It's a beautiful hotel, the room was amazing and I loved me time. The staff are helpful, the drinks were nice, it's very convenient for everything close by. Highly recommend this hotel. The only small thing was so many people taking photos, kind of distracts you, but it's fine

Oh my god, it was like a massive oven outside in Turpan! I was practically melting by the time I dragged my luggage to the guesthouse entrance. After checking in, the host led me to my room, and when I pushed open the door, wow! Stepping inside was an instant rescue (a dream come true for someone who hates the heat!). I immediately felt revitalized! The thoughtful host had already turned on the air conditioning – how considerate! The mini-bar and even the desk in the room were stocked with 10 complimentary drinks – iced Coke, mineral water, Wusu beer, apricot tea, and more! Coming back hot and chugging one was incredibly refreshing! What's more, whether due to thick walls or excellent design, the room was genuinely much cooler than outside. We tend to feel cold easily, so we only needed the fan (circulation mode) and still felt comfortable, with a light blanket being just right for sleeping at night. Overall, a perfect 10/10 experience!

Hands up, I want to review this! It was an absolutely amazing stay. When the car drove in along the slightly bumpy road, and I saw the slightly yellowing yurt to the right of the front desk, I was a little nervous. But the shuttle bus dropped us off at our room, and as I pushed open the door, walked through the room, and stepped onto the small balcony surrounded by vibrant flowers, I instantly felt like I was on vacation. The hotel even gifted us some local snacks 🧆. There's also a laundry room. I missed the evening bonfire party, but while waiting for my clothes to dry, I sat in a small private booth next to the laundry room, enjoying the breeze, watching the stars, and sipping some wine – it was super relaxing. Apparently, not many people eat there, because the next day, the guy who took us horseback riding said he didn't know we were drinking there, and he forgot to clean up the trash. He even got scolded by the manager in the morning, so I sincerely apologize for that! The hotel also offers horseback riding, which was very satisfying, and the guys were all very patient. It was a short one-night stay, but it left a lasting impression!

A large local hotel! I heard it's not star-rated, an older hotel. But the service is incredibly thoughtful! The front desk is very enthusiastic! The lobby manager upgraded our room and even gave us a complimentary fruit platter! Breakfast was also quite good! It's very beautiful, conveniently located, and the rooms are very well-maintained!

The entire hotel staff felt so stiff that I tried not to ask for anything. If it was a hotel under one thousand, I wouldn't say anything. After all, it's a small city with a population of only more than ten thousand people and I can't ask for too much. But the hotel dared to set the price at more than two thousand, and there was nothing outstanding about either the hardware or the software. I can only say that it was very mediocre. Only the front desk lady at the hot spring and the female manager of the buffet restaurant on the second floor were quite nice, and they had the professional qualities of service industry practitioners. The scenery around the hotel is very ordinary, and the scenery from Sai Lake is also unremarkable. When I was taking a hot spring bath, the staff were live streaming and selling goods by the pool the whole time, which made my head hurt. I felt like I was being taken advantage of and spent more than two thousand to suffer.

Brand new and very exotic design hotel, it is worth staying in Korla for a few nights. The executive floor is very quiet, the breakfast is rich and will not feel that the nutrition supply is not enough, it seems that the hotel's own Chinese restaurant is also a hot store in the city, looking forward to the next visit to make up for the regret

The room was clean and tidy, with the snow-capped mountains outside the window, stunning! The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast was rich and unique. The pick-up and drop-off at the ski resort were proactive. The service was excellent! There's also a hot spring, and the price/performance ratio is very high! Recommended! My stay at the R&F Wanda Vista Hotel in Urumqi was truly exceptional! The Western-style decor immediately caught my eye upon entering the lobby. The Tianshan tapestries and snow lotus lanterns were stunning, instantly elevating the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming, greeting me immediately and making me feel incredibly attentive. I have to praise Sara, the hotel's housekeeper. After adding her on WeChat, she quickly addressed any requests I had. She was incredibly thoughtful! She also thoughtfully took care of any issues I had with my reservation. The room I was given was the perfect size, spotlessly clean, and odorless. It was a comfortable stay, and I had a great rest. Upon check-out, they even gave the children a small gift. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Urumqi!
