Very decent hotel and considered an upscale hotel in the local. Location is good ,near to the town and night market. Service by staff is good. Breakfast always busy and a little chaotic. Room is clean and comfortable. I will return to this hotel if I visit Phu Quoc again.

Affordable and value for money. Shuttle was already waiting when we landed. Driver was so nice and polite. Receptionist speaks good English. Room is clean and well maintained. Swimming pool was nice. Had the best pho in the hotel. Breakfast was crowded but fast service. All hotel staff are friendly and humble. Gave me a good impression on Vietnam.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's super convenient for shopping, strolling, night markets, and dinner. Plus, it's only a 20-minute drive to the airport.

We absolutely loved our stay at Seashells stunning hotel - lovely friendly staff especially Trang NGO at reception- beds super comfortable- breakfast was excellent- everything was just perfect- Pool was fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Can’t wait to come back again We left our charger in the room and Trang Ngo posted it to our next Hotel in HCMC. 🙏 such excellent service They Upgraded our room on the 1st night 🙏

The hotel facilities are indeed beautiful, with a gorgeous pool, beach, and architecture. However, the tap water was yellow, odorless, and had a slightly off taste (as shown in Figure 8). As for hygiene, you absolutely must keep your balcony door closed at all times. On the day I stayed, over a dozen rove beetles got into the room (as shown in Figures 5-7), which are quite dangerous. Out of the four 5-star hotels I stayed at on this trip, this was the only one with this issue.

The service attitude was terrible. No one helped with our luggage. Each room only had two bottles of water, and when we asked the front desk for more at night, they refused and told us to buy it ourselves. The breakfast was also unappetizing. The check-in queue was disorganized and took a very long time.

Great stay with excellent service! The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and located conveniently near the beach and night market. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Facilities are great — the spa and pool were highlights. Food was tasty with a good variety. Highly recommend for a relaxing trip to Phu Quoc!

Do not meet 5 stars at all! Only if you think location matters! Chaotic & there is a Fruit plate at the entrance on the floor upon check-in. The driver to the pearl museum doesn’t show a hospitality & bad attitude in the end eventho I tip! Tried to communicate to reception in English while requesting a shaving kit but they said they do not understand and out of stock.
