My friend and I stumbled upon this hotel while driving through Qinhuangdao, and it really exceeded our expectations. The room was much bigger than we thought, the toilet was smart, and the floor-to-ceiling window overlooked the sea (if you book a sea-view room, of course). The bed was also very comfortable. It's the perfect spot to watch the sunrise, the view is truly amazing! Great value for money! The sea-view rooms can be a bit chilly facing the ocean, so bring thick pajamas if you're coming in winter.

The stay experience tonight was really disappointing, and the main problem was the hardware facilities of the room. At the beginning, it was arranged in the room on the 8th floor, and there was a clear pungent smell in the corridor. The room also felt very stuffy, the air was not circulating, and the air conditioner could emit hot air. After a while, I felt that the nose and throat were not very comfortable. The two young ladies at the front desk were very patient. After learning about the situation, they took the initiative to take me to see other empty rooms. They saw five rooms before and after. Some rooms are damp, some even have the smell of the toilet, which shows that the maintenance status of different rooms is very different. In the end, I finally found a slightly normal one. They were not impatient throughout the whole process. Thank you very much. 2. Water flow problem. Unexpectedly, the problem in the room was just solved, and the bath was in trouble. The room on the 3rd floor where I lived, the hot water flow was very small and the water pressure was obviously insufficient. When taking a bath, the sputum can be washed locally, and the experience is very bad. In the weather with poor air quality, the interior of the hotel is more uncomfortable because of ventilation problems. 3. Sound insulation problem. Every time I close the door next door, I can hear the sound and the sound of chatting upstairs. In general, the smell, sound insulation and hot water problems encountered during this stay were all caused by inadequate hardware or maintenance, which did affect the rest. But the professionalism and patience of the front desk staff is the only highlight, and I hope that the hotel management will pay attention to and improve these basic issues, and do not disappoint the efforts of the staff and the trust of the guests.

A very satisfying stay! Check-in was quick, the room was comfortable, the environment was good, and the room was clean and satisfactory. Especially Anaia at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I took the initiative to add her on WeChat when I checked in so I could contact her if I had any questions. Her service attitude was very good. I give it a thumbs up. Parking and access are very convenient. There is a shopping mall nearby. The gym in the hotel is also OK, as well as the swimming pool and breakfast. Overall, it is very comfortable. The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, with convenient facilities and excellent service. I will choose this Hilton again next time I come for a business trip.

Traveling from Beijing North Station by train, you'll arrive at Chongli Station. From there, you can take the scenic shuttle bus or a taxi to the hotel; it's a short and convenient drive (but a bit far to walk if you have luggage). The room was clean and tidy, and the service was prompt and attentive. The gym and hot tubs offer excellent views of the ski slopes. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, catering to both northern and southern palates with options like fried dough sticks, soy milk, and tofu pudding, as well as beef vermicelli and rice noodles – all of high quality. You can ski in and ski out. The Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn are in the same building and share a ski lobby, which is a bit closer to the advanced slopes. The ski lobby has a variety of snacks, Costa Coffee, and BaWangChaJi, making it very convenient. Taking a taxi to the town at the foot of the mountain for dinner, you'll find an abundance of restaurants.

You can walk to the ski hall in about 70-80 meters, even in your ski gear. The yakitori pub downstairs stays open late and has great food. Plus, our room offered direct views of the ski slopes. **Cleanliness:** The hotel is incredibly clean. You won't even find a speck of dirt from ski equipment in the lobby. **Service:** Every staff member in the hotel deserves high praise for their excellent attitude. They proactively gave us tips for skiing, and since we had our dog with us, we even got a room upgrade. The housekeeping staff was very professional. **Facilities:** The only area I think could be improved is that while the room has a kitchen, there were no utensils or dishes for food. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I hope they keep up the great work!

The waiters are very nice and enthusiastic. The hotel is very convenient for traveling. The recommended bowl of noodles at Rujia is very delicious and there is free parking. I am very satisfied and will stay there next time.

Pros: The location is excellent, with a lively area right outside. There's a pedestrian street downstairs, and MixC City is just an 8-10 minute walk away, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The building has an underground parking lot. While it can get busy, finding a parking spot is relatively easy. The hotel front desk is on the 31st floor, but a dedicated elevator makes access very convenient. There's a laundry room and a gym; I used both and found them to be fully functional and well-maintained, not just for show. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality and taste are great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meals. The service staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly. Any issues were promptly addressed. Cons: The hotel might be a bit older, and some facilities are showing their age. For example, the air conditioning wasn't very effective – it was hard to control and would inconsistently blow hot or cold. Overall: I'm very satisfied. It offers good value for money and is highly recommended. I forgot to take any photos, but the actual condition perfectly matches the pictures online, so I'll just use a few placeholders.

This was my first time visiting Thaiwoo Town, and I chose the Nanshanli Hotel. Coming from Taizicheng Station, it's worth noting that Nanshanli Hotel only offers limited free shuttle services, not private transfers. Upon arrival, there was quite a long queue for check-in. When it was my turn, I was a bit flustered because I wasn't familiar with mainland payment methods. Millie, the front desk attendant, immediately noticed and proactively came out to patiently and meticulously help me complete the process. I'm truly grateful! This left me with an excellent first impression of the hotel. Walking into the room, my daughter immediately commented on how spacious it was, and opening the window revealed a direct view of the ski slopes. Although we came from Hong Kong and weren't quite used to the cold weather here yet, everyone was very excited. The second point to note is that we arrived after 5 PM, so the counter for booking ski instructors was already closed. We then found an intermediate instructor, Wang XX, from the International Italian Ski Academy via a WeChat mini-program, and scheduled a lesson for 10 AM the next day. The mini-program showed a price of 980 yuan, but perhaps because it was a weekday, the actual payment was only 780 yuan, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the next morning, by 9:50 AM, the instructor hadn't contacted us, and I couldn't get a refund via WeChat, which made me very anxious. Fortunately, Ms. Gu at the ski instructor counter on the first floor of Nanshanli Hotel continuously helped me contact the instructor. The instructor claimed he hadn't checked his WeChat account and had therefore taken other clients, making him unable to teach my daughter. After Ms. Gu's persistent communication and efforts, she finally found us an excellent instructor, but the whole process delayed us by over two hours, which was indeed unpleasant. Despite this, I still want to express special thanks to the two hotel staff members we encountered on this trip: Millie at the front desk for check-in, and Ms. Gu at the ski instructor counter on the first floor. Their enthusiastic help ultimately brought this little incident to a good end.

I stayed at Haolike on the first day of the Qingming Festival, and changed to Hilton on the second day, just to feel the difference between the two hotels. The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Because the hotel occupancy rate was very high on the second day of the holiday, I booked 3 rooms with my friends and explained our demands to the front desk. I just wanted the three rooms to be closer to each other, so that the elderly and children can chat and play. The front desk lady was very helpful and arranged us in the same area. The rooms are very close. We are going out to play in the afternoon, and the luggage can be stored. There is no mandatory consumption in the lobby bar on the first floor of the hotel to rest. The elderly and children have been resting there while waiting for check-in. There is a Chinese restaurant Lu Yuexuan on the first floor. The food is a little expensive. If you are a family of three, you can choose a set meal, which is quite cost-effective. We have many people and choose Hotpot, during the festival, in order to provide a good customer experience, hotpot is a set meal, no snacks, the meat in the set meal is definitely enough, there are 8 of us in total, we chose a 4-5 person meal, and added several vegetables, there are many kinds of meat in the set meal, and the quantity is quite sufficient, especially the black tiger shrimp, which is as big as the palm, the fruit cantaloupe is very sweet, refreshing, and the coconut bread for breakfast is quite good for coconut lovers. The breakfast dishes are very rich, both Chinese and Western, the layout of the room is also very spacious, the sofa can sleep a child of about 1.5 (not fat), the bed is also comfortable to lie on, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet, and bathing and going to the toilet do not affect each other.
