Choose this hotel because it has a good location near the city center and it provides secure parking for the rental car I had. Hotel is old but maintained well. I would come back if in Tacloban.

My family and I enjoyed our stayed. They are also accommodating. Will definitely recommend it. Just don’t use their umbrella cottage beyond 9am since you will be charged for it.

Nice clean room. Quite large. Only downfall was the lift was under maintenance, but that was the only inconvenience. Oh, and a 4pm check in. That was rough as I had a baby and was forced to sit in the mall for 4 hours . Don't understand that check in time. Otherwise I actually liked the room and would use the hotel again if the need arises.

Beautiful and clean, with very responsive staff and a relaxing ambiance. The comfort room was also clean.

I love these hotel near to everything, near to Tacloban airport. If you doesn't want to go out there is restaurant at the rooftop and main floor, gym and afordable spa, my family enjoyed it. Linen are good quality except not proper way of laundry the colored become grayish instead of getting white but everything is perfect.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t even able to stay at this place. I couldn’t get hold of anyone from the resort and ended up stuck in town at night without transport. I even tried their facebook page. Leyte is not the easiest place to get around, especially as a foreigner, and communication is really important. I strongly feel there should be a message from the resort before arrival to check in with guests and help arrange transport if needed. That small step would make a huge difference and prevent stressful situations. I traveled specifically to Leyte for whale shark watching. While I was on the tour, the guide mentioned that Kuting Reef actually offers whale shark excursions themselves. Knowing that beforehand would have saved me a lot of stress trying to organize separate transport to the activity. Better communication and clearer information about available excursions would really improve the guest experience. I am so bumped I missed out on the opportunity to experience this stay.

I always stay in this hotel when im in Tacloban every thing is standard but the hotel is a bit old already. Also there was a power interruption for 2hrs but its understandable

However, we have noticed different vehicles using the same spots throughout the day, which suggests no specific reservations are actually in place for individual spaces. We believe parking should be on a first-come, first-served basis since all guests pay the same rate for their stay. We would like to clarify – does the hotel have designated VIP parking spaces that are separate from general guest parking?”

The service staff is very good, the environment is clean, but the facilities are really bad. The room I booked is really not expensive, but the most basic things are not a bit too much, there is no hair dryer, no hot water bottle, no quilt on the bed, and a blanket. The bed frame is also very simple. There is no backrest, and there is a cold wall behind the want to sit and rest. The actual room and the photo are two different.
