Environment: The surrounding area is good, with easy access to dining options. Service: Excellent, warm, attentive, and thorough. The front desk staff are highly professional. The breakfast quality is great, with a wide variety that suits different tastes. Overall, it's a hotel with excellent value for money. The security guard at the gate is also very kind, enthusiastic, and attentive.

I had a great stay at the Sheraton in Huzhou, which sits right on the beautiful Taihu Lake. The hotel itself is a major attraction, and every room comes with amazing views and excellent facilities. The villas are especially impressive, each one has its own hot spring and a private swimming pool, which makes the experience even more relaxing. The hot spring area at the hotel is super comfortable, and the night light show is absolutely spectacular. Walking around the lake and around the hotel feels peaceful and enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Lucy Liu from the front office. She speaks good English and acted almost like a personal butler during my stay. She helped with everything, planning the hot spring visit, suggesting nearby boating options, and offering support whenever needed. Her kindness really made my stay even better. This hotel is great for solo travelers, couples, and families. Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed in the Grand Pacific a few times over the years. Great service (though wanting to carry my laptop bag is over the top), excellent breakfast (Chinese and western), the pool is good, the gym okay but equipment dated. Best hotel in Yuyao for foreign visitors if you can’t speak any Chinese.

Staying at the Shangri-La for work with my parents and child was, as always, an excellent experience. They were very communicative and willing to help and accommodate us. A big thank you to Grace and Dennis! I'll definitely keep choosing Yiwu Shangri-La. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic! It beautifully blended Dongyang and Yiwu local specialties with a very international selection. Loved it! 💕

I hade exellent experince with hotel stuff and room look. Bed ,bathroom is perfect. Only location is so so, notjing arround. Centre city is far away but is also very esay to get there by night with DIDI ,its arround 15min.

The room is great, and the location is excellent, right inside the Xizha scenic area. Staying at this hotel means you step out directly into the scenic area. When you're tired from exploring, it's a short walk back to the hotel to rest, which is very convenient. You can also take a free shuttle bus to the hotel, and the staff even personally pick you up and drop you off at the scenic area entrance, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast is rich and satisfying, and the service attitude is excellent. Very good.

I booked a room with a view of Ruifeng Ancient Town, and the experience was quite good. The room was quite spacious, and the balcony offered a view of Taihu Ancient Town. It was quite a surprise to see the iron flowers and fireworks on the balcony at night. The housekeeper, Xiao Zhou, was also very considerate. From before check-in to the end of the trip, he patiently answered all my questions and introduced information about food, drink and entertainment in the surrounding area. Five-star praise.
