XXiaoyunThe hotel is located in Xinglong, making it convenient to take a taxi to Riyue Bay and Shimei Bay. Since we had already stayed in Lingshui for three days, we didn't have a strong desire for beaches. There are more activities for kids in Xinglong, and I recommend the botanical garden and farms. The hotel has three swimming pools, and although it was quite busy during the National Day holiday, it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk from the guest rooms, the pools weren't crowded, which was generally nice. The Hilton's cookies are delicious, and the breakfast spread is quite generous, but it gets a bit crowded after 9 AM, so I suggest going early. Shimei Bay has a great atmosphere in the evening, and Goofy Bar has a very good setting.

AAnonymous UserThis was our second time staying at Bird's Nest with the kids. This time we booked a larger room, and the front desk kindly upgraded us for free. We even had a dedicated service butler who was incredibly helpful. Their response time for dining arrangements and car bookings was very quick. The room facilities and decor have a charmingly rustic and natural feel. As for the views, they are absolutely stunning, with rolling mountains and blue skies and white clouds that feel within reach. You can hear the rustling of the pines and the wind blowing through the leaves, and there's a panoramic view of Yalong Bay, where the sea and sky blend seamlessly. It's perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway and a close connection with nature.

The private infinity pool offers stunning views and is incredibly photogenic, creating the ultimate vacation vibe. The resort provides a shuttle service, making getting around completely hassle-free. The hotel is in a prime location, very convenient for visiting the nearby night market—we especially recommend the local Zhaopo vinegar hot pot. Coming back to the villa after a night of eating and exploring was so relaxing. Service requests were handled promptly. Overall, it's a great place for a vacation and unwinding. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis is my second time visiting Wanda Vista Sanya Haitang Bay, and as a returning guest, the experience once again exceeded my expectations. The hotel's design offers great privacy, enveloped by a tropical garden, providing a tranquil escape from the bustling world. The public pool has beautiful scenery, and with few people around, it's perfect for a relaxing swim. The service details are impeccable; the shuttle operates freely within the resort, making getting around very convenient. They even deliver takeout to your room, which is fantastic! The room was spotless, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, it was a superb experience, definitely worth coming back for again and again.

AAnonymous UserUnexpectedly good! I had read reviews saying the room facilities were old, and I even brought my own disposable toiletries to use. But my actual stay was excellent. The room was very clean and tidy, and I slept soundly. The duvet was a bit thin, so I asked for an extra one. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and even helped upgrade us to a sea-view room, which had a fantastic view. Opening the curtains revealed a direct view of the ocean. Breakfast was decent, pretty standard. The hotel's kids' activities need to be booked a day in advance, and my child had a great time, with crafts in the morning and water play in the evening. My child also enjoyed the pool every night. The kids' play area is small, but sufficient. Overall, this is a very high-value family-friendly hotel. We'll come again if we get the chance.

GGuest UserThis time in Sanya, choosing the InterContinental Haitang Bay was definitely a good decision! 🌊 The hotel is located at 128 Haitang North Road, right next to the CDF Duty-Free Mall, so you can walk to go shopping. It's super convenient for a relaxing vacation.
The basic rooms start at 88 sqm, with a balcony where you can see the ocean and fall asleep to the sound of waves. The overall island vibe is very relaxed. The over 2000 sqm pool is divided into standard, family, and kids' zones. If you're bringing children, you can take them to the Planet Trekkers kids' club, which has slides, trampolines, and rope nets. If you don't have kids, you can just lounge by the main pool or on the lawn for some great photo opportunities.
The biggest surprise was our butler, Zoe – she proactively added me on WeChat before our arrival, asking about room preferences, our children's ages, and if we needed a crib, kids' slippers, or bathrobes. When we arrived, she helped us get a higher floor with an ocean view. After check-in, she followed up on our needs daily, effortlessly booking the 'Tao' Ocean Restaurant, mermaid shows, and kids' activities.
One day, I wanted to arrange a late check-out and a car service, and Zoe sorted it all out in minutes, even sending welcome fruits and coconuts. Good hardware is a given, but it's Zoe's 'anticipating your needs' kind of service that truly made this vacation stress-free. Next time I'm in Haitang Bay, I'll definitely stick with InterContinental and specifically request Zoe! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Opening the window revealed lush greenery; the swaying palm trees were so incredibly soothing. The room was cozy and well-appointed, complete with a small sofa and coffee table. Lounging there in the evening with a cup of tea, taking in the view, gave the ultimate vacation vibe. But the absolute highlight was our butler, Coral! She reached out proactively before check-in to ask about our preferences and share local travel tips. Once we arrived, she went above and beyond for every request. I casually mentioned craving some fruit, and shortly after, a fresh fruit platter was delivered right to our room—such a thoughtful touch. Throughout the stay, it felt less like staying at a hotel and more like visiting a friend. Coral’s service was attentive without ever being intrusive. The garden view room was quiet and comfortable, the amenities were practical, and the scenery was a huge bonus. With such a dependable butler, I’ll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Sanya. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. You can't go wrong with Mangrove Tree and Coral!

He patiently introduced us to the surrounding shopping malls and attractions, as well as the operating hours for the hotel pool, gym, and restaurant. The room was clean and hygienic, and the bedding was especially comfortable for sleeping. The balcony features a huge bathtub, though unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use it due to the weather. Check-out was handled very efficiently by the staff, and they even gave us a small gift upon departure.

First-line sea view, super large tropical garden, and the beach right outside. Kids' pool, water slides, children's club, and even a garden train are all available. There are rich parent-child activities every day, and the hotel provides sand-digging tools, so no need to bring your own and lighten your luggage. The rooms are spacious, and children's toiletries and slippers are proactively provided, with attentive and thoughtful service. The breakfast offers a rich variety, including local Hainanese snacks. You can entertain the kids within the hotel for the entire stay, allowing adults to relax with peace of mind. Kids won't want to leave. It's the top choice for a family vacation, and we will definitely come again!

Our family trip to Sanya Sheraton exceeded expectations; it's perfect for families with kids!
The hotel boasts a first-line beach, and the coconut grove garden is beautiful. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The parent-child facilities are comprehensive: multiple swimming pools, a dedicated children's splash pool with slides, an indoor kids' club for托管 (childcare/supervision), a garden train, and beach activities. Kids have plenty to do all day long.
The service is very thoughtful, with children's bathrobes and toiletries prepared in advance. The staff are gentle and respond promptly. Breakfast offers a wide selection, including Qingbuliang (Hainanese dessert) and Hainan noodles, so everyone, young and old, can find something they love.
No need to travel far; you can enjoy the beach, water play, and a complete leisurely vacation all within the hotel. It truly allows for a 'lying flat' style of parenting (effortless child-minding). This hotel is highly recommended for families bringing kids to Sanya!

I originally planned to make do for one night, because I wanted to travel around China and save some money for accommodation, so I found this homestay for more than 100. It is no exaggeration to open the room. The 40 ㎡ big room is bigger than the house I rented when I worked in Hangzhou, and it was very clean at first glance. There are three windows. The scenery outside the window is also good, and the scenery in the courtyard is good. That night, I sat on a swing and blew the wind. I started my play guide in Wanning the next day. Then I took a bath in the bathtub at night. There is a disposable bathtub belt. Don’t worry about hygiene. The big bathtub is not like it. My tall and fat body also feels very wide in it. Yu, in addition, there is a projector in the room, the toilet is a smart toilet, the shower is also very clean, the next morning I directly renewed the lease for one day (but the price has risen a little, regretting that I didn’t book two nights directly), I rented an electric car with the boss, and the homestay user can rent it for 30 yuan for a whole day.
