This was hands down the best hotel of our Xinjiang trip! The design and decor are absolutely fantastic. It offers incredible value for money! The hotel also provides sand therapy and even has some lovely small animals to visit. It's kept impeccably clean, completely free of any unpleasant odors! The overall hygiene is excellent, and the mattress is super comfortable – neither too soft nor too hard. I woke up feeling completely refreshed the next morning! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich and varied! The only minor downside was that the projector screen in the room was broken. Turpan is absolutely an underrated gem of a city! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit; it's truly fantastic!

The environment is absolutely fantastic! It's a riverside campsite, and you can tell it's been thoughtfully designed, with clever touches everywhere. We unfortunately spent too much time at the attractions and arrived quite late. The campsite offers a bonfire, BBQ, and Uighur girls dancing. On the way to the river, there's also a splash pad for kids, so we really should have arrived earlier. The only minor thing is the gravel path at the entrance, which seems intentionally designed. You can contact the camp beforehand to have staff help with your luggage, as it's a bit difficult to drag suitcases yourself. Also, the soundproofing in the tents isn't the best, but that's to be expected when choosing a campsite. Overall, it's a great camp, and the breakfast selection is very rich. You can also request an oxygen machine.

Even in Yining, Xinjiang, the Intercontinental Hualuxe maintains the consistent high standards of an IHG brand hotel. We traveled a long way with our friends, arriving in Yining from Urumqi after 4 PM. The lovely manager at the front desk (a Uyghur lady) immediately helped us check in. Seeing that we were a family of three with a lot of luggage, she even upgraded us to a deluxe twin room and gave us a complimentary breakfast 🍳. The hospitality of the Xinjiang people was truly evident. That evening, being unfamiliar with the area, we decided to dine at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. They offered a blend of Xinjiang and Cantonese cuisine. As someone from Guangdong, I was delighted to find an authentic 'Yang Zhi Gan Lu' (mango pomelo sago) dessert 🍨 – it was absolutely five-star amazing! We will definitely choose to stay at the Intercontinental Hualuxe again when we return from the grasslands and canyons! ~👍

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel’s environment, facilities, service, and cleanliness were all excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Complimentary beverages were provided in the fridge, along with plenty of bottled water. The room and the bathroom were very well equipped, including a high-quality Dyson hairdryer. I had requested a room on a high floor, and the hotel made sure to accommodate my request, which I really appreciated. The check-in and check-out processes were both excellent, smooth, and efficient. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful, considerate, and professional. I would especially like to thank the Guest Relationship Manager, Refat, who provided excellent service during my stay. He was very considerate and made sure everything went well. Thank you, Refat, for your kindness and excellent service. I would also like to mention Cathy, who left a very good impression on me. Her service was attentive and thoughtful, and she patiently answered all of my questions. She was extremely helpful and reliable throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great, especially as it was close to the places I wanted to visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of. I would happily choose this hotel again for my next stay and would definitely recommend it.

I brought my family to Kashgar, and the Radisson BLU Shenzhen exceeded all expectations. The hotel facilities are incredibly well-maintained, from the grand lobby to the smooth-operating elevators. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent too, ensuring my child slept soundly. What truly impressed me was the cleanliness of the children's amenities and the swimming pool. It's clear that daily maintenance is diligently carried out, and they haven't let their high guest volume compromise their standards. The service deserves special praise. We checked in during a holiday, and the hotel had arranged a DIY craft activity that my child absolutely loved. In the evening, the staff even proactively asked if we needed a late-night snack and warmed up some milk for my little one – truly thoughtful details! The facilities feel new, and the service is genuinely warm. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children.

The hotel's location is absolutely stunning, truly exceptional. The last time I felt this way was at the Ion Hotel in Iceland – that sense of being isolated from the world, yet having the whole world at your feet. When I compare it to those unattainable secluded retreats and other luxury wilderness hotels I've stayed at domestically, this place truly feels like incredible value for money. The starry sky at night was also the most beautiful I've ever seen to date. The hotel's architecture is also very aesthetically pleasing, blending seamlessly and harmoniously with the surrounding mountains and nature. There are many small animals; the horses and sheep roam freely, and Oreo, the little dog, even became friends with us. He accompanied us in the evening and came to check on us in the morning. We also saw marmots and many small wild flowers. The concierge team – Yeran, An An, Zahir, and Reziya – were all fantastic. The young men helped us carry our luggage up and down, and brought it to our room. They were also very responsive on WeChat, always addressing our requests. For instance, we mentioned wanting to have afternoon tea while stargazing later, but then forgot about it because of the bonfire party. We only remembered at almost midnight, but the young staff still delivered it to our room. The F&B team – Aishe, Aliya, Xiaoben, and Xiaosu – also provided excellent service. The latte art on the coffee in the morning was beautiful. And it seemed like a friend of the owner was hosting a banquet with a roasted whole lamb, and the female manager (I assume) even brought us two plates – it was indeed delicious. However, the fresh whitefish we pre-ordered was also good, though it tasted a bit like the whitebait from Taihu Lake. I had originally planned to visit during Chinese New Year to see the snowy mountains, but ended up coming in summer. Yet, it offered a different kind of breathtaking beauty. I hope to have the chance to stay here again next time.

My stay at Conrad Urumqi was truly impressive, with thoughtful touches evident everywhere from the lobby to the guest rooms. **Lobby/Public Areas:** The lobby boasts a grand design with high ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and palm tree decorations, creating a resort-like atmosphere. The lounge area is specially adorned with Xinjiang-inspired soft furnishings – patterned carpets, embroidered cushions, along with fruit plates and traditional small hat ornaments, showcasing rich local cultural characteristics. It's a great spot for photos. **Guest Room:** The room was spacious and comfortable, with soft bedding. The hallway layout was also very well-designed. The bathroom with double sinks was expansive, featuring black marble paired with rose gold accents, exuding a sense of quality. The shower and vanity area were well-separated (wet and dry areas). **View:** The room offered a fantastic view, overlooking the Urumqi city skyline, especially expansive on a clear day. **Details/Thoughtful Service:** Upon check-in, I received a 2026 limited edition Adras bear, designed with traditional Xinjiang Adras silk patterns, and the welcome card's message was also very artistic. It was a local souvenir with great character. The room also came with a thoughtful assortment of Xinjiang specialty dried fruits (red dates, walnuts, dried apricots, grapes). Overall, this was a high-quality stay, rich in local Xinjiang culture, with meticulous attention to detail. I highly recommend it to travelers who appreciate well-designed and characteristic hotels.

It’s a treasure house. From the beginning of the stay, I called the boss to ask if I could enter the village. The boss said that someone really stopped and showed the order. It was very late. When I checked in, the boss was super enthusiastic. He washed the grapes and said that this was just picked today. It’s really incomparable. The sweet children are so excited to see the big pool that they can't care about the fatigue of the whole way and rush into the water to play until 12 o'clock in the night. The room is very clean and it can be seen that the boss also plans to build a high-end route. The things used are also good. The mattress pillows are also super comfortable to sleep. There are many parking spaces in the yard. Don't worry about finding parking spaces everywhere. Breakfast is simple but clean. Later, the child's phone watch was lost at the homestay, but because the car could not retrograde, the boss also sent it to the entrance of the Putaogou Paradise. In short, the software and hardware are perfect!

This guesthouse in Narati was the best accommodation we had during our entire Xinjiang trip. The aesthetic appeal of both the exterior and interior design is evident, with attention to detail truly standing out. I particularly loved the green plant views from our room. The comfort level was excellent too; the bedding was soft, and the latex pillows were absolutely amazing. We loved them so much that we bought the same kind when we checked out. They didn't skimp on amenities either: a Dyson hairdryer, L'Occitane toiletries, a coffee machine, a magnifying mirror, a washing machine, and more. What truly impressed us the most was the service. From the manager to every staff member, everyone genuinely cared about the guests' experience. In the evening, when we ordered food, they even sent up some small pastries, and the next morning, they treated us to coffee with breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch. Due to a change in our itinerary, we had to shorten our two-night stay to one, and the guesthouse was incredibly accommodating, kindly waiving the fee for the second night. Overall, it was a comfortable, considerate, and high-quality experience. It's not one of those mass-produced 'influencer' guesthouses; they genuinely put their heart into their service.

This is definitely my top choice for hotels in Kuqa! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and looked after. The staff immediately helped with my luggage and made sure everything was prepared for my check-in. Any issues I had were smoothly communicated and resolved. The environment is lovely, and the cleanliness is top-notch. It's incredibly quiet at night, and I even got to relax by the pool when I had some downtime.
