Hotels With breakfast in Wellington Region, New Zealand

The hotel wall is very thin, you can hear everything from the next room. We hardly laugh or talk freely because we concern we might interrupt other people. The amenities is just old in overall (might consider to replaced now), the shower is not good too, we were surprise this hotel is part of Accor which is really concerning as one’s of the customer who like staying at Accor group from times to times. The buffet breakfast is quiet sad (we are not complaining about the option because it seems to be fit the price we paid for) but a cold ham that taste like it have been there for 2 days ago? I think we at least deserved a fresh ham… and also the condiments at breakfast like ketchup and mustard?? They are mostly empty and looking very dirty ( worst that food court). The staffs on the other hand is friendly and do the job right.

The breakfast is good. The bread, fruit and juice are all great. The room is more business-like. There is a slope at the entrance, but the view is good. The bakery around in the early morning is very high-end for office workers.

Stayed two nights in Wellington and overall, it was quite good. 👍 The front desk is on the 7th floor, and most rooms are on higher floors, offering nice views. The room was reasonably spacious and had heating, which was really helpful in early winter. Breakfast is on the 6th floor and had a decent variety. The only downside is that you have to go up a flight of stairs from the street to get to the hotel, which isn't very convenient for guests with large luggage. Sometimes the escalator next to the street isn't even working, so you have no choice but to carry everything up.

We enjoyed a couple of nights' stay at this centrally located hotel. The self service check-in and check-out process was relatively seamless and staff were responsive when we requested fresh towels and sheets. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for us, although there is no window (other than a small skylight).

The hotel is in the city center. If you have a car after booking with Ctrip, you will need to pay an additional 35 dollars for parking (from the same day to 2 pm the next day, it is not expensive. Parking in the city center is very expensive, about 6 dollars an hour, so the 35 dollars is still worth it. ), there are dedicated hotel parking spaces on the first floor of the parking lot opposite , the room is not big, the water is big and very comfortable. It is located in the city center next to the bar. It is noisy at night, but it is acceptable to sleep late. However, the sound insulation of the room is too poor. There is a child in the next room who wants to sleep well early in the morning.

Easy to locate and is inside the airport. Handy for those late night arrivals and early morning departures. Have booked to stay again on my return home to Australia

Overall is great, but still feel the whole hotel a little old, and one point: we asked the receptionist for shaver and toothbrush, he said all in the room, but actually there’s nothing. We need to phone service team for several times ( we only asked one thing first cause we believed there are everything except that one, then we found others were not there……), really inconvenient. The food is great, and the guy there is very friendly!

Liked the room with a great view, very clean and new. Breakfast was pretty poor, mostly carbs and boiled eggs. Would have liked to see something more for $25. At least a few options for cooking eggs.

The room was a bit small, but fully functional, easy to find, and relatively quiet. There's a H Mart nearby which was very convenient. It wasn't until the second day when I was out strolling that I realized the Parliament building was right next door, so I popped in for a visit. I saw some complaints on Google Maps about expensive parking, but I didn't drive, so I didn't experience any inconvenience. The front desk staff on my first day was an Indian guy who was generally understandable. The lady at the front desk on the second day was very enthusiastic. Cleanliness: The hallway had a distinct smell, like a mix of Sichuan and ******* areas... and there was a lingering masculine scent in the room, which required airing out for quite a while. Other than that, I don't have many complaints.

A great hotel exemplified by the very strong hospitality offered upon check-in. Room upgrade offered for a very small fee, checks undertaken and even a free, warmed cookie. Upgraded room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel is located a 2 minute walk from the waterfront and a selection of great eateries. Breakfast was very good and lots to choose from. Would definitely use again.
