We had a quadruple room, which was really great with comfortable beds and enough space for two adults and a child. The location is excellent, within walking distance to all the tourist attractions, 10 minutes from the airport bus, and right in front of Alexander's Pub, which is fantastic for any meal and super cheap. The only downside we noticed is that there are only two elevators, and one was broken for our entire stay, and then the other one broke too. So we had to use the stairs, but that wasn't an inconvenience for us.

The rception team were welcoming, friendly and were very helpful.
Our room 107 was clean and a decent size. The bathroom door wouldn't shut properly as it requires the lock to do this, our lock was broken. The windows let a draft through as they were not fully double glazed.
As our room overlooked Castle Street, we did expect to hear some noise and we certainly did, most of the night. The rooms are not soundproofed so movement and chatter from other residents on the corridor did disturb us.
Having said all that, we did stay right in the heart of a lively vibrant city, so yes some noise is to be expected.
Overall Tune Hotel Liverpool is ideally located and for one night this hotel ticked almost all the boxes.

Good location, lovely staff, very accommodating. Comfortable bed in a nicely decorated room.
The only issue we have is that the cleaning products are highly scented and both me and my husband are sensitive to anything perfumed. So on the morning we were bunged up and with the windows not opening made it even worse. This is the first time we have noticed the highly scented chemicals and we have stayed in many hotels. I thought it would be best to be honest because there are people who have allergies that could stop them from staying at your hotels.
Views from hotel corridor window showing how close you are to focal points of interest.

The hotel & bar was great, we had a side room with a joining door, you could hear everything from the next door guests which you felt you had no privacy also we heard alot of noise from 6am every morning, road sweepers , rubbish Lorrie’s, glass collections etc… and the ballards made a warning announcement when vehicles going in and out so ask for an inside room if your a light sleeper, don’t waste your money with the restaurant very disappointed, empty restaurant to be refused an evening meal at 7.30pm told to go back later, breakfast terrible we arrived in with plenty of time of the opening hours, but staff could not be any ruder, they just wanted to be finished which was very off putting & made you feel uncomfortable, turning toaster off 15 mins before closure, food standard very poor & very poor availability of fresh cooked food, We stayed 3 nights and after our experience of breakfast & evening meal, I cancelled the breakfast for the next 2 mornings, plenty of great places to eat around.

The location
The view for LFC parade
Great view and great atmosphere
The hotel reception
All is good
I have just one point , the security in front of the door for hotel activities should respect the hotel guests , I don’t wear ring for the activity but i am in hotel . He should ask me nicely without pushing me because i didn’t wear ring .

Room is cosy although small but really nice! We even got an upgrade. We booked a room without window and they have upgraded it to room overlooking of the streets. Always been loyal Easy Hotels around the UK. Thanks for making this trip possible

Location brilliant- walking distance from Lime Street Railway Station and all other amenities. The Aldelphi was once a beautiful old Victorian building in its hey day - but now it’s “tired” it needs investment and updating. Reception staff helpful in checking in etc.
Unfortunately the bar staff were not interested in customer service - they rang the bell for last orders a complete hour before closing time!!! Pulling down two of the bar shutters sides 30 minutes early! There were at least 30 residents/customers in the room. Do they want trade/ business?????
Would I return - no!

I booked to live overnight for an important meeting next day, the service was good and the respond to inquiries are prompt. However, the location which is good overall, near to the sea, cathedral, the city centre and the train station, is exactly upstairs of many pubs. The music was playing the whole night with excited rhythm, making me cannot sleep. Too noisy, not really happy with this and will not rebook again. Also, when I enter, there is a bug flying and I I am afraid of insects!!!! The bedding makes me itchy.

Finally, I stayed at the famous Shankly. The hotel is in an excellent location. It is a very old house and hotel, so the air conditioner is a bit loud. The facilities are very simple and bottled water is not provided. Fortunately, the room is big enough.

Hotel staffs were one of the most friendly bunch i’ve met on my trip to the UK! they were very friendly and approachable, making the entire stay really comfortable. The location is almost perfect, exit the train station and there’s it is, right across the road.
visited in December as well and the Christmas market is about 2mins walk from the hotel. the main shopping district is about 2-3mins walk as well. will visit again for sure if i’m in Liverpool.

GGuest UserGood location nearby shops and the train station 5 mins walk. Basic room but clean. Shower was great and the river view was decent. Rooms are soundproof for the busy road outside which is great. Breakfast was lovely and great choice of cooked and cold food. Coffee not nice but that's personal choice.
only down is no leisure facility even though there's one right next door. Noisy fan in the room
CClaire.BStayed one night with my daughter for my birthday. The hotel is very central and the reception staff were welcoming. Our room was large and modern, but extremely dark, if you plan on doing makeup, it might be worth bringing a lighted mirror.
I had requested a quiet room and was placed at the back, but unfortunately there was a constant noise that sounded like a generator, as well as the sound of glass bottles being emptied somewhere. Some guests also returned around 4 a.m., so I was lucky if I got an hour of sleep.
That said, I would still stay again.

GGuest UserThe room was very, supportive and friendly staff. Check in was very smooth. Nice bar for a drink. The environment was easy to find. Parking was pricy though. But there was a cheaper parking just few minutes walk away
DDeepanshu kapoorI had a good stay at Pullman Liverpool. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere and comfort made it an enjoyable experience.
The only downside was that the dental kit provided was expired, which was disappointing and something that should be checked more carefully. Aside from that, everything else was great and I had a pleasant stay.
MMomo101It’s a nice hotel … an old building and once was ymca building by the sign at the roof of its building.
Small room, kind a very small if being a large suitcases 🤭
Still on the renovation by the time I got there … so the room still smells like paint … but overall it’s nice enough
VValGreat value hotel with friendly & helpful service. Room decor a little dated but impeccably clean and with comfortable beds.
Hotel is old airport terminal and there are old planes on the ‘airside’ behind the building!
JJanieLizNegative points from our stay
I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible.
I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price.
Positive
All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us.
We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey.
The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out.
Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.
