Upon arrival, the staff tried to charge us an additional fee for early check-in without even checking our reservation first. In reality, our reservation had been active since the day before. The room didn't have a hairdryer. Furthermore, when we were leaving, the only elevator was out of order, so we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. It's worth mentioning that the hotel offers an airport shuttle service. However, the hotel didn't respond to any of the messages we left through Trip or the emails we sent, so we were never able to arrange a pick-up. The location is good and convenient, about a 10-minute drive from the airport. I would only recommend it if you need to get to the airport quickly.

Our flight was cancelled due to weather in our layover in Dallas so we picked a feasibly priced hotel near the airport to sleep. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Hotel is older and a bit worn but for the price it fit exactly what we needed.

Great location, Uber rides to nearby eateries are under 10 yuan, and it's only about a dozen US dollars to Downtown. The room was good and very clean, but there was a slight musty smell, probably because the hotel is a bit old.

Facilities: Excellent! They offer free coffee and unlimited drinking water. Cleanliness: The towels and bed sheets were very clean, and the toiletries provided were great. Environment: It's right in the city center, which makes getting around super convenient. Service: I was able to check in early at 12 PM, and the staff's attitude was excellent.

First time to stay at this hotel, and I will definitely be back. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. My room was spacious and clean. I had an excellent view of the water , The breakfast choices were better than I’ve seen in other hotels.

It’s an old hotel with some tons of renewed. Is a good hotel. Stuff very friendly. The thing is my check in supposed to be at 4pm nas I get there 5pm and had to wait almost an hour to provide a room for me. It was PACK.

The hotel was in the best location downtown. I was able to easily find street parking next to the hotel with the city meter. I stayed Sunday and parking was free but the main entrance was locked due to construction I believe. My only “complaint” is having to access the room via another hotel, but it was manageable. I was able to walk to popular spots like 6th street in minutes and walked to the Moody Center for a concert. There were many places to visit nearby with many attractions nearby. Overall great hotel!

The room was decent, with two 1.5-meter beds and an old-fashioned bathtub in the bathroom where you had to stand to shower. The hotel was said to be a converted prison, located next to a small park. There's a river there, but not the one along the river walk. It's about a five-minute walk to the river. The hotel offers breakfast on the first floor in a small but filling space. They also have a COSCO coffee machine. There's a Domino's Pizza next door; their pizzas are quite good.
