Romantic Hotels in Macau, China

It’s my first time at this hotel and i think it’s very value for money booking here. The ****** shuttle buses are very convenient and service was splendid right from the start. The doorman were all very stylish and professional in their job. Special mention to Haidee the very friendly and warm lady at our check in. As we are travelling with 2 young children she made extra effort to arrange for toiletries for kids age specific and was very professional and quick with her check in procedure. I thought it was very rare to have hotels with that thoughtful gesture. The hotel room was very neat and clean. Very spacious and happy to have the bathtub and a sofa and a small dining table. Minibar selection was very thoughtful too especially the instant noodles. Because of the sample biscuits, we decided to buy more as souvenirs. The hotel has a good indoor and outdoor pool. Very nice setting as well. The gym was good too my husband went to use it it was 24 hrs. The hotel was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. It was also convenient to get to Macau central by hopping on the public bus 26A just outside the hotel. There’s a good range of food choices from food court to mid and high range restaurants. There’s shopping for everyone and kids arcade to entertain the kids. Just moments before we check out thankfully the Golden reel was opened just in time. We had a pleasant surprise. We managed to catch an impromptu performance by the performers rendition of Michael Jackson. All in all you can just spend the whole day at the hotel without stepping out. Room was very clean and nice. The service to the room was fast and friendly. ****** was very busy though and I was asked to show my ID to verify my age despite being nearly 40 years old. In general though I would go back.

Very nice hotel. Not attached to a huge ****** and tho the sands is next door. I prefer this type of hotel size personally Swimming pool and gym, nice spread for breakfast, tho extra cost. Pleasant staff. All round good stay. On a personal note, I prefer a room that has access to fresh air rather than just air con. Bay view image.

I liked the hotel, good reception service, friendly staff. The room was clean, there was one jar of bath salt for free, it pleased me. The location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient, you either need to take a taxi or walk 25-30 minutes to the streets with restaurants. But despite this, the view from the window is very beautiful. There was one moment that disappointed me a little, when cleaning the room, the maid put one torn set of a bathrobe and the next day did not replace it. I had to look for her and trying to find her and ask to change it to another one . Thanks to the staff that even at 5 a.m. they helped to call a taxi and helped with the suitcases . On my next trip, I would stay at this hotel again

If you look forward for a location close to CBD. That is yours. If you look forward for a quick access to hottest tourist spot. Pick this up. Clean, simple and convenient location and satisfying experience would be in your expectation. This is also a good price tag as well.

Although my friend doesn't like this antique style of hotel, I insist in staying and enjoying my stay! It's old fashioned but has been well-maintained. It's very convenient to the Grand Lisboa and also to other famous tourist attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Horrible! I booked this hotel again after first experience we had a month ago which was wonderful. But this time have booked same room type and if was awful(( Old room, dirty bathroom, sagging mattresses which made sleeping so uncomfortable… woke up tiered( deep disappointment (( never again!

Hotel was nice and clean. Hotel in the city and easy to go sanado square even walk to shopping or looking for foods to eat. Have breakfast in the mall 👍🏻.

It was indeed a great experience. The room is spacious and clean. All staff were friendly specially the receptionist Ms. Malou San Juan (not sure if I named here correctly) and Mark Manansala. Since I am a Filipino, and they are either, communication was easier. They were sop helpful and professional. Also, the locals (Chinese) staff were the same. The hotel smells expensive and they offer more than what guests need. I mean, they are very much willing to provide the reasonable needs of guests. Could improve on breakfast menu but worth the price.

Not really any surprises - basically what you’d mostly expect from a hotel of this price in Macau although given the close proximity to both Wynn and MGM makes Hotel President a great value location for people interested in playing poker there.
