MMs. TRAVELLERI was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them.
Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent.
Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels.
I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time.
Overall its ok & passable.

GGuest UserThe hotel has good rooms with partial sea views. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. It is close to the city center in Yomra. However, the hotel is located on a high hill, making parking difficult. The dining room at the entrance and the terrace are designated for smoking, and have an unpleasant odor.

We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport..
It came out that it was part of the fun
The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows..
However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes,
The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components..
Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming
Definitely will stay there again

We stayed at the First Joy Hotel Trabzon and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend it.

GGuest UserMy wife and I are experienced hoteliers ourselves, with over 15 years in the business. So, we can professionally assess our colleagues' work. And they did a great job! That's the first thing that comes to mind! Excellent location, right off the highway. The parking is very convenient, which is crucial for road trippers. It's clean, cozy, the rooms are spacious, and the sauna, hammam, and pool are all included in the price. A fantastic breakfast is also included. I definitely recommend it.

ССтанислава АнохинаIt's a Hilton, supposedly, but everything felt off. At the reception, they told us the pool was open until 11 PM. In reality, at 10:15 PM, they didn't want to let us in because the pool closed at 10:40 PM. Why they didn't mention this at the front desk is beyond me. Also, you can't go in without a swim cap – which, of course, you can buy on site. The rooms are small. The view isn't of the sea, but of some kind of favelas. In the restaurant, the menu is via QR code, but no one tells you that you still have to order from a waiter.

MMoayad HammoI stayed at Mercure Trabzon Hotel and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a nice view especially if facing the sea. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff were professional and helpful. A good choice for both business and leisure stays in Trabzon.

EEissa ShamiyehA luxurious hotel, though pricey. The sea-view rooms are absolutely stunning. Its location in Trabzon's most beautiful spot, Boztepe, is fantastic, with two famous restaurants right below it. You can even walk to the Boztepe viewpoint. The area is vibrant, surrounded by upscale neighborhoods, residential complexes, entertainment zones, and restaurants.
However, the service was slow, which I didn't like. One day they missed cleaning my room, even though I left the 'Please clean' sign out. I approached the front desk staff, who were polite and helpful, but the room still wasn't cleaned.
The breakfast was good and tasty, but the selection was less than what I'd expect from a five-star hotel in Turkey generally.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very clean. The staff was very interested and laughed. Especially the restaurant staff were very interested. Aguapark was beautiful, was constantly following to avoid any accident that saved. Breakfast was enough, it was a variety of. We stayed in the connected room, the room was very comfortable. A hotel we could prefer to stay again.
