We stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe room overlooking the mountains. Such a beautiful breathtaking Scenery. Unforgettable experience watching sunsets and sunrises. The hotel Breakfast served varieties and delicious food. The room is clean and comfortable. It is good for family with children too. We will definitely return here to relax away from busy environment.

From the moment we arrived, the resort exceeded all expectations. Nestled in a stunning natural setting with breathtaking views, this resort is the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and serenity. The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed with drinks and genuine smiles. Hasbi attended to us throughout the sty and he has been exceptional. Our room was beautifully designed with modern touches and local charm. Immaculately clean, it featured a plush bed, a spacious balcony overlooking the lush greenery, and all the amenities one could need—including a stocked minibar,a dreamy rain shower and a bathtub overlooking the scenery. What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Pak Handy also come down on the 2nd day to check on our hospitality. From the attentive housekeeping to the friendly restaurant staff, everyone made us feel like VIPs. Speaking of food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was a culinary experience, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and diverse options. Whether lounging by the pool with magnificent view and cooling weather and indulging in spa treatments, there was never a dull moment. The peaceful ambiance and pristine surroundings made it feel like we had found our own private haven. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return And recommending to our family and friends. If you're looking for a getaway that blends luxury with nature and top-notch service, this resort is it. Five stars all the way!

Whenever I have business trip to Bandung.. I just stay at Aston Pasteur.. The menu of breakfast soo nice.. Plenty of variations.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This marks my third stay here, and I've always been delighted to receive a room upgrade – thank you so much! ❤️ My only minor feedback is regarding the cleanliness of the glasses in the room; please pay a little more attention to that. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. It was a bit of a shame that during this weekday stay, the kids' breakfast area wasn't available. We also tried the Bubba Spa Kids, and my child absolutely loved it! I hope to see some promotions for the kids' spa in the future ☺️ Overall, everything was fantastic, and I hope for another room upgrade on my next visit too! 😅

We recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and overall, I truly appreciate the hospitality and facilities provided. However, I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the pillows in the room. The pillows were too firm and unfortunately affected the quality of sleep during my stay. For a hotel of Pullman’s standard, I believe it would be wonderful to provide guests with a pillow menu or at least a choice between soft, medium, and firm pillows, to cater to different preferences. In addition, the towels felt rather thin and did not reflect the luxurious standard expected of a Pullman property. For a hotel of this caliber, I believe it would be beneficial to provide options for softer pillows as well as thicker, more comfortable towels for guests. I hope this suggestion can help enhance the overall guest experience in the future. Breakfast ok..

My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.

We love the place, rooms are big, pretty spacious. Breakfast was good, many varieties both western and local cuisine. We also tried some mix veggie fruit juice and it was really good. Location is good, easy to go around Our children were happy, we checked some of the children activities and tried them. We took the chill and grill package so it includes dinner. To be honest, we were not very happy with the dinner. Under the Mariott brand we expect better. The meat was tough, and in our opinion (as 3 families staying here) the marinating sauce for the grill they use was too acidic. The hawker noodle was too salty. The pineapple fried rice was sour. I had to wait quite long for the fruit platter to refill.

**My Unforgettable Stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung** My experience staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff. At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service. Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view! Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service. And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha! One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Without a doubt, we’ll gladly return to stay here in the future. Thank you once again to all the hotel staff for making our stay so memorable. ---

It is a good and nice hotel to stay. The room are clean and comfortable. The location is good and right next to a shopping centre with a supermarket. There is a lot of food choices around and also in the supermarket. There are also pharmacies if needed. Good central location. Did not manage to take photos.

Very good impression of my first stay at El Hotel Bandung. Was given a room upgrade and appreciate it very much. The room is clean, spacious and has a comfortable queen bed. Bathroom with a tub is also properly maintained. Only hitch was a bulb in the washroom fused but even after reporting the fault at the reception, it was not replaced. Breakfast served at the cafes were plentiful and service was good. Location is also good with many eateries around. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bandung.
