GGuest UserOtel’in konumu ve mimarisi çok güzel. Termal ve aile odası olduğu için tercih ettik. Hizmet kalitesi beklentimizin altında kaldı. Özellikle kahvaltı konsepte dahil olmasından dolayı olacak herhalde çok vasattı. Restoran ücretli olmasına rağmen kuzu eti tercihimizin menüde karşılığı yoktu.

GGuest UserWe spent two nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. We loved that it is pet friendly so we were able to travel with our dog. It was also a great location for walking a dog as the hotel is right next to a main boulevard with a great pedestrian walkway. The hotel was also well situated between tourist attractions with the Oldupazar neighborhood about 2.5 km in one direction and the Savoza park about the same distance in the other direction. The staff was helpful and friendly and the restaurant was very good. We also used the gym and the spa for a massage and were happy with both of these facilities. We will likely travel to Eskisehir again and will definitely choose Park Dedeman hotel for our stay.

The service is excellent — friendly, helpful, and always ready to recommend local places.
There’s a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, which seems quite common here.
The room heating works well, and the bathroom is well-separated.
The elevator inside the hotel is cute but small — it fits about two people at a time.
Overall, it’s a hotel I would recommend, as long as you’re not traveling with young children or sensitive to cigarette smoke.

HHerriesHotel location is in walking distance to canal or shopping streets. Room is quite spacious for 4 adults but shower room maybe a bit small. Reception is friendly & able to speak English. Police station just at the main road, the hotel is next to a barber shop. The road in front of hotel is closed but still can park for loading luggage. This area most of the streets are one way, when you missed have to go another round. Street parking may take you some time or you can park at the car park building.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is new, the room is spacious, and the price is great. Its excellent location near a shopping mall is a plus, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it to everyone.

Cons: incredibly loud.floors creaking from upstairs and your own room. Too much stuff in the room makes it difficult to even walk around. Loud outside also due to music from a nearby bar. Even with ear plugs still loud. Towels had stains and shower head was broken. Shower leaked also.

GGuest UserAlthough we booked a deluxe king room, which is normally non-smoking, we were given a smoking room that smelled of smoke. We declined. Since there were no other rooms available, we had to stay in a standard room. The rooms were below Hilton quality.

YYUANThe most prosperous street in the city, the hotel is the river that crosses the city. The scenery is good and the breakfast is pretty good, because the local food is just the same, and the level is similar. There are many places to eat when you go out. There are many small bars on both sides of the river. You can have tea and chat, the disadvantage of the hotel is that the room is relatively small, and everything else is fine
