The Miraton Hotel provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Miraton Hotel offers a pleasant stay in Dongguan for those traveling for business or leisure. Traveling to the hotel is easy with Changpingnan Railway Station located approximately 800m away and Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport roughly 61km away. Seeing Dongguan's sights from this hotel is easy with Changping Park (Changtian Road), Changping Cultural Square and Railroad Park all close by. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Dongguan hotel offers parking on site. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic. For guests traveling on business, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.
"The hotel's location is great, close to the business district, and it's well-renovated with a good price. You can tell it's recently refurbished as soon as you enter; it's very clean, and the hygiene standards are met. However, some room equipment is a bit old; it seems only the surface was renovated, not the internal wiring and devices. There are no power outlets by the bed, so I had to charge my phone under the desk. Also, the air conditioning isn't very effective, and the controls are surprisingly old-fashioned rotary knobs from twenty years ago, with yellowed plastic. I've stayed at the Huilihua next door, and they have digital control panels. It's really rare to see an AC unit with traditional rotary switches these days.
That said, the hygiene is genuinely good, and the restaurants downstairs are decent, so overall, it was a good experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

GGuest UserMy overall experience at JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an was excellent, and I'd especially like to thank Guest Service Specialist Reina. The check-in process was efficient and smooth. Reina was professional and meticulous, proactively understanding my business travel needs. She thoughtfully arranged a quiet, high-floor room for me and patiently explained the hotel's office amenities, internet usage, and local business travel information. The room was clean and elegant, with complete office facilities, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing, allowing for a restful night after a busy day. During my stay, I contacted Reina for some last-minute needs, and she responded quickly and handled everything appropriately, communicating with a warm and polite demeanor. Her service throughout truly showcased Marriott's professional standards. The hotel's location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the overall environment is grand and comfortable, suitable for both business meetings and short breaks. Reina's attentive and thoughtful service was incredibly heartwarming. I will definitely choose this hotel first for my next business trip.

GGuest UserWe've stayed at hotels all the way from Sanya to Zhuhai, Macau, and Shenzhen, and this was our first time at a Ritz-Carlton property. Initially, I thought the service in Sanya was the best. Then we went to Macau, and it surpassed Sanya. But until we stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for our final stop, I can confidently say it was the best service we've experienced on this trip. From the moment we got out of the car until we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so there was some noise, but we weren't in the room during the day as we were out exploring, so it didn't bother us. Finally, I have to give a full five-star review to Ms. Sun Jingyu from housekeeping. She noticed we had laundry and thoughtfully brought us hangers and even laundry detergent. My friend also left her makeup bag in the room, and 'Candy' from the hotel specifically called to let us know. Thank you to all these wonderful people who made our rainy trip so much warmer. Shenzhen is truly a beautiful city, and I'll definitely be back next time. Looking forward to my next visit!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel in Zhuhai with my family, and the overall facilities and environment were excellent. I especially want to commend Mavis from the front desk.
The lobby was quite crowded when we arrived, but Mavis remained patient and friendly, quickly and efficiently completing our check-in without making us wait long. She proactively and thoroughly explained the hotel's amenities: the dolphin viewing area, the shuttle bus and yacht routes to the park, and the water park's opening hours.
Traveling with young children, she thoughtfully arranged a room upgrade and offered tips for avoiding peak times at the attractions. Later, when we inquired about luggage storage and park tickets, Mavis clearly and expertly answered all our questions. Her professionalism was top-notch! 👍
Her service was consistently delivered with a smile; she answered every question without being perfunctory or impatient. Her meticulous and attentive service made our trip exceptionally comfortable. While the Hengqin Bay Hotel's facilities are already impressive, Mavis's excellent front desk service was truly the icing on the cake. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Chimelong, and I'm especially grateful for Mavis's dedicated hospitality!

AAHMAD FARHAN F M AL-MASLAMANIOur stay at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay honestly felt like a peaceful escape from busy city life. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, private, and relaxing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and blends very naturally with the seaside surroundings, creating a quiet luxury atmosphere that immediately makes you slow down and enjoy the experience.
The room was spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially loved our room location because it was incredibly easy to step outside anytime and enjoy the fresh ocean air, privacy, and relaxing ocean view. Sitting outside during the morning and evening became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The outdoor patio and soaking pool made the experience feel even more special and peaceful, especially at night when the atmosphere became even quieter.
The room amenities were excellent, including complimentary minibar drinks, coffee machine, tea selection, bathrobes, ironing equipment, quality toiletries, and many thoughtful details that made the stay feel complete and comfortable. Everything felt carefully prepared and very well maintained.
Breakfast was honestly amazing every morning and became one of the highlights of our stay. The fresh colorful fruits, delicious noodles, healthy dishes, fresh juice, and calm dining atmosphere made every morning enjoyable and relaxing instead of rushed. Even though complimentary fruits mentioned in the booking were not provided in the room, we honestly did not mind because the breakfast fruits were incredibly fresh and delicious every day.
We also understand why check-in may sometimes take longer because once we entered the room, everything felt perfectly prepared, safe, clean, quiet, functional, and comfortable. We genuinely could not find anything negative during our stay.
Thank you and appreciation to all the staff for their warm hospitality, professionalism, kindness, and effort in making our stay memorable, peaceful, and truly relaxing. We would absolutely love to return again in the future.

AAnonymous UserThe location is fantastic! It's just a minute's walk to the subway station. However, the traffic right outside the hotel seems pretty busy, so catching a taxi might be a bit inconvenient. You can reach most attractions within about 30 minutes by subway.
The room service and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The room itself was great, very clean. The breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options (I've included some pictures). The braised beef and daikon radish topping for the noodles was absolutely delicious!

GGuest UserTraveling to Chimelong with kids? The Penguin Hotel is definitely the top choice. Our entire stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The hotel's location is a huge plus, with a dedicated passage directly to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, meaning no long detours to get in and out of the park. In the evening, you can enjoy the full fireworks show right from the hotel plaza – it's an amazing experience! The room was clean and odor-free, with a delightful penguin-themed design that kids will love. Soundproofing was good. Standard amenities included kids' slippers and toiletries. Bed rails and a baby toilet seat needed to be requested from housekeeping, and the staff delivered them quickly. This meant we didn't have to bring a ton of baby essentials ourselves. The Emperor Penguin Buffet Restaurant has a fantastic ambiance, offering a rich selection of Chinese and Western dishes, desserts, and drinks. You can even watch penguins through the glass while you eat, which kept the kids thoroughly engaged during meals. The hotel also features a separate kids' play area, and the Kids' Corridor offers marine science popularization and handicraft games – a perfect spot for entertaining little ones. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were friendly. The park shuttle buses were frequent, and they also provide free parking, luggage storage, and full WiFi coverage. It's truly a place that balances relaxation for adults and fun for kids. For families planning a parent-child trip to Chimelong, I highly recommend staying at the Penguin Hotel.

GGuest UserThe weather was hot, so a few families grouped together to escape the heat here. The rooms were spacious enough, the river view was expansive, and the pool was quite open. The pool is on the top floor and is divided into three areas: the curved shallow area is constant temperature, while the round side pool and the large infinity pool have cooler water, which is perfect for summer. PS: It was so comfortable, even adults lounging on the side enjoyed a cool breeze with no mosquitoes! The kids' play area was smaller than expected, suitable for 1-3 year old babies. We'd definitely revisit this hotel just for the pool and the rooms!

XXishanxingzheThis hotel boasts a truly unique ambiance, feeling secluded with its three-sided ocean views. The design is stunning, perfect for photos, and the infinity pool is breathtaking. The rooms are spacious with a minimalist, upscale feel. However, there aren't many activities or amenities to experience within the hotel itself; a coffee shop or library would be a great addition. Mikasa and Colin at customer service were excellent. It's a shame there's no proper beach, and frankly, all the beaches on Dong'ao Island are quite mediocre, not nearly as good as Dameisha in Shenzhen. This is definitely a hotel best enjoyed by staying put. A pleasant surprise was the restaurant at the pier – the seafood was fantastic and affordable. I highly recommend the sea urchin fried rice at Juxianlou. You can even buy fresh seafood at the pier and have the restaurant prepare it for you. Make sure to shop around at a few different vendors as prices vary significantly.
