The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

Guest UserWhen I checked in, Pete, the concierge, was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive. He asked about my travel experiences, recommended some great local restaurants in Guangzhou, and even reminded me to protect myself from the heat and sun, which was very thoughtful. The check-in process was quick, only about five minutes. The only minor disappointment was not receiving a welcome drink, which was a shame, lol. Maybe I was dressed too casually and didn't look like a guest?
Later that night, when I returned from sightseeing and couldn't find my food delivery, the concierges Alex and Mona (the duty manager), along with Cathy at the front desk, were all very proactive in helping me resolve the issue (the three of you, you know what I mean?). I truly felt like they were wholeheartedly dedicated to assisting me, communicating with patience and a smile throughout. Even when I couldn't sleep later and went down to chat, they were warm and engaging, which made me very happy.
When I checked out, my favorite Pete was there again to help with my luggage. He was very meticulous, reminding me to make sure I had everything and asking if I needed a taxi. My entire stay was smooth and pleasant; the Front Office team is excellent. Next time, remember to offer me a welcome drink!
Also, it's rare for me to leave a review, but to Lance, Will, Jason, Pete, Collen Jie, Judy, Ares, Ivy, and of course Harthhy – I wish you all smooth sailing, safety, and happiness every day.
Finally, I wish the concierge department all the best and continued success in their work.

Guest UserThis Marriott hotel in Shenzhen offered an excellent stay. The overall atmosphere was understated luxury, not overly commercialized. The room had great natural light and was meticulously cleaned. What impressed me most was the staff's service; the guest relations specialist was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and proactively attended to many small details.
During my leisure time, I tried the hotel's mooncakes. The custard lava filling was soft and silky, and the red bean paste with aged tangerine peel had a rich flavor, clearly showing the quality ingredients used. Whether for a short stay or purchasing Mid-Autumn Festival gifts, this hotel won't disappoint. I look forward to my next visit.

BusshuiA huge shout-out to Vanilla at the front desk of The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy! My stay was absolutely perfect. The lobby ambiance is grand and elegant, and the location is superb. However, the most outstanding aspect was undoubtedly the professional service from the front office team. A special thank you to Front Office Director Perry and the entire front desk team: Hedy, Jimmy, Jennifer, Molly, Erin, Dannie, Koko, Sahar, Joy, Bella, and Eva. The whole team is incredibly well-trained and works seamlessly together, maintaining order even during peak check-in times. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick.
The team members were consistently gentle and polite, proactively explaining hotel facilities, local transportation, and member benefits. They were prompt in responding to requests for luggage storage, coordinating room needs, and answering inquiries. Their attention to detail was exceptional, perfectly embodying the Ritz-Carlton's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Each team member was patient, meticulous, and handled situations with poise, resolving issues efficiently and thoughtfully. There was no cumbersome waiting at any point, and my travel fatigue instantly melted away. When I visit Futian next time, The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy will still be my top choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Our stay at the Zhuhai Hengqin Bay Hotel truly maximized our holiday experience. They offer dedicated shuttle buses to both Ocean Kingdom and the Spaceship Theme Park, making transportation incredibly convenient without any hassle. The hotel's environment is exceptional, with ocean-themed details everywhere creating a wonderful ambiance. The water park downstairs is super fun, and we were even surprised to see dolphins there – a truly delightful experience.
The buffet was decent; not amazing, but satisfying enough. Given that the hotel has been open for a few years, it's understandable that there might be a few minor spots missed during cleaning, but this didn't detract from our overall stay. A special heads-up: the Kakahu show requires a ticket per person, per seat. We didn't realize this beforehand and were surprised that even our 2-year-old needed a separate ticket. It's good to be prepared in advance to avoid any last-minute inconveniences.

Susi LThe Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay is perfect for a family vacation. All the rooms I stayed in were sea-view and very spacious. It boasts a private beach (though not suitable for swimming) and a large, canal-style swimming pool, with a shallow area that's great for kids to splash around, wade, and dig in the sand. There's also a kids' club, but the facilities are a bit limited and dated. Occasionally, they offer parent-child craft activities. On the downside, the children's play area is quite small, and there are few dining options around the hotel. I'd recommend eating at the hotel or driving to the restaurants near the Zhuhai Grand Theater (Sun & Moon Bay), which is also quite close. Overall, the resort has a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for families to unwind and enjoy time with their kids.

The only convenient thing was its proximity to the subway. Everything else about the experience was terrible: the makeup mirror and bathroom mirror weren't cleaned properly, with visible stains. The soundproofing was awful; even on the 30th floor, I could clearly hear noise from downstairs, and the sound of the TV from the next room was perfectly audible. The windows offered no sound insulation at all. The room lighting was also very dim. I went to bed late last night and wanted to sleep in, but I was woken up by noise early in the morning and couldn't get a good rest.

Our stay at The St. Regis Zhuhai truly highlighted the impeccable hardware and rooms. The room itself boasted a retro-luxury style, offering spacious comfort. The marble bathroom felt premium, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided an absolutely stunning view. From the bed, we could take in the river view and the Macau Tower, and the overall decor and furnishings were incredibly tasteful, making for a very comfortable stay.
Unfortunately, the service experience somewhat lagged behind. Check-in efficiency was just average, and responses to calls were a bit slow. Some of the detailed services didn't quite measure up; for example, the selection of welcome fruits felt quite disappointing given the hotel's high-end positioning.
Purely based on the accommodation environment, it's definitely worth a stay; the views and hardware are absolutely top-notch. However, there's significant room for improvement in the service. If the service could match the facilities, the experience would be much more perfect. If you're looking for amazing room views, go for it. But for those who highly value service details, I'd suggest lowering your expectations.

FWXieThis hotel is in a great location, right next to Gangding Computer City, making transportation very convenient. The hotel has a unique, retro-themed decor.
The room is spacious, clean, and tidy, with modern and complete amenities (including a large TV, refrigerator, air purifier, hot shower system, smart toilet, and touch control panel). The hot shower system is excellent; you can easily control the water flow and temperature, and the water pressure is strong with plenty of hot water. The bed is very comfortable, and I slept well. The Wi-Fi speed is fast enough. Room drawbacks: no large windows; noisy air conditioning.
The breakfast buffet is particularly good, with a wide selection, including various hot dishes, noodles, wontons, dumplings cooked to order, salads, pastries, desserts, fruits, drinks, and more.
Overall, the stay was excellent, and it offers good value for money.

Guest UserTaking my child on this trip, choosing the Penguin Hotel was absolutely the right decision; the overall experience far exceeded my expectations.
📍 **Excellent Location:** The hotel is right next to Ocean Kingdom, with a dedicated passage directly to the park. No need for shuttle buses! When you're tired from playing, you can head back to the room for a nap anytime, which is incredibly convenient for kids with limited stamina. The perk of early park entry (one hour before opening) for guests is fantastic, allowing us to enjoy popular rides without the crowds.
🛏️ **Room Environment:** Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a Polar Room. The room was spacious and clean, decorated with adorable penguin-themed elements. The hotel thoughtfully provided child-sized bathrobes, slippers, kids' toothbrushes, and even a bed rail, showing great attention to detail. My child was thrilled as soon as we entered the room. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep.
🍽️ **Dining:** We dined at the Emperor Penguin Buffet Restaurant, enjoying a unique experience of eating delicious food while watching penguins. The variety of dishes was extensive, with something for both adults and children to love.
🙋 **Service:** All staff members were friendly and patient, promptly addressing any questions or concerns. Check-in was very quick.
The overall immersive polar fairy-tale atmosphere perfectly suits a family vacation, making it easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families with children!
