Spent 3 days and 2 nights at Sunway Lost World of Tambun and didn't want to leave! 🥹 We stayed at the Lost World Hotel this time, and it was incredibly thoughtful! ✔️ The room was clean and comfortable. ✔️ Super close to the theme park, within walking distance. ✔️ They even give you two free tickets every night! It's such a great deal. We spent our days enjoying the water park and evenings soaking in the hot springs and taking in the night views – total relaxation mode activated! ✨ I could absolutely repeat this kind of vacation rhythm. ♨️💙

The hotel’s location is truly unmatched! Step right outside and you’ll find yourself just nearby Ipoh Town. About 6 min walking to old town Ipoh. The room was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a restful stay. The staff provided thoughtful and professional service throughout my stay. Every request was handled friendly, promptly and perfectly. I booked my stay through trip.com and managed to get a great deal — excellent value for money.

The hotel's proximity to various locations is a significant advantage. This is not my first stay at this establishment. I highly recommend this hotel and the staff are exceedingly helpful. I have encountered an issue with room 818, specifically the shower and sink area. The water is not flowing properly.

First time try out. Lobby is nice and cosy except personally I don’t like the room. Soundproofing of the door is terrible and the theme colour of the room I don’t really like it. It doesn’t give out a very good vibes. Gym room located not a good location and it close super early around 8pm??? I didn’t took picture of the room cos I just want to faster get over for 1 night and check out. I won’t be back. P/s I read from review hair dryer is Dyson brand. It is not. Is just normal China brand. Quality is okay as most things are made in China.

The hotel arranged for us to stay in a corner room which has weak WiFi access. I didn't have WiFi for the entire three nights stay. Furthermore, the bed was rather hard and the room was rather small. However, the hotel provides excellent breakfast and is located at a very strategic location. The hotel is very close to the Ipoh parade and within 10 mins drive to famous tourist spots like concubine lane. Overall, the experience was just alright.

The room was clean, the location was good, and the service was fine. However, the front desk gave me a room facing the main road, and the soundproofing of the windows was terrible. It felt like I was sleeping by the roadside all night, listening to motorcycles and cars speeding by. I didn't get any good rest at all. If you have a choice, definitely pick a room that doesn't face the main road, otherwise, forget about getting any sleep at night.

The parking is on the sixth floor, and you can get free validated parking by showing your ticket at the front desk when you enter or exit. The location is excellent; you can walk to Taiping Lake and the night market. Directly opposite the hotel is a hawker center, making it very convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. The hotel breakfast is fantastic; the food, desserts, and fruits were different on both days. We stayed for 2 nights, and on the second morning, which was the first day of Eid al-Fitr, they prepared authentic Malay dishes like ketupat, lontong, and lemang. The curries weren't spicy, so even those who don't like spicy food could enjoy them. The staff were efficient, quick to refill food, and prompt in clearing dishes. The only minor drawbacks were that the check-in process was a bit slow, there were some white spots on the room floor, and the refrigerator wasn't very clean.

The hotel located at the busy road area but the moment you enter the hotel it feels like you're entering the whole new world. The chill ambient, cozy and warm atmosphere occupied the whole parameters. Staff are superb especially the front desk - Kaushilliya. The room offers generous amount of amenities and you won't miss out the excitement. The cons i noticed is just that the gym were close. Kudos to the hotel management and surely will back here on the very next trip to Ipoh.

A very cool and comfortable hotel with a great design. It's small but exquisite, and even features a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, which is a nice touch. A bit of a shame I didn't take many photos. The room was around 10-15 square meters. The twin beds were basically pushed together, but despite the small space, it still had a welcome card, a mini-fridge, and a small cabinet – everything you need, which is quite impressive. The only minor drawback was the lack of mosquito repellent; my friend's room had mosquitoes, and they got bitten.
