The stay was enjoyable. Although the hotel is somewhat dated, it is clean and well maintained, with good service throughout. It is one of the few in the area that offers a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated being upgraded to a higher floor upon request. Breakfast includes both Chinese and Western options, but it is fairly ordinary in quality. The location is convenient—about 300 metres from Anton Old Street and next to Wanda Plaza. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We definitely stay again.

This hotel on Shenyang's Middle Street has excellent facilities and amenities. Its location is superb, right on Middle Street, making everything incredibly convenient. There's free parking available directly accessing the upper floors, which is very handy. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The front desk is staffed 20 hours a day. Bottled water is complimentary and unlimited. Invoices are electronic and can be processed via mobile phone at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were very professional, quick, and efficient. The location is truly fantastic, with a prominent entrance. On the 9th or 26th floor (the original text says 9:26, likely a typo for '9楼和26楼' or '9楼/26楼'), there's an observation deck where you can enjoy the night view of Middle Street, complete with telescopes – a really nice touch. Highly recommended, very satisfied, truly excellent, I will definitely come back!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the concierge immediately came over to help with our luggage. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. They even thoughtfully gave us tips for exploring the area and upgraded us to a higher floor room for free! The room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells, and the bedding was fluffy and soft. All the bathroom facilities were brand new. The public areas were also consistently maintained by staff, making the whole place feel very pleasant to walk around. During our stay, any request to the front desk was met with a super quick response. There were absolutely no unpleasant surprises, and the value for money was outstanding. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit this area, and I've already recommended it to friends who are planning a trip here.

Staying in Dandong was absolutely the right choice! First off, the staff were all incredibly attentive and helpful. Secondly, the hotel's artistic flair is outstanding, and the river view is unbeatable – every photo you take looks like a postcard 📸. It's conveniently located, close to the train station and attractions, with plenty of great food nearby. The room was clean and quiet, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the service was excellent. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or business!

It was okay, the kids seemed to enjoy it. First, we took some pictures outside the Forbidden City by the red walls, which is a popular photo spot. We spent quite a bit of time there. Surprisingly, once we got inside, there weren't as many 'must-see' spots. The various halls introduced some information about the Eight Banners, which would probably be more engaging for children with an interest in history and culture. If you just do a quick walk-through, you could probably finish in less than an hour and a half, it's much smaller than the Forbidden City in Beijing.

I chose Shenyang Marriott for this trip and overall it was great. The engineering staff were all very friendly, especially Susan, Lynn, Ewen, and Matthew at the front desk, and David the concierge. From the moment I walked in, I felt very comfortable. The room was spacious enough and very clean. I had a very good night's rest. It's definitely worth a five-star review. I recommend everyone to stay here.

The hotel room was great, and the manager on duty at the front desk had a good attitude. It was very convenient that I could store my luggage after checking out and pick it up later. The hotel also approved my request for a late check-out. It's super convenient for getting around. I'll definitely come back next time!

環境不錯，地理位置也好，朋友説新開的，一定會好，幾家就約着來了。辦理入住等待時間過長，第一個房間刺鼻的裝修味道，前台根據要求提供了景色更好的房間，感謝。入住沒一個小時，房間漏水，一個黑衣服管理人員跟我説，房間已經是最好的房間了，再調衹能換到比現在不好的房間，且不能補差價，或者等等修好，我覺得修好也行，畢竟行李都打開了。半夜十二點半又開始漏水，讓我換房間，我説半夜我肯定接受不了，你拿點毛巾墊下面吸水，明天再説吧。第二天沒有主動來修的，通過攜程給酒店打電話，反饋是可以提供升房，那你昨天那個小管理不打臉嗎？撒謊不臉紅嗎？退房想晚一個小時也是不行的，你開房讓我等那麼長時間的時候你怎麼不説呢？去前台退房，小美女問我入住怎麼樣，我就把這些説了一下，小美女倒是耐心聽了，旁邊的小管理説啥，不是給你升房了嗎，不漏水我用你給我升房嗎？我房間漏水漏半宿你給我升房還成你讓着我了？和我是説你把房卡還回來就行，我就***的了，什麼態度啊？你旁邊的員工都能耐心接待你多啥啊？要不你們培訓的時候就讓員工別問。其實入住能感受到老闆是想把酒店做好，一線員工也都是很努力，那麼辛苦都能微笑待客，就這幾個小管理，都絕了，每回被員工拉回來的好感都被管理給敗了。路過幾次一號樓前台，都是在處理客訴，老闆你有時間看看你前台的監控吧，看看你的酒店管理團隊吧，挺好的地方，別被管理團隊給敗了。假期顧客多能理解，但是真誠待客真的會感動每一個客人。

I recently brought my kids to Shenyang for a holiday and we stayed in the family suite at the Dongya Hotel. It's a must-choose for family travel! The room even had kids' bathrobes and slippers ready. When we checked in, the staff thoughtfully asked if our child could wear the kids' slippers and if we needed adult slippers. The front desk also kindly pre-installed bed rails for us. The biggest surprise was the free children's playground on the second floor, where my older child played for nearly two hours. The small supermarket downstairs was also convenient for buying snacks. When we checked out, the front desk told us to let them know in advance next time so they could reserve a better room for us. The moments spent together as a family are more important than anything else. The room was clean and spacious, with no strange smells, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose this place again next time; the kids already miss it!

I stayed two nights in a row at the Shangri-La Dalian for this trip, and overall it was a great experience, with only two minor regrets. When I arrived and got out of the car, no concierge proactively offered to help with my luggage. During check-in, the front desk staff addressed me rather casually, calling me 'sis,' which lacked the appropriate professionalism for a five-star hotel. Aside from these two points, the room exceeded expectations. It didn't feel dated, was spacious and open, with plenty of natural light. All amenities were complete and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to visit the beach and shopping areas. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. For families with children, there was ample space and plenty of toys, so it never felt cramped. Toiletries and drinking water were replenished promptly. Although breakfast was busy, the crowd was managed in an orderly fashion. Overall, the hardware conditions are highly recommendable. I hope the hotel can refine its front office service details and standardize service etiquette. I would still prioritize choosing this hotel for future visits to Dalian.
