1. PROMOTION: These terms apply to Trip.com’s Philippine Airlines Campaign promotion (“Promotion”)
   
2. THESE TERMS: This Promotion is operated by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622 (“Trip.com”). By entering this Promotion, you accept and agree to these terms, our general [Terms and Conditions] and the decisions of Trip.com.
   
3. PROMOTION PLATFORM: Trip.com mobile website and app (version 7.47.2 or higher).
   
4. PROMOTION PERIOD: This Promotion starts on [15 June, 2026 at 00:00 (GMT+8)] and ends on [21 June, 2026 at 23:59 (GMT+8)] (both dates inclusive).
   
5. TRAVEL PERIOD: 15 June. 2026 to 31 Mar. 2027.
   
6. ELIGIBLE USERS: Trip.com registered users.
   
7. PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS: This Promotion includes limited-time offers (on a first-come, first-served, while stocks last basis and subject to further limitations, terms and conditions stated herein) on a range of flights products.
   
8. VALIDITY OF PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS: The Promotional Products are valid only on or for the date(s) specified for use on the products (if any). The validity of the Promotional Products cannot be extended beyond the specified date(s).
   
9. GENERAL:
   a. All Promotional Product prices and quantities shown are subject to changes from time to time. Please refresh the page before booking to confirm the products, the remaining quantity and see the latest prices and read the terms of use.
   b. For flight products, Airlines reserve the right to adjust prices and control seat availability according to the sales situation, and special air fares may be subject to strict change, refund and endorsement conditions. Please refer to the conditions of the booking and the airline’s policies, terms and conditions for details.
   c. To the extent permitted by law Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
   d. Trip.com reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
   e. Trip.com reserves all rights to the final interpretation of this Promotion.
   f. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Trip.com reserves the right to cancel any bookings of users who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behaviour or who violate these terms.

   h. These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country.

   One Price/All-in-Fare T&Cs “ SG Flight One Price ” (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion") Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”)
   Promoter: This Promotion is operated by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622 ("Trip.com").
   Promotion Period: the offer is available from 12:00:00 16 June 2026 (Singapore local time) to 23:59:59 16 June 2026 (Singapore local time).
   Travel Period: Flights departing from 16 May (GMT+8) 2026 to 31 December (GMT+8) 2026 (both dates inclusive).
   Eligible Flight Tickets: The Promotion is applicable to Singapore to Manila one-way economy class flight tickets (adult tickets only ) with the "One Price" promotion tag. These tickets must be for flights that take place within the Travel Period. During the Promotion Period, 22 limited numbers of Eligible Flight Tickets will be available at a discounted rate until stocks last.
   Eligible Member: To participate in this Promotion, you must be a registered adult user of Trip.com with a valid account. Availability: This Promotion is available on the Singapore version of the Trip.com mobile app (version 7.86 or above) (hereinafter referred to as "Trip App").
   Limited Redemption:
   The Promotion is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
   The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
   The maximum number of Eligible Flight Tickets each Eligible Member can redeem is once per Trip.com account during the Promotion Period.
   One Price offers are only available during indicated Promotion Period and are subject to availability, after Promotion Period or after One Price offers sold out or any changes are made to the booking after the purchase is confirmed, the applicable discount may not be available or applied, and ticket prices will become dynamic and fluctuate from time to time.
   Fares may be subject to strict change, cancellation, refund and endorsement conditions. Conditions and policies may vary. Please refer to the relevant airline’s policy for details prior to booking.
   The baggage policy is subject to the airline's policy. Please check airline baggage allowance and requirements prior to booking.
   By using this promotion, you agree to be bound by this T&C, including any revised terms and conditions.
   Trip.com reserves the right to suspend any accounts in response to any action that we believe is disrespectful, fraudulent, or in violation of the Trip.com General Terms and Conditions.
   These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
   This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country. Trip.com reserves all rights of final interpretation and further reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time.
