Really nice spot to stop over for a couple of nights. The locations is just on the outskirts of town. However, they offer a free shuttle into the town in the evenings. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. There is laundry facilities on site too as well as a hot tub. Breakfast was great, really enjoyed the waffles. And plenty to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! Very quiet location and we especially enjoyed the lower level room opening into the beautiful grassy courtyard area. A short walk to the pool and hot tub! And the breakfast was simply delightful. All the staff were friendly and we would like to commend the fine, professional and helpful staff at the front desk - always a smile that made the day bright! Facilities: There are everything that should be there, as well as a kitchen, pots and bowls in the cabinets Hygiene: OK, there is no obvious disqualified place Environment: very close to the city center, the hotel is to the beach, the scenery is very good Service: Very good, customer service will say hello

Room is a bit old, had a view of their indoor swimming pool. Customer service is good.

The receptionists, bellboy, and staff were all very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the stay a lot. Location is centralized - just few steps from the Whistler village and gondola. Summit sport was right there - easy to rent and valet the skis/snowboards. The spa was amazing. Cameron is good at what he does. The hot tubs and heated pool were my kids highlight. We enjoyed it esp after a long day of skiing/boarding. Parking is safe - easy and convenient to load and offload. Would love to come back again!

front desk was really friendly and nice considering we checked in at minute. rooms were clean and cozy with microwave but no hot water kettle. overall a nice place for a place to stay in kelowna

The hotel is conveniently located right above Canada Place. Stanley Park, FlyOver Canada, and the Gastown Steam Clock are all within walking distance, and there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The cruise ship terminal is situated right downstairs, making it a lively and bustling area. We booked a club room, which offered stunning high-floor harbor views and access to the 23rd-floor lounge. While the room amenities were a bit dated, the service was exceptionally attentive and thoughtful. This level of dedicated service is particularly commendable in North America, and I highly recommend staying here!

There was something about this hotel that made it feel luxurious. It was so clean up so many little upgrades like hand soap in a pump, not a bar. Loved the cozy feeling with the fire place. Loved the soaker tub. And loved the puppy welcome package when we arrived. I have been travelling in BC for a week and this was by far my favourite hotel so far. You won’t regret it if you book.

Great stay here. We got a restaurant voucher for passing on room cleaning when we were only staying one night anyway.  We got coffee for the second morning, so I didn’t feel like I was missing anything.  The room was clean and bright.  The restaurant had a great breakfast.  There is also a good gym.  I was very comfortable.
