Hotels With Pools in National Capital District, Papua New Guinea

A short walk down a slope to the Ela beachfront and a good restaurant and bakery. The hotel is ok, but furniture, sheets, and mattresses are old and 'tired'. Staff is really friendly. Pool area nice. Check-in a bit frustrating as they couldn't find our reservation - eventually sorted out.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, making it perfect for business trips. The service team was professional and enthusiastic; check-in and all other requests were handled efficiently. The room facilities were complete, clean, and tidy, and both the desk and internet environment were superb. The overall living environment was very quiet and comfortable. It was a perfect business stopover, highly recommended!

1. Papua New Guinea can be a bit unsafe, and taxis are scarce, so the hotel's complimentary airport shuttle service was a real lifesaver! 2. The room wasn't very clean, but it was quiet. The hygiene conditions were really subpar. The breakfast was just okay, and the bed was quite uncomfortable – a bit too soft for my liking. 3. The room was well-ventilated, which made for a peaceful stay.

Service is great, the place is great, shuttle to the airport was provided which is nice. Bathroom amenities, now that was a bummer. Provided a comb, shower cap, body lotion and the usual shampoo, conditioner and body wash but that’s it. There was no toothbrush, toothpaste, no hairdryer. It was quite bare bones, not a problem but if it’s a 5 star hotel, then it should at least have some standard, I’ve stayed at 3 star hotels, who gave better amenities. Everything else is up to par. Only one pair of hotel room slippers, had to request for one more, it was late and we left like 15 minutes later, so never got them.

A fun and enjoyable stay. A very unique and very large property. I would’ve preferred my room have been in the main building. But this is a very busy and popular hotel. Breakfast is decent, and they have a very good onsite shop for all your conveniences. I’d definitely stay again.

The staffs are 4/5. The location looks ok. First they make Me wait a long long time in lobby. Second they gave me room that was not cleaned but again i have to bring bag from That dirty room from Previous guest to lobby. Finally after long hours they gave me room. The good Thing is breakfast is good. Also they have free drop To airport . Overall its 3.5/5 In my personal experience. Hotel Is good but need more staffs or more training to staffs..

Excellent service as always. A great hotel.

This is probably the best room with the best views in all of Papua New Guinea, and the security is top-notch. There's also a direct walkway to the beach, which is super convenient and safe. Plus, there are tons of different restaurants right by the sea.

Very nice staff, friendly and supportive. The room is big and clean, AC is working well. Strongly recommend.
