The hotel is very good, both in terms of cleanliness and the interiors of the rooms. There was construction going on next door during my stay last month. You might wake up early.

The hotel is nice, the location is nice but I couldn't go and smell it because of the weather conditions. The money is not refunded, it would be nice if it was. Other than that, the brand is nice.

Great and kind staff at convenience location. Building itself looks very well constructed and inspected 2times in the past. This information was useful and comfortable to select this hotel after huge earthquakes. The room including shower was so clean. The bed was big and fresh for 2 persons and feel good.

This hotel is a bit depressing and sure needs a lot of renovations. You will notice the moment you get to the reception. Nevertheless, the location is great (10 min walk from the center) and once we got to the room, the feeling is better. If you don't smoke, make sure to ask for a non smoking room. Decent cleanliness as well. It is what is it: an Ibis that becomes just a place to sleep. The staff barely speaks any English.

Overall good, high occupancy efficiency. You can use English communication, there is no Chinese. The traffic is also relatively convenient.

Het hotel was over het algemeen voldoende, maar naar mijn mening geen 4 sterren waard. Het ontbijt was prima qua hoeveelheid, maar miste echt smaak. Zeker in een stad als Antep, die bekendstaat om haar heerlijke keuken, had ik hier meer van verwacht. Het hotel zelf oogt verouderd en is duidelijk toe aan vernieuwing. Hoewel het beddengoed en de handdoeken schoon waren en ik geen zichtbare vlekken of vuil heb gezien, is er wel sprake van achterstallig onderhoud. Al met al een acceptabel verblijf, maar er is zeker ruimte voor verbetering, vooral gezien de classificatie als viersterrenhotel.

The hotel is very good. **** the hotel is clean, quiet and beautiful. The noise is number 10. There were 2 troubled things; if there is a dust, the parking place is quite smooth and perhaps I sit from the room, the water station sounds a lot. I don't know the upper floor or side room, but when water is urgent, when the phone is swallowed, the sound is inside the room.

Doğan bey her konuda bize çok yardımcı oldu. Karda nasıl ilerleyeceğimizi bile bilmiyorken yanımıza kadar gelip elinden geleni yaptılar. Yeni yıl için getirdikleri pasta da çok ince bir hareketti. Sabah o güler yüzlü halleri , kaymamamız için yerlere sıcak su döküp çekmeye çalışmaları. Odaları gezdirip oda seçimini bize bırakmaları…Sadece para odaklı olmadıklarından ötürü bir daha olsa bir daha bu konağı seçerim🙏🏻 çok çok memnun kaldık. Sadece odalar biraz küçük ama eğer ailece gitmiyorsanız herhangi bir problem yaratacağını düşünmüyorum. Isınma konusunda da ***et başarılılardı.
