This hotel was very affordable and it was absolutely worth it. We have zero complaints about anything at all, everything was up to our expectations. Bed was comfy, staff were helpful, pillows were good, room was clean and they have robots to send your food to the room 😊 would highly recommend this hotel as the location was super central too.

The whole process of check in is very smooth , I was assigned to stay at blok 65 , it is near to the end of west Wuzhen so it is away from the crowd. The breakfast offered by the host is nice and a lot of varieties. The host helped in arranging to send my luggage to the front desk first as I was planning to walk around. The room is cosy and nice , provided amenities , I have a good sleep there .

The staff is helpful and friendly. What I really like is the room with the proper size. It’s super clean and there will be all amenities you need. Besides,there is a robot to send the stuff from front counter for you. The location is just right of the metro which is very easy to travel from Railway Station to Hotel. I asked foe non-smoking room and I got what I wanted. Very impressed it here.

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10

The hotel is right in the Xiaoshan airport. A 5 mins walk to the check in counter. I actually collected my boarding pass and walked back to the hotel for breakfast before going through the customs. Breakfast is served at 6am. Most flights after 8am can make it. Spreads were decent, quality was quite good. The rooms were spacious, clean and neat. Will surely pick it again the next trip to Hangzhou.

Excellent location, near all the main shopping area and lake, plus the side street was also cool, with many shops and restaurants. Room was a nice size, however, I feel the bed sheets had not been changed from the previous guest as they were all creased. I showed the woman on the front desk who spoke excellent English, she arranged to get them changed. Breakfast was ok. Gym was very small, so a little disappointing. The location made the stay more enjoyable, overall it wasn’t bad.

Wuzhen is operated by a hotel group. Check in at the tourist center and the hotel staff will help to transfer your luggage to your room. The hotel room is so beautiful and everything is well maintained. Xizha have lots to explore and 2 nights is just enough for us. It is bustling in the day and peaceful at night. Sleep quality is good and quality of toiletries as well. Book the breakfast at 早茶客 as it tends to be full during weekend. Worth the stay.

WE EXTENDED OUR STAY, needless to say more… This hotel is on TOP of our staying list throughout the whole two weeks holiday in China. So so spacious for four of us. The room has two separate areas, each has it own bathrooms. Nice view over seeing the lake. It is right next to 西湖 and all the shopping malls…. Even close to 河坊街 and etc… Breakfast can only considered acceptable though. Just the location and the room, i would return for it. highly recommended

Friendly staffs at the hotel. Location of hotel is directly opposite hangzhou train station which is super convenient. One con for the hotel is that there is no drop off point. Didi driver will stop at the road side.

The hotel is located in a quite strategic location and it was at Exit B on Ding an road station. There was an upward escalator only but none downward escalator. Therefore, if you have big luggage then please be informed. The hotel lobby seems very stuffy. Feeling breathless if it stays there for a longer period. During registration, there was constant interruption from the travel agent promoting their package which is truly annoying. I was a bit disappointed as I came here to celebrate my birthday during my stay. No upgrade or special or compliment offered by the hotel which is truly disappointing despite the fact that I did mention it on my booking. However, the room was spacious. Strong aircon with a good strong shower. The room was equipped with an air purifier and even disinfectant machine. Disposable toothbrushes and indoor shoes were given as complimentary. A comfortable bed with two big pillows per bed. My room doesn't come with breakfast. In house guests will only need to pay 36 RMB to dine in. However to me, the food was simple and there was not much variety. You can actually check the foods before deciding to dine in. Overall the stay with Merchant Marco Edgelake hotel is still considered pleasant. Front counter staff needs to improve their services. Travel agent staff should not interrupt the guest while during registration. Be professional.

My partner and I enjoyed staying in Elong Hotel. Though it is one of the simplest room in the hotel, it came with a makeup area with a Dyson hair dryer (almost with all the hair accessories), comfortable sofa, super high technology lights and curtain system. I also liked their free self service laundry area, which you can keep track of the time using the room’s tv. The location is also very ideal, just right outside the metro station I truly enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Will come back to stay again in this hotel when i come back go Hangzhou 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The room is extremely good, and it is beautifully and tastefully furnished! Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The amenities are great, and the room has smart features - electric toilet, mobile phone charging station, etc. Location is very good and hotel is near the Qian Hefang street, West Lake, and shopping places. Plenty of food places nearby too. There is free laundry service and free supper at 9pm. Service is excellent! I’ll give this place more than 5 stars , highly recommended!

Hotel rooms are big enough, especially when you book queen size, breakfast is nice,saves you money, good help from the lady on the desk, Xiao hu,very helpful she understands English, will definitely book again.

r       The hotel service is very good, the breakfast is full, the room is clean and comfortable, the western food in the hotel restaurant is very authentic, there is a food festival recently, unfortunately I don't have enough time... Otherwise, the high and the low will have to enjoy it.

YiWu Global Hotel is likely well-situated within Yiwu, close to major markets and business districts. Convenient for business travelers who need easy access to the Yiwu International Trade Market or other trade hubs.

Great location, well recommended to those who are visiting the trading center just few blocks away. Polite staff and good breakfast options. I met with the hotel manger, such a nice person. Walked me out to the taxi on my check out day! Go there.

I have been to Yiwu many times, and I always come back to stay here. The restaurant next to me is great, and my friends 。by land world hotel The hotel has been renovated this year, and I like it very much.And the gym. I often exercise in the gym.I like the fact that the hotel has Syrian chefs to cook Muslim food.My beautiful friend Reina helped me a lot, helped me take a taxi and helped me operate the machine. Thank you Reina. I hope to see her again next time.

Hotel facilities are amazing , good to go with Family. The only put off was breakfast as there was NO proper labels and segregation for Muslim and vegetarian guests. Even in live cooking section for eggs the same pan was used for pork and plain eggs. This is not expected from Marriott a worldwide chain of hotels ,it’s quite disrespectful for Muslims and even vegetarians.

All employees are very kind to customers. Also the distance to 国际商贸城，no more close than this hotel. I think the best of hotel in China that I vistited.👍🏻 So I want to visit again when I come back to Yiwu.😎

My favorite Hotel in yiwu, rooms are extra clean and modern. directly in the Center and walking distance to many places and still quite at night and have a good sleep,few minutes with a taxi to the markets, breakfast was amazing with a lot of varieties, been staying here everytime I come and will always come back 💯
