened, the exhaust fan was very noisy, the shower door was difficult to slide, and the hangers couldn't even hang straight in the closet. What I was most dissatisfied with was the breakfast. Perhaps it just didn't suit our taste, my apologies, but personally, I'd have to say I was unhappy with it. I won't be posting any pictures of the hotel.
GGuest UserI arrived at 9 AM to check in and was told the room wasn't ready yet as it hadn't been vacated or cleaned. However, thanks to the front desk supervisor's excellent coordination, my parents were able to check in early and settle in comfortably. I booked a super large double room, and it really was huge – you could almost call it a small ballroom! The room's facilities were clean and tidy. The rice noodles for breakfast were excellent, and the restaurant staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Before we left, the supervisor even thoughtfully arranged a high-speed rail drop-off service for us.

LLucasdexiaotoumamaBefore checking in, I saw reviews saying the hotel was old and run-down, which made me nervous. I originally booked three nights but changed it to one. Even though it was a non-changeable reservation, the hotel quickly approved my request for a refund. However, after checking in, I found it wasn't as dilapidated or dirty as the reviews claimed. It was very tidy and clean, and not nearly as old as I expected. The river view from the 27th-floor bar is absolutely stunning! When I checked in, the front desk attendant was really enthusiastic and upgraded us to a river-view room. We could relax on the sofa in our room and take in the entire river scenery – super enjoyable! So, we extended our stay for another night, and they even gave us Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings). Five-star rating! I'll definitely be back to stay here again!
AAnonymous UserBeyond expectations for a two-night stay with kids! The kids' play area and laundry room were incredibly practical. The room had great soundproofing, so our baby's naps weren't disturbed. The buffet breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, which the little ones loved, and the local rice noodles are a must-try. Its proximity to the scenic spots meant we didn't have to rush out early, and the front desk even gave us a little gift. My whole family said I made a great choice!
BBanlidelixiangshenghuoLin and Lilian, the receptionists on the sixth floor of W Changsha, are an absolute credit to the hotel! As soon as I stepped out of the 'Starry Sky' elevator, Lin warmly greeted me. She immediately recognized my needs, proactively offered guidance, and maintained a bright, genuine smile throughout. She was incredibly familiar with the hotel's layout, meticulously explaining the design concepts of CHAOTANG and RUNWAY Bar on the sixth floor, even pointing out hidden photo spots. Her service was impeccable: enthusiastic without being intrusive, and professional without being cold. She perfectly balanced W's trendy coolness with meticulous attention to detail. I was impressed from the moment I met her, and I'll definitely be looking for Lin again on my next visit!

Nnunu823The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the East Gate of Zhangjiajie. The breakfast is plentiful. If you're coming to Zhangjiajie, this is the place to stay, no hesitation. You can see Wulingyuan from the breakfast restaurant, and it's a five-minute walk to buy local specialty milk teas like Cuicui Tea and Cha Yan Yue Se. It's also very close to Suoxi Mountain Village for dining. And you absolutely *must* try the incredibly delicious Apple Bananas in Zhangjiajie!
