By using the coupon/promo code ("Promo Code"), you ("you", "your") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("T&C").

  3. The Promo Code is only applicable to signed-in Trip.com members.
  4. Availability limit: The Promo Code is limited and available for redemption on a first-use, first-served basis. Please use the Promo Code promptly after claiming it. System validation at checkout will determine if the Promo Code can be successfully applied. Please use the Promo Code as soon as possible to ensure availability and successful application of the discount.
  5. Certain channels are ineligible; eligibility shall be determined by the actual promo code availability displayed in the promo code section on the booking entry page at the time of booking submission.
  6. The promo code amount is calculated based on the ticket's base fare plus applicable taxes and excludes all other fees, charges, and surcharges.
  7. The Promo Code shall not be used in conjunction with gift cards.
  8. The Promo Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  9. The Promo Code is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit.
  10. In the event of a refund or cancellation, any refund will be based on the actual amount paid. The value of the Promo Code used will not be refunded.
  11. If a booking where a Promo Code was used is cancelled or refunded, the Promo Code will be considered used and will not be returned to the user.
  12. You are solely responsible for any and all taxes or other charges that may apply to the discount received under the Promo Code.
  13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, or claims arising out of or relating to this Promo Code, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.

Trip.com reserves the right to void, cancel, or suspend the Promo Code at any time if there is any suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of these T&C, or any unforeseen circumstances that compromise the integrity or fairness of the Promo Code. This includes, but is not limited to, technical errors, unauthorised interventions, or any other factors beyond our control. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
  15. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trip.com reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time without prior notice.
  16. These T&C are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory rights afforded to you by the laws of your country of residence.
