We chose this hotel for the pool and close proximity to both the monorail and the ferry ticket office. It was ideal for this reason. The pool was nice and quiet during the day. the ferry ticket office is just 1min walk away. several convenience stores close by. We went to Naminoue beach, about 25-30min walk away - we tried the bus according google maps but the bus didnt arrive as expected. For the rest, the hotel is clean and comfortable and decent size rooms. the washing machines are busy in the evening but convenient for use. The area around the hotel I wouldnt really recommend for families - its a little rundown and had a bit of a strange vibe, not as welcoming as other parts of Japan. Still clean and seems safe, but our least favourite area during our 3 week trip.

The environment here is surprisingly good. It's well-located, very close to the port. While it's a bit of a walk to the subway station, it's manageable. The downtown waterfront beach is right next door. As for facilities, the room isn't huge, but the bed is very large and comfortable to sleep in. The best part is the hotel has a free hot spring, which you can use daily to relieve travel fatigue. The jacuzzi is excellent, and there are two pools. Although the rooftop pool costs extra, it's definitely worth a visit.

While a little dated, the hotel is quite spacious and features live band performances nightly – a definite highlight. Recommended. It also offers a convenient shuttle bus service to the beach, where you'll find a Lawson convenience store.

I chose this hotel for its affordability. Its location was convenient, a short ten-minute walk from public transportation, and a twenty-minute walk from the main street and beach. The triple room was simply furnished with white walls. The bed's position against the hallway wall was slightly inconvenient, but our room at the end of the hall was pleasantly quiet. Breakfast was somewhat limited and occasionally ran out, and the menu lacked variety after a few days. Parking was available in a nearby tower for 1500 yen, which was comparable to other local options. Overall, I found the hotel somewhat underwhelming due to the lack of amenities such as a gym or pool, and its somewhat impersonal atmosphere. Complimentary beverages were limited to black coffee.

The most satisfying hotel during my Okinawa trip, got so many great photos for my life album! The breakfast buffet was also abundant, and its location is right in the heart of American Village. Highly recommend! (Though the naked hot spring bath was a bit awkward, especially for moms with 4-5 year old boys, they might feel uncomfortable going in.)

It's a triple room with a sofa bed, very spacious and clean. Complimentary self-service tea and coffee are provided, and I didn't find the room to be as cramped as some other reviews suggested. The location is incredibly convenient. There's a FamilyMart convenience store just 10 meters downstairs, and Tsubogawa Monorail Station is only 20 meters away. I noticed quite a few ********* guests. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on it, but you can easily grab something from FamilyMart. There's a river right next to the property. Ounoyama Park is just across the bridge; the huge slide there is actually more convenient to reach by walking across the bridge than by taking the monorail. On my way, I even encountered a large crab, bigger than my fist!

**Cleanliness:** The room was impeccably clean. Housekeeping always completed cleaning punctually according to our requested time. **Environment:** It's conveniently located near Shuri Castle, with a peaceful and quiet environment. The on-site Family Mart convenience store was extremely useful. There's a supermarket about a 10-minute walk away, and plenty of excellent local restaurants nearby. **Service:** The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. Breakfast offered a rich and varied selection of food. **Facilities:** The facilities are quite modern, especially for a hotel in Japan.

Let's start with the pros: 1. **Excellent Location:** Just a three-minute walk to Kokusai Dori, a vibrant street packed with dining, entertainment, and shopping. 2. **Breakfast:** While not fancy, the variety of dishes is quite good, and some items change daily. 3. **Complimentary Ramen:** The restaurant offers free ramen from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM, which is a really thoughtful touch. 4. **All-Day Free Drinks & Ice Cream:** After breakfast hours, they provide complimentary drinks and three flavors of ice cream all day long – a big hit with both parents and kids! 5. **Kids' Activities:** From 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM daily, there are free games, crafts, and other activities, perfect for families with children. 6. **Free Pool & Hot Spring:** You don't even need to leave the hotel to have a great time, thanks to the free swimming pool and hot spring. Now for the cons: 1. **Limited Elevators:** With only two elevators, waiting times can be quite long, especially during breakfast hours. 2. **Noisy Public Areas:** Since many families stay here with children, the public areas are constantly bustling and lively. 3. **Self-Service Dining:** After finishing your meal in the restaurant, you have to clear your own dishes and return them to a designated area, and even wipe down the table. 4. **Small Rooms:** The rooms are quite compact; it's hard to move around once you've opened two suitcases. Overall, the good far outweighs the bad. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

Great location, you can send items bought on Kokusai Street straight back to the hotel. The service is excellent, and the hygiene is impeccable. Although the room isn't huge, it's very cozy, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a pleasant city view. The JR Blossom series consistently delivers quality.

TTingOnTheGoRooms are big and spacious but, it feels this hotel is understaffed as our room is quite filthy and looked like it wasn’t cleaned properly. Firstly, the bed looked like someone just lied on it and the beds were skew, secondly the fridge was really filthy, they dnt even bother cleaning it, and thirdly, there’s lots of footprints on the floor which means they dnt have enough time to mop the dirt on the floor. Oh, and we had another issue with the room, TV will automatically switch on by itself at odd hours😬 We had difficulty communicating with the staff as their English is not that fluent. But overall, it’s a great family hotel, I absolutely loved the facilities, kids had loads of fun at the pool and were crazy about the slides as well as the facilities on the beach. Extra bonus to the “happy hour drinks” (from 3-6pm, 9-11pm ).

MM304761****First off, the hotel's location is super convenient, less than 200 meters from Asahibashi Station. There's an elevator available, and the path from the station to the hotel is completely flat, making it easy to roll luggage. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Four items were particularly outstanding: the Okinawan mixed rice, pasta, cold plate with lemon seaweed, and Okinawan tofu. The pajamas were incredibly comfortable and felt brand new. It's rare to find any odor, let alone that strange disinfectant smell. Many budget hotels I've stayed at in Japan struggle with this, so it's a commendable advantage! The air conditioning in the rooftop communal bath's changing room was set perfectly, very comfortable. Outside the laundry room, there were several lounge seats, convenient for waiting. Downsides: I couldn't find the dehumidifier button in the bathroom, and it didn't automatically activate even when it was damp. The room door felt a bit thin; if you don't wake up early, you'll hear people walking by outside.

GGuest UserReview of Onna Resort, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends. • Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for. • View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset. • Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim. • Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming. • Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals. • Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed. • Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff. • Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask. • Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience. • Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook. • Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient. • No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight. • Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

BBanlimamaI was initially very pleased with the hotel's location. The pool and beach facilities were excellent, and there were also two breakfast options. However, the only truly unpleasant experience occurred during check-in. The young male staff member at the front desk was incredibly unprofessional. The check-in process took a full 45 minutes, and I was almost on the verge of heatstroke from standing there so long! After finally checking in, I wanted to quickly freshen up with a shower, but then waited another 30 minutes in the room for my luggage. I eventually went back to the front desk to inquire about my bags, only to find them unceremoniously dumped in a corner, completely unattended. It was only after I made a forceful complaint in English that a staff member hurriedly delivered the luggage to my room. Because I formally submitted a complaint, a staff member later proactively contacted me and offered water park coupons, which showed they were taking the matter seriously. Given we were a family with elderly parents and young children, traveling during the peak summer heat, I appreciated their effort to rectify the situation, as I really didn't want any more hassle. Aside from that, the remainder of our stay was quite pleasant. Although the room facilities were noticeably dated, they were acceptable.

2205827****The lobby is too small; it didn't feel like a proper hotel at first, which made me quite unhappy. However, once I got to the room, I was slightly more satisfied. There's no coffee machine or drinking water in the room; you have to go out to the hallway to get water. The front desk service was indeed top-notch, and the hotel is very close to Kokusai Street, making shopping convenient. The hotel breakfast was just average, but the drinks and cakes at the bar on the first floor were quite tasty. The TV in the room felt too big, though; it made my eyes hurt.

MM14096****Our stay was fantastic, and the hotel even upgraded our room for free. The hotel's beach has really fine sand, and the kids absolutely loved the outdoor pool. There are two restaurants for breakfast, and if you skip breakfast, you can swap it for lunch. You can book the airport shuttle at the front desk, and it picks you up right outside the hotel. There are convenience stores and restaurants right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Okinawa.

LLiulangjinxingHoshinoya's service was first-rate. I highly recommend the horseback riding, which was a unique experience. The infinity pool is beautiful, and there are plenty of snorkeling spots nearby. The kids had a blast, and the service was excellent. The restaurant was plentiful, and the surroundings were beautiful. The only downside was the Wi-Fi wasn't working, and they couldn't fix it. The hotel immediately offered to change rooms, but I didn't consider it due to my heavy luggage. Even if I did, the cost of cleaning wouldn't be cheap. They suggest better equipment management, and Ctrip did everything they could to accommodate. Thank you so much! This was the only time I wanted to give a negative review, but I changed my mind because of the excellent service at Hoshinoya. I maintain my high rating and recommend it!

しおり旅I shiori TripI want to use it again. I didn't have a license, so I searched for the location and facilities of the hotel and booked it. Especially good was that there was a rental cycle, there was a large bath, and it was 10 minutes walk north of Yonaha Beach. I went to Yonaha North Beach to see the sunset, but I could see the best view. It is more than a business hotel than a resort hotel, but there is everything you need and you don't have to worry. And I was able to rest slowly in the quiet building with a large communal bath. ※ There are no rice shops or convenience stores nearby, but there was a restaurant in the building.

CChilunThe hotel is located on Kouri Island, with a very nice view of Kouri Bridge. The room is large and equipped with cooking utensils. It can accommodate many people. The cleaning time was very random and did not follow the schedule, and the hotel staff came into the room to clean without prior notice. I was a bit dissatisfied. Since I had notified the hotel through Trip.com before departure that I would arrive very late, but when I arrived, I found that the front desk was closed, and there was no prior notice from Trip.com or the hotel about the key collection arrangements, which made my group very panic. Fortunately, I found Trip.com customer service to find the password. Thank you to the customer service and compensation for helping me handle it that day.
