My family enjoyed a wonderful trip here. The hotel provide superior service for us, especially for our kids. Their butler service is also exceptional, made us having a smooth trip, even the bad weather condition cause the park closed, they still provide many activities for us to keep our kids happy all the time. The hot spring here comes with plenty choices, good for both little ones and adults. Definitely would stay in this hotel again.

It was a pleasant stay for my pals and I at the hotel. The staff were specially helpful. Special thanks goes to Jason who make sure that our needs are catered to - he even went beyond to assist us to order our breakfast using his own handphone in view of our early flight today! The front desk Miya and Ivy were helpful as well! The housekeeper did a good job too, my request for extra bottles of mineral water is met as well, regardless the time of the day. The only con I would say, is the construction works going on - that said, it has to be done so that hotel can cater better services for the Guests. I will visit the hotel again if I visit Changchun again! Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at the Yatai Hotel, the staff were amazing; extremely friendly, helpful and the service throughout our stay was of a high professional standard. We were close to great restaurants and tourist sights, we could walk to almost everywhere, and centrally located only a short 5-10min taxi ride to the Changchun Railway Station. The rooms were very clean, modern and convenient. This was my second stay at Yatai Hotel. And it won’t be my last!

We noticed that many of the guests were international professors and students from Northeast Normal University nearby. This was our second stay in three days - both times because of the nearness to Changchun Railway Station - and again we enjoyed the excellent service (even if your phone runs out of battery, there’s a two day weather forecast on your desk together with water and snacks, s. photo), classic Chinese hard mattresses and pillows (good for our backs) and the history exhibits that remind guests of the fact this hotel was first opened in 1909 in this very building. This time, we did have time for their extensive breakfast buffet and it is indeed extensive: salad, various types of eggs, oats, fruit, cakes, Chinese dumplings, Chinese porridge (the local “hei mi” black rice is lovely), fried noodles, rice, steamed veggies and buns, toast, jam, various Chinese hot dishes, freshly made noodles, ….you get the idea. The only regret we had: they have a coffee machine - for instant coffee…. Lots of lovely teas, but only instant coffee, alas. You can’t beat their price, either: RMB 304 for a twin bedroom including two breakfasts and two vouchers for afternoon tea.
