Holiday Inn Express ZHENGZHOU ZHONGZHOU by IHG

Upon entering, I noticed it was the first Holiday Inn in the Greater China region. The facilities are indeed a bit old, but everything you need is there. You can even use the pool at the Crowne Plaza next door, and there's a laundry room and a self-service breakfast. It's really great value for money for a trip. The staff, especially Junmin, Xiao Qin, and Qingdong, were all incredibly warm and attentive. I felt very safe, making it perfect for solo travelers.

They had welcome gifts when I checked in and a little present when I left. They even saw my medicine box on the table and thoughtfully gave me two extra bottles of water, reminding me to take my medication on time. It was a fantastic business trip experience, I really have to commend the hotel's service! 👍

This hotel offers truly excellent service, I highly recommend it. They brought me fruit, and the housekeeping staff, anticipating I might run out of water, kindly left extra bottles, which was a thoughtful touch. Yesterday morning, I overslept, and the front desk actually packed a breakfast for me to take away! The front desk service is so fantastic that I extended my stay for two more nights. Today, when I was heading out, I ran into their housekeeping manager and Ms. Zhu from the front desk, and they even asked if I needed any assistance, assuring me I could contact them anytime if I had problems. A hotel like this is bound to succeed. I'm on a business trip and plan to stay in Zhengzhou for a few more days, and I'm not going anywhere else; I'll just stay here. It's so convenient and cozy, it feels just like home!

You really can't go wrong with big international hotel chains; they just nail the emotional experience and pay attention to every detail. The hotel even called me beforehand to check my arrival time and proactively upgraded me to a suite. They also mentioned they'd thoughtfully decorate the room for 520 (May 20th), which shows their incredible attention to detail. The only slight drawback is that the facilities are a bit dated. Also, for breakfast, there were mostly vegetarian options, and I hope they can add more meat dishes. Other than that, everything was absolutely fantastic!

Stayed for three nights. The pros are the excellent service. They proactively offered gifts for my child and complimentary fruits, especially Mengyu and Junmin who provided many travel tips. Another highlight is the swimming pool, though the water was a bit cold. Breakfast was decent, nothing special. I saw a sign at the front desk indicating this was the very first Holiday Inn Express, which shows the hotel's age. The in-room facilities are a bit dated, but the great service made up for everything.

For many years, I've had to book hotels in advance on Ctrip for every holiday, and this time was another great choice. Even though it was a busy holiday period, I didn't feel any drop in service quality; I was very satisfied. The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive. Staff members like Xiao Qin, Zhu Zhu, Xiao Wen, and Qing Dong were diligent and responsible. The female manager at the front desk impressed us deeply with her hard work and efficient organization. I'd like to express my gratitude to everyone here! And a special shout-out to all the workers who persevered through the holiday season!

The first Holiday Inn Express in Greater China, this hotel was built in the 90s and joined the InterContinental Group in 2004. It's located in the heart of Jinshui District, with metro stations about 1km away in both directions. The entire complex offers parking, and the environment is very pleasant. It's always my first choice for business trips! Front desk staffer Xiao Qin was humble and thoughtful, and the restaurant serves breakfast at 6:30 AM with enthusiastic staff. The warm service from the team more than makes up for the older facilities.
