This is another branch we stay in first time. Not a good experience. The toilet area does not have door to separate the sleeping room. provides rotten towel, this is much disappointed. Overall the boutique is ok, just some of the area needs to improve.

We had a great 3 days 2 nights stay at Sunway Lost World Hotel 🤍 The room was super spacious and felt quite new, which made the stay really comfortable. The hallway is a bit older, but it didn’t affect our overall experience. Loved the small details in the room too, the plugs come with USB charging ports. Hospitality from all the staff was excellent, everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also got free 2-night night park and hot spring tickets, plus 35% off day park tickets, which was such a good deal. Breakfast was so-so, but okay lah. Nothing fancy, but still decent enough to start the day. Honestly, at least 2 days are needed to properly enjoy everything because one day can be quite tiring. We also highly recommend adding the RM25 Malayan Express Lane. It really helps save time and lets you enjoy more rides (both water and dry attractions). Overall, a very enjoyable and value-for-money stay. Would definitely recommend 👍

The hotel's strengths are the spacious rooms and the presence of a bathtub, making for a generally comfortable stay. The only minor letdown was the service details: even though we booked a triple room, they only provided two sets of toothbrushes and bath towels. We were even charged an extra RM5 for an additional bath towel, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, if you're looking for a short stay and prioritize space and basic comfort, this hotel is a decent option, but there's room for improvement in terms of service details.

Awesome hotel, felt welcoming while stepping in, smiling staff everywhere including housekeeping and restaurant server, Appreciate to Ms Jojo at the front desk who given us wonderful connecting room due to my handicap mom, Overall cleanliness is great, Thanks to the housekeeper Rahim who take care of room 515&516, My family enjoyed the stay so much especially my kid, love the pool and games room .The only downside was the pool entrance which is wet and slippery which needs more attention. One of a unforgettable hotel so far at Ipoh with beautiful scenery and people, Thanks AC Marriot, Hope to see you guys again ☺️

Had a pleasant stay at M Roof Hotel & Residence. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern design and good facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location is convenient with many eateries nearby and easy parking available. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus. Breakfast could have more variety, but overall it was a good value stay and I would consider coming back again. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide more clearly designated disabled parking spaces closer to the entrance to improve accessibility and convenience for guests with mobility needs.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would especially like to thank the Chinese-speaking front desk staff member, who looked Malay, for her patience and excellent explanation in Chinese. Her service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated her help. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Ipoh in the future. Keep up the great work! 😊

Ipoh Excelsior Hotel 1. The location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. For its prime location, it offers great value for money. 2. The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful with their service. 3. Breakfast was decent, though most of the food was spicy. If you don't eat spicy food, your options will be limited, and there was only one type of vegetable. A special touch was the ice cream served at breakfast, which I'm sure kids would love. 4. The bed felt quite old and wasn't very comfortable. The bathroom, in particular, had many 'traps' on the floor – you could easily slip if not careful. 5. There were no small hand towels in the bathroom. After washing my hands, I had to either use a bath towel or toilet paper, which ended up leaving paper bits all over my hands, forcing me to re-wash them. 6. The hotel didn't even have a basic first-aid kit. I accidentally cut my hand and bled, and when I asked staff for a plaster, they surprisingly told me they didn't have any!

Its a newly refurbished hotel. Within city center. Walking distance to all shops and eateries. Can even walk to taiping lake gardens. Room is very spacious. Big bathroom, water pressure nice. Rooftop swumming pool. Only setback is a bit noisy during nite time as hotel is next the main road. Did not try the food.

The room rate was affordable and included free breakfast. The booking was actually for two people, but I stayed alone. There are a few areas that could be improved. The room looked quite worn out, and the hygiene could be better. The bedsheet had stains that could not be cleaned off. The water pressure was also very low. Unfortunately, my room was facing a shop lot with a disco, and the loud music and vibrations continued until around 2am, making it difficult to sleep. On the positive side, the hotel provided two bottles of water, coffee, toothbrushes, and shower caps. Two small bottles of shower gel and shampoo were also provided, although there was no tissue box in the room. Security felt good, with a standard hotel door lock system and lift access restricted to room card holders only. The breakfast was good, with a standard Malaysian-style selection. Considering the room rate, it felt quite generous. They also provide basement parking, which is very convenient for guests traveling by car.

At night, you can rent bicycles, buggies, and other vehicles to ride around the roundabout—it was so much fun! There was even a small train, which the kids absolutely loved. In the morning, after our wonderful breakfast, my kids and I went back to the roundabout for a brisk walk and spent some time at the playground.
