Hi all hotel is clean enough and in wasn't happy with 2 single beds that couldn't be moved together, no tea and coffee in room and at £2 a cup and a long journey to aquire one at reception but head down at a great price.

I stayed at the Pullman Liverpool Hotel for one night as a last-minute booking after reading several reviews and watching a few TikTok videos—and I’m glad I did. On arrival, I was greeted warmly, checked in quickly, and made my way up to my room without any hassle. I had emailed ahead requesting a nice view as it was my first time in Liverpool. I was placed on the 8th floor, which was great, but unfortunately my view overlooked the roof of another building. I did ask if this could be changed, but the hotel was fully booked due to the Easter break, which I completely understood. The room itself was comfortable and overall made for a pleasant stay. The location is a big plus—just a short walk to the Liverpool Museum, bars, restaurants, the wheel, and plenty of shops for a bit of retail therapy. Parking is quite expensive, but the hotel does stamp your ticket which gives you a discount. I checked in at 3:30pm, checked out at 12, and paid £18 for parking—without the discount, it could easily cost 5–8 times more. Now for the negatives: cleanliness could definitely be improved. I met some of the cleaners when checking out—lovely, friendly staff—but the room needed more attention. There was dust on surfaces, hair on the tissue container, only two tissues left, the bathroom and mirrors weren’t cleaned thoroughly, and the shower gel hadn’t been refilled, so after a few pumps there was none left. Overall, despite the cleaning issues, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Had a great stay at StayCozy Studio Apartments. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication was easy and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely stay again next time I’m in London. Highly recommend!

An absolutely amazing hotel, beautifully decorated. Bed was big and very comfortable. You can definitely see where the £30M renovation 4 years ago was spent. Staff where super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, I didn't rate my evening meal but that's just down to personal taste. Would definitely go again. Loved it/

Wonderful location. Very nice reception area and bar. Comfortable bed and pillows. Short of a few niceties eg Shower cap / free bottled water / no fridge in the room. Didn’t have a breakfast so can’t comment on that. Suited our requirements for a two night shopping trip and the central location made up for all minor disappointments.

We had a quadruple room, which was really great with comfortable beds and enough space for two adults and a child. The location is excellent, within walking distance to all the tourist attractions, 10 minutes from the airport bus, and right in front of Alexander's Pub, which is fantastic for any meal and super cheap. The only downside we noticed is that there are only two elevators, and one was broken for our entire stay, and then the other one broke too. So we had to use the stairs, but that wasn't an inconvenience for us.

Location is great. It’s across the road from the Albert docks. 1 minute’s walk. 🚶 Breakfast is great. Staff are efficient and helpful and check in was rapid. We had a great time. The rooms are clean but grotty, they feel like too many stag or hen dos have been through the hotel. This is not the staffs fault, the shared space is lovely and has a good vibe. The rooms do have a working tv and great internet but are below standard to what I had expected of Ibis. 🛜

This hotel was excellent! Ideally situated for the M and S Arena, the Albert Dock and Liverpool 1 shopping area. It is literally 15 mins walk from Lime Street Station. Check in was done online and key was ready to collect via a machine in the foyer. I'm not 100% keen on this as I do like the personal contact with the reception. Had to go there to ask for breakfast details so in future would probably just check in there anyhow, but the option is there if you prefer that. The room on the 4th floor was really nice, clean and comfortable. Slight grumbles were regarding the bed being a bid hard and the small shelf, rather than a table in front of the mirror. Breakfasts were excellent, a very wide range of good quality choices. The lounge and dining areas were very clean, modern and well designed. All staff were very pleasant. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool. It was excellent value in comparison to others we have visited in the city in the past. Will definitely be back! The hotel was really lovely. Most of the time we were greeted with friendliness. It was very clean and tidy. We changed our room from a twin to a double and there were no issues with that. I was disappointed that the spa leisure facilities were closed as it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Some of the decor is a bit dated but there are some lovely period features that enhance the hotels ambiance. A very good location for anyone arriving into Liverpool Lime Street.

Beautiful hotel lobby with historic yet modern furnishings in rooms. Food in palm court was good. Soap dispensers need to be improved as they get stuck easily.
