The room was very spacious, and the soundproofing from the outside was quite good, allowing for a peaceful rest. Although the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities are still excellent and don't feel inconvenient. The only minor downside is that the doors close quite loudly, and the soundproofing on the hallway side could be better. Everything else was great; the view room offers panoramic views of the surrounding buildings. Being close to Disneyland, it's highly recommended!

My stay at YOHO The Macau Roosevelt was absolutely fantastic! The sunset and dusk glow, whether viewed from near the hotel or from the room, was simply breathtaking. The colorful light reflecting on the sky and water, coupled with the expansive city skyline in the distance, made for incredible photo opportunities! 2. **Surroundings and Dining:** The hotel's location is super convenient, with a plethora of excellent local eateries nearby. During my stay, I got to savor some authentic local cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style cafe) delights, including a scrambled egg and French toast combo with iced milk tea. I also checked out the famous old-school 'Mok Yi Kei' (dessert shop), truly experiencing the vibrant local flavor and culinary charm of Macau. 3. **Service and Facilities:** Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and polite. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding, allowing for a truly restful stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The views, environment, and surrounding convenience all exceeded expectations, offering excellent value for money! I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Macau!

While I found the service to be somewhat reserved and less accommodating than I had expected, I understand that this may simply be a difference in culture and hospitality style. Aside from that, I had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, peaceful, and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was having the pool almost entirely to myself, which made the experience feel especially private and relaxing. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would happily consider returning in the future.

Her service was gentle and attentive. By coincidence, we met Cynthia on our check-out day, who warmly bid us farewell, making the entire interaction very thoughtful and heartwarming. I'd also like to thank James, the bellhop, who proactively helped with our luggage and thoughtfully guided us with directions. From front desk reception and check-out goodbyes to luggage assistance, the service was consistently dedicated and seamless. Every staff member demonstrated professionalism, making us feel right at home. We will definitely choose The Venetian again on our next visit to Macao. Highly recommended!

Hotels in Macau are so much better than those in Hong Kong, honestly. For a similar or even lower price, you get a much bigger room. I've stayed at the Londoner in Taipa before, but if you're looking to explore the old streets rather than just shopping malls and casinos, staying on the Macau Peninsula, in the old town, is much more convenient. This time, I chose the New Orient Landmark; it wasn't expensive, and the room was quite spacious. While it's not brand new, it's well-maintained. The room even came with a dehumidifier. It's a short walk to Wynn Macau, Lisboa, and Grand Lisboa. Strolling to the Ruins of St. Paul's and Rua de Cinco de Outubro is also easy. There are also buses nearby to Coloane and other areas. Really, the entire old town isn't that big; it feels like everything is within a three-kilometer radius. If you enjoy walking, you can get everywhere on foot. It was definitely a much better experience compared to the hotel I stayed at later in Hong Kong.

Stayed at Hotel Kyoto in Macau for two days and had a really good overall experience. The location is definitely a plus – you can walk to St. Paul's Ruins and Rua de Cinco de Outubro, making it super convenient for shopping and finding food. The room was clean and tidy, and the living environment was comfortable. It saved a lot of hassle traveling with elderly people and children. It's a quiet spot despite being central and very convenient for getting around. For families visiting Macau, it's a great value-for-money accommodation choice.

The service was excellent during my stay! However, I ran into an issue during checkout that required police assistance. While waiting for the police to arrive, my phone was almost out of battery. I asked the front desk if I could borrow a power adapter. The male front desk staff said they had one and asked for my room number. I told him I had already checked out but just needed to charge my phone in the lobby for a bit and would return it right away. The staff then immediately said they didn't have one. Hmm! I've stayed at your hotel many times during my trips to Macau, and the service has always been great. But this time was really disappointing! If my phone wasn't about to die and I couldn't scan for a power bank, I wouldn't have even asked to borrow an adapter after checking out. I understand you have a right not to lend it, as it's your property. But I still wanted to share this experience. After all, even if a guest has checked out, shouldn't there be a bit more humanity when they're in urgent need of help?

It truly lives up to its reputation as Macau's top family-friendly hotel, definitely the best. From check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, immediately offering the kids drawing books and chocolates. In the room, there was even a tent for them to sleep in. The children's toiletries set was incredibly comprehensive and high-end, not just a simple toothbrush and toothpaste, but also bathrobes, plastic slippers, and even ceramic mouthwash cups that you could take home for free. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's exceptionally well-maintained. Each night, turndown service brought different little gifts. The water park and Kids' Club are simply a dream come true for children. Once they're in, they don't want to leave! I highly recommend the surf pool and the wave pool – you simply can't get enough of them.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bus station and a supermarket. Check-in was efficient during off-peak hours, and the front desk staff tried their best to accommodate requests for non-smoking, non-corner rooms. They even proactively offered an extra key card for electricity, which was very helpful. The room itself was relatively clean and tidy, and disposable amenities were readily provided. However, the bathroom facilities are a bit dated as the hotel is a little old.
