Rooms are spacious but unfortunately they could not even fit an extra bed for my son! There is definitely not enough food choices available. The Market Bistro had OK food but the mobile ordering system was terrible and we waited an hour for food to arrive. It takes forever to walk from the lobby to the lifts. The shops were mainly luxury brands, meaning there was very little to shop at if you're not interested into luxury. Although our trip.com included tickets to the Eiffel Tower, it was closed for New Year's Eve rehearsals. The best thing about this hotel was that it was close to Studio City, which we had to visit multiple times each day for meals, family activities and shopping. The room was clean but the bathroom was not totally clean and I could see spots on the floor. I would definitely recommend Studio City instead for families.Â
The hotel's location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside. The airport shuttle bus conveniently stops directly in front of the hotel, which is a huge plus!
While the hotel facilities are a bit old-fashioned, they are complete, and the shower always has plenty of hot water. The staff are enthusiastic and always ready to help!
I really enjoyed the food at the 18th-floor restaurant and the hotel's breakfast buffet. I'll definitely choose to stay here again in the future!
The environment is great, pretty standard for Macau. For just over 1000 a night, we got a 5-star experience. \n\nCleanliness: Full marks. Even after 10 years, the hotel is still well-maintained.\n\nService: Very thoughtful. The ladies at the front desk deserve full marks! Their response speed, professionalism, and attitude didn't falter even during peak hours.\n\nBreakfast is up to Hilton standards, and the staff work really hard.\n\nHappy New Year! We'll definitely be back.\n\n(No photos were taken)
This popular hotel is really crowded, with many tourists checking in just to experience it. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to Taipa Ferry Terminal. The shopping arcade on the third floor has a wide variety of brands, and some stores even had promotions during Christmas. The hotel room facilities are a bit dated, but they are spacious enough, and the staff are all very friendly. There's a shuttle bus back to Hengqin in the evening, but the last one departs at 8:20 PM, so don't be late!
Facilities: Complete
Hygiene: Very good
Environment: Very good, loved the terrace
Service: Excellent, they brought plenty of body lotion when I asked for more, very attentive.
Hotel Shuttle Bus: We didn't take it, but we saw many people using it, so it should be very convenient.
The most delightful stay experience during our Macau trip! The hotel's iconic 'Figure 8' Ferris wheel is breathtaking, and the night view is absolutely stunning. The room was spacious and modern, and the bedding was very comfortable. With a shopping mall right inside the hotel, all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs are met in one place. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Whether you're traveling with family or as a couple, this is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!
Iâve always been an advocate for staying at relatively new hotels, and this is the first time Iâve stayed at Grand Lisboa Palace. I never thought that I would actually stay at an SJM property, but given that this was a celebration of my birthday, I was able to splurge a little bit. We had a little baby and they provided a relatively new baby cot and upgrade us to a slightly larger room at check-in. We also added the buffet, which for us cost an extra $100 per person per day, which we thought was really worth it. The buffet had a range of cuisines and we really enjoyed heading down to the buffet every single day we were there. Downstairs is also where the Csaino is located, so it makes it quite convenient and easy to play a bit. Overall, with what we paid, I thought it was quite a good deal since the room was around 60 to 70 mÂČ which was pretty comfortable for the three of us.
This is my 2D1N stay in Macao. The area is walkable distance to Ruins of St Paul (性汱淎çćïŒïŒthere is nearby porridge restaurant called (çèź°çœçČ„ïŒ which me & my part er found the taste of food damn nice.
Overall, this hotel located in good place, the staffs were so friendly & helpful especially Yoyo & Erica. Hotel room very artistic, the artwork is all around the hotel. All the amenities are provided. We have a pleasant stay here.
An experience that exceeded expectations! This established hotel truly delivers star-level service. I loved the European-inspired decor. A special shout-out to Patrick at check-in â not only did he upgrade me for free, but he also gave me a 'lucky' room number. When checking out, a friendly young man at the door even helped me call a taxi. It was a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely choose Artyzen again.

SShuangzizuopingguoThe hotel has a very festive appearance, with many rows of large red lanterns at the entrance and an impressive lobby. The room is very spacious, and it was comfortable even with three friends staying together. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of delicious food, and they refill items very quickly. Besides cars, there's also a shuttle bus service to and from Hong Kong via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, which is super convenient.

GGuest UserThe environment is beautiful, the location is excellent, transportation is convenient, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff are friendly and eager to provide assistance. The facilities are highly user-friendly, the internet connection is fast and reliable, and the views from the windows are pleasant. Itâs a good value for money, and I would stay here again next time.
QQiguaiaicaideshanyaoGalaxy is really great for families with kids. The environment is excellent, and the room details and amenities are top-notch. They provide Bulgari toiletries, and the toothbrushes, razors, and slippers are all of high quality and very comfortable. The front desk staff is very professional and responsive to requests. I booked the room last minute for my child's birthday and only asked upon check-in if they could decorate the room a bit. They immediately handled it for me and even gave me Mid-Autumn Festival chocolate desserts. The hotel's kids' club has a great environment and plenty of activities, and the Grand Resort Deck is fun and incredibly photogenicâhighly recommended! There are also many delicious dining options downstairs, making it super convenient to stay here with great food and shopping.
MM44077****The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. The rooms are well-equipped and complete, and the hygiene is clean, tidy, and comfortable. The lobby staff provided great service, a definite thumbs up! đ
I would choose this hotel again next time.
SShiyuedemilaoshuOld Putin didn't see any renovations this time, but it's definitely different from before. The service is still quite satisfactory; the front desk staff, both guys and girls, are very dedicated and responsible. They'll carefully explain how to do things and even help you carry all your luggage upstairs. Although the room isn't as big as before, all the facilities are quite complete. The best part is that they even provide Hermes toiletries! The hotel is right in front of the bus terminal, so you can get anywhere you want to go. It's also convenient to get to Rua do Cunha, and you can even walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's.
11362176****This was my second stay at this hotel. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned but kept pretty clean. The service was excellent; they even helped us call a taxi. The location is unbeatable â within walking distance of several old-school restaurants and famous attractions. Even during Christmas, the prices didn't go up too much, so it's great value for money. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Macau.
