The front desk staff were quick and professional. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is great, close to the North Scenic Area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The environment is exquisite and comfortable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, especially the front desk lady. During the 817 Rice Festival, it was impossible to find a taxi, so the hotel even arranged a car to pick us up.

The room facilities are complete and spacious enough, and the bedding is very clean and odor-free. The service is warm and attentive! The breakfast is plentiful, and every dish is worth trying. Unlike other star hotels where the food is bland, the dishes here taste absolutely amazing! The hot spring area deserves a huge thumbs-up; there are all sorts of pools, and the water quality is top-notch. There are outdoor pools of various sizes, and there's even a pool where you can swim. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, I definitely have to stay here again.

I have to commend the exceptional service provided by Butler Xinxin at Changbai Mountain Lan Jing Hotel – our entire experience was absolutely fantastic! From arranging our pick-up at the high-speed rail station before check-in to promptly processing our arrival and personally escorting us to our room, Xinxin went above and beyond. They even thoughtfully prepared child-friendly amenities like a bed rail for our little one. As soon as we settled in, the butler provided a warm welcome, detailed information about hotel facilities, park entry requirements for Changbai Mountain, and essential ski gear. They even helped us arrange ski suit rentals, saving us a lot of hassle. The next day, our ski tickets and shuttle bus were pre-booked, making the entire process worry-free. When we wanted to visit Edelweiss Town after skiing, the butler immediately arranged for a driver to pick us up and drop us off. The driver patiently waited for us until we returned around 10 PM. The hotel room was quiet and comfortable, and the butler proactively checked in each evening to see if we needed anything, and in the mornings, they provided timely updates on the latest Changbai Mountain park entry information. The day before our departure, the butler once again pre-arranged our shuttle to the station, ensuring a seamless connection. The dining also deserves a special mention; breakfast was particularly delicious. The noodle-making auntie was very friendly, and the staff clearing tables were quick and attentive. From the small details to the overall arrangements, everything was impeccable – professional and heartwarming. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Changbai Mountain!

The hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

The facilities and equipment are very complete, the sanitation is very clean, and the environment is very good. The staff on the first floor are very enthusiastic and will come back often.

The service staff are rather cold & stern unlike people from Harbin City whom are generally more customer centric and warm. Rooms are very clean and new but they don't cleanup rooms even when we stayed for 2 nights, as our rubbish were not cleared. The hotels do not have direct access to hot spring center as we need to walk out of the building to access the other building next to it which is equipped with hot spring except for morning breakfast that their 3rd floor staff canteen will be open for hotel guests to access. There's no bell boy & nobody assist on the luggages. We checked in on a very cold night and didnt get to walked to the 网红墙 as it's about 1km walking distance. They are not near to any convenient chains, but there's a local mart just right across if only getting basic stuff.

Since our departure time coincided with lunchtime, our concierges, anticipating that we might be on the road and unable to eat, prepared sandwiches and fruit for us. We were incredibly touched! Seeing that we had a child, they even treated our little one to a complimentary chocolate ice cream before we left. It was truly a moment filled with happiness, and our child was absolutely thrilled, insisting that I bring him back next year. It was genuinely wonderful! Very big spacious and comfortable room. The room TV has many channels. Better than many other hotels. Even though the TV channels are all Chinese based. Is still a very good choice of TV channels. Has an excellent breakfast spread. So many choices of food. Better than many other hotels. The front office reception even offered us free sauna for all 4 of us. But we did not manage to take it up as we did not have the time.
