Since it was the off-season, the front desk proactively upgraded us to the Premier Suite. The minibar was free for both days of our stay and was even refilled. The staff even took note of what we liked to drink and replenished those items more generously – the service was incredibly thoughtful. We tried both breakfast restaurants during our two-day stay; each had its own unique features and both were quite tasty. I particularly enjoyed the roasted duck rice at Qi Cai Jing. I must also mention that the complimentary cake was absolutely delicious. Next time, I might even book the Royal Club just for that little cake! We absolutely loved the aquarium. Don't think of it as a conventional aquarium; we visited it every day during our 3-day stay. The beluga whales interact with visitors, and the aquarium glass is impeccably clean, which is a big plus. The water park wasn't crowded due to the off-season, and we barely had to queue for anything except the shark crossing. Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive. There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period.

It was a great choice to stay in this hotel, definitely value for money, great for families with kids! Spacious and clean coupled by very good concierge and room service on hotel butler on WeChat to even check again in the late afternoon if you need to clean up the room when we put up no room service required. I will definitely choose this hotel when I am back next time. Best hotel choice for this year! The room was spacious enough for my child to run around without feeling cramped, and it was easy to see the ocean. There's a beach right downstairs from the apartment building, so my child loved playing in the sand and water every day and didn't want to leave. Coming back for a hot shower afterwards was super comfortable. The place was clean and odorless. Definitely a top choice for families with kids!

the stay was pretty good overall, but the first room we checked in was moldy in some places, also some towels was slightly dirty, but they changed it the moment i pointed that out, the staff was really friendly and suggested other rooms to check in, they also let us check out a little later, since our flight was pretty late too, the breakfast wasn't bad, but the variety of food wasn't that big and mostly really oily

The room was clean, and we had a sea view right from our door. The service was absolutely exceptional! The concierge, a lovely young lady, helped us order local red rice porridge when my child had a fever and refused to let us pay for it. Later, around 1 AM, the male concierge took me to a pharmacy to buy fever medicine for my child. They offered pick-up when we arrived and drop-off when we left. Knowing I had a lot of heavy luggage, he waited with us for our ride-hailing car, loaded the bags into the trunk, and even reminded the driver to help us with them again. Truly thoughtful! Naturasone really lives up to its name – they cater to every need. My experience here was a perfect 10!

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! It's the same one Kanye stayed at, and offers fantastic value for money. It's across the sea from Haikou's landmarks, Century Bridge and Century Park, and you can catch a stunning sunset from the gym balcony on the eleventh floor. It's also very close to Hainan University, and it's easy to get a taxi to attractions like Qilou Old Street. The hotel lobby is very grand, and all the staff are warm and attentive. Toiletries are by Byredo, flip-flops are provided, and the outdoor pool is huge – swimming at night with the sea breeze is incredibly comfortable. The complimentary travel photoshoot was also excellent! The photographer was very professional and chatty, so I immediately upgraded to a package. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Haikou.

Our stay at MGM Sanya was absolutely perfect! The hotel service was incredibly attentive, from check-in to check-out, they took care of everything. The room had unbeatable sea views; you could watch the sunrise right from your bed. Both the pool and private beach were spotless, and the kids didn't want to leave. There were plenty of dining options, and breakfast was especially rich, with delicious waffles from the restaurant. The overall vibe was stylish and vibrant, truly a top choice for a vacation. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back!

First off, all staff are so polite and welcoming! They will smile and greet you, from the moment you exit your ride to the pool area where you can go soak in the hot spring. I really enjoyed my stay here, it was extremely peaceful and quiet, I’m sure peak season might be different though. The beach across the road is lovely to sit by and the sand is clean. I enjoyed my breakfast and thanks to Ernest for helping me with check in, and allowing me to split my booking so I could get buffet dinners since I had no partner checking in with me. He was welcoming and explained everything well in English, thank you to Megan for answering my questions and updating my buffet code and Prima for the swift check out. I hope to come again here, while the hotel is a little old now they make up for in service. The housekeeping staff does a great job and cleans the basin and the room is spotless when you come back! The only complaint I have is that the tv has 1 English Channel and that switches to Japanese movies sometimes. At the buffet dinner, the manager helped me choose a hot pot of my choice, and showed me where to get everything, the second time she brought me a plate of the soup of the day, she was so kind and lovely, I didn’t catch her name but I have to say thank you to her aswell. Breakfast is delicious and there’s a variety of whatever you like. Desserts are divine!! The hotsprings are lovely in chilly February and there’s an indoor pool too. The hotel is located in the quieter area of wenchang, but very accessible with taxi (didi), taking 15-20 mins to get to the main city center. All rounded facilities including gym and swimming pool. Hotel staffs were helpful, friendly and professional, especially Raja, who provided exceptional care and attention to me and my family. Thank you Raja!
