easy and fast process, close city access, restaurants here and there, also close to shops, Alfamart, malls, etc. Good facilities, minus only sandals and laundry plastic are not available. Recommended stay if you are ever in Jambi. About 15 mins drive from the Airport. Easy to get Gojek/Grab from the Hotek to any place you want to go. Very easy and fast Check in. Front Office staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice with a variety of choices. The Dining staff were great too. Room was very clean and everything works. Overall an excellent place.

The hotel is in the middle of the city so it's very easy to go anywhere, the service is very good, the food or breakfast is okay. Parking is also very spacious

Overall, it's really okay, just the cleanliness needs to be improved because there is a glass in the room that still smells of lipstick... I don't know the previous guests, it was deliberately placed like it was not used, so itchy if it was used. Breakfast is also ok Really and for the cooking, all delicious! love 💗

The hotel is okay. The place in Jambi is not big. You can only walk around a few streets. The market share is average. Chinese restaurants are more expensive and the hotel is just average.

I have booked this hotel even for someone else. My friend said it was recommended because all the services were good, friendly, and the food was delicious. Just maintain what you have. Always be successful with the hotel...

This is the second time I've stayed here, the first was that the room had a leaking ceiling, so I contacted the staff and immediately changed the room. For the second time there was no problem, only the wifi was slow, coincidentally there was work in the middle of the night, luckily there was a data package, coincidentally breakfast was accompanied by Oyen, thank you
