The hotel's location is fantastic. It's just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, right after you turn the corner from a snack street. The surrounding area is bustling and great for exploring. As soon as I arrived at the front desk, I was offered a welcome drink, and check-in was quick. It rained almost every day during my 4-day stay in Wuhan, so I ordered a lot of takeout. The robot delivery service was super convenient. The cleaning staff were excellent; they even reminded us about the self-service laundry on the 15th floor. They also left us notes, snacks, and yogurt. There's complimentary water next to the elevator on every floor, which was a thoughtful touch. The lobby also has a library and a 'recharge station' with free coffee, tea, pastries, and snacks. I was very satisfied with my stay. I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast menu changed daily and was delicious. I highly recommend this place!

Service: The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. They helped me with my luggage up and down the stairs during check-in and check-out. Complimentary iced water was also available at the front desk. Environment and Hygiene: The hotel is located a little way inside a residential compound. The entrance to the compound was a bit dirty, but it didn't really affect anything. The hotel rooms themselves were completely different from the external environment – very clean. My room had a large window overlooking the night market, which was very lively in the evenings. Once the stalls closed for the night, it became quite quiet, so it was good for sleeping. Location: It's right next to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The subway is only about 300-400 meters away, and it's just a 20-minute ride to Hankou Station, which made planning my itinerary very easy.

The room was great, very well-equipped, and the location was fantastic. The environment was lovely, and it was a two-story unit with a balcony, a fridge, a washing machine, and an induction cooker – it had everything! I had a very comfortable stay. The front desk service was also excellent; whatever I needed, they were always quick to respond. I really loved it!

This hotel was super convenient for my US visa application in Wuhan, as it's in the same building as the embassy. Right across the street, there are a few branches of a famous Wuhan hot dry noodle chain, and they were delicious! Getting a taxi to go anywhere was also easy. I had to request a late check-out due to my flight, and the hotel handled it very smoothly.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to a shopping district and a subway station, making both shopping and getting around a breeze. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable I just didn't want to get out of bed. The front desk staff, especially the lady, was warm and attentive, answering all our questions and even proactively recommending local restaurants. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely choosing this place again!

The parking lot is incredibly close to the hotel lobby, just a few steps away, so even with a lot of luggage, you don't have to worry about carrying it far. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to and from the highway exits and commercial areas. There's 24-hour security patrol and surveillance coverage everywhere, and the lighting is ample at night, so you feel completely safe parking here. Some high-end establishments even offer valet parking and vehicle storage services, so you don't have to lift a finger throughout your stay, making for a super hassle-free experience.

This time, I came to Wuhan for a concert. My friend and I booked two rooms of the same type. Everything from the hotel amenities, service attitude, to the food taste was impeccable. We both agreed we were extremely satisfied. Special thanks to the front desk lady who helped me carry my luggage downstairs when I checked out. If I hadn't been rushing that day and feeling a bit dizzy, I really wouldn't have wanted to bother you like that. Thank you so, so much! 🙏 I wanted to write a positive review immediately yesterday, but unfortunately, I didn't have time because I was catching a flight. I'm finally getting around to it today. Next time I have a chance to visit Wuhan, I will definitely choose this exquisite and beautiful century-old hotel again ❤️

When I visited Wuhan this time, I looked at many hotels and finally chose the Westin R&F. The hotel is located by the Yangtze River, making it convenient to take the subway to attractions like Yellow Crane Tower and Jianghan Road. The subway station is a short ten-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel's service was truly exceptional. Before my arrival, they called to ask if I had any special requests, and after checking out, they called again to inquire about my stay and any areas for improvement. The hotel breakfast was also excellent; the hot dry noodles were delicious. Restaurant staff proactively offered coffee, brought food, and cleared tables quickly and professionally. Housekeeping was also prompt and thorough. The staff in the executive lounge were very professional and enthusiastic, warmly serving guests with tea, water, and snacks. On my last day, I requested a late check-out, and the front desk staff immediately accommodated it – truly thoughtful service! I'll definitely stay at the Westin again on my next trip to Wuhan!

The environment is fantastic, and the floor-to-ceiling windows are beautiful. Sitting by the window, enjoying the view and eating is truly delightful. It's also very close to the attractions we visited. The room even has a large bathtub, and a washing machine, microwave, and umbrella are all provided. The host's service is exceptional; they respond to messages very quickly. We initially had trouble with the washing machine, and after messaging them, the cleaning lady came over right away. The host also thoughtfully sent us a Wuhan travel guide, which was incredibly considerate!!!

I chose Tingtao No. 2 based on reviews saying its facilities were newer. However, the front desk service at Tingtao No. 2 truly has that state-owned enterprise vibe 🥹. Before arriving at the hotel, I couldn't find a walking route from the subway station to Tingtao No. 2 on my phone's map, so I called the front desk. To my surprise, their directions were completely wrong! At the time, a mature-sounding female voice from the front desk told me to take the 'Provincial Museum exclusive passage' after getting off the subway. But after exiting the subway, I couldn't find anything labeled 'Provincial Museum exclusive passage.' I called the front desk again under the scorching sun, and this mature-sounding female voice actually argued with me. Just then, after exiting the subway, Huangli Road appeared. I asked if I should just follow this road, and described the shop names I saw along the way, including whether to turn at intersections. This mature-sounding female voice from the front desk actually said she didn't know 🤷. I asked the front desk to transfer me to someone else. A younger female voice, with a much better attitude, then told me how to get there and seemed quite familiar with the surroundings. Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, since the hotel is quite large, I saw there was an electric shuttle service. So I called the front desk to ask for a shuttle. After waiting for 3-5 minutes, no car came. I called the front desk again, and they gave me the driver's mobile number, telling me to contact the driver myself. I called the driver's phone, and then a fully loaded electric shuttle appeared in the distance, telling me that was the car. After I got on, it dropped me off at the back entrance of Tingtao No. 2 and then drove off. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs from the back entrance to reach the front desk of Tingtao No. 2 🥲. The hotel environment is excellent, the breakfast is good, and the facilities aren't old. During my stay, there were groups for conferences, training, and various activities, but it wasn't noisy. I apologize for having high expectations for the hotel, but I truly can't praise the front desk service. Perhaps the front desk at Tingtao No. 2 (especially an older female receptionist) thought my individual booking wasn't worth serving 🤣.

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied! I mentioned my preferences at check-in, and the front desk upgraded me to a river-view room and allowed a late check-out, which was incredibly accommodating. The hotel facilities aren't brand new, but they are very clean and meticulously maintained. The location is perfect, with many attractions nearby, making it super convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. It really shows the quality you expect from an established five-star hotel. I'll definitely book the Mingzhu again next time I'm in Wuhan.

JJL-laoMThe hotel's location is excellent, just under 500 meters from Exit C of Simenkou Yellow Crane Tower Station. Major landmarks like the Yellow Crane Tower, Yangtze River Bridge, riverside pier, Hubu Alley, and Liangdao Street are all within a ten-minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. While the hotel isn't new and the facilities show some age, everything in the rooms works perfectly without any functional issues. The staff, including the front desk and housekeepers, are very friendly. Lele, our WeChat concierge, was particularly attentive, always ready to answer questions and check in on us. The rooftop restaurant offers clear views of the Yellow Crane Tower and the bridge through sparkling clean windows, making it a perfect spot for photos. You can spot the hotel by its green glass facade from the Yangtze River Bridge.

JJiashifeiJustFreeThe hotel's location by the Yangtze River is convenient, and there's parking right at the entrance. However, the room I was given was very strange. I'm not sure if it was because I booked with Ctrip points, but it was an odd-shaped room with huge floor-to-ceiling windows facing a row of residential buildings across the street. If I didn't close the curtains, there was absolutely no privacy, but then closing them made the room dark. It felt pretty mediocre overall.

GGuest UserThe Hilton Optics Valley Hotel offered a truly perfect experience! Nestled by Yanxi Lake, my lake view room was spacious and spotless, with stunning views of the lake and trees right outside the window. The custom Hilton bedding was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed. The turndown service and thoughtful amenities really showed attention to detail. Breakfast was incredibly generous, featuring a full spread of Wuhan specialties like hot dry noodles and lotus root soup, and the freshly made omelets at the live station were cooked to perfection. Aria provided warm and attentive service, and the front desk handled check-in efficiently and quickly, responding promptly to all requests. With complimentary parking, high-speed WiFi, and a 24-hour fitness center, the hotel is perfectly equipped for both family vacations and business trips.

AASTRID HERNANDEZFirst of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter. It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.

GGuest UserYou can tell this apartment building is a bit older, but it's been pretty well maintained. I'd suggest replacing the hairdryer though. The public areas have some unique touches I haven't seen before, which is understandable since it's not a five-star hotel. The front desk staff were great; they even reminded me about the breakfast rush since it was a weekend. Breakfast was sufficient, with a good mix of Western and Chinese options – they even had natto, which I tried but couldn't really get used to! The housekeeping staff and the security guard on the first floor were all quite friendly and greeted me when I passed by.

NNvdaye692853938The second time I came, as soon as I entered the lobby, the warm lighting and exquisite decoration instantly impressed me. The front desk guy Feng Li provided good service, checked in quickly, and sent welcome fruits. The room was very cozy, the bedding was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the soundproofing was great, so I could have a good night's sleep. The gym equipment was new, and there were Chinese and Western breakfasts with a wide variety. They also helped me call a taxi when I checked out, and the service was so thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again next time I come here!

SSelf RelianceThe hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room.
