Manxin was the third boutique hotel I chose for my trip to Hunan. It's located in a village nestled in the mountains. The owner leased nearly a hundred acres of land to create the idyllic farm he envisioned. Several two-story buildings are artfully scattered amidst rice paddies and lotus ponds. An infinity pool offers unparalleled views of the distant mountains. The rice seedlings have just been planted, and in a few months, one can truly experience the scene described by Xin Qiji: 'A bountiful harvest is spoken of amidst the fragrance of rice flowers, as the croaking of frogs fills the air.' **Environment:** The hotel's environment is exceptional. Surrounded by distant mountains, perched on a gentle slope, every room offers expansive views of lush greenery. The rice fields are close by, and at night, the sound of frogs fills the air. Each room boasts a large balcony. Sitting there, breathing in the fresh mountain air, sipping a cup of tea or coffee, time seems to slow down. **Hygiene:** The hotel's hygiene is top-notch. Despite being surrounded by farmland, there are surprisingly no mosquitoes or other insects in the rooms, which is quite rare. **Facilities:** As a meticulously crafted guesthouse, it offers all the amenities of a high-end hotel, especially the infinity pool with its unbeatable mountain views – truly an inspired touch. Of course, as a 'wild luxury' (my own definition) hotel, to encourage guests to truly reconnect with nature, the rooms intentionally lack televisions. This thoughtful decision is commendable! **Service:** Being far from the city, service is particularly important for guests. The hotel provides dedicated butlers who promptly address guests' questions and requests. Their efficiency is high, usually responding to guests almost immediately. The hotel offers complimentary airport/train station transfers, as well as unlimited complimentary transfers to the Zimu Pass (middle gate) of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, which is incredibly helpful for guests. **In summary:** This is a uniquely positioned hotel. For travelers who love nature, appreciate peace and a slower pace, and have high standards for hotel quality, this hotel is definitely worth a short stay. **Final Suggestion:** Given its rural location, its own farmland, and the fact that it raises poultry and bees, the hotel should further leverage its unique advantages in terms of ingredients and cuisine. It could also appropriately guide local farmers to cultivate organic vegetables, fruits, and various eco-friendly produce, making a beneficial contribution to rural revitalization. I believe some guests would appreciate this.

This hotel is super conveniently located right in front of the Qifeng Plaza Tourist Center, making transportation a breeze. It's also just a few minutes' walk to Hongqiao, which is incredibly handy. Behind the hotel, you'll find a residential area with stunning green hills all around, making for a very quiet stay. The hotel facilities are relatively new and easy to use. The hygiene standards are also quite good. Breakfast offers a wide variety, and the stir-fried dishes are delicious. Overall, it's a great place.

Our stay at the hotel was quite good. The service was excellent; as soon as we got out of the car, a staff member came to help with our luggage. The front desk staff were also very welcoming during check-in. We loved the room assignment, which overlooked the hotel's main courtyard. The room layout was also great, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. Being a relatively new hotel, the facilities were very modern. The breakfast was plentiful and tasted quite good. The only regret was the weather, which prevented us from seeing much of the scenic attractions. We'll definitely choose to stay here again if we have the chance.

A very special mention to Ms. H.Q. Du at the breakfast restaurant — she is honestly the sweetest! She went above and beyond every single day and helped us with literally everything. She made our mornings even better. ❤️ The rooms are very clean, the swimming pool is beautiful, and the surroundings are absolutely stunning. The location is also perfect for exploring Zhangjiajie, with easy access to the main attractions. We stayed here with so much pleasure and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!

This guesthouse boasts an elegant and timeless Song Dynasty-inspired decor, exuding an antique charm. The service from the staff is meticulous and thoughtful; they not only ensured everything was well-arranged but also helped with laundry and shoe cleaning, truly paying attention to the small details. There are four or five adorable and cuddly cats on the premises, and playing with them in your free time is incredibly therapeutic. It's just a five-minute taxi ride to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, and the complimentary shuttle service is clean and tidy, even featuring massage functions in the car, which was perfect for relaxing after a tiring journey. Overall, my stay was exceptionally comfortable and pleasant.

## Facilities: They offer free use of a washing machine and dryer, which is a great plus as it helps reduce the amount of clothing you need to pack. Thumbs up! ## Cleanliness: The guest rooms were very clean. ## Environment: The lobby is spacious and bright, and they provide complimentary tea, coffee, and water. ## Service: The front desk staff patiently explained the touring routes for Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, providing clear and easy-to-understand information. They also helped check the future weather and offered travel advice. Furthermore, upon checkout, they even gave us a souvenir – a gift box of Zhangjiajie's specialty莓 tea. ## Cloud Slow Enjoyment·Lobby Self-service Lemon Tea or Mellow Coffee ## Enjoy the Morning Light·Buffet Breakfast extended until 1 PM The breakfast selection is incredibly rich and varied, with delicious options that both Chinese and international guests will enjoy. This definitely deserves praise!

The room was absolutely satisfying; it was very clean and comfortable, and super close to the scenic area. The hotel front desk staff provided warm and excellent service. Breakfast was also great with a rich variety. Transportation nearby is very convenient. The hotel offers a free laundry room and even airport and West Station transfers. The service is incredibly thoughtful and highly recommended.

Sun Valley absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, the air is fresh, and it's perfect for photos. The room was spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. The staff were excellent, providing attentive service without being intrusive. My timing was perfect for this trip, as the large fields of rapeseed flowers were in full bloom. Overall, a fantastic experience!

This is my third time staying at InterContinental Changsha, and it's still as good as ever. Before I even arrived, I proactively contacted Rarity from the Club Lounge, and she immediately noted my preferences and arranged the room accordingly. Throughout my stay, I received warm hospitality from every staff member. In particular, the Executive Lounge service was fantastic and pleasantly surprising. The lounge offerings were richer than before. On the last night, during happy hour, I couldn't eat spicy food or beef. The lounge staff, Miss Zhang Xinyi, immediately had the chef specially prepare a bowl of tomato and egg noodles for me. It was incredibly thoughtful! I hope the lounge continues to get even better. Chen Liyun, from housekeeping, was also very meticulous and attentive, providing us with a clean and comfortable living environment. My husband and I were reluctant to leave and hope to return again if we get the chance.

I chose to stay at the W Hotel Changsha for my birthday during the National Day holiday. 1. Location & Transportation: It's located in Yunda Central Plaza, just 3 subway stops from Changsha South Railway Station. The closest subway station, Changsha Avenue Exit 1A, is only about 100 meters away. You can take Line 2 directly to popular attractions like Juzizhou, Wuyi Square, and Taiping Old Street, making transportation very convenient. Next to the hotel is Yunda City Plaza, a shopping center, so dining and shopping are very close by. 2. Facilities & Hardware: The facilities are quite new. Upon entering, there's a full-length mirror in the entryway, and opposite it, a large platform for luggage. The room layout is unique, with separate entrances to the toilet and shower on the left and right, divided by a wall in the middle. The toilet, curtains, and sheers are all smart-controlled, and the hairdryer is a Dyson, which is great. I especially want to mention how comfortable the bedding was; it was the best sleep I've had while traveling. The only minor drawback is that the toiletries in the shower are placed too low, requiring you to bend down every time you use them, and then water drips into your eyes, which is a bit inconvenient and messy. 3. Service & Dining: Before check-in, I received a call inquiring about my check-in time and room type preferences. The check-in process took a bit longer, but since I arrived early and there weren't many available rooms, it's understandable. When I mentioned I was very tired from catching a high-speed train late at night and needed an early check-in, they approved it quickly. However, I missed out on the special birthday room decoration that was discussed over the phone beforehand, which was a bit of a shame. When checking out, because I was so tired from playing the day before, they also helped me apply for a late check-out. After check-out, staff members followed up to ask about my stay experience. The first round of the minibar in the room is complimentary, with many local Changsha soft drinks. Breakfast is extended until 2 PM, which is great for late risers. Lunch and dinner can be ordered and delivered to the room, and the bar is open until 2 AM, with reasonable prices and a great ambiance with background music and night lights. 4. Design & Public Areas: While maintaining the W Hotel's usual trendy and avant-garde style, W Changsha incorporates themes of aerospace, starry skies, and exploration. The lobby bar, bar, spa bar, pool, and even the elevator areas have an added touch of sci-fi to their existing nightclub-style lighting design.
