The hotel is right at downtown, with a very nice bar at the 5th floor. Room’s very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The room space is OK, the health is OK, but there is a smell. Service attitude is very good. I returned to the room at noon to rest. I don't know if it was construction or decoration gravity strike. The wifi signal is weak and slow.

12月初入住飯店，第一個錯誤，我的房卡沒有辦法把房間的門打開，第二就是飯店現在在裝修整個是很吵雜，當晚一直有斷電的情況至少停了三次，第二天早上退房櫃檯沒有現金可以找我錢，大概等了十五分鐘，而且收了我6000阿里阿里，和原本訂房網上金額需付2038阿里阿里有差異，但現場沒有會說英語的服務人員，另，我留下e-mail要住房證明，一直到今天沒有任何回覆🙈

The staff of the establishment is conscientious and attentive. The swimming pool, the jacuzzi, the hammam, the sauna and the small fitness room are pluses that are a pleasure after a day in the city of Tana. I recommend.

The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, well-equipped, charging does not need to convert plugs, the hotel opened by Chinese compatriots, feels very kind, much better than the room of the four-star hotel in the city! Breakfast is OK, the restaurant's Chinese food recipe is rich and the price is slightly more expensive.

Close to the airport, there is free drop-off. The restaurant on the first floor can be eaten in part cash and some credit cards, so the local currency can be emptied here before leaving the country, and the airport cannot be used.

Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Breakfast Buffet I recently stayed at Relais des Plateaux and had an excellent experience. It was one of the best buffets I’ve had in years, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The selection was impressive and catered to all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend Relais des Plateaux for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially if you appreciate a top-notch breakfast!
