This is my first time actively wanting to leave a review. I stayed for a two-night, three-day business trip. **Facilities:** Absolutely five-star standard. The hotel's design is unique, featuring two restaurants (Asian and European dining styles, two breakfast options) + 1 club. It boasts a waterfall pool, a three-room gym, a park, a lawn, a stage, and independent succulent and fruit/vegetable greenhouses and planting areas. **Service:** The staff are enthusiastic, and the service is top-notch – truly impeccable. **Location:** Situated on the north side of the city, about a 30-minute drive from Padang Station. You can easily visit Farmhouse Susu and Orchid Forest nearby. **Suggestion:** Provide a first-aid kit for emergencies like scrapes and minor injuries. **Additional suggestions for highlights:** 1. Utilize the fish pond for parent-child feeding activities. 2. Leverage the greenhouses for parent-child succulent planting and fruit/vegetable cultivation activities. 3. During peak season, make use of the lawn stage for live music or starlit lawn movies, accompanied by beer and BBQ. 4. Based on these additions, invest in marketing on Chinese social media platforms like Douyin and Xiaohongshu. Within six months, this place will be fully booked with Chinese guests.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price. The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon. Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat. There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool. The staff always smiles and feels kind.

-Room is clean and it has a decent vibe -I got a work emergency and I needed a bit more time in the room. The receptions granted me free late checkout. -Breakfast is abundant but some dishes could be too greasy. -The hotel is attached to a mall. Shopping and dining out are super easy.

It was pretty decent, but because it's new, the service isn't quite up to par yet. I got a room at the very end of the hall, and there was still construction going on, so it was noisy with the workers. Also, the bathroom door in my room was hard to close, so I had to call maintenance and waited 1.5 hours for them to fix the door. There was no offer to move me to another room, so a lot of our time was wasted. Other than that, it was okay. The staff was so-so, not very proactive. The bellboy wouldn't grab our luggage unless we asked. Maybe it's because it's new, hopefully, they can improve.

Nice experience to have staycation during lebaean holiday. The facilities are well maintained, all the facilities and programs are dedicated for good quality guest experience. The breakfast is delicious and may variety. The room is comfortable. The pool is also great especially the long one.

Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were made to feel welcome right away. The room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail—from the lighting to the amenities—made the stay feel both luxurious and relaxing. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. The common areas were beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the property was calm and inviting. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options to suit different tastes and dietary. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional service, comfort, and value. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free experience.

Pros : The hotel is good, the room is good, the food was okay. The location is great, you can visit some tourist places that near from the hotel, its saving your time. Cons : But there are points need to be improved/ noticed there are no hair dryer (executive double bed room) and the limited chanel tv and FYI for additional breakfast, for children, you need to pay 75k which is dissapointed because the menu are not that many 😁 It's our one night staycation overall was okay👍🏻

I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money. My ratings: Executive Suite Design & Location: 2/10 Overall Cleanliness: 8/10 (though they could improve by changing towels more frequently) Breakfast: 1/10 (Too focused on Asian food, despite most guests being Arabs, especially Saudis) Pricing (Value for Money): 5/10 (Overpriced) View & Hotel Location: 5/10 I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service.

overall this is a nice hotel . however the location is far away from the city. the room n amenities are jaded. the sound proof is poor that we can hear the traffic on the street and music from the lounges. however the staff is helpful and well mannered

This is a decent hotel except for a couple of major issues. We booked a hotel with a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to spend anytime in. I never got in beyond my ankles. Then and this is by far the biggest issue. The hotel must be surrounded by mosques, because once the call to prayer starts in the early hours, you will not be able to sleep through it. It sounds like you have 4 or 5 mosques all doing the call to prayer in your room. Add to that, one of the evenings it seemed that some individual was also booming out his reciting of some religious tomes, it was the most repetitive dirge, far from the beauty of the call to prayer and it went on for about an hour. I understand it’s a Muslim nation, but this was rather not conducive to a decent nights sleep.
