The room is antique and has a sense of history. It has been renovated, retaining the retro feel while the equipment is very good. The cleaning staff cleaned quickly and carefully, and cleaned up after breakfast. The breakfast was OK. The environment was very comfortable, and they upgraded us to a room with a good view for free. Although this was a business trip, it was still very convenient, and the beautiful scenery healed us. The front desk staff was very polite and helped us call a taxi so everything went smoothly. There is also a restaurant downstairs, but it was a pity that I didn't try it this time. Very satisfied

Hotel lobby and room were very clean. Breakfast was good with varieties, but still wish to have more choices in food. Room was well maintained, very comfortable, and modernized. Our group of friends did enjoy the complimentary cocktail drink and the lounge area for a small gathering. Hotel is very convienient to main streets and safe.

The room is big and clean; even with a small balcony. It is close (10 mins walk) to Roma Trastevere (train) station where there are buses, trains, and trams to go everywhere. We walked to a Chinese restaurant and a clothes street.

The hotel is relatively new, even better than other five-star hotels in the area. The service is good too. There's a convenience store right next door, and an Asian supermarket about a 7-8 minute walk away, which is quite friendly for Chinese guests as you can buy instant noodles there.

Everything was very nice, clean and they were incredibly attentive. They contacted me the day before and guided me to the hotel, taking great care of us. The room was clean and warm, we will come again because it was a short stay. We especially thank Andrea very much.

Broken shower. It’s working but it is sliding down. You can put it steady coz it keeps going down. You have to go down o hold the shower so it can reach your head. Okay for a night stay. There’s a restaurant if you want a quick bite. Good thing is there is a ticket machine for going to the center.

The hotel is definitely worth recommending, perfectly located in the very center of historic Rome, which will be appreciated by both tourists and business guests. The quality of service is at the highest level. From the moment you enter, you get the impression that the staff cares about making your stay really comfortable. In doing so, staff make every effort to ensure that all guests are remembered and their needs are met. I appreciated the fact that, despite the full occupancy, we not only managed to get a room earlier than the originally declared time, but also agreed (without additional fees) to leave it an hour later. As for the food, maybe the lack of a buffet is a bit inconvenient, but this can be explained by the fact that it would be difficult to fit it in the hotel restaurant, so the food is delivered to the tables. However, guests can eat as much as they want, and the selection of dishes is really satisfactory - each breakfast always includes one hot dish. The roof terrace is very atmospheric, where you can both eat and have a drink. The rooms may not be large, but they are completely sufficient. It is modern and clean. Definitely a recommendable hotel, well located in the center of historic Rome, which tourists and business travelers will appreciate. The quality of service is of the highest standard. Excellent, clean, and modern apartments in a pleasant area of Rome at a reasonable price. The owner was always available and ready to help. Our 2+1 room faced an inner courtyard where a funny cat named Benvenido lives :). Great location: – 10–15 minutes on foot to the Vatican; – 3 minutes to the metro and about 20 minutes to the Colosseum. We’ll definitely come back if we have a chance to visit Rome again. Wishing the owners to keep up their high quality and good luck

MMaria MDWe stayed as a family in a premium bungalow, it is very clean and well equipped. Im honestly really impressed how clean it is. All the linen, towels, duvet are spotless. There is a dishwasher, but we didnt have a dishwasher cleaning tablets, so we couldn’t use it. There is a bbq, we didnt use it either. The pools amenities are fantastic and really clean. There are a few eateries, a shop, a laundry. Our location was far from the pool and playgrounds, the closer units might be challenging to stay in with kids, there is a lot happening and it is loud late in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed it and kids loved it. We didnt need the shuttle bus, so cant comment on it. The only thing is that after a checkout I entered a shop to buy something and kept my credit card in my pocket, when I wanted to pay at a cashier, my card disappeared. I searched the small shop in case it fell out but no success. So I guess you have to be careful.

GGuest UserAn Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service at Starhotels Hello, I’m a traveler from Korea who recently stayed at Starhotels during a family trip to Italy. Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home. This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date. After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel. It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us. Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference. Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for. As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise. Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

AAnonymous UserTraveling to Rome, I unexpectedly booked this Ibis, which is exceptionally good value. It is less than a kilometer walk from the subway. The hotel is next to a quiet community on a high ground. It is very quiet, and people are running in the early morning. The transportation is convenient, and the nearby bus and light rail are good to go everywhere. The key is that the breakfast is particularly rich. There is a Chinese restaurant opened by Wenzhou people next to the subway station. Occasionally, you can adjust your stomach. It is not expensive and quite authentic. I went out to play in Pompeii for a day, and the luggage was stored in the hotel. The service was also very good. It will still be my first choice next time I come.

Ggushen****First off, the front desk attendant was super warm and lovely. The hotel is located in an unassuming building, but the interior is luxurious, almost like something out of Harry Potter, with a very strong European vintage vibe. The room was also very clean. There's a small staircase that leads to the rooftop where you can see panoramic views of Siena. Breakfast was also delicious, with each person getting their own table, which was very enjoyable. Overall, it's a very worthwhile hotel. The only issue is that there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, or amenity kits. Europeans also don't use conditioner, which I found a bit hard to accept. This hotel isn't cheap, so it's a bit speechless that they'd expect guests to use a 10-in-1 shampoo/face wash/body wash product. Aside from that, everything else was perfect.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel during my honeymoon trip to Italy after getting married on November 1st. Before our trip, I inquired about possible honeymoon benefits, and upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room. We originally booked a standard double room, but the hotel kindly gave us one with a terrace, where my husband and I enjoyed some wine together. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. They also provided a city map and recommended sightseeing routes around Rome, which was very helpful for first-time visitors. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from Termini Station, with easy access to trains, buses, and the metro. When we missed Korean food, we found two Korean restaurants within a 5-minute walk, which was nice. It was our first trip to Italy, and we were very happy with our stay. I especially appreciated the wooden floors instead of carpet — it felt much cleaner and more comfortable. I highly recommend staying at UNA Hotel for a memorable time in Rome!.
