This hotel is completely beyond my expectations. The location of the hotel is very good. It is about one kilometer to Yuehe. The front desk service is efficient and welcoming. The room is large, the sun is very good, the bathroom is dry and wet, the toilet is also heated, and the overall stay experience is very satisfactory. I will continue to choose this hotel next time I come to Jiaxing.

Nice hotel with a very good service..I would like to give compliment to Om Kumar who provide very good service to us..Breakfast has a wide variety and good combination of western and Chinese foods..only downside abt this hotel is the location which is quite far from the metro station. Walking to West Lake is also very far and around 40 minutes..not like what was mentioned around 20 minutes..

The environment and hygiene are both excellent, and the transportation is very convenient, with a subway station right outside, making it easy to go anywhere. The hotel room was much nicer than the photos on the hotel's website. The pictures in the hotel's description don't really do it justice, as the facilities inside are actually very good. The only downside is that the breakfast selection is a bit limited; they should offer more dishes. Not everyone likes noodles for breakfast! 🥹

Xiao Guo at the front desk was incredibly warm and friendly. We arrived early, and she immediately helped us check in quickly. She even upgraded both our families to a suite, which was fantastic – service gets a perfect score! The suite was very spacious, and the two-meter bed was perfect for two adults and a child. The bathroom had a bathtub, and the toiletries were from Atelier Cologne, plus the toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers were all good quality. Despite being on a busy street, it was very quiet. The underground parking garage has Tesla charging stations, and remember to scan a QR code at the front desk for free parking when you leave. Breakfast is on the first floor, and the selection was quite extensive, definitely not as bad as some reviews suggested, and the taste was good too. Overall, we felt it offered excellent value for money. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Intime Department Store and not far from Haining Museum and Ganhe Street.

The hotel room was pretty good, and the front desk staff were very warm and helpful. The World Trade Center is nearby, so dining and shopping were super convenient. Plus, there's free parking, which makes it excellent value for money at this price point.

In-room dining is also fresh and delicious. The bathtub in this hotel is perfect for a relaxing soak – it’s clean, and the depth and length are just right, making it slip-resistant. This hotel is particularly suitable for tourists, being very close to Yangming Ancient Town, Wang Yangming's Former Residence, and Longquan Mountain, all within a 10-minute walk. The Yao River, especially beautiful in the misty rain, is right outside the hotel's entrance. This time, I also discovered another must-visit spot not far from the hotel: Yuyao Museum, which has a rich collection and truly lives up to Yuyao's reputation as a cultural hub.

This time I came to Long to play, I really chose this hotel! The location is particularly good, it is convenient to go shopping and eat. It is very close to RT-Mart and Oriental Commercial Building. It is also very convenient to go to Longyou Grottoes and Minjuyuan. It is super worry-free to travel. They truly considered things from the guest's perspective, perfecting every detail, especially the exclusive care for families with babies, which made me feel immense warmth in an unfamiliar city. Our entire stay was comfortable and worry-free. The hotel's meticulous, thoughtful, and professional service deserves high praise, and the overall experience was excellent. When I visit Yiwu again, this will absolutely be my first choice of hotel. The front desk service is very good, and the supplies are very complete. You can ask for anything you need, and the front desk lady will take the initiative to help you bring it up, which is very grateful. The room is a little small in terms of the bed, but it is barely enough for one night, and the office area is also very convenient. But I have to complain that the towels are too old and dirty. Although I don’t use them much when I go out, such old towels can probably only be seen in small counties in Tibet. I went to a county in Henan last week and the hotel was also very small, and the towels were much cleaner than this.
