The hygiene was good, and the service was excellent; they were very responsive to requests. I stayed for three days, and on the first day, I left a note asking for extra water bottles, and they were promptly placed in my room. They even helped hang my clothes to dry, which was a thoughtful touch. I made sure to ask for the name of our room attendant, who was Ge Yan. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to strictly enforce the no-smoking policy in non-smoking rooms, as smoke odor is very difficult to eliminate. My first room had a smoke smell, but they moved me to another room. The location is fantastic, right by Changying (Changchun Film Studio), bus route 54, and This Mountain, which is very convenient.

The environment is fantastic, very clean, and well-equipped. The hot spring experience was also incredibly relaxing. Breakfast offered a great variety, but what truly stood out was the service. Right after check-in, a butler was assigned to us, ready to answer any questions and provide helpful reminders. There was even a dedicated shuttle service for the hot springs. Any issues we encountered were promptly resolved by the staff – their service-mindedness was truly impressive! The hotel's exclusive access to Changbai Mountain was very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I'll definitely be back!

After skiing, head straight to the Gokurakuyu hot spring, where the aroma of cypress wood fills the air. With both indoor and outdoor pools to choose from, the romantic experience of soaking in the snow is maximized, and all fatigue melts away. The butler service is meticulous, providing thoughtful care from check-in to check-out. The breakfast offers a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, ensuring you start your ski day full of energy. The hotel is well-equipped with a supermarket and a Japanese izakaya, fulfilling all your vacation needs in one place. This hotel is absolutely perfect for families with kids! The location is unbeatable, right across from Dinosaur Kingdom and close to the Folk Village. The rooms are clean and modern, and the kids absolutely loved the family climbing room. The hot spring area is huge, with lots of pools and clean water, plus an infinity pool. The service is warm and friendly, and the breakfast is plentiful. Staying here makes playing and soaking in the hot springs a one-stop-shop, making travel with kids super easy and worry-free. Our driver even said it's the best service in all of Yanji! ✌

This hotel is the perfect choice for a fun sleepover with your besties! The huge projector screen was amazing – we snuggled in bed watching movies, munching on snacks, and chatted until dawn without a care in the world. The front desk staff were super friendly, and the illuminated makeup mirror in the bathroom was fantastic for getting ready and taking great photos. Downstairs, there's a popular cafe and a BBQ restaurant, so we spent the whole day exploring and eating to our heart's content. We'll definitely be back next time! Highly recommend 👍

We had a pleasant stay, and the service from the team really stood out. The front desk staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. Later, when the room felt a bit warm, they brought a standing fan to our room since the central cooling system couldn't be adjusted. It was a thoughtful gesture which we really appreciated. The breakfast offered a decent selection to start the day, and the hot spring (opens after 2pm) had enough pools to keep our kid entertained. Location wise, Changbaishan station is a mere 5mins ride away.

From check-in and shuttle services for sightseeing to breakfast arrangements, everything was meticulously organized. Many small details we hadn't even considered were expertly handled in advance, making for a truly excellent experience. I was lucky enough to receive a free room upgrade, which included a private hot spring bath – so relaxing and comfortable. Every corner of the hotel was exquisitely maintained and tastefully decorated, creating a wonderful atmosphere. You could feel the meticulous care and sincerity everywhere. Breakfast offered an incredibly rich variety of dishes; everything was delicious and satisfying. You could really sense the staff's dedication in preparing it! Although it was only a brief, one-day stay, I left feeling completely comfortable and delighted. The next time I visit Erdao, I'll definitely choose this place again. I'd also love to bring my parents here for a leisurely stay to truly enjoy some slow-paced time. I genuinely recommend it!

The hotel service was excellent, with a dedicated butler assigned to us. The breakfast was very rich and satisfying, and they even offered breakfast for two adults and two children for one room, along with a complimentary afternoon tea. We had a slight delay checking in on the first day, only getting our room after 3 PM because it wasn't ready. However, the butler proactively upgraded our room the next day, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service.

The room environment is clean and comfortable, the view is wide, the supporting facilities are complete and easy to use, the store service is intimate and thoughtful, the travel experience is superb, recommended

Indoor heating is centralized at 30degrees Celsius during winter. Humidifier fan will make the stay more comfortable.
