Enjoyed our stay at hotel. Location is 10mins walk from main train station. Room is clean but small as expected. Hotel has 2 blocks and we stayed in main block. Onsen is located on 2nd FL at adjacent block which is not so convenient. Need to bring own towels to onsen. You can take the sachet facial wash, facial cream for free which is of good quality.

Conveniently located, with direct access from Kanazawa Station's East Exit underground passage A8. The lobby exudes a classic, old-money design, and surprisingly, the in-room toiletries are La Mer. A minor drawback is that some of the furniture designs feel a bit dated, but thankfully, cleanliness is absolutely impeccable. The self-service breakfast on the hotel's second floor is top-tier, highly recommended.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the seafood market, which makes it incredibly convenient for trying out fresh local seafood. Our triple room was the same size as a standard room, simply with an extra bed added, making it ideal for two adults and one child. The hotel also offers self-service coin-operated laundry and drying machines at a very affordable price.

Room is above average, one of the biggest hotel i’ve ever stay in Japan. Ammenities are quite complete. But when i tried to rent the hair tools they said all been used so i cannot borrow it. But overall still a very good value for money, location wise it’s around 8-10 mins walk from kanazawa station

Facilities: For Japan, a 34 sqm room is excellent – spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that the buildings are very close together, so you can clearly see into the neighboring units. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Right downstairs is Kanazawa Station, two large shopping malls, and various convenience stores. Service: This is where I have to complain! It states no room service from 9 PM to 7 AM, but even at 9 AM, no one answered when I called for room service. Also, they refused to help me book Myoryuji Temple every time I asked.

Hotel Kanazawa is a very good hotel with an amazingly diverse and tasteful breakfast, a very helpful and friendly staff that even in the middle of of the night comes to the room to help organising the room temperature  We really enjoyed our stay either lovely kimonos in the room and good and practical hotel surrounding next to the station  Very useful for Shinkansen travelling!

This was our second stay in a My Stay hotel in Japan and we were not disappointed. Right in the centre of Kanazawa with many bus stops nearby. The staff speaks English and explained everything clearly. Our room was basic but had all the amenities we needed: fridge, kettle, heating, hot water, towels and many toiletries. The only downside is that some rooms like ours face the street which is a bit noisy at night. Highly recommended.

Hakuchoro is a classic in Kanzawa, the decor is very tastefully done and the overall atmosphere has character.  It’s onsen is natural spring water and though the bath are relatively modest, it never gets crowded.  They provide free bus shuttles to and from the Kanazawa station and is a very helpful feature. Rooms are large and well appointed and everything in the fridge - water, tea, orange juice and beers are free and topped up everyday. The stained glass in the lobby area and in the rooms are nice touched included the very nice pottery ware used for breakfast! Breakfast buffet spread is both western and Japanese and they even now have sparkling wine and sake for breakfast!  Definitely has character!

Close to Omicho Market. Only con is relatively far to walk from Kanazawa Station. However there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel so can take bus. Basically no frill hotel, value for money

The location is fantastic, just a few hundred meters' walk from the JR station, with a 7-Eleven conveniently located on the ground floor. The hotel lobby, situated on the second floor, is spacious and brightly lit. They provide a good selection of complimentary toiletries and skincare products. Rooms are a decent size, not cramped at all, and kept impeccably clean. However, due to its proximity to the railway tracks, there can be some noticeable noise, which might be an issue for light sleepers.

GGuest Userclean hotel with nice service Staying at this hotel was a truly pleasant experience, made memorable by its exceptional cleanliness and warm, attentive service. From the moment I arrived, the hotel gave off a welcoming and well-organized atmosphere. The lobby was spotless, with polished floors, fresh scents, and neatly arranged furniture that immediately created a sense of comfort and professionalism. The guest room was equally impressive. Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained, from the crisp bed linens to the sparkling bathroom. Housekeeping clearly pays close attention to detail, as the room was refreshed daily and always felt fresh and inviting. The bathroom, in particular, stood out for its hygiene—clean towels, sanitized surfaces, and well-stocked amenities made it feel both comfortable and safe. Beyond cleanliness, the service at this hotel truly elevated the stay. The staff members were friendly, respectful, and always willing to help with a smile. Whether it was the front desk assisting with check-in, answering questions about local attractions, or housekeeping responding promptly to requests, the service was consistently excellent. Staff made guests feel valued and cared for, which added a personal touch to the overall experience. The hotel also maintained clean common areas, including hallways, elevators, and dining spaces. These areas were regularly cleaned and well organized, contributing to a calm and relaxing environment. The attention to cleanliness throughout the entire property showed a strong commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect balance of cleanliness and quality service. It is an ideal choice for travelers who value hygiene, comfort, and friendly hospitality. I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to return in the future.

GGuest UserRooms (3/5): For a family of 3 the room was relatively spacious and had no trouble handling us and our luggage. There is a decent amount of wall plugs with 2 in the room and a third in the seating area. They also give an extension cable with 2 sockets and 2 usb ports. The toilet is spacious and the bath is decent in size. Overall atmosphere of the room was calm and relaxing. Service (4/5): Service was exceptional, the receptionist introduced the hotel to us well and they had several pamphlet guides from how to wear a yukata to how to behave in an onsen and several others which was nice to havw. When leaving the onsen by car, they also wave until you are out of sight which is a small cherry on the top. Facilities (4/5): They have 2 onsens, mens and ladies which alternate daily. I only had the joy of trying one of them which was lovely and had a small cold bath outside which is a plus in my book. In the mainlobby they also have free flow non alcoholic drinks through a dispenser, having hot drinks like tea and coffee and cold calpis, coke, sprite, orange juice and water. Had a nice time after the onsen grabbing something sweet and cold then sitting in the lounge to cool off. Food (3/5): The dinner was lovely. They served a variety of food with the steamed horse mackeral standing out (this is coming from a person who does not like fish that is cooked besides when its battered). The seaweed and miso based paste also went lovely with the rice. Breakfast was also decent but nothing outstanding besides the pudding at the end. Overall 3.5/5: If you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city and just really want to kick back and relax this is the place to be. For me, this Ryokan is worth visiting again if I ever pass by. Nothing extremely exceptional but overall enjoyable experience.

WwendyliuyiOverall, a very satisfying hotel experience. **Location:** Extremely convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Kanazawa Station. It was great to be able to drop off shopping anytime, and there's a mall right outside. **Room:** Very spacious and clean. Since I booked for two adults and one child, they had all three beds made up, which shows great attention to detail. There's also a simple kitchenette, though we didn't use it, and a very convenient dining table. **Facilities:** The hotel has public coin-operated washers and dryers, which were usually free during the day. There's also a gym next door. **Dining:** The breakfast was quite substantial, with both hot and cold options. What was really nice was that from after breakfast until evening, there's complimentary tea, coffee, and even alcoholic beverages in the lobby. The lobby also has a 24-hour self-service convenience store.

LLieu Munn LoongMy wife and I have had a 3-night stay at this Hotel Wing International Premium Kanazawa Ekimae Room #1105 from 8 to 11 October 2025. The Hotel is just a 5-minute walk away from the Kanazawa Station (which has a beautiful structure called the Drum Gate). Its reception is located on the 13th Floor, and it has limited parking lots on the 1st Floor. So we are grateful and thankful that we were given a lot for just ¥1000 per day for 3 days. The Hotel staff are polite and helpful, and are able to communicate in English. As the Hotel is located right in the city centre, so shopping centres with food courts are within walking distance, and it is about a 15-minute walk to the popular Omicho Market and the historic old town site. The hotel room is the standard typical type whereby it is small but very clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable for our liking, and the bathroom - again the typical Japanese type - is clean and its has strong water pressure for a comfortable shower. The Hotel also provides free drinks (coffee and green tea) at the reception throughout morning till night. At SGD S$68 per night, we find it very value for money, and we will choose to stay here if we travel to Kanazawa again.

DDodoandrobinThe hotel is old and the room is clean but not well cleaned especially the corners of the room. The room is old and dull and the toilet smells bad. The balcony is covered with bamboo screen which make hard to see the outside. We can see the balcony is not well cleaned and the rooftop of the building is not well cleaned, too. If they clean the balcony and rooftop it will make a big difference. The fence at the balcony is worn out if they repainted it,it will be very beautiful seeing from the inside. I dont care if the building is old but they should keep it well cleaned and more presentable and im sure people will come again. The food is good and the bathing facilities is also good but its too hot no air at all, i didnt stay long because i cant breath i wish they open the window for fresh air to come. the atmosphere from the window the dried mold of the rooftop and the worn out of the balcony fence should be fix.The place is very quiet and you can really relax. The main entrance and ground floor is renovated and its nice and modern. The service is good too but the clerks are not lively they should be more cheerful. If the room is not dull and the balcony and rooftop is clean i want to stay again but sorry i wont stay here again. Thank you for your service and Goodluck.

The facilities and amenities are comprehensive like body lotion, shampoo, comb, Onsen towel scrub, and tooth brush. The Onsen is rather small but sufficient as the turnover rate is pretty high since there is not much spaceto loiter or space out. The Japanese breakfast is sumptuous and pretty good variety. If you are early for your check-in, the hotel will gladly safekeeping for you until you return for the check-in at 3pm.
