This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel is very new, with the lobby on the 1st floor and private rooms on the 2nd. The TV in the room is quite large. The shower has great water pressure, and the hot water is instant – no waiting around. The mattress and pillows were especially comfortable and relaxing; I honestly wish I could take them home with me! Plus, the hotel's gym area is quite unique. I'd definitely recommend staying here. Metro station just 2 min walk, connecting all scenic spots and directly to airport by just 5 RMB, no more worries about traffic jam and expensive taxi. Service is excellent, allowed me to early check in as my flight arrived super early in the morning. Will absolutely choose here if I come to Urumqi agai.

The hotel is conveniently located for visiting the Tianshan and Tianchi Lake scenic areas. As it's not a new hotel, the air conditioning in the main building is a bit noisy. The hotel specializes in hot springs, offering indoor and outdoor hot springs, as well as suites with private pools. The breakfast was decent, with a wide variety of fruits.

We stayed at Korla Marriott for seeing the populus tree. Marriott made our trip and stay so convenient and easy. As we entered the front door to the hotel, we really liked the soft ambient music and the fragrance. We want to highly commend the exceptional service of Kyle at the front desk, he helped us with making our stay wonderful! The breakfast is a must. We ordered the breakfast buffet for both days, and it was delicious - fresh fruit , yoghurts , salads , meats. It’s full of Korla flavours! Theres a great view to the courtyard from the dining hall. We liked the small touches of detail in our room, a stoneware vase, some paintings and clean bedding and bathroom. All in all an outstanding hotel, with friendly staff , new facilities and great food.

Check-in was super fast and efficient, with absolutely no waiting around. The professional and warm service made me feel really comfortable. The room assignment was perfect for my needs, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was incredibly practical. The whole environment was bright and clean, making me feel at ease the moment I walked in. During my stay, the hotel's service was also spot-on, with thoughtful greetings occasionally that made me feel very welcome. I also really liked the room's facilities and decor; the attention to detail truly showed the hotel's dedication. The hotel as a whole is filled with a rich exotic charm, from the decorations to the atmosphere, which really added to the experience. Plus, the location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this stay. From the service to the environment and the location, everything was impeccable. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Urumqi!

Personally, I would like to give 6 stars 🌟 It is one of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed in across many countries. The highlight of my stay is definitely the exceptional service from every staff member. They are efficient, polite, friendly, and genuinely warm. The hotel’s design is unique, with each room having a different layout and high standard of furnishings. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and most importantly, completely free of any smoke smell, which is rare to find in China. It’s also incredibly quiet at night, giving me a wonderful restful sleep. The location is great, within walking distance to several tourist spots and only about 20 minutes from the city centre, easily accessible by Didi or taxi. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making my Xinjiang journey complete with such a wonderful stay and memorable experience. Please 🙏🏻 keep the standard as excellent as it is now.

Environment: The hotel is located on the riverfront, and the views from higher floors are fantastic. The area around Binhe Road is relatively open, so while not busy, it's quiet and comfortable. Park your car at the hotel and call a taxi wherever you go, which is very affordable. You don't have to find your way around or worry about parking. The hotel parking lot is clean, bright, and has plenty of space! There are also some parking spaces on the grounds. Cleanliness: The public areas and rooms are spotlessly clean, and the beds are comfortable, large, and comfortable. Facilities: The amenities are comprehensive, and the housekeeper is always happy to help with anything you need. Service: The service is thoughtful and attentive, down to the last detail. Check-in and check-out are super fast, and the housekeeper even contacts you in advance! One thing I have to say is that the air conditioning could be better. Breakfast offers a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, including Chinese congee, freshly cooked noodles, Western bread, local naan, and milk tea. The ingredients are fresh, especially the freshly made wontons with three soup bases to choose from. Excellent! I have always liked InterContinental and have stayed in hotels under the same group. I was very satisfied with them all. The quality and appearance are all online. The design of the hotel in Yining this time was very thoughtful, high-end, and stylish. I checked one by one and found out that it was designed by a Hong Kong team. I liked it very much. The experience was great!

We arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful. For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport. For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful. For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost. Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.

Thanks for upgrading our room for free with a fanatic view. The hotel is in great location. The receptionists are helpful and friendly. They helped us with applying the temporary driving license for foreigners. I would recommend this place if you wanna stay at the heart of the old town of Urumqi.

The hotel is located on Binhe Avenue, right next to the Ili River Scenic Area. It's really pleasant to take a stroll along the river after dinner. It's only about a ten-minute drive to Liuxing Street, so I think the location is quite good. The room is genuinely huge! My first impression upon entering was how spacious it was, and it had great natural light. Even Hotels focuses on a healthy lifestyle, and there were even fitness equipment in the room, though I never actually used them, haha. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the duvet was very fluffy. Breakfast was served at the InterContinental next door, and it was incredibly rich, with some Xinjiang specialties like naan bread and milk tea. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They called me a day in advance to ask about my arrival time and even proactively asked if I had any preferences. Since it was the off-season, there weren't many guests, so the entire hotel was very quiet; it felt like I had the whole place to myself 😂. Overall, for a hotel in Yining, staying at an IHG property means the quality is guaranteed. If you're bringing family to Xinjiang, I'd recommend staying here—the rooms are large, clean, and quiet. I'll definitely choose this as my base camp again when I next travel the Yizhao Highway! 👍
