Location: Excellent location—just a one-minute walk to the walking street and other famous attractions. Staff: Super friendly and always ready to assist immediately whenever needed. Facilities: Perfect for travelers who prefer having everything available in the hotel. Self-service laundry, drying machines, microwaves, and other convenient amenities are provided. Cleanliness: Exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are much quieter than I expected. As a light sleeper, I wasn't disturbed at all during my stay. Room: Very modern smart-controlled rooms with voice-command AI assistance, making the stay both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, a highly recommended hotel with a great location, excellent service, modern facilities, and outstanding cleanliness.

This hotel is nestled within the Seven-Mile Shantang Scenic Area, making it perfect for travelers who enjoy exploring at their own pace and planning their own itinerary. Since it's located in an ancient town, the paths are cobblestone, so those with heavy luggage (like me!) should take note. Don't rush; take your time and really soak it all in. The hotel itself is housed within the Jiangnan Weaving Museum, and it's absolutely beautiful! All the staff are very polite and the service is excellent. I'd recommend staying a few extra days to get the most value. There's so much to see and do in Shantang Old Town; make sure to walk along both sides of the river!

The hotel's beautiful surroundings and facilities and design truly exceeded my expectations! The pool is clean and a great place to play in the summer. There are also play areas for children to read and explore. There's also a gym and a good breakfast buffet. Overall, it's a great value for money. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suqian. It's close to the highway, offering a quiet escape amidst the hustle and bustle. There's also Wuyue Plaza nearby, making takeout quick. Parking is also very convenient; guests don't need to scan a QR code or report their license plate number. There are also charging stations available, and the rates are very affordable!

I chose this hotel for my trip to Suzhou, and it far exceeded my expectations! The location is superb; I could walk to Guanqian Street and Shantang Street, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and finding food. The front desk staff were gentle and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet night. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the toiletries were provided – every detail was thoughtfully considered. The overall environment was elegant with a lovely江南 (Jiangnan) ambiance. It offers fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, lovely hosts, beautiful room with vintage furniture and super soft blanket! Very authentic. During the day time it’s super loud because of the amount of tourists, but staying in this place gives you unique opportunity to explain the town in the very early morning or very late evening (the lights switch off at 23:00). The room can seem small, but it’s old town, it can’t be different:) Unfortunately there was no tea provided, that’s sad for tea-famous country, maybe should be improved. Other than that – my stay was amazing☺️

Choosing Xiaohu Hotel for a family trip was an excellent decision! They provided children's picture books, so my child could read and stay entertained in the room. It's only a few minutes' walk from Wu Cheng'en's Former Residence and Hexia Ancient Town, so we took the kids to visit the birthplace of 'Journey to the West,' and they were super excited. The hotel's billiards room is free to use, which was great for dad and the kids to play together and bond. Breakfast was good. I asked a staff member if I could pack two tea eggs to go, and she said yes, even reminding me to wrap them in paper because of the sauce. As someone who often travels with kids, I totally get it – kids don't always eat much at breakfast, so being able to pack something for later is really helpful. Some hotels don't allow this, so this thoughtful gesture made a great impression on me. Five-star rating!

Suzhou has so many hotels, and we spent a long time choosing AnShe. First, its location is fantastic – super close to the Suzhou Museum, Humble Administrator's Garden, and the Lotus Flower Market, which is a must-visit in June. Second, I saw many reviews praising their service, and it really lived up to the hype when we arrived; the staff were all very friendly and happy to answer any questions. Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable; every part of the room was spotless and well-maintained down to the smallest detail. Even though it's not a chain hotel, I was really satisfied with this stay.

I forgot to take pictures, so I asked the receptionist to take a few for me! The courtyard is beautiful, and the room is beautiful too! The receptionist was very welcoming! Definitely deserves a good review! The hotel was very clean, and everything was provided perfectly. It felt like the best hotel I stayed at in Suzhou! Highly recommended! I absolutely love the smart voice control; I'll definitely consider using it when I travel from now on, haha.

We could step out and immediately start exploring and sightseeing, making travel incredibly convenient and saving us a lot of commuting time. The villa room we stayed in was exceptionally spacious, with an open and grand layout that made for a very comfortable stay. The in-room amenities were complete, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a mahjong table, which was perfect for leisure and entertainment when traveling with family or friends, really setting a lively atmosphere for gatherings. The hotel service was thoughtful and attentive. During our stay, they even provided a complimentary exquisite afternoon tea. The pastries and drinks were delicious, and it was lovely to relax and enjoy tea during our downtime. The hotel itself boasts an elegant Jiangnan garden style. The courtyard environment is tranquil and serene, offering a stark contrast to the lively street outside, providing a wonderful experience of quiet seclusion amidst the hustle and bustle. The hotel restaurant's food was decent; the dishes were homely and reliable, perfectly satisfying our daily dining needs. Our room was cleaned meticulously and was spotlessly clean, making for a comfortable and carefree stay. Overall, the value for money here is excellent. It's suitable for both family trips and friends traveling together. With convenient access to attractions and comprehensive leisure facilities, it's an ideal choice for a vacation in Suzhou. I highly recommend staying here.

This is an excellent hotel! The decor is new and modern, and the rooms are fully equipped with smart toilets and all the amenities you could need, including multiple sofas and a Nespresso machine with two complimentary capsules. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful in answering all our questions. Breakfast was also fantastic and delicious. Plus, the location is unbeatable, right next to the MixC mall, making dining and shopping super convenient. The metro and Nantong Railway Station are also right nearby. Definitely a top-notch hotel!
