Romantic Hotels in Hubei, China

Choosing Building No. 2 at Donghu Hotel Tingtao for my first trip to Wuhan was definitely the right decision. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with towering trees everywhere and a vast bamboo forest. Donghu Lake is right outside Building No. 2, and seeing the shimmering water every day, along with the fresh scent of plants in the air, made me incredibly happy. The hotel rooms are very clean, and the service is excellent; the electric shuttle in the park is almost always available on demand. You can also book a visit to Chairman Mao's former residence and take a shuttle tour of the grounds. The guest rooms even have robots that deliver takeout very quickly. The only downside was the mediocre breakfast; we only booked it for one day and ate out for the rest of our stay. If I ever go to Wuhan again, I'll definitely stay here.

Everything about the B&B facilities and decorations is very romantic and full of literary and artistic a**osphere. The words ”Heart Lake” and the artistic decorations are very good when you go down the stairs. It's great to visit an art gallery. It's perfect for making tea around the stove on rainy days. It's very pleasant to listen to the rain and drink tea among the mountains and rivers. The large glass windows in the room seem to be in the middle of the lake. Haha, it's very comfortable. If you have enough time, wouldn't it be better to relax here for a few days? Very satisfied and worth staying again!

The hotel boasts an excellent location right on Lihuangpo Road. Step out the main entrance and turn right, and you'll find Bagong Mansion just 50 meters away. Turn left, and Jiangtan Park is a little over 100 meters down the road. Housekeeping was prompt, and the facilities were decent. The room came with a fresh air machine and a mini-fridge, and complimentary bottled water was provided.

This century-old building boasts a stylish interior. The en-suite bathroom in the room is like something out of an executive suite. My room faced the inner courtyard, so it was quiet, and excellent value for money. The staff were attentive and thoughtful. The lobby, coffee bar, and terrace all have fantastic ambiance. I loved listening to the bells by the river, and in the evening, a 200-meter walk to catch the 1.5 yuan ferry across the river offered a stunning view of the sunset and the changing light as the city lights came on – absolutely beautiful! The morning chimes of the Jianghan Customs House transported me back a hundred years. The hotel even thoughtfully provided complimentary coffee and afternoon tea, along with travel photography to capture those lovely moments. Travel is all about enriching experiences, and the Good Century Meilun is so worth it. Next time I visit, I'll definitely stay here again! Ambiance: Stylish and chic.

The 270-degree river view room offers an unbeatable view. There's no need to splurge on an executive floor; even mid-level floors provide a nice view of the greenery. Watching the light show from 7-10 PM while enjoying a bubble bath is pure bliss! It's super close to Huangpi South Road, and I highly recommend staying here when visiting Wuhan. The only minor issue is that the riverside road can be a bit congested during peak hours, but booking a taxi in advance easily solves that problem, especially given the hotel's excellent location. The heated pool and 24-hour gym are a lifesaver after indulging in some carbs!

This is a super cozy hotel! All the staff are very nice and respect guests' privacy. The garden restaurant right at the entrance is stunning, and the self-service coffee/flower tea/snacks/desserts/disposable toiletries at the front desk cater perfectly to guests' needs. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft, skin-friendly, and fresh. The surrounding area is quiet despite being central, so the sleep quality is excellent! It's also very convenient for getting around; tourist attractions and famous snack streets are all within about a 10-minute walk. If you're coming to Wuhan, you absolutely *must* stay at Anmi!

We chose the right hotel for our trip to Yichang! As soon as we entered the lobby, we were greeted by soothing music, which instantly washed away our travel fatigue. The atmosphere was incredibly comfortable. I especially want to commend Xiao He, the front desk assistant. She was so kind and patient during check-in. She not only provided directions to nearby attractions but also provided helpful weather updates. The service was thoughtful and heartwarming, making our stay a truly memorable one. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yichang! The laundry service was also a welcome addition, adding to the comfort of our trip. Plus, the hotel is super close to the snack street, which is incredibly convenient!

The fruit for breakfast was already rotten, but it was served to customers openly. I have never encountered such a situation. The fried chicken fillet was not cooked, and there was still raw meat in it. I almost got it in my stomach. The heating of the fried food was not turned on at all. I don’t know what it was. Not to save electricity, such food. It feels like a real bullet dodged, not to mention basic hygiene. The coffee and milk were so light that they were almost transparent. Clothes hangers and kitchen utensils were hung on the wall in the exposed stall area. The operation room was a pile of debris with no management at all. After traveling for many years, this breakfast is of rare quality. The key is that it is irresponsible to the guests. In other respects, the reception at the front desk is warm and the service is in place. The coffee machine at the front desk is just a decoration and is not turned on. The sound insulation of the room is very poor. The KTV singing next to it at one or two o'clock in the middle of the night is continuous. The windows in the room can be regarded as windowless and there is basically no lighting, leaving a small gap. , considered a window? There are also several layers of screens.
