This hotel boasts an excellent location right in the city center, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Wuma Street is just a few minutes' walk away. While not huge, the hotel is well-equipped, featuring a simple, natural wood decor. They have a self-service laundry room with washers and dryers, plus a small gym. The restaurant offers breakfast, light lunches, and afternoon tea. Breakfast has a good variety, with freshly ground coffee and several local Wenzhou snacks. What truly stands out is the hotel's service. The housekeeping staff are incredibly polite, and the lobby staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming. From the moment you step in, it feels like coming home. They help with luggage, offer water, fruits, and pastries, and even serve delicious, freshly baked sweet potatoes. I'd also like to specifically commend the young female staff member in the lobby. She was incredibly helpful and attentive to every request. When she learned we needed a taxi, she proactively helped us find the best platform. At checkout, she assisted us with our luggage and even helped us load it into the car. Because the hotel was busy, our booked room wasn't ready when we arrived. To ensure we could check in promptly, the staff kindly upgraded our room free of charge, for which we are very grateful! It was precisely because of the outstanding service that we extended our stay for another day!

Staying at the Huzhou Giraffe Manor Hotel during the May Day holiday felt like stepping into a fairytale secret garden in a bamboo forest 🌿. Our individual wooden cabin was nestled among the trees, and opening the window revealed a sea of green. The air was incredibly fresh and rejuvenating, filled with negative ions. The most unforgettable part was having breakfast with the giraffes; those gentle creatures would lean over to ask for food, making the interaction truly special. The travel photography service was also incredibly thoughtful. The photographer captured natural moments, turning the bamboo forest, the cute animals, and our laughter into stunning photos. It truly maximized our holiday happiness!

I stayed in rooms 2210 and 2211 in building 22. The owner was incredibly nice. We arrived in the middle of the night, feeling quite apologetic, but the owner went out of their way to help us with our luggage and even made us a sweet soup late at night. They meticulously explained all the accommodation details and considerations to us. The next morning, they prepared a delicious breakfast with noodles, wontons, fruit, and eggs. They truly go above and beyond for their guests! I'll definitely come back next time! The experience was fantastic!

Let's start with the positives: the service was quite good, with all staff members being polite and friendly. Although the location seemed a bit out of the way, it's very close to the subway, making it convenient to visit Dongqian Lake or take a taxi to several attractions. The bed was also quite comfortable. However, what was unbearable was the soundproofing. During the May Day holiday, Ningbo's municipal construction was non-stop. Cement trucks started operating at 6 AM, and we could hear the construction noise crystal clear. The 'smart' Xiao Du speaker was overly sensitive, lighting up the screen and turning on the bathroom light at the slightest movement. We didn't dare ask it to turn off the lights or screen for fear of disturbing our family's sleep. The most unbearable thing was that the shower room was directly connected to the outside. Our junior high school-aged child found it incredibly inconvenient to change clothes due to the lack of a partition. What a 'genius' designer! The toilet and shower room were also transparent. The bathroom door was broken and took forever to open. Switching between hot and cold water was impossible; it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The facilities simply don't match the service quality. The staff, however, were all great 👍

Every time I visit CP, I either book this hotel or the Hyatt across the street. This time, I checked in around 11 PM, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, upgrading me directly to a super, super spacious suite! The entrance hallway alone was about four or five meters long! I checked, and the listed price for this suite is around 1k, so even if I had booked it directly, it would still feel like great value for money! Breakfast goes until 10 AM; I don't think it's as good as the Hyatt Place Hongqiao, but it's fine since there's plenty to eat.

Facilities: Very good, good quality. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Nice surroundings, very close to West Lake, about a ten-minute walk. Service: Excellent. It's an old hotel, but the facilities are well-maintained. Overall, it's a very good experience with high value for money. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Location: Situated north of Nanhu Lake in Jiaxing, the hotel boasts its own 'Eight Scenic Views' and beautiful garden design. From the back exit, you can directly access Haogu Pagoda. A pleasant stroll along the lake will take you past attractions like Lanxiu Garden, Chenggong Embankment, and Shaoyuan, eventually leading to Huijingyuan. From there, you can take a boat (the only place offering a 20-yuan ferry) to Huxin Island, and finally, head to Nanhu Tiandi for a meal. Service: The hotel maintains strict quality control. They thoroughly checked the cleanliness, which meant our room was ready a bit late, but they compensated us with an upgrade. Honestly, there isn't much difference between the garden view and lake view rooms. In fact, the garden view room was closer to the elevator, which was even more convenient for our family with a baby. Facilities: The swimming pool is a bit on the small side, so we didn't end up using it. While there's a workshop-like activity for kids, the lack of a dedicated children's play area is a shame. However, the hotel grounds are quite spacious, and our baby was very happy running around. Cleanliness: This was truly excellent, 10086 out of 10! The breakfast selection was also extensive. We didn't try the other restaurants, so I can't comment on those.

Our stay was fantastic! Special thanks to Ms. Zhan at the front desk for her thoughtful service and help during check-in. She upgraded our room when possible and gave us recommendations for evening activities. What really stood out was when she offered us two warm, yes, warm walnut cookies – they were so comforting and delicious, like coming home, especially since we were a bit hungry! We extended our stay for another night, and Ms. Jia at the front desk was equally warm and attentive. The entire hotel, from its facilities to its soft services, feels grand and well-designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices. I also appreciate their strong commitment to environmental protection, with trash cans that have ditched plastic bags – excellent!

I checked in at night and was worried about my perishable items, so the front desk kindly offered to store them in the fridge for me. They even upgraded me to a huge room with an amazing view, free of charge! The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety, including several meat dishes and plenty of fruit. You can also get fresh noodles or rice vermicelli cooked on the spot, and the coffee is rich and aromatic. The hygiene was impeccable. Plus, the subway is nearby, just one stop from the airport. You can also take the subway one stop to the next village to buy groceries. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.
