This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel is very new, with the lobby on the 1st floor and private rooms on the 2nd. The TV in the room is quite large. The shower has great water pressure, and the hot water is instant – no waiting around. The mattress and pillows were especially comfortable and relaxing; I honestly wish I could take them home with me! Plus, the hotel's gym area is quite unique. I'd definitely recommend staying here. I really loved this hotel; I stayed for three nights because I was so satisfied. It's truly a value-for-money king, and the transportation is convenient with a subway exit right outside. The front desk service was excellent, and they upgraded me to a deluxe king room. Next time I'm in Urumqi, this will be my first choice. The Pomegranate restaurant downstairs is also highly recommended. I really enjoyed this city.

The hotel is indeed close to Tianshan Tianchi, which is a plus. There are also the following problems. The facilities are a bit old and need to be renovated. The hot spring water quality is not good, it is very dirty, and the bath towels are hung everywhere. The hotel breakfast does not match the hotel grade. The only thing that tastes good is boiled ramen. The most important thing is the service. It can be said that the hotel basically has no service. Maybe it is too busy and the service staff are a little emotional, or maybe it is the only hot spring hotel in the surrounding area, but every customer is innocent, and there will always be competitors. I hope the hotel management will pay attention to this issue.

There are 2 restaurants, the Chinese restaurant ”pepper room” decoration inspiration is related to the musical instruments of the UNESCO listed in the world's intangible cultural heritage list of Xinjiang 12 Mukam, there are many artworks, here is like a museum. Dinner has Beijing-style copper hot pot stew, and the lamb is selected by Bayinbrook lamb and Yuqi Rob lamb. The mutton skewers are also especially delicious for 8 yuan! The young lady of the mutton skewers roasted the skewers out of the soul! In addition, the cascading curved decoration walls in the hotel lobby are inspired by Robbo Canyon, which is like a desert that is windblown into a curve. All of the hotels in the hotel are particularly good. Fortunately, I chose Renaissance! Mr. Gan, Xiao Cao, Xiao Hu, Xiao Jiang and every staff member I have contacted, I am very grateful, thank you! I will choose Renaissance and Courtyard if I have the opportunity to come back to Korla! In addition, there are many people in the hotel on weekends, and the coffee and restaurants are all full, so that is people. I asked a few people that they are all locals, one is because of the decoration style of the hotel, and the other is that the restaurant food is delicious!

Not only are the amenities modern, but they are also meticulously maintained, offering everything guests could possibly need. Manager Coco handled check-in very efficiently, and the room was quite comfortable. It's the small details that really impress; the hotel goes above and beyond to provide delightful experiences outside of just the accommodation. Personally, I would like to give 6 stars 🌟 It is one of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed in across many countries. The highlight of my stay is definitely the exceptional service from every staff member. They are efficient, polite, friendly, and genuinely warm. The hotel’s design is unique, with each room having a different layout and high standard of furnishings. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and most importantly, completely free of any smoke smell, which is rare to find in China. It’s also incredibly quiet at night, giving me a wonderful restful sleep. The location is great, within walking distance to several tourist spots and only about 20 minutes from the city centre, easily accessible by Didi or taxi. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making my Xinjiang journey complete with such a wonderful stay and memorable experience. Please 🙏🏻 keep the standard as excellent as it is now.

Environment: The hotel is located on the riverfront, and the views from higher floors are fantastic. The area around Binhe Road is relatively open, so while not busy, it's quiet and comfortable. Park your car at the hotel and call a taxi wherever you go, which is very affordable. You don't have to find your way around or worry about parking. The hotel parking lot is clean, bright, and has plenty of space! There are also some parking spaces on the grounds. Cleanliness: The public areas and rooms are spotlessly clean, and the beds are comfortable, large, and comfortable. Facilities: The amenities are comprehensive, and the housekeeper is always happy to help with anything you need. Service: The service is thoughtful and attentive, down to the last detail. Check-in and check-out are super fast, and the housekeeper even contacts you in advance! One thing I have to say is that the air conditioning could be better. Breakfast offers a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, including Chinese congee, freshly cooked noodles, Western bread, local naan, and milk tea. The ingredients are fresh, especially the freshly made wontons with three soup bases to choose from. Excellent! I have always liked InterContinental and have stayed in hotels under the same group. I was very satisfied with them all. The quality and appearance are all online. The design of the hotel in Yining this time was very thoughtful, high-end, and stylish. I checked one by one and found out that it was designed by a Hong Kong team. I liked it very much. The experience was great!

We arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful. For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport. For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful. For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost. Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.

The location of the hotel is excellent, 3 mins walking to the nearest Nanmen Metro Station, just one stop from the Erdaoqiao Station leading to the Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar. The room is spacious, carpeted and the bed is comfortable. We were greeted with fruit platter and Chinese tea with beautiful tea set when we checked into our room. We had a good view of the city and the surrounding snow-capped mountains can be seen from the window. However, the television set can be better positioned for ease of watching from the bed. The front desk served by Guzalnut and Paziliya, were very helpful and warm. Thank you for the great service.

Yiheng Hotel is open next to the intercontinental. It is the first time to stay at this hotel. It is strange that the Youyuehui applet can not view the reservation and check-in record at all. Let me talk about the advantages. The hotel is very unique. The overall color maintains green and bright orange. The room provides yoga brick yoga mat foam shaft and other matching. The fragrance and white noise small speakers reflect a return to nature. The lifestyle close to nature is not exhausted. One is the sound insulation. The movement of the corridor outside the room is clear. The other is that the bathroom door is very tight. It needs to apply about 10kg push (pull) force.
