The hotel staff were very detailed in explaining the facilities and offered iced welcome tea before check-in. You can ask the staff for directions anywhere, and they'll do their best to help you book restaurants and arrange taxis. However, for taxis, you might want to negotiate the price with the driver directly!

Kid-friendly, with spacious, comfortable, and relaxing surroundings. The swimming pool overlooks an endless ocean, and the beach is very clean with a wide, refreshing view. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming, excelling in both English and Chinese, so communication is never an issue. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the table service is very attentive. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly. The gym is high-end, providing a very comfortable experience, and there's also a ping-pong room for family fun. You can truly relax at the hotel without even needing to plan an itinerary.

The room was comfortable and clean, with great amenities, and the swimming pool environment was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, with a night market and supermarket nearby. The buffet breakfast was extensive and definitely recommended!

The hotel has excellent facilities, and the staff are incredibly friendly and patient, even with language barriers. The complex is quite large, with both high-rise and villa sections, but they are interconnected, and all facilities are shared. The overall landscape design is very impressive and well-maintained. You can access the beach directly from the hotel, which is super convenient for kids to play in the sand and sea. Plus, there's a night market right opposite the hotel with food options that are better value for money than those at Phu Quoc Grand World or Sunset Town.

A really great hotel with beautiful grounds, excellent breakfast, and seafood dinners. The staff are wonderful, the price is fair, and the pool with a sea view is stunning. There are plenty of inexpensive cafes nearby, a large supermarket, and massage parlors with good services; prices here are cheaper than in the north. The hotel offers a happy hour for drinks, a spa, and bike rentals. Sunset Town is a 25-minute taxi ride away. We will definitely be back!

Swimming in the pool was fantastic! Haha, it was a bit disappointing that there was no music by the pool, though. Also, the shower in the room's bathroom didn't drain very well, which was a minor inconvenience. Still, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the bakery items, which seemed to be excellent. I'd love to come back again, maybe not during the rainy season next time. It seems like a hotel with good value for money!!

Many new shops have opened right outside the entrance, making it much livelier than a few years ago. You can walk to the King Kong supermarket. It's a shame that the red flag was up on the beach due to high winds and waves the day we arrived, so we could only play in the pool.

This hotel is really close to the airport and offers excellent value for money. The pool facilities are great, and the hotel is very clean. Thank you, I had a wonderful and relaxing stay.
