Extraordinary front desk, energetic,no waiting time for check in, good pool for children and everyone with good quality slides,rare in hotel's, felt like water park. Kids club very nice, excellent staff there, children enjoyed very much . Breakfast also good,lot of variety for veg and nonveg, indian food less,but lot of other food,so we not feeling any compromise, excellent supply, good quality. Palm beech club associated with this hotel near beech site, good Dj,dance,with full energy, guests enjoyed.. Thanku Staff, management, everything was perfect... Room is small, look old and smell not good. The hotel have diverse kind of food in breakfast but not delicious and the fitness room is small .However, swimming pool is big,have beach club andespecially it have long and big water slide and small water slide for kids. If you travel with kids, this hotel fits with your family because it have large playground and cinema room for kids.

There is an onsite watermark for kids, spa, kids cinema and gym. It is definitely a family hotel and you can also take a buggy to nearby VinWonders to. From hotel to airport is approximately 45minutes if you need to catch a flight.

Also rental scooters are available just opposite to this hotel. This was the best hotel as per location, every thing is near by- beaches, veg restaurants and more…

Great location right by the central lake in Grand World, easy access to water taxi. Staff are friendly and service is good. Only downside: checkout was a bit slow with no prior notice. Overall lovely stay.

The service is very good, the location is excellent for Grand World, the breakfast is varied, and there is even a halal food section.

The hotel is very big and buzzing with lot of travellers. Location is also good. They have a private beach and also free shuttle to take you to the beach, at every 30 min interval. Breakfast spread was also quite good. Overall good hotel for family and good fun for children because of its very big swiming pool.

For Vin wonders,grand world and ****** the best idealistic place to stay..Basically when coming to phu quoc stay here for 3 nights and then 2 nights stay at south to enjoy kiss and symphony shows along with Sun world via cable car..
