ААлександр КолобановОтель отлично расположен в самом центре города. Брал номер княжеский люкс (?) - номер хороший, но слышна гулянка в соседнем Пивоваре (имейте в виду если будете тут в выходные дни). В остальном все очень неплохо!

GGuest UserBooked a room for two looking at the photo, saying it doesn't seem to say anything. The room with the repair of the USSR. And the smell from there. One glass and one tea pair in the room. The room for two! No toothbrushes and pasta. Bed clean but there are holes. Bed with springs that drunk in the back, in the knees, you can't sleep or do anything in it! Breakfast is medium. You can find something, but straight say that delicious - no such. Staff is cute. But it wasn't enough to want to come again. I honestly upset all this. I hope the photo will be real. And it's funny, the booking has a room with a view to the mountains! In Yaroslavl 🤣

GGuest UserThe price is on the high side, but the location is good and the house price is relatively modern, which is acceptable. Breakfast costs 850 rub, which is quite affordable, but the restaurant is not big and can get crowded when there are many people. When I checked in, the clerk said that my visa had expired. I had not encountered any problems before and after this hotel. In fact, the QR code scanned by the clerk was a reference code for airlines only. After passing customs, It didn't work, but the clerk didn't seem to be very proficient in business. Fortunately, his attitude was very good throughout the process. In the end, it didn't delay my check-in, so the problem wasn't too big.

BBogdanova NataliaExcellent location, the most center. There is a parking for guests. Nearby the hotel is an excellent restaurant Pro khinkali. We had two rooms of Deluxe, very clean, cozy modern rooms with fresh repair, good plumbing and everything necessary (tea set, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, soap, toothbrushes with paste, slippers, fan), Snow towels and bed linen. Beautiful view from the balcony to the temples. On the recipe is very polite and pleasant staff, always ready to help and answer interesting questions. Breakfasts are not very delicious, but you can choose something and we have no one left hungry. In general, we have remained very happy with the hotel and we travelers with great experience and boldly can recommend it.

TTanyaI want to express my great gratitude to the staff of the hotel!!! They are such kind, pleasant, delightful! Everyone helped, everybody told, responsive!!! Location is the best! Everything is in the pedestrian availability. The hotel is incredible beauty, the work of art is some. Breakfast is ordinary, as everywhere, eat delicious . Rooms are clean. The rooms were all busy, but such silence was) next to the bars, with the open window you can hear noise from the street, but we didn't interfere. In general, it would be 100 to put, would be 200 points! Thank you very much to the staff, it was all very incredibly comfortable ❤️

AAndrei BogomolovОстанавливались тут по делам на 3 ночи. Номер достался ”убитый” (312-й) на мансардном этаже с протекающим потолком и огромными пятнами на ковровом покрытии на полу. Дверные косяки в номер и даже в санузел повреждены, замки похоже вскрывали неоднократно ломиком, причём только нам так ”повезло” с номером, соседние номера выглядели прилично.
В номере очень душно, сказывается наличие железной крыши и небольшая открывающаяся створка окна, но и на улице было +28+32 градуса.
ТВ каналы сильно рябят, минибар слегка охлаждает напитки. В санузле всё работало, фен в наличии, напор воды хороший.
Завтраки включены в стоимость проживания, кстати очень приличные по ассортименту, остальные приёмы пищи можно заказать по меню в ресторане отеля и оплатить отдельно. WI-FI в отеле бесплатный, логин и пароль выдаётся на ресепшен при заселении, но в номерах на 3 этаже практически не ловил, видимо не установлены или демонтированы ретрансляторы WI-FI в коридоре под потолком, т.к. висят провода витой пары.
Работа ресепшен - на отлично, подскажут и проконсультируют по любому вопросу. Горничная всегда в наше отсутствие выносила мусорное ведро, меняла полотенца и пополняла туалетные принадлежности. Девочки в ресторане тоже отлично, своевременно приносили заканчивающиеся продукты, помогли с заморозкой хладагентов в своём морозильном ларе.
Очень не понравилось единственная особенность отеля - он служит ”перевалочной базой” для автобусных экскурсий. Вечером заезжает огромный автобус с туристами, человек 30 с чемоданами, они бродят и шумят пол ночи, переночёвывают в отеле, а утром всей толпой к 8 утра идут на завтрак, поэтому шум - гвалт, мест свободных не найти, в эти дни нужно приходить в ресторан часам к 9 утра когда они все разъедутся.
Не рекомендую размещение выше 2 этажа возрастным категориям людей, им будет тяжело подниматься по лестнице и тащить вещи, лифтов нет.
Вернёмся ли мы сюда ещё раз - скорее всего нет, за 12 лет ежегодных приездов в Углич в летний период времени, эта гостиница оставила самые неоднозначные впечатления.
