My stay this time was absolutely terrible! I was in Building 6, an odd-numbered room, and here are the main issues: 1. My room faced the outdoor plaza, and there was an open-air karaoke every night. It was incredibly loud, even with the windows closed and curtains drawn! I called the front desk, and someone responded very quickly. They explained that it's like this every day and there's nothing they can do, but if it goes past 9 PM, they'll call the police. Well, it was still going past 9 PM! I called the front desk again, and they finally said security had gone to disperse them. I checked the time, and the outdoor plaza karaoke finally stopped at 9:42 PM!!! 2. A large family was staying in the room directly opposite mine. They chatted with their door open in the evenings and mornings, and the room's soundproofing is terrible! Plus, that family was smoking in their room, and the smoke drifted into our room through the door crack! I complained to the front desk again, and they responded that, according to regulations, smoking isn't allowed in the hotel, but if guests insist on smoking, there's nothing they can do. They said they'd send someone to dissuade them. For a star-rated hotel and guesthouse, guests smoking in their rooms is just... awful!!! 3. At 6:30 AM, people started making noise and renovating outside my window. It was incredibly loud! I was woken up by it!!! Renovation started at 6:30 AM in the morning!!! As for other issues like the TV initially having no signal (staff came twice to fix it) and the hard mattress causing back pain, and the hotel amenities being subpar, I'll overlook those. The three points above summarize it: nightly plaza karaoke, early morning renovations, and no smoking ban in the guest rooms! I really don't recommend this place at all; I'm very dissatisfied! To be fair, the staff's attitude was very good, and their response time was quick. The hotel environment is also quite nice. But it was genuinely noisy! And the smoking issue! I've stayed in many state guesthouses, and I've never encountered anything like this. A terrible experience.

Had a fantastic vacation at the Sheraton! I was truly touched by the thoughtful service from our butler, Lucky. Knowing that both my son and I have March birthdays, she went the extra mile to decorate our room for the occasion and even arranged for the Western restaurant staff to custom-make a birthday cake for us. It added such a festive and warm touch to our entire holiday. A big thank you again to Lucky and the entire Sheraton hotel team!

One of the best locations in Hangzhou. A few steps away from the old silk road shopping streets and West lake walking path, beneath the old tower with park, restaurants, shopping centers, and antiques market. Two different metro lines within 3 minutes walk and... What else? Oh yes, great welcome and helpful staff at the front desk. Excellent service. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Family rooms. Laundry with excellent washing machines and dryers. Long meeting table and comfortable sofa at the ground floor and perfect desk within the rooms to work quietly. Also reasonable price for the whole package. Five stars well deserved!

Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Excellent Environment: Superb Service: Fantastic The hotel is located right in Jinhua city center, surrounded by skyscrapers, and not far from Shuanglong Cave, making it the perfect choice for accommodation. The breakfast is rich and varied, clean and hygienic. It offers great value for money, though the kids' play area is a bit small, only a reading corner, which could be improved.

This was my second stay here, and I'd highly recommend it for its location and facilities. The location is truly excellent, just a 1-2 minute walk from T4, making it perfect for early morning or late night flights. The sofa bed is also great for families traveling with children! The room was clean and tidy, and while the breakfast selection wasn't huge, the quality was good. Overall, it offers great value for money! However, the service this time was a bit disappointing. Since my flight arrived late at night, and I didn't want to wait for blankets then, I called in the morning to request they put an extra blanket in the room and open the sofa bed. When I arrived in the evening, the sofa was still closed and no blanket had been delivered. We were two adults and one child, and the package included two breakfasts, but they still charged me for an extra adult breakfast. Thankfully, the hotel seemed to realize their mistake and proactively issued a refund. Also, the subway card and drinks included in the package weren't mentioned by staff at check-in; I had to ask for the subway card myself before they provided it.

Our B&B was located in building 67, specifically at 'Momo's Home 2679'. It was a second-floor room overlooking both the street and the canal, offering a window view. We checked in at 11 AM, but unfortunately, we missed out on the early breakfast slots, so we had breakfast at the B&B before heading to the morning market. The scenery was indeed beautiful and less crowded in the morning. However, the scenic area turns off its lights around 9 PM, which means there's not much to enjoy at night. They really should keep the lights on longer for guests staying within the scenic area. **Facilities:** Overall, it had a charming residential-style decor combined with more traditional hotel amenities. There was a table, chairs, and a wardrobe, and the bathroom wasn't cramped. They even provided little extras like earplugs and hairbands. **Hygiene:** Very good. **Environment:** The outside environment was beautiful, though being near the water, it was a bit damp. Building 67 is in the latter part of the scenic area, near the Wine House, making it very convenient for walking towards the White Lotus Pagoda.

My friend recommended this hotel, and the environment and facilities are excellent. There's a shared common balcony and lounge area. The room is clean, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. It's very convenient for sightseeing as it's close to all the attractions and also very near West Lake. The staff are warm and friendly, and they respond quickly to any requests. It's super convenient! I'll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Our stay was fantastic! Special thanks to Ms. Zhan at the front desk for her thoughtful service and help during check-in. She upgraded our room when possible and gave us recommendations for evening activities. What really stood out was when she offered us two warm, yes, warm walnut cookies – they were so comforting and delicious, like coming home, especially since we were a bit hungry! We extended our stay for another night, and Ms. Jia at the front desk was equally warm and attentive. The entire hotel, from its facilities to its soft services, feels grand and well-designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices. I also appreciate their strong commitment to environmental protection, with trash cans that have ditched plastic bags – excellent!

This hotel is absolutely worth staying at. The decor is grand, elegant, and comfortable, with unusually wide corridors that create a welcoming, cozy, and relaxing atmosphere. The room design is imbued with Southern Chinese (Jiangnan) aesthetics, reflecting the region's refined sensibilities. The room facilities are new, spacious, and fully functional, and the thoughtful selection of items in the mini-fridge surpasses what you'd find in other five-star hotels. The king-size bed is incredibly comfortable, and they even thoughtfully provided a drying rack, which was so convenient. Initially, I wasn't keen on staying on the first floor, but seeing the charming courtyard in the misty rain, full of Jiangnan romance, I happily extended my stay. The breakfast truly deserves special mention. It featured spring bamboo shoots, tender lotus roots, gorgon fruit, fresh lotus seeds, and various seasonal spring vegetables, bringing the essence of Jiangnan right to the table. Both Chinese and Western options were available, and the freshly baked Western pastries showed a real respect for guests. I will definitely be back! The hotel is located by Nanhu Lake, offering unbeatable views. I enjoyed strolls around the lake both morning and evening, and there are historical sites nearby too.

The hotel parking is super convenient, with plenty of spaces in the ground-level lot. They allow license plate registration, which is great because you don't have to go to the front desk every time. The self-service laundry room is pretty standard for Hilton Hampton Inns, and I usually use it. My boyfriend wanted to go for a run, so having a self-service washer and dryer was a huge plus. The hairdryer in the room wasn't great – it was noisy and didn't have much power. I specifically booked a deluxe river view room, and the view was fantastic. The hotel breakfast was also decent; the rice cakes and xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) were delicious.
