Posted on Jul 22, 2026|Superior Twin Room With Balcony
Guest UserFirst off, the staff are truly excellent. They're friendly, hardworking, always cleaning somewhere, watering plants – truly the best!
We arrived late at night, and they even brought our luggage to the room. While we were enjoying our welcome drink, they came to us for check-in. They also gave us a buggy ride to our room and upgraded it, which made our stay very comfortable.
However, the handwritten welcome note in our room had someone else's name on it, haha.
The dragon fruit in the welcome fruit basket was too ripe, so we didn't eat it.
We chose the Pullman specifically because we heard fresh mangoes were available at breakfast, but they only appeared one out of our three mornings. It seems hit-or-miss. While there was a wide variety of food at breakfast, I didn't find it particularly tasty.
Also, it was a bit disappointing that the pool closed at 8 PM.
Definitely bring a shower filter. After checking out, we showered at the beach house. I grabbed a towel from the pool area to dry myself, but it smelled, which was a bit of a dilemma. Also, the area for putting your belongings was open with only two chairs, so we had to take turns showering. There was only shampoo and body wash, no hairdryer.
We enjoyed roasting marshmallows over the bonfire and the bubble play was fun too.
The shuttle service to the airport and night market was very convenient.
If these minor inconveniences were improved, it would be a perfect stay!

Anonymous UserGreat amenities, with airport transfers from hotel to airport and buggy service to nearby attractions at Grand World. Service staff were polite. Breakfast had a great variety of selections.
The only downer we had was the hotel room’s toilet bowl plumping system that caused a flood pee poop situation towards the end of our stay. First flood happened in the middle of the night, called in the repair team, and they fixed it. Early morning, the flood happened again when we used the toilet. Upon the second repair, the toilet bowl and floor was left in this state where poop stain toilet bowl and floor has left is unable to use our toilet before our check-out.
Despite the great experience we had on the other aspect, this incident has left uncertain on returning to this hotel.

LE MINH KHOIOur first time experiencing this place at SOL was simply amazing! The private beach and pool with breathtaking sunset views were absolutely stunning. The service was excellent, and the staff were young, cheerful, and incredibly quick and enthusiastic to help us. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a thank you note along with a dessert from SOL. Additionally, SOL offers complimentary afternoon tea and a variety of services like yoga, a gym, and a spa. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. It's definitely a worthwhile experience for a relaxing getaway, and I will certainly be back for future holidays. Thank you, SOL, for such a wonderful experience!

Good to all travelers!
We stayed at this villa as a family.
We liked the villa very much, we rate it 10/10. The house's design is thoughtful. The rooms are well thought out and well equipped. The bathrooms are very nice. The landscaping with tropical trees and flowers is great. Bougainvillea is great. The night lighting of the villa is very impressive. Every three days there is a complete cleaning and replacement of all towels. The linen is new, dry and spotlessly white. There is a washing machine. It helped a lot with rinsing beach clothes, T-shirts, and beach towels. Everything was dry in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but I would advise the manager to change one of the pans, add 8 earthenware cups instead of plastic ones and 10 pieces of small teaspoons and add 8 large plates for the main course. In this case, there will be nothing to complain about. Our extended family was comfortable staying in this villa. Everything is completely consistent with the description. The location is in a quiet location in the complex of the same Sun Tropical Village villas. Security with a barrier around the perimeter, video cameras and more. Everything is great, but take into account one very important point. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. And not all the villas in this complex are ready for operation. At the moment, only 30% are involved. The rest are being put into operation very quickly. With us, one of the neighboring villas was fully equipped by about 40 workers, from concrete to complete furniture and landscaping in 12 days. The pace is impressive. So, if your villa is nearby, then you will have noise problems. I talked to one of these residents, who complained that he had a villa for rent for a month, and nearby repairs. Fortunately, during our stay with Evelyn, preparatory work was just beginning.
Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something.
Service: very good. Concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect.
Rooms: perfect
Two bicycles in free use. The manager needs to fix the seat on one of the bicycles and lubricate the chains.
Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes.
I recommend this villa for 10/10, but I advise you to check about possible repairs before renting.

doongleI stayed at the Seashell Hotel for two nights and was very satisfied! Everything was great, except for a slight drain smell in the bathroom/shower. If you're sensitive to that, I recommend bringing a shower filter. The buffet also seemed to cater well to Korean palates, so I enjoyed the food without any issues! I paid extra for the dinner buffet, which featured live band music and a good variety of seafood. I didn't get to use the pool, but the location was excellent, breakfast was good, and I loved falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves. Being right by the beach, a bit of dampness was unavoidable, but overall, I was very satisfied!!

Sudesh K NThis has to be one of the best—if not the best—resorts we’ve ever stayed at. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the buffet breakfast was absolutely top-notch.
We did have a small issue with the air conditioner, but the team resolved it promptly and even gave us complimentary drink vouchers as a thoughtful gesture. That level of customer service really stood out.
Highly recommend this resort, and we would happily stay here again!

Posted on Jul 19, 2026|Three-Bedroom Villa With Lake View And Private Pool
Guest UserThree of us stayed in a spacious, clean, and convenient three-bedroom duplex suite with a private pool and lake view. The service was meticulous, warm, thoughtful, polite, and attentive. The breakfast was bountiful, and the resort's beautiful landscaping was impressive. The public pools by the sea offered a variety of styles, large and well-equipped, suitable for all ages. I especially loved the bubbly pool with its comfortable massage effect. Every morning, I was drawn to the beautiful lake view outside the window – serene yet vibrant. In the afternoon, we could enjoy sunbathing in our warm private pool or the public pools within walking distance. In the evening, we could lie under the coconut trees by the sea, watching the sunset, listening to the waves, and feeling the comfortable sea breeze, truly enjoying our leisure time. The resort is quite self-contained and independent, with not much to do in the immediate vicinity. If you want to shop or dine out, you'll need to take a taxi to the bustling downtown area, about 8 kilometers away. Although it was the rainy season, during our stay, it was sunny with blue skies all day, only the humidity varied. Interestingly, every day around 5 or 6 PM, just before sunset, the rain would arrive punctually like clockwork, stay for a short while, and then leave again.
After swimming and expending energy each day, we would head to the [Sweet Swiss Chocolate Party] daily chocolate hour from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM for some desserts and fruits, which was very satisfying. 😌

Anonymous UserThe place is absolutely beautiful, and the beach offers some of the most stunning views. The service and villas are amazing, especially with the pool and the perfectly cool air conditioning. The buffet is delicious for both breakfast and dinner. I tried the pasta, burgers, salads, and the omelet for breakfast, all very tasty. The staff are friendly and respectful. Transportation to and from activities is free, as is the shuttle to the airport. The villas have a classic, not old, and spacious feel. The only downside was that the iron wasn't working, but they provided a replacement. Also, there's no washing machine, which might be important for some guests.

Guest UserThe villa was fantastic! We got a 3-bedroom villa and all the rooms have en-suite bathrooms. The villa pool is very clean without any bugs swimming in it. Buggy service was very on time as well, never had to wait long for them. In-villa dining was a really good experience too. We booked a private snorkelling trip with them and the service was good there too. Overall a fantastic stay, the only downside I would say is the bigger rooms’ aircon is not as strong as expected, especially in a hot island like Phu Quoc. This resort is not near any of the touristy place like Sunset Town or Grand World, but it is nothing a cab ride cannot solve. Highly recommend!
