Guest UserTracing the footsteps of a great leader.
This isn't just a hotel; it's a living piece of modern history. From 1953 to 1974, Chairman Mao Zedong stayed here 48 times, with his longest visit lasting 178 days. Aside from Beijing's Zhongnanhai, this was where the great leader spent the most time, earning it the nickname ”Hubei's Zhongnanhai.” Strolling along the tree-lined paths of Meiling, with ancient trees towering overhead and a gentle breeze blowing from the lake, one can almost hear the echoes of the era when grand plans were forged here.

ZeijiushidalianrenThe hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable. It's situated right on Yanjiang Avenue, directly across from a huge riverside park. You can step downstairs and immediately enjoy views of the Yangtze River, cherry blossoms, and the night cruise boats – no need to go anywhere else. Right next to the hotel are the Soong Ching Ling Former Residence and the Wuhan Municipal Government building. Behind it is the Wuhan Women's Federation, and the famous Bagong House is a short walk away. It's quite luxurious and grand.
The hotel's swimming pool and amenities are all excellent and fully equipped.
However, I generally wouldn't recommend the hotel breakfast. There isn't much to choose from; it's probably the worst breakfast I've had at a five-star hotel.
If you have the option, definitely stay in an executive suite. You can enjoy river views right from your bed, and the toiletries are all brand-name products.
For food delivery, you'll need to go downstairs to pick it up yourself. The hotel can deliver it to your room, but it's slow.

Anonymous UserThe hotel environment is great, right next to Liangdao Street and Huanghelou subway station, making dining and getting around very convenient. Our stay was quiet and comfortable, with semi-enclosed windows offering views of the Yangtze River, Jianghan Road, and Xiaogui Mountain. The rooftop restaurant even has a view of the Yellow Crane Tower. The facilities are comprehensive, with a laundry room and gym available. The front desk also has some small items for short-term use that you can just grab. The service was excellent too; they delivered snacks and drinks every day, and upon arrival, we were given a free travel guide. The hotel also has a surveillance scanning service, which made it feel very secure. Towels, slippers, and other amenities were changed daily. We initially booked for two days, but found it so comfortable that we extended our stay for another two days.

Guest UserThe moment you open the window, you're greeted with a stunning river view – truly expansive and calming. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and all the amenities were complete. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast offered a wide variety. Taking a stroll by the river breeze in the evening was incredibly relaxing. It's conveniently located, offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

Rooms:
This hotel is old, after all. I stayed here 19 years ago and had an excellent impression. I didn't expect to be so disappointed this time compared to back then.
The glass top of the coffee table next to the sofa in the room was just resting on it and was very unstable. My son leaned on it lightly and almost cut his hand. Thumbs down.
I don't know if it was the bedding or the room, but there was a musty smell. This is what I absolutely cannot stand. I guess it's probably similar throughout their rooms. I ended up using my own disposable pillowcases.
However, the soundproofing was good, and it was far from the elevator, so I slept quite well.
Service:
Definitely not good, and certainly no feeling of being 'home away from home,' just cold and indifferent. The business traveler next door got an upgrade, but I didn't, even though I mentioned it to the butler who contacted me in advance. I can understand, though; an individual guest probably can't compete with business accounts.
Pool:
It was better than I remembered, but... the pool doesn't provide water or towels. You have to buy them yourself. I was speechless. Isn't this your hotel? But then again, the hotel's prices are indeed low, so I'll just put it down to being cheap.
Parking: There are charging stations, which is a plus.
What left the deepest impression... the matcha toast at the lobby bar. I really liked it, it was delicious.

First of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter.
It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.

MeijiaerThis is a really great hotel! It's right by Wusheng Road Station on Line 6, and you can access CapitaLand Plaza directly from downstairs, so the location is fantastic and transportation is super convenient.
While the rooms show a bit of age, they are very clean and well-decorated. The housekeeping staff I encountered all smiled and greeted me proactively, which I really appreciate!
I highly recommend it if you're attending a concert. It's only about a 15-20 minute drive from several famous attractions. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

A hot spring resort hotel very close to Wuhan, with complete surrounding facilities, good dining, fitness, hot springs, camping, walking, and photo taking experiences, suitable for family travel. Cathy's service is great, you can consider traveling around Wuhan! This time, it happened to be the opening period of the hot springs, and the elderly and children were very happy. Sister Xiong in the hot spring area was very enthusiastic and gave us a detailed introduction to the distribution and characteristics of each hot spring. There are many service points in the hot spring area, equipped with health tea and dry bath towels, which are well prepared and replaced in time. Recommended experience!

Guest UserLocation was central and convenient. We had access to restaurants, super market, convenient stores and even pharmacies.
The front desk service was impeccable and always have your best interest at heart. I stepped onto a splinter and was hurting. One of the girls kindly rode out and bought me a tweezer because they didn’t find it in the first aid kit to remove the splinter.
We came here to explores the canyons and were flying out late at night. As soon as they found out I have booked an additional night instead of extending the check out time, they immediately reminded me to change my check out date to a day earlier and get refunded for the night and to pay only for the extended hours.
We were also kindly offered free coffee and drinks throughout our stay :) the laundry was also helpful.

We had an excellent stay here. The room was great, the food was tasty, and the location/views superb. But more than any of that, the next-level service provided by the staff was perhaps the best I have ever received. We had a lot of difficulty navigating the Wudangshan bus system, hiking timing, etc, and the staff were always willing to discuss and solve problems for us over WeChat. Without them our trip would not have been possible. Highly recommend.
