More than perfect. From arrival check-in to checkout everything was gorgeous. Others say that it’s cheaper outside but I got 300% service, happiness and quality for what I paid. You’re assisted with a private butler 24/7 and she’ll take care of all your needs in a minute or 2.
The main experience ( for me) is that you don’t need to worry about your time. Unlimited entries and nothing to carry along with you while you’re walking and climbing a lot.
The room is spotless and easy to reach from any part of the scenic area. Heating systems and smart facilities are among the amazing features of the price. Floor heating system is my first experience in while China.
When you wake up next morning, the breakfast is ready for you with plenty of quality varieties buffet style to enjoy.
Next year same season, I’ll be visiting this hotel again but this time for 2 nights

Our second stop was Wangxian Valley, and we booked a hotel inside the scenic area. The staff upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel has beautiful scenery and excellent service. A staff member even helped us carry our luggage to the room, which was quite a trek as the lobby is a bit of a distance and involves climbing stairs – they really work hard! Our room was clean and tidy, and they even provided complimentary fruit and 'fairy fruit'. From the balcony, we could see the cliffside guesthouses in the distance and a big moon. The hotel grounds themselves are stunning, with picturesque views at every turn and unique architecture. We were very satisfied.

I booked a King-size Lake View room at Shangri-La Nancheng after reading many strong reviews. The hotel itself looks impressive, and check-in was fast and friendly.
However, the service consistency was disappointing. At the gym, there was no greeting at all—just a form and pen handed to me in silence. Normally, gym attendants would also tidy up, but the weights were left scattered and not put back.
At breakfast, a waitress bumped into me without any apology. When we asked for soy sauce for porridge, it took over 10 minutes, and when we followed up, the waitress asked in return : “What soy sauce?”
Overall, the room was clean with a beautiful lake view, and the sunrise and fountain were a nice bonus. The hotel itself is good, but service standards clearly need reflection. It's not a five star standard and it can't match other ShangriLa we stayed at. The management's lack of training to the staff obviously.
The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable; I just melted into it. It was so peaceful, serene, and cozy. The staff at the front desk, both the guys and the ladies, were all very nice. Oh, I forgot to take pictures of the hotel's Christmas decorations, they were really eye-catching! And finally, about the Tengwang Pavilion – seriously, the view is a solid 5-star experience (because you can see it from the hotel without even buying a ticket; the hotel itself is like a giant 5-star scenic spot).

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire staff was incredibly professional and welcoming. A special shout-out to our private butler, Huanhuan, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She was always ready to help, answered all our questions promptly, and even surprised us with thoughtful little gifts.
What touched us the most was their care when one of our group members fell ill. Since the hotel didn't have specific medicine on hand, they personally escorted us to see a doctor. This level of care is rare and truly appreciated. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and located in a prime spot. Highly recommended!

The hotel's front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering an unobstructed city view. It was clean and tidy, and the TV even supported screen mirroring. The bathroom was also very large and came with a bathtub for a complimentary soak. The hotel is super close to the subway station, just a two-minute walk away, and there's free parking available, which is very convenient. The front desk even has a small robot that delivers food! The breakfast on the third floor offers a wide variety of options, including Nanchang拌粉 (mixed noodles) and瓦罐汤 (clay pot soup), both of which taste great.

A great hotel stay. These days I tend to Airbnb, but in China for business and pleasure, my wife and I chose this hotel. We saw the outside during a past stay and thought we'd like to try it while visiting with another couple from the states. Everything was top notch. The breakfast wasn't a madhouse like other decent hotels. The space was so big it couldn't fill with the number of guests. The room walls were thick enough not to transmit noise. The space in the rooms was more than most. The balcony was lovely. Lots of good light, both artificial and natural. Not much English spoken, but check-in was easy. They helped us get a second didi for our friends and too much luggage. Drawbacks? Didi doesn't like to pull down the driveway even as it is an obvious road to the hotel. The toilet is electric and mechanical, completely unnecessary and makes too much noise while waking to use it. But these are common in most Chinese hotels it seems. The hotel was a relaxing and peaceful place to wake up and come home to after a day of ceramic exploration.
I went to Fuzhou on a business trip some time ago and chose to stay at Hilton Fuzhou Poly Huazhang. The overall experience was very good and I must share it.
• Convenient transportation: The hotel is located in the High-tech Zone of Fuzhou City, in the commercial center, and is only a 6-minute drive from the railway station. It is very convenient for people like me who travel frequently.
• Pleasant environment: As soon as I entered the hotel, I was attracted by the 80,000 square meters of outdoor artificial garden landscape. The traditional Chinese architectural design style makes the whole hotel full of elegant charm. Walking in it is comfortable and relaxing.
• Intimate service: From the check-in at the front desk, the staff is enthusiastic and professional, quickly handles the formalities, and also introduces the hotel facilities intimately. During the stay, any needs can be responded to in time, which is really worry-free.
• Rich dining: The ”Moonlight” buffet restaurant provides a lot of food, high-quality seafood, fresh and delicious, on-site cooking is full of fireworks, and there are various international and local cuisines to meet different tastes. The Cantonese and Gan cuisines in the ”Yugongguan” Chinese restaurant are also quite authentic, and every bite is intoxicating. It is very pleasant to order a cup of coffee in the ”Liuguang” lobby bar and enjoy the outdoor scenery.
• Complete facilities: The hotel has a large conference and banquet venue of 4,300 square meters, including conference rooms, banquet halls, boardrooms, and outdoor sunny lawns, which are suitable for both business meetings and social gatherings. In addition, the gym is fully equipped and the swimming pool is clear. It is so comfortable to swim a few laps. Living here, you can work and relax at the same time.
This time I stayed at the Fuzhou Poly Huazhang Hilton Hotel, which was impeccable in all aspects. Next time I come to Fuzhou, I will definitely choose this place!
This is my second stay at the Shangrao Yuexi New Century Grand Hotel. Four years ago, I stumbled upon this hotel when I visited Shangrao, and its serene and elegant environment left a deep impression on me, making me fall in love with the New Century Grand Hotel brand. Since then, whenever I travel, I try to stay at a New Century Grand Hotel, but the Yuexi Grand Hotel in Shangrao remains my favorite. It's the kind of place that makes you want to stay an extra night in the city just for the hotel itself, and you can truly feel that the designers and investors poured their heart and soul into it. In autumn, the hotel grounds are filled with the subtle scent of osmanthus, the air is exceptionally fresh, and at night, the sky is dotted with stars – a sight rarely found in big cities. Even the driver of the shuttle cart who took us to the lobby on our first day remembered us when we checked out the next day, which was incredibly heartwarming.

Honestly, choosing this hotel for our Jingdezhen trip was a great decision, haha! First off, the location is fantastic – it's super close to Taoxichuan and various night market attractions, all within about a ten-minute walk. We could just stroll there after dinner and explore the night markets, which was lovely. The hotel itself is very clean, tidy, and bright. We booked a double room, and the window was huge. Plus, it even had a Tmall Genie, haha! The bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent, which was great for the three of us, allowing everyone to get ready without bothering each other.
Another bonus was the washing machine and dryer – after five days of travel, we could get all our clothes clean and fresh! The front desk staff were also very helpful; any requests we had were addressed promptly. Thumbs up! Most importantly, I think the price offered incredible value for money.

GGuest UserI opted for one of their newly opened rooms for this stay. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly right until dawn. What I particularly loved was the Huipai architectural style, with its classic white walls, dark tiled roofs, and charmingly arranged courtyards. The subtle aroma of tea permeated the air, instantly putting me at ease.
fayeI was very satisfied with my stay at this B&B. The location is super convenient.
Highly recommend if you're visiting Jingdezhen on a weekend. Taoxichuan is right nearby.
The Taoxichuan Market is only open on weekends, by the way.
It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to Taoyangli, Sanbao Village, and the porcelain factories.
There are also plenty of places to eat nearby. The breakfast, though simple, was very fresh.
The common area of the B&B is very spacious. They even offered complimentary coffee and a pottery class, and gave me a small cup as a souvenir when I left.

WWHUThis is our third week travelling through China. Our stay at Wuli Shanshui Wenquan Dujia Jiudian. Mentioning the full name of this hotel pretty much gives you a full description of what you will likely experience. A lot of good value for money!
The hotel is situated at the bank of a river and behind the river you will see beautiful forested hills. Early in the morning and late in the afternoon you will hear the birds singing.
Your stay in this hotel comes with free entrance tickets to the hotpools, each with its own theme. You have the Danggui, the Red Wine, the Green Oasis, the Milk and Red Vinegar pools. We spent about 10 minutes in each of them. Relax, take time to have the body adjust to the temperature. I sat on the side with only my legs and hands under water. Later I let my body slide into the water fully. That night I slept like a baby and this morning I had a smooth soft skin, like a baby 😁
The rooms are fully equipped with all necessities and the reception was very helpful. We got a fruit basket as a welcoming gift.
Unfortunately there was no restaurant service but the reception helped us to order in lunch and dinner from a nearby restaurant. All we had to do was to pick from the menu and send the order to the reception via Wechat. For a modest fee our lunch, dinner and cold beers were delivered to our room 👍
The breakfast buffet offered great variety with fresh Ginseng fruit and mini tomatoes.
We liked it here so much that we booked a second night.
There is so much to explore in the neighbourhood with the beautiful old villages of Likeng and Wangkou nearby.
Thank you! 🙏
AAnonymous UserCons: The room was a bit small at 900 yuan a night. I booked a balcony room, but the balcony was completely enclosed by a wall. The hotel's design was a bit strange, winding and irregular. There were also thick pillars in the room that obstructed the view. There was no table for belongings, and no place to put changes of clothes in the bathroom.
Pros: The hotel is new and has a small swimming pool, which was quite pleasant for a swim in the evening when no one was around. The staff were very friendly, created a dedicated service group, and even let us check in early. The breakfast had local specialties, but unfortunately, it wasn't a buffet.
Overall, the price-performance ratio is average for this price range.
GGuest UserThe 85-square-meter family double-bedroom room has a bug. There is only one bathroom, and the bathroom is in another room. It is inconvenient for our family to live. After consulting the front desk, we were upgraded to a 100-square-meter double-bedroom family room for free. This is very good. The family stayed for two consecutive nights and lived very comfortably. Thumbs up to the front desk lady!
It’s nice to take the baby out and have a bird park!
There is also a water park in summer. I will come again next time!
GGuest UserRight at the foot of Guifeng Mountain, the entrance is a scenic spot, it is an antique but leisurely place with a beautiful environment. You can see the boss's care in every flower and grass. The beautiful lady boss would communicate with us every time she saw us. It was a very good stay. The boss and the staff were very enthusiastic and gave us a lot of help. It was a very warm and relaxing holiday.
QQianniuhuaqnhOn the way to the hotel, the taxi driver said that this is the safest place in Jingdezhen. The hotel is halfway up the mountain, the environment is very good, the service is also very good, and they also prepared two kinds of slippers for bathroom use and indoor use, which were disinfected. Snacks and drinks were delivered when you entered the door. The service was very considerate, the breakfast was also good, the facilities were relatively traditional, there were automatic curtains, the mattress was comfortable, and the surroundings were quiet.
