⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Londoner Grand Macau
Our stay at Londoner Grand exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out.
The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai.
The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far.
What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests.
The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded.
One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient.
Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience.
This hotel is located in Macau Peninsula's Ponte 16. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making transportation very convenient. The buffet lunch at the hotel's Seawind Restaurant was rich and varied, with the fried rice and beef brisket noodles being particularly delicious. I especially loved the small pastries and desserts, which were exquisitely made. As a French brand, Sofitel really excels in its desserts – thumbs up! 👍
This stay was absolutely fantastic, and I especially want to commend the front desk staff. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they were incredibly polite and friendly. They proactively offered helpful tips for exploring the hotel and getting around, which was a really thoughtful touch. The hotel's ambiance was superb, and the room was spacious and clean. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Macau. Highly recommend!
Traveling with my daughter, her classmate, and her mom (a party of four), we came from Hong Kong to the Parisian Macao. The hotel package included two round-trip First Class Cotai Water Jet tickets, which made the price incredibly good value for money. The hotel's decor is grand and luxurious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Indoor walkways connect to The Londoner and The Venetian, making shopping and entertainment super convenient. You can even enjoy a light show at night. All the staff were patient and polite, especially YOYO at the front desk, who was exceptionally thoughtful. She meticulously explained the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and transportation options. Her service was attentive and thorough. We were extremely satisfied with this stay!
The hotel is very new and boasts an excellent location right in the heart of Macau Peninsula, directly opposite iconic five-star hotels like Grand Lisboa, Lisboa, Wynn, and MGM.
It's situated by the sea, facing the Macau Tower. I booked the Fireworks Sea View room, and the view was absolutely first-class.
There's a bus stop right downstairs, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's also very close to Senado Square, and the alleys off Senado Square are packed with amazing food. There's even a fantastic photo spot nearby (picture one). The hotel also features an infinity pool outside, directly facing the Macau Tower.
The only drawback is that the soundproofing of the room doors isn't great; you can hear doors opening next door and people talking in the hallway.
However, the staff provided good service, and luggage storage was convenient.
Great value for money! This was my first time staying at this hotel, and compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Macau, the facilities here are top-notch. The breakfast buffet on the second morning had a fantastic variety of options – I'd give it over 90 points. The front desk staff who checked us in were very friendly, which definitely made a great first impression of the hotel's service. Although the location is a bit far from the Macau Peninsula, I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau.
The room was bright, tidy, and clean, with ample space. The toilet and shower were separate, which was well-organized. There was plenty of complimentary drinking water and enough towels in the shower. The view from the room was beautiful, with a stunning lake and city skyline complementing each other. You could also see the light rail trains passing by, creating a dynamic scene! The only downside is the lack of dining and shopping options near the hotel. However, you can walk 10 minutes to the nearby Jockey Club station, or take the hotel's free shuttle bus to Taipa Village or downtown Macau Peninsula for food, drinks, and entertainment.
The staff at Studio City are excellent and very attentive. We stayed for two nights and there were plenty of amenities, plus some complimentary hotel goodies. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, it's great value for money and highly recommended.
First time staying at this hotel, and it was quite comfortable. It's conveniently located whether you're heading further into Taipa (it's actually right at the border between Taipa and the Peninsula, just across a bridge) or exploring the Macau Peninsula. On arrival day, it's better to take a public bus to the hotel rather than the hotel shuttle, as missing one means waiting almost an hour. Also, on check-out day, you can get a free shuttle to the Border Gate by showing your room key card holder, according to their schedule. The hotel's room service food was also good and tasty.
I'm quite satisfied with this guesthouse; it offers excellent value for money! First off, the location is great—less than a ten-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, and the bus stop isn't far either. Plus, the room was exceptionally clean and newly renovated. Since I was traveling with my parents, the front desk proactively upgraded us to a larger room when they saw we had more people, which was incredibly thoughtful. The lobby is also spacious and has free travel guides you can take as souvenirs. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience! In a place like Hong Kong and Macau, where space is at a premium, this kind of value is definitely a win.

AAlwaystravelling247We’ve booked this hotel a few times in the past. This is one of our go-to hotels if we want something that is relatively nice yet is not going to break the bank. Luckily those are promotion for this room. Hands-down, the room and the hotel facility is kept up pretty well. Room amenities exceed standards for four-star hotel. One of the perks of staying here is using their indoor pool, which unfortunately we didn’t have time to use during our trip. The one bedroom suite it’s relatively spacious. The bedroom feels bigger and it’s nice to have a living room to kick your feet up. Overall, a solid hotel to stay at that isn’t gonna break the bank.

AAichihuoguodepanziAfter checking in, the front desk upgraded my room. It was a very spacious room, which is excellent value for money in Macau, where space is at a premium. However, the room had a musty smell and the facilities were a bit old, so the overall environment wasn't great. On the plus side, the location is superb, with major entertainment venues right next door, which is very convenient.
XXianrennanbowanThe hotel's location is superb, offering excellent transport links with shuttle buses available in all directions. It's just a stone's throw from the Ruins of St. Paul's and right in front of Yaohan Department Store. Famous entertainment complexes like Grand Lisboa, Wynn, and MGM are easily reachable within 10 minutes. For trips to Taipa's Parisian Macao, Venetian Macao, Rua do Cunha, or Hac Sa Beach, bus number 25 will get you there for just six MOP.
The guest rooms boast an elegant and opulent European style. Although the hotel is older, the facilities are well-maintained and fully functional. While not overly spacious, the rooms are thoughtfully designed and comfortable, maintaining a respectable standard. The linens are like new, reflecting the hotel's high management standards, which truly deserves praise.
The cleanliness is impeccable, and the service is quite satisfactory, especially their excellent luggage storage service. What's particularly impressive is the complete absence of noise despite being in such a bustling area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep – truly satisfying! The value for money is outstanding!
Around the hotel, the nearby streets and alleys offer a wide array of dining options, with various Chinese and Western restaurants to choose from. A dim sum restaurant is right around the corner, so you can fill up on breakfast before heading out to explore.
Due to other commitments, I only stayed for one night in a rush. This will definitely be my go-to hotel on my next visit!
LLitaidiWe spontaneously decided to visit Macau during the May Day holiday, and since we were traveling with a child, I looked for a hotel with convenient transportation. We entered through the Hengqin Port, took bus 25B to Grand Lisboa, and then it was just a few hundred meters walk to the hotel. The hotel's decor had a very authentic Macanese style, with a quaint charm. The room was spacious and cozy, and the cleanliness was excellent, with no missed spots and a very clean carpet. The breakfast, in particular, was truly outstanding. It felt like a proper breakfast restaurant, offering very authentic Macanese dim sum with substantial ingredients. Each person could order two steamed dishes and one noodle dish (rice vermicelli or regular noodles). The cream bun was delicious, even better than those from a bakery. The beef brisket ho fun was also very flavorful. The beef tripe and curry squid were fantastic, and the shrimp dumplings were packed with whole, large shrimp. It was truly excellent. Even at check-out, my child said they hadn't had enough of the breakfast yet.
GGuest UserI've always wanted to stay at the Galaxy Macau, but unfortunately, there was a thunderstorm warning on the day we checked in, so we couldn't enjoy the water activities. It was a bit disappointing. However, staying at Galaxy is incredibly convenient; there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options available. Plus, if you show your Air Macau boarding pass, you can get many discounts and free gifts. It's also super easy to get to the Venetian, Big Ben, and Parisian from here. After a good night's sleep, we could even pop over to Rua do Cunha the next day, which is very close by. What I'll remember most is how incredibly comfortable the beds are at the Galaxy hotel. The room was beautiful and clean, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Truly five-star service! Since we were traveling with kids, they even gave us complimentary 'Toto' slippers, a 'Toto' tent, and a 'Toto' doll for them. My kids were thrilled and said Galaxy was the most fun! ^_^ Haha. I will definitely stay at Galaxy again next time I visit Macau. What I personally loved most was being able to choose my own pillow. This time, I picked the lavender sleep pillow and even received a free pillow mist. All complimentary, truly excellent value for money.
QqupingjgThe hotel has a great location, making it easy to get around, and there are many delicious food options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and Kayla at the front desk provided excellent service.
KKuailedexiaohouThe room was pretty good. Even though the hotel is a bit old, I'd stayed here once before 1999 (when there was no Grand Lisboa or Venetian Macau), and it's clear they've been continuously renovating. They offer a shuttle service from the Gongbei Port to the hotel. The staff were all very enthusiastic, helped with my luggage, and communication was seamless. You can easily walk to famous spots like the Ruins of St. Paul's, St. Dominic's Church, and Senado Square. Margaret's Café e Nata (for egg tarts), Yee Shun Milk Company (for double-skin milk pudding), and Koi Kei Bakery (for local snacks) are all nearby. Plus, casinos like MGM and others offer free milk tea, Coke, Red Bull, coffee, juice, sausage buns, and red bean buns – the rich folks really are generous!
