The views from the terrace are absolutely stunning and offer an expansive panorama. They have an on-site hot spring pool and sauna on the roof. Our room even came with a bathtub, and the front desk thoughtfully provided bath products for the kids and disposable bathtub liners, which was a really nice touch. The room package also included complimentary tickets to Cui Ping Shan, which is definitely worth visiting – it's beautiful and not crowded. The breakfast buffet was also very generous, and the window views from there were lovely too.

The Crowne Plaza Resort, facing both the lake and mountain views, offers a vibrant, lush green landscape even in summer, quite different from the winter skiing ambiance. It's still a refreshing sight. The free entrance to Cuiyun Mountain is a bonus, with the impressive Ming Great Wall ruins and wind turbines atop the mountains definitely worth a visit.

The room was spotless, the view was absolutely stunning, and the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. My entire stay was smooth and comfortable, a perfect experience! I'll definitely rebook here for my next trip.

Excellent! The weather was cool, the location was super convenient with the cable car right outside the door. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and there was plenty of parking. They even had evening shows and a bonfire party. A great resort hotel!

Before my arrival, the butler proactively messaged me on WeChat to update me on the local weather. Upon check-in, both the doorman and front desk staff were very welcoming. I had requested a quiet room in my reservation notes, and they upgraded me to a mountain-facing suite. The room layout was well-designed and spacious, featuring two balconies and two bathrooms, plus a dressing room. It was really pleasant to just relax, binge-watch shows, and snack in the room during the sunny afternoons. Parking in the underground garage was convenient with plenty of spaces. Breakfast was decent and quite varied, though there were more Western pastries and the Chinese options were a bit limited in both taste and variety. Opposite the hotel lobby, there's a hiking trail that leads to a popular, 'instagrammable' library at the top, which is worth checking out.

She added me on WeChat even before I arrived and sent over recommendations for food, lodging, and transportation. Food deliveries were brought right to my room. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, no issues at all. Thank you for the hospitality, Jiajia, you worked hard!

The environment is absolutely fantastic, built into the mountains with lush greenery all around. Opening the window reveals a stunning mountain view. A morning stroll through the mountains truly wakes you up. The resort vibe is incredible. There are plenty of recreational facilities, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the beds are comfortable. Sitting on the terrace in the evening is incredibly relaxing! The service is excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide variety, with local specialties definitely worth trying. If you're looking for a place to unwind and recharge, this is definitely the spot. I'll be back!
