For those who take late or early flight, it is recommended to stay at here because they Provide 24 hrs pick up and drop off service. Besides that, there is a smart room control device, Xian du to help u to control and atmosphere the room to Provide music, light, curtain. Although the breakfast is normal and simple, it is suitable for us.

The location is quite easy to find, right next to an underground non-motorized vehicle roundabout, very close to Zumiao Temple, which is super convenient. The price is reasonable, the room is clean, and the service is great too.

Had a fantastic stay in Zhuhai with my friends this time! 👍 The room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. There's a kids' play area, a gym, and a swimming pool downstairs, all free for guests, which is even better. The bed was big, soft, and super comfortable. On a rainy day, the front desk staff even helped us with umbrellas 🌂 – truly top-notch service! Hahahaha, we'll definitely come back again with friends if we get the chance. Thumbs up!

This hotel is located in Terminal 1 of the airport. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The staff were polite and friendly. There's a free shuttle bus to Terminal 2, which is great for early morning flights as you don't have to wake up extra early to get to the airport. It's a perfect hotel for that.

I had heard about the White Swan Hotel for a long time, so when I visited Guangzhou, I immediately booked a room. I chose a river-view room, and the view of the Pearl River from the large window was absolutely delightful and quite atmospheric. The room itself was spacious; although the carpet showed some age, which is understandable given the hotel's history, it was acceptable. The bed and pillows were incredibly soft and conducive to sleep. There were two separate sinks in the bathroom, allowing for independent use without disturbing each other. Both a shower and a bathtub were available, and soaking in the tub while enjoying the view was a lovely experience. The hotel breakfast was a bit monotonous, with fewer Guangzhou specialties than I expected, though the overall variety was still decent. There were no outlets by the bed, but surprisingly, there was a port inside the bedside table. The transportation wasn't particularly convenient; the subway was about 1 kilometer away, shared bikes couldn't access the area, so we mostly relied on taxis. The heated pool was excellent. The hotel even has its own pier, but it was a shame that guests weren't allowed to take a boat trip on the Pearl River. The koi fish in the pond were all plump and healthy. I also tried the morning tea at Yu Tang Chun Nuan, which was good, but the sunflower chicken was a bit too tender for my elderly companion, almost impossible to bite. The 'Hometown Water' design was truly beautiful. The hotel staff cleaned the room twice a day, in the morning and afternoon, which was a nice touch. However, the toilet seat wasn't very convenient for using disposable seat covers, requiring extra cleaning. Also, the trash can in the toilet was poorly designed and made a very loud noise when stepped on. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and being right by Shamian Island added a lot of charm to the stay.

Stayed at Family room 8306 on 17 to 24 April 2026 Positive Hotel room. Nice clean and spacious room. Toilet are relatively clean and we especially loved the foot sensor flushing for its convenience and novelty. The overhead shower water pressure is great after a long day of walking and shopping. The bed and pillows are comfortable for a restful sleep. Hotel. Taobao enabled hotel. Order stuff and have them sent to the hotel for pickup. Food delivery enabled. There is a laundry room on the 5th floor for guests. There are daily fresh water bottles stocked up next to a lift for guests usage. The front counter also provided a coffee-tea biscuit station for guests waiting at the lobby. I can't get enough of the biscuits. There is a pot of light stuff available in the evening for a quick bite. The counter staff are attentive and will walk around serving tea to guests waiting in the lobby which is a nice touch. They are very responsive and will make great efforts to attend to our inquiries. Great location. Less than 5 minutes walk away out of the hotel front door both left and right direction are good for foodies. Both directions lead to long streets of local food and amenities. Breakfast. Breakfast, filling and decent enough if you are not picky. Anyway it's free. We usually slept until very late and ate out at Dian dou de (Didi there) or local food around the hotel. Transport. There is a metro station just about 10 minutes walk away but didn't get to ride it because it's more convenient to grab a Didi right at the hotel front lobby. The hotel location is just under half an hour ride to Shangxiajiu and Beijing road. We also took a 30 minute didi (8.00am) to Baiyun shan for a day trip. It took about 5 hours to explore it. Negative Didi. The hotel is not located right on the main road. There are roadwork during our first 3 days there and the side road entrance to the hotel are blocked. We have to grab our Didi at the main road instead of the hotel lobby Luggage rack. The hotel room really needs a big luggage table or rack for guests with multiple big luggage. The tiny rack currently available is not enough to use. This is a Big Big Problem. .. Big Problem. Must rectify immediately. Room wifi. The room wifi is not available for use during our entire stay. Totally unable to get any connections at all. This is a minor annoyance. Room keeping. The beds are not made up everyday. Although we don't really mind. It will be nice to come back to a tidy bed. On 2 separate nights we need to personally take towels for my daughter and tissue pack from the house keeping cart because our room is not supplied correctly..

I wanted to visit Dinghu Mountain, but since there aren't many good hotels there, I chose this internationally renowned hotel instead. What a disappointment! The lobby is vast and boundless, with no one to guide you and nowhere comfortable to sit. It basically functions as a giant billboard for them. It feels so cold and impersonal, hardly what you'd expect from five-star hospitality. The corridors are open-air, a bit like a courtyard, but walking through them in 35-degree heat is incredibly uncomfortable. And I can't imagine what happens here during a typhoon, given its location. Are guests expected to brave the wind and rain, lugging their bags into their rooms? The dinner was passable, but just mediocre, definitely not reflecting a five-star standard. Breakfast, however, was a huge letdown. The fruit selection was limited to tangerines, dragon fruit, guavas, and pineapples. Zhaoqing is known in Guangdong for its unique and abundant local produce. Are their famous steamed glutinous rice dumplings (guo zheng zong) too embarrassing to serve? Or are they too stingy to offer longans and lychechee? Maybe they don't want to offer local specialties, but they can't even fry a decent Chinese donut (youtiao) – it was a doughy, lifeless mess, truly shameful. To call this a five-star hotel, it's just an upgraded government guesthouse canteen level, and a very perfunctory one at that. I genuinely tried to enjoy my stay and even ate two meals at the hotel, but I wasn't satisfied at all. I noticed the lobby was advertising a neighboring restaurant, as if to imply that this five-star hotel's food isn't great, and if you want good quality, you'll have to spend more money elsewhere. It seems strange for an entire five-star hotel to endorse another restaurant like that. On my way out, I saw many official cars coming and going. It appears this hotel isn't really catering to independent travelers like us. Aren't government expenses like this supposed to be restricted now?

The hotel is too new and has a strong odor. If you're sensitive to smells, definitely avoid staying here. It might be better once the smell dissipates after a while. I couldn't get any rest all night because of the strong smell, so I asked the hotel to open the windows. As a result, I was bitten awake by mosquitoes in the middle of the night. I got so many bites that the mosquitoes were full and didn't even move, ending up squashed on the sheets. I blame myself for not checking the hotel's renovation date; I usually never stay in newly renovated hotels.

Two-minute walk from the subway station with plenty of convenience stores nearby. The bedding is skin-friendly and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. My child loved the stories told by the smart speaker (Xiao Du), and the semi-smart toilet offers a gentle wash. The front desk service was excellent, and the facilities are new and complete. The environment is quiet and well-equipped, and the smart speaker control is super convenient. The service was warm and attentive, and there's free coffee and tea available all day on the first floor. Very satisfied!

First time staying at a hotel in Zhuhai, just checked out. Time to leave a review. The mattress was just right, not too soft, not too hard. The pillows were comfortable. I slept soundly until morning. The WiFi was stable, no buffering when streaming videos. Shower water pressure was consistent, and hot water came on in seconds. The bathtub was pristine. Toiletries had a subtle, pleasant scent. The body lotion was a thoughtful touch. Plenty of amenities for children. The pool water was clear and heated, and there was a lifeguard on duty, which was reassuring. The kids' play area had slides and a ball pit – my child didn't want to leave! Breakfast was extensive, and the freshly made noodles were delicious. The shrimp dumplings in the Chinese restaurant were authentic. The waitstaff proactively brought a high chair for my child. Checkout was simple; just drop the room key card into the express checkout box and go. Very convenient. The parking lot had ample free spaces and was easy to access. The lobby was bright with high ceilings, and the marine-themed decor was lovely. The elevators were responsive, and the corridors were quiet. The room had great natural light and was spacious enough. The air conditioning was cool, and the mini-fridge worked well. The kettle was clean, and the towels were thick. The bathrobes were comfortable. A stroll in the garden was delightful. The gym was well-equipped. It's close to the amusement park, and there are frequent shuttle buses. Great value for money. I'll definitely come back.
