This stay was truly heartwarming. A special thank you to Rita, whose service was meticulous and thoughtful; she even proactively reminded us about changes in the weather, making us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to transportation, making getting around hassle-free. The room was quiet and comfortable with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, the experience was gentle and reassuring – a truly therapeutic stay. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Visiting Dunhuang during the off-season was such a great idea! This hotel is fantastic. The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, with plenty of hot water. The air conditioning is strong, and the hairdryer has good power. The slippers provided aren't cheap; they're very non-slip, and the toothbrushes are soft-bristled. The towels are also good quality and don't shed. The hotel offers unlimited complimentary coffee, water, and even some floral teas that you can DIY in the lobby. The breakfast is also quite substantial. Every staff member is very enthusiastic. They also offer an airport pick-up service; on the day I arrived, they picked me up alone. Plus, the hotel gave me a free ticket for a West Line day tour and a windproof magic scarf, which I found incredibly useful because I hadn't realized how windy and dusty it gets there. Wearing a mask felt stuffy, so this scarf was perfect. I think the price was double the off-season rate, but the location is excellent, just a bit ahead of the night market, and the decor is quite new. The only slight downsides are: it seems to have smart voice control, but I didn't know what the smart voice was called. It would be great if they could add a smart voice prompt. Also, the bedding was a bit rough, but the duvet was goose down, very light and soft. The soundproofing is okay; you can still hear people if they're talking very loudly next door or in the hallway. Seriously, visiting Dunhuang in the off-season is truly wonderful! Oh, and there are two super cute cats in the hotel, and the pickled cabbage buns for breakfast were delicious!

The hotel looks really nice and will look great on anybody’s instagram. However, I had a room on the first (ground) floor and these should be avoided by anybody caring about privacy. One of the windows opened on the courtyard and the other opened on an alley, at street level. Anybody walking by inside or outside had a direct view inside the room.

A true blessing for lazy travelers! - There are security patrols at night too, so you feel completely safe. 🍳 **Breakfast So Delicious, You'll Lick the Plate!** - So much variety! Freshly cooked noodles 🍜, hot steamed buns, and fresh fruit 🍉 – the selection changes daily, so it's never boring. - My favorite was their freshly ground soy milk, rich and fragrant. Paired with hot, crispy fried dough sticks, it was pure bliss! ☕️ **Picture-Perfect Afternoon Tea** - We enjoyed afternoon tea on the terrace, soaking up the sun with my partner. We ordered fruit tea and small cakes 🍰 – the fruit was fresh and juicy, and the cakes were perfectly sweet without being cloying. - Sipping tea while looking at the distant mountain views, all the fatigue from our journey melted away. After half a month of traveling, this is by far the most comfortable place I've stayed. The decor has its own unique style, not like those generic hotels you see everywhere. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the lighting and little trinkets. Plus, all the amenities work perfectly and are super convenient – everything you need is there. The shower has great water pressure, the hairdryer is effective, and the Wi-Fi is incredibly fast. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and bright. It's perfect whether you're relaxing in or heading out to explore. For this price, getting all these perks is truly amazing value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next summer.

It's very close to the airport, making airport transfers convenient and quick. The front desk staff are very polite and professional. The location is also quite good, with plenty of restaurants downstairs. It's very friendly to business travelers.

Coinciding with the New Year, we drove to Northwest China, and the Hilton maintained its usual high standards. From the moment we entered, we felt the warmth and enthusiasm of all the staff. They greeted us proactively every time we entered or left, and we also saw the cleaning aunties constantly tidying up, making the place very clean. The front desk staff, Xinglan and Liuliu, were exceptional; they proactively upgraded us to a deluxe room, which was spacious and bright. They made our New Year in Zhangye very enjoyable, and we will definitely stay here again if we have the chance to visit Zhangye in the future.

This hotel looked incredible! From top to bottom, it was clear that the designers took style seriously. The rooms gave off a sense of luxury that few other hotels in this process range have. The carpets, floors, doors, cabinets, beds etc. emitted a sense of tranquility, which made me feel very comfortable. Also, after travelling around China for nearly a month, I can say that this was by far the best breakfast I've had at roughly a dozen hotels. The staff were professional, everything was very clean, and the location could not have been better. My only issues: there was no air conditioning, and my room was very hot at night. Additionally, when the rooms next to you are watching television, you can hear everything in your room.

The room was small for a family room, and we were unable to make the air conditioning unit work well, thus my children had problems to sleep. However, the staff were very helpful, and I recommend the hotel because of the staff and the location, with nice restaurants nearby. I recommend to the hotel the installation of slow car charging stations in the parking, as it would create a new source of revenue

The newly opened hotel has a good environment and facilities. I needed to catch a train early in the morning, and the hotel is near the West Railway Station; you can see the station from the window, but you have to take a taxi, which should only cost 10 yuan and take about 5 minutes. I originally booked another hotel in the same building, Wanrun Smart Choice, but when I arrived, they said there were no rooms available and they might not be able to vacate by noon. I checked the platform and saw the price had doubled, clearly meaning I had to cancel my booking myself. The hotel I'm staying at now is in the same building, and the price is about the same as when I booked. They asked if there were rooms available and even gave me early check-in. The difference in service is immediately apparent. I switched immediately.
