It's an older business hotel, but despite its age, the overall environment is very clean and doesn't have the musty smell of old hotels. It's not too far from Morioka Station, the breakfast is quite plentiful, and the overall accommodation price is very cheap. There's a parking lot next door, which is very convenient for those driving. The room is a bit small and dark, the pillows are a bit flat, and the air conditioning is central, so there's no way to adjust the temperature; you can only choose the fan speed.

I am a US traveler on business. I have visited Kashoen before and based on my experiences it is the only hotel I will ever stay at in Hanamaki. The hotel staff are the kindest, most caring, and passionate people I have met at a hotel. The amenities are fantastic, the hotel food is phenomenal, and my stay is always relaxing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a nice nature trail nearby with a river that is beautiful as well. If you are in Hanamaki or are looking for somewhere to enjoy a peaceful weekend at, I suggest Kashoen.

The hotel is within walking distance from the Morioka Shinkansen station, the rooms are spacious and is near the main shopping street with a mall across the street.

The hotel is located in Hanamaki Onsen Village, which is a group of three hotels. You can go to the hot springs in all three hotels, but I only went to the Momijikan, which has both outdoor and indoor hot springs. The area is not small and very comfortable. The room is also large, and the breakfast is rich in variety, with Japanese and Western food. There are also sukiyaki, local milk and ice cream. The hotel also has free folk performances in the lobby every night, which is very unique. If it is spring and summer, the rose garden near the hotel should also be beautiful. A very recommended hotel. The disadvantage is that the surrounding public transportation is not very convenient. You can only make an appointment to take the free shuttle bus from the hotel to Shin-Hanamaki Station. Although there are ordinary buses, there are very few buses.

Richmond Hotel Morioka Ekimae Located directly opposite JR Morioka Station, accessible via an underground passage. It's also convenient to walk along the sidewalk at ground level if you have luggage. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, and you can access it from the hotel with your room card. We checked in at 2:45 PM. We had booked a compact twin room (non-smoking), but the hotel upgraded us to a larger room with three beds. The moment we stepped into the room, two words came to mind: 'utter comfort.' There was plenty of space with three beds, a sofa, a small coffee table, and a work desk. The sink was outside the bathroom, with a separate wet and dry area. There was also a clothes dryer and a multi-functional charging cable. From the bedside, we could see Kaiun Bridge and JR Morioka Station. Morioka Castle Site Park was only about a 15-minute walk away. The Dendenmushi Morioka Loop Bus is also available for use. We arrived late from an overseas trip but before the check in last call. Staff was friendly and thorough. The air conditioning seemed a bit weak but otherwise kept us cool. The rooms were western style, including the bathrooms and were well stocked. We didn't get a chance to eat there as we slept in until almost checkout. Beautiful place. Will likely stay there again in the future if we need another night in Morioka!

The service staff is very kind and friendly. Although they don't understand English, they will try their best to use the translation machine. The overall facilities in the store are good, the rooms are well maintained, the hot spring hotel is very good, the room is also large, and the sleep is comfortable

Annual ski holiday, this time to choose the Ambi plateau. Because the price of the snow field hotel is more expensive, there is a hot spring nearby hotel to try. The accommodation includes two meals, breakfast is the same every day - set plus a small amount of buffet form - food is provided. And dinner is shabu shabu, charcoal roasted cattle, and the same buried sushi roast is replaced in turn. Beef is Tian Zeniu, personally think that the meat quality is not 10 points excellent, but it is acceptable. There are hot springs in the hotel, there are two private styles, and the package is not wrong. The only place that is not ideal is far away. If you don't drive by yourself, you have to arrange a shuttle bus to the snow field by the hotel. The same buried daily breakfast time, dinner time, shuttle bus time needs to be prepared in advance, so you can freely and easily decide what time to eat and what time to go to the snow field and what time to return.

The hotel staff are very warm, polite and attentive. Very satisfied! The room I booked includes a semi-open-air bath, which is a great environment. The room was also cleaned very well. Breakfast and dinner were also very rich and delicious. Highly recommended!!!!
