AAnonymous UserThe hotel is famous, and quite expensive. The front desk staff was super nice and met all our requests, which I really appreciate. However, the check-in process was a bit much; I had to wait an hour in line just to get my room, which was a first for me and left my legs aching. The hotel has many facilities, but they are also very expensive. To use the water park, you have to pay an extra 500 per person, and breakfast isn't cheap either. If you factor in breakfast, the water park, and the Ferris wheel, it comes out to over 4,000 per room. For the amenities provided, it really isn't worth it. The room felt a bit old, the carpet had an odor, and the bathroom was quite dated with low water pressure, making showers less than comfortable. The decorative items on the bar counter were covered in two layers of dust. The only good thing was the complimentary snacks. If you're going to the water park, you might consider this hotel, otherwise, I honestly wouldn't recommend it. This hotel doesn't have a free indoor pool. If you find the water park expensive and still want to swim, the hotel next door has one. The front desk staff helped us get free access to the indoor pool at the neighboring hotel, which was very nice.
GGuest UserGreat value for money, with a swimming pool and spacious rooms. The swing in the lobby is a nice touch. It's a 7-minute walk to the monorail and 35 minutes to The Venetian. The only downside was the breakfast, which was a bit too simple. Overall, I was very satisfied. The front desk staff (one guy in particular) was very helpful and answered all my questions. However, the receptionist on duty the night I checked in was a bit stiff.
6699The front desk staff were very attentive and gave excellent service. The transportation is average. The TV volume was too low to watch Hong Kong channels, only news channels were available. The cleaning staff also provided excellent service. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money when visiting Hong Kong. The pool was also decent.
AAnonymous UserThe deluxe suite came with disposable toiletries, which was a pleasant surprise as I was initially worried they wouldn't be provided due to environmental regulations. The two large beds were very comfortable for sleeping. There's a dedicated person at the elevator lobby entrance who requires a card swipe before entry, showing strict management. Breakfast was a rich blend of Chinese and Western dishes. The service staff were professional and enthusiastic. Overall, the hotel's management level is very high.
AAqi2020Very satisfied, excellent.

GGuest UserGreat environment, convenient transportation, and an excellent location, making it easy to get around and shop. Highly recommended. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. Plus, the hotel offers breakfast on the third floor and lunch/dinner on the second floor. I was with my parents, and it was raining that day, so it was super convenient to just eat right there without having to go out.
MMuzijiuyueFrom the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Macau Port, take bus 101 and get off at Avenida do Infante D. Henrique. The hotel is just a 100-meter walk from there. It's right next to Grand Lisboa and New Yaohan. Senado Square is only about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel breakfast is a great value at MOP100. There are multiple bus routes to the City of Dreams area, with bus stops within a 200-meter radius.
GGuest UserAfter constantly checking for availability, I finally managed to book a room at the Galaxy Hotel, and immediately cancelled my reservation at Andaz! 😂 Galaxy Hotel was definitely my top choice. The room location was excellent, with a great view of the water park. I had previously sent an email, and someone was able to help me arrange all the decorations and even prepared a birthday cake for us. My little one was extremely happy! If I can book it again, I will definitely come back.
GGuest UserAre there any bad hotels in Macau? For two adults and two kids, this price is truly perfect, especially since Macau hotels aren't cheap. The location is excellent; it only takes a few minutes to walk to Neptune Ice Room. After eating, we walked to MGM for free milk tea. We didn't need a car since everything was nearby, and Wynn's performance lake was also very close. Maybe Macau is just small, but it's super convenient to get everywhere.
GGuest UserThis hotel is located in the heart of the bustling commercial district, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The trendy, artistic decor is very unique, and the guest rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with all the latest smart technology. The bedding is soft, and the bathroom amenities are top-notch. The common areas include a pool and a gym, which are really practical. My only minor complaint is that the lower floors facing the street can be a bit noisy; higher floors offer a better experience. The front desk staff is very responsive, and overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for young travelers on a short stay.
