My friend found the Wuxingwan Hotel on Trip.com for our trip. After checking in, we found the hotel to be clean and tidy, with modern facilities and comfortable bedding. The layout was well-designed, allowing two people to stay without bothering each other. The price was great, and most importantly, it was super convenient for getting around. The bus stop right outside the hotel goes to all the tourist spots, saving us a lot on taxi fares. I've been back several times since it opened, and this time, the staff even gave me a goodie bag!

I recommend staying inside the scenic area; it's very convenient for getting around! This B&B is right on the main street, making it super easy to get to dim sum breakfast spots and also for taking tours! The auntie at this guesthouse was incredibly welcoming and even helped us with our luggage! The service and cleanliness, everything was excellent! 👍😘

The room wasn't huge, but it was really comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent, double-layered, so there was absolutely no noise. I had an early flight at 7 AM, and the hotel thoughtfully packed breakfast for us to take away. I have to say, their croissants were absolutely delicious, I loved them! It only took 25 minutes from leaving the hotel to finishing security at the airport, which was super convenient.

This hotel seems to be a chain brand from Wenzhou. To be honest, I was a bit worried when I was about to check in because it's located in the old town. However, once I actually stayed there, the experience completely exceeded my expectations, even pleasantly surprising me. The hotel's location is excellent. It's only a 3-minute walk to Wuma Street, and there are all sorts of great eateries nearby, so you can easily satisfy your food cravings for an entire day on foot. What impressed me most was the hotel's thoughtfulness – the room had everything you'd expect, and even some unexpected delightful surprises. They even provided small items that are often overlooked, like hair ties and makeup remover pads. It's rare to see such attention to detail. Plus, with all the little snacks, it really made me feel well-cared for. The most unforgettable part for me was their baked sweet potatoes (honey sweet potatoes) – they were incredibly delicious! The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly, making you feel right at home. If I'm ever in this area again, I will definitely choose to stay here and revisit.

My overall experience at the Hangzhou West Lake Hubin 5-Star Bay Hotel (Wushan Square Branch) was excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to Wushan Square, making travel very convenient. It's a short walk or taxi ride to West Lake and Hefang Street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-designed layout. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well at night. The soundproofing was good, so I wasn't bothered by outside traffic noise. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, with ample hot water and stable pressure. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. They were also quick to assist with any issues. Overall, the value for money is quite good for this area, making it suitable for both tourists visiting Hangzhou and those on short business trips.

The room, though small, had everything one could need. The hotel is located right on the main street of the ancient town, so all the dining, entertainment, and shopping are right there. It's incredibly convenient to walk from here through the old town to the canal and West Lake! The hotel's interior is clean and tidy, the housekeeping staff are very polite, and the room itself was quite quiet.

This hotel has an old-fashioned feel, both in its hardware and software. The rooms are indeed dated, but a major plus is their spaciousness. The entire property is expansive, beautifully adorned with pavilions, terraces, waterside structures, and gardens. The service, however, is absolutely outstanding, reminiscent of a traditional, well-established five-star hotel – friendly, respectful, and dignified. When we arrived on the evening of October 23rd, our navigation led us to the North Gate. A female employee saw us and proactively escorted us to the lobby, introducing us to the hotel's landscape and facilities along the way. There were always multiple doormen on duty; one would handle luggage, and another would open car doors – a level of service I haven't even seen at Four Seasons properties in China. During check-in, an employee was constantly on standby next to the front desk, ready to take our luggage to the room. I'd say the service surpasses most five-star hotels in China. The breakfast offers a rich variety, leaning towards Chinese cuisine, and the complimentary dinner was also quite distinctive. The travel photography session felt a bit assembly-line, but overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

We chose this room type mainly because it allowed two friends to stay without disturbing each other, with one bed on each floor. I was pleasantly surprised to find a waterside patio downstairs, which I really liked. However, the chairs weren't great; it would be perfect if they could be replaced with outdoor sofas. Also, the large sofa downstairs wasn't very comfortable to sit on. The power outlet by the bed downstairs was a bit loose, so the charger wouldn't stay in. Everything else was perfect, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Our butler, Xiao Dang, was very responsible. He picked us up from the parking lot and took us to the hotel. After check-in, he showed us to our room and sent us a lot of information about local attractions. He answered all our questions, which made our trip very enjoyable. Thanks!

This hotel offers great value for money, and its location is fantastic. It's right around the corner from the Fengqi Road subway exit. A walk to West Lake is just 1.2 kilometers, and it felt so good to come back from a morning run by the lake and head straight to the breakfast buffet for a hot bowl of noodles! The scallion oil noodles were also excellent, and they even thoughtfully offered coffee to-go. I especially want to thank the hotel's service. As I was getting off the elevator, I accidentally dropped one of my AirPods down the elevator shaft through the door gap. I called the front desk to report it, and within five minutes, an engineering staff member came to confirm which elevator it was. I honestly didn't expect that just 30 minutes later, they would knock on my door and return the AirPod. They had specifically arranged for the elevator company's maintenance personnel to retrieve the AirPod from the shaft. I felt so bad for causing such a big inconvenience, but I was incredibly touched by their unexpected kindness. Hangzhou is so beautiful; I had a wonderful morning experiencing the sunrise during my run by West Lake. Thank you, Zhejiang Hotel, for a very pleasant weekend!
