This was my first time staying at a hotel in Macau, and it was a great experience. There's a shuttle from the Border Gate that gets you close to the hotel, so even with luggage, you can arrive gracefully. All the nearby attractions are within walking distance: Senado Square is about an 8-minute walk, and the Ruins of St. Paul's are about 15 minutes away. Saving on taxi fares meant more money for souvenirs, which was fantastic! It's clear this hotel focuses on creating a peaceful, high-quality stay. The room felt incredibly spacious, with automatic curtains, a TV, a large bathtub, and a double vanity. Other facilities like the gym and pool are free to use for guests. Even in winter, you can soak in the hot tub while watching the sunset – every picture you take will look like an Instagram-worthy shot. The gym has a superb view; working out while enjoying the beautiful scenery puts you in a great mood! The hotel also has the Swan Lake Restaurant, so I just had brunch there when I didn't want to go too far, and the food really suited my taste. Overall, paying for the upgrade was definitely worth it and lived up to my expectations.

Staying at Harbourview Hotel Macau for 15 days was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, offering stunning views of the harbor and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, added to the convenience and relaxation. Breakfast options were diverse and delicious. Overall, Harbourview Hotel Macau offers great value, combining comfort, service, and a prime location. I highly recommend it for both leisure and business travelers looking for a memorable stay.

The rooms were clean, hygienic, and well-equipped. I booked a king room and a twin room. The price was reasonable, and we had a comfortable stay. The service, in particular, was excellent. The hotel even helped us store our luggage for the next day while we continued shopping. Really great!

The place was very convenient and highly accessible to Senado Square. There’s a nearby 24/7 convenience store and the place is surrounded by plenty of food options. The place was clean, and everything worked perfectly during my stay. I arrived close to midnight, and while the staff when I checked-in was a local with limited English, I was still able to go through the check-in procedure smoothly. The staffs were friendly and accommodating, especially the morning shift, which was a fellow Filipino so it was easier to ask for some recommendations around the area. Overall, I highly recommend this place! For directions, simply search Naughty Nuri on Google Maps. The alley on the left side will lead you to the accommodation.

The free mini-bar snacks and drinks were amazing! There were so many delicious treats, and we kept refilling them for the kids, and the staff remained incredibly enthusiastic. Even though it was Chinese New Year and very busy, we still got a room with a great view. I absolutely loved the Toy Story themed tote bag – my child adored it. This hotel truly excels in creating a positive and memorable experience, especially for children. The rooms are also spacious.

This stay was truly a more-than-five-star experience! When I booked this hotel, I thought it would be a typical hotel, but to my surprise, it exceeded my expectations after checking in. If I ever come to Macau again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel! **Facilities:** I stayed in a sea-view room with a balcony that offered direct ocean views – the scenery was absolutely stunning! It's really hard to find a hotel with a balcony in Macau. The hotel also has an outdoor heated swimming pool and a hot tub, and there's even a sauna in the changing rooms, so you can fully enjoy yourself even in winter! The hotel's decor is incredibly luxurious, making you feel like you're living in a palace, and the facilities all seem well-maintained. **Breakfast:** Breakfast is served at the hotel's Parisian restaurant and is a buffet with a diverse selection. You can also order noodles, sandwiches, and omelets made to order on the spot, and they taste pretty good. What's more, they even offer ice cream for breakfast, which is really special! If you choose not to eat at the hotel, there are plenty of 'cha chaan teng' (local diners) and other restaurants just across the road, some even open 24 hours! **Transportation:** The hotel is located right in Fisherman's Wharf, particularly close to Casino Oceanus and Sands, so you can take their shuttle buses from Gongbei Port to get near the hotel. There's also a bus stop not far from the hotel, so transportation is incredibly convenient. If you need a taxi, the hotel concierge can even help you call one. **Service:** The hotel staff's service attitude is genuinely excellent – very warm, thoughtful, and makes you feel right at home!

My recent stay at the Sofitel Ponte 16 in Macau was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s sophisticated French-inspired design and warm hospitality set the tone for a truly memorable experience. The staff were incredibly attentive, always greeting me with genuine smiles and going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms are stylishly appointed, blending modern luxury with classic charm. My room boasted stunning views of the Inner Harbour, and the plush bedding made for restful nights after long days of exploring. The bathroom was equally impressive—spacious, modern, and stocked with premium Lanvin toiletries. One of the highlights of staying here is the hotel’s prime location. Sofitel Ponte 16 is just a short walk from the iconic Ruins of St. Paul, making it perfect for history buffs and culture lovers. You can stroll along the scenic waterfront promenade and reach the ruins in under 10 minutes—it’s that convenient! After visiting this UNESCO World Heritage site, returning to the tranquility and elegance of the hotel felt like stepping into a peaceful retreat. Dining at the hotel was also a treat. Whether enjoying a refined meal at Le Chinois or sipping cocktails by the pool, every culinary experience was top-notch. The breakfast spread was particularly delightful, offering both international favorites and local Macanese specialties. In summary, Sofitel Ponte 16 offers the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and culture. Its unbeatable location near the Ruins of St. Paul, combined with world-class service and amenities, makes it a standout choice for any traveler visiting Macau. I can’t wait to return!

Honestly, this stay, probably due to the Chinese New Year approaching and increased crowds, wasn't quite as good as my last visit in terms of service. However, the Thai restaurant and the fitness center still maintained their excellent service standards and quality. On that note, I highly recommend the Thai restaurant's lunch special: 388 for two people, which is incredibly good value for money. You get to try all their signature dishes. I remember paying over 800 for dinner with a friend last time, so this deal is fantastic! My recurring issue, though, is the bathroom. The shower hose was moldy, the soap dish was moldy, and there was hair on the towel (a long hair, and I have short hair, by the way). Also, the hotel recently changed their toiletries. The body lotion is now the same tiny one found at the Grand Coloane Resort (part of the Artyzen Group). While the shower gel and other items are an upgrade, could the body lotion please be improved? Finally, a small personal wish: last time, after mentioning it was a repeat stay, I received complimentary welcome fruit, but not this time, haha. It would be nice to have little surprises upon check-in! To sum up: It was a decent stay, with attentive service. The hardware is a bit outdated, but the aesthetics are top-notch. It's rare to find a hotel with such unique style and design amidst the glitzy Macau, haha.

I’m a local staying here for post-surgery recovery, extended my stay two times. Reception is decent and helpful. The Japanese restaurant on ground floor is really good and so is the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. I’d say give it a try if you’re staying there, the price is average, totally not overpriced for being inside a hotel. The room soundproof is terrible, you’re out of luck if other guests staying in rooms surrounding you talk super loud or have loud kids. You can also clearly hear conversations outside the hallway. You can also hear the water pipe noises whenever people staying upstairs/downstairs shower. Not the most serene environment. Amenities are alright, the provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are a bit small so you’d constantly have to ask for refills for longer stays. The bath tub is bigger than usual ones so that’s a good thing but not a fan of the type of shower head they chose, and the tube is a bit short too but there’s an overhead if needed. I wouldn’t say the location is convenient for tourists as there is nothing surrounding the hotel but they do provide scheduled shuttle buses to get round town and to some hotspots. The walk to the nearest light rail station is around 12-18min (depending on your pace) on foot.

The room is located on Coloane Island, which is a relatively quiet area. While the facilities are a bit dated, it still feels like a solid five-star hotel. The room is spacious and has a balcony, and the breakfast quality is excellent. The only downside was the incredibly long wait at check-in. They didn't seem to follow a first-come, first-served system. I waited in the lobby for two hours, and people who arrived after me were checked in directly. If I didn't actively go up and ask, they wouldn't arrange my check-in, citing that the room wasn't ready. The problem is, I can't keep checking with the front desk every few minutes to see if the room is clean. Perhaps in the future, they could process the check-in and issue the room key first, then guests can simply wait for the room to be cleaned, rather than having earlier arrivals get pushed to the back of the line for check-in.

GGuest UserBooked this place online based on a friend's recommendation, and honestly, it's great value for money. There are tons of good restaurants nearby, and it's really close to Grand Lisboa, MGM, and Wynn. We saw the Wynn's Tree of Prosperity, checked out the exhibition at MGM, and even enjoyed some free milk tea. We also tried the geoduck hotpot at Sun Cheong City. The only downside is the hotel's air conditioning – it's freezing! The whole place feels like a giant freezer. It was just too cold. I have no idea why they keep it so arctic.

LLijian PhrigianThe Venetian Macao Stay: An Unexpectedly Luxurious Trip My stay in the Venetian Macao's Luxury Royale Suite was filled with surprises, and I absolutely have to write a glowing review to recommend it to everyone! 【Room: Immersive European Luxury】 The moment I opened the door, I was captivated by the opulent, vintage palace style! Gilded decorations and quality furniture, coupled with warm lighting, made it feel like living in a European noble's residence~ - The space is incredibly spacious, with a well-designed suite layout. The living area, bedroom, and bathroom are clearly separated, so it never felt crowded even with friends over; - The bedding was so soft I could 'sink in and never want to get up.' I slept for one night and surprisingly had no back or neck pain (a huge plus for someone with neck issues like me!); - Attention to hygiene was top-notch: the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, high-end toiletries, and towels so fluffy they could 'bounce off.' Not a speck of dust could be found even in the corners – a dream for anyone with OCD. 【Amenities: All Your Food, Drink, and Fun Needs Covered】 At the Venetian, the main draw is being able to 'have a blast without even leaving the premises': - The Gondola ride is a must-try! Sitting in the swaying boat, listening to the gondolier hum Italian folk songs, and passing by European-style buildings along the 'man-made canal' truly makes you feel like you're in Venice for a moment; - Shop 'til you drop at the mall: home to luxury brands like LV and Gucci. When you get tired, you can pop into a cha chaan teng for a bowl of noodles or head to a trendy café for some industrial-chic photos; - The recreational facilities are amazing: the heated pool offers spectacular views (you can swim while admiring the Macao Tower at night), the gym has more equipment than a personal training studio, and even the aromatherapy scents in the spa area are incredibly therapeutic~ 【Location: Prime Macao Buffs Aplenty】 The hotel is located in the heart of the Macao Peninsula, with incredibly convenient transportation: - It's a 10-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. After sightseeing, you can also check out the colorful houses on Love Lane nearby; - A 5-minute taxi ride to the Grand Lisboa/Wynn Palace if you're in the mood for some gambling; - Surrounded by a plethora of food options: old-school pork chop buns, authentic Portuguese cuisine, popular ice cream parlors... You can easily sample all of Macao's flavors on foot~ From hardware to service, from experience to location, The Venetian Macao has ingrained 'high-end vacation vibes' into every single detail! I'll definitely be back for a second visit next time I'm in Macao~ I genuinely recommend it to all travelers seeking quality and a sense of occasion!

SSuanmeitangThe location is great, very close to Grand Lisboa and Lisboa Hotel. There are bus stops nearby, making it convenient to get around. The hotel's cleanliness is good, and the bedding is quite comfortable. The front desk service and luggage storage were both good. However, the soundproofing in the room isn't great; you can hear conversations from next door very clearly. 😊

AAnonymous UserThe Executive Rooms on the 8th and 9th floors are definitely worth staying in. I stayed on the 9th floor last time. Even though there was a small surcharge, the rooms are newer and have bedside outlets. The hotel service is excellent; the staff are generally very helpful and answer all your questions. If anything was missing from the room, housekeeping would bring it right up. After checking out, the hotel even called to say I'd left my wallet in the room – I'm so grateful! Luckily, I had time to go back and retrieve it. Ivy at the front desk was particularly impressive; she was very efficient.

GGuest UserI have to give it 5 stars for the service; **Ambiance:** It's decent, typical of an old 5-star hotel – a bit dated but very clean. There was a slight smell of smoke in the hallway, but the room itself was fine. The room size was quite generous. **Service:** Excellent. As soon as I arrived, the doorman proactively helped with my luggage and even escorted me to my room after check-in. The same goes for check-out; they proactively asked if I needed to store my luggage. The front desk service, in particular, felt incredibly welcoming. **Location:** Extremely convenient. You can take a shuttle directly from Grand Lisboa Palace in Taipa to Grand Lisboa (the hotel is right next to Grand Lisboa). Wynn is just across the street, and the Ruins of St. Paul's are about a 1km walk away. The hotel is surrounded by popular tourist spots – so convenient! You can also catch shuttle buses to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal directly next to the hotel (other routes are available too).

GGuest UserAfter 3 days, I checked into the Sintra Hotel again and retrieved my luggage that had been stored for three days. This time I stayed in room 605. Although it was far from the elevator and a non-smoking room, the experience was completely different from my previous stay. Firstly, as soon as I entered the room, there was a musty smell that even the air conditioning couldn't dissipate. Secondly, there was a constant buzzing sound everywhere, which I assume was from many air conditioner outdoor units. It was there day and night, sometimes louder, sometimes softer, severely affecting my sleep quality. Of course, there are many positives: convenient transportation, comfortable bedding, instant hot water, two bottles of mineral water, and high-quality shower gel, shampoo, and lotion. The staff who stored my luggage were diligent and responsible, and there was a doorman to open the door and greet guests.
