This hotel was a fantastic experience! The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation, and the bedding was so soft I slept incredibly well. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions. The location is excellent, right outside you'll find the subway and a bustling shopping district, making it convenient for dining and shopping. It offers amazing value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit this city. Highly recommend it to everyone!

I chose this hotel because it's near the hospital where I was staying. The location is excellent, and the room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and the overall service was really good. The front desk staff even upgraded my room for free, and they have hot water available at the reception. The hotel is affordable and very clean, offering the best value for money among all the hotels in the area.

I'm so glad I chose the Yike Yijia Hotel; the service was excellent! The location is absolutely amazing – super close to Xinghai Square and Zhongshan Square by taxi, making it incredibly convenient to get back after exploring the night scenery. The room was cozier than I expected, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was super soft. I really appreciate the well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom and the instant hot water. Plus, the toiletries were more than sufficient. A special shout-out to the front desk lady, she was incredibly kind!

We had the best views of the Yalu River, Broken bridge and the friendship bridge from our room and could look into North Korea with binoculars. The binoculars in the room were a thoughtful addition.
Mr. Huang Rui at the Reception desk was very helpful. He helped us with transport and restaurant recommendations and kept checking in on us from time to time.
The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was really small and congested. However, the breathtaking view made up for it. So, no complaints. Highly recommend this hotel.

This stay was a far cry from my visit in March this year. Both times, I booked Executive Club rooms primarily for the lounge access to relax.
1. **High Deposit**: For a three-day stay, they charged a 6500 RMB deposit. I found it quite high and double-checked, but the front desk staff was unhelpful and curt, simply stating it was hotel policy.
2. **Insufficient Water**: On the day of check-in, there were only three 350ml bottles of water. By 6 PM, I ran out and had to resort to drinking tap water from the bathroom. When I returned in the afternoon, the water situation hadn't improved, so I called housekeeping, and they brought two 500ml bottles. The next day, it was the same story! I even had my cold and fever medication laid out in the room, yet the staff didn't think to simply provide more water, like six bottles straight away?
3. **Slippers**: Yes, when I came back on the second day, I needed new slippers because the ones from the first day were completely soaked after our shower, but no fresh slippers were provided by housekeeping.
4. **The Embarrassing Afternoon**: On my third day, I decided to extend my stay for another night. I informed the front desk about this at 2 PM that afternoon. What followed was a truly embarrassing and frustrating afternoon. I explicitly told the front desk that I had a cold and a fever, needed rest, didn't want any fruit or anything, and just wanted to sleep. That afternoon, housekeeping staff brought water, slippers, and fruit in three separate trips. I was running a fever and desperately wanted to sleep, but I had to keep getting up to answer the door! I then realized I hadn't pressed the 'Do Not Disturb' button (not blaming the staff, but I had already clearly told the front desk I didn't want fruit and just wanted to sleep), so I immediately activated DND. At 5 PM, I thought I could finally get some sleep. The moment I drifted off, the front desk called, asking if I wanted to check out, extend my stay, or refresh my key card, etc. (Don't your systems track this?!). At that point, I just wanted to go home!!!
The Front Office Manager's approach to resolving the issue was quite subjective. During dinner at the restaurant, I was given a hotel cartoon mascot as a 'solution.' When she called, she did express apologies for these issues and offered me a discount of just over 150 RMB (which I believe was the difference for the executive lounge when I mistakenly extended to a different room type for the fourth night). She clearly had no idea about the embarrassing experience I had that afternoon. The next morning, still running a fever, I had to listen to her lecture me. That's when I decided to write my first truly serious negative review! I hope the hotel ensures they always have enough water and slippers ready! What's the point of charging such a high deposit?

An absolutely perfect stay. The InterContinental Dalian boasts luxurious, elegant, and grand facilities. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and inviting, offering breathtaking views of the East Port shipyard and the ocean. Its prime downtown location provides incredibly convenient access to subway and bus lines, and taxi rides around the city are also very affordable. It's just a short walk to the historic century-old buildings around Zhongshan Square. Check-in was a breeze, and the service was attentive and incredibly warm.
A special thank you to DANA at the front desk for her excellent service. I also appreciate the doormen who always helped me with my bags from the taxi. Finally, kudos to the F&B department for the thoughtful gesture of delivering red date and pear soup to my room in the evening, which was a perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Dalian truly is a fantastic city!

Service: The service here is incredible! A huge thank you to the owner! They even came down to pick us up when we arrived. We were able to store our luggage, and they brought it down to the first floor for us when we left! They also helped us with sending packages and more! The owner is just amazing! As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and secure.
The hotel looks exactly like the pictures! You can see the sea, and the location is excellent! The environment is great too, and it feels very safe. It's located in a building of a larger hotel, making it easy to find and convenient for everything.
Most importantly, it's also very clean!

This is a hotel with a lot of character. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful, and they genuinely tried to resolve any issues I had. The room was clean, spacious, and bright, with complete amenities. The staff were enthusiastic, efficient, and always ready to help. The hotel's location is very close to the scenic area, making it very convenient to get around. Overall, it was great, and I would definitely stay here again.

As soon as I entered the hotel, the handsome concierge helped me carry my luggage, showed me the way enthusiastically, and told me where to eat and where to have fun. It felt like an old friend who hadn't seen me for many years. The check-in at the front desk was also very smooth, and they helped me arrange a quiet non-smoking room. It was very considerate and the service exceeded my expectations.
The room was clean and tidy, spacious and bright, the bed was very comfortable, and the big bathtub was perfect. It was so comfortable to take a hot bath at night. I fell asleep quickly. It snowed in Fushun, and the snow scene was so beautiful.
The facilities in the hotel are also very complete, with a gym and a swimming pool. I went swimming a few laps when I had nothing to do, and it felt very refreshing. The location is also good. There are shopping malls and snack streets outside, and it is convenient to go anywhere.
Speaking of food, the breakfast is so rich that it makes people dazzled. There are all kinds of Chinese and Western food, especially the bread and desserts are great.
The experience is very good, and the price-performance ratio is absolutely high. It is worth the money and recommended.

Wow! Very impressive! Our family stayed here with our friends from back home for one night. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Everything was top notch. From the decor down to the last details of cleanliness live up to the 5 star standards! The service was friendly and efficient. Most staff can speak some English to help us. Nice big windows with a great city view. The breakfast was probably one of the best in all the 5 star hotels I have tried in Asia! They had an awesome real expresso coffee machine and REAL Canadian bacon plus a very good variety of pastries and hot food! More than enough to get you through the morning and afternoon!
Went to the pool on 5th floor and it had a panoramic view of the city and water was very clean. So yes! Well worth the money!
Only regret was that we wish we had booked one more night of stay!
Keep it up! We will be back!

MM368196****First things first, I have to praise Ms. Lisa! Her service was incredibly warm and thoughtful, and she's as kind as she is beautiful. We arrived at the restaurant at 9:50, mistaking the breakfast cutoff time. The staff informed us they were about to close and urged us to grab more food. After quickly getting some items, I couldn't find the fruit. I asked a staff member, who I believe was Ms. Lisa. She kindly pointed out the location, and a few minutes later, she brought us a large plate of fruit, explaining that since they were closing soon, there wasn't much variety left, so she specially got more for us. I was already very grateful at this point. As I continued eating, Ms. Lisa brought over a paper bag filled with several takeout boxes, explaining again that she was worried we wouldn't be able to enjoy breakfast properly, so she packed some fruit, pastries, and drinks for us to eat on the road. After expressing my thanks, Ms. Lisa's thoughtful actions weren't over yet! A little while later, she brought another plate of beef ribs, saying that the lunch buffet was also ready and invited us to try some. Seriously, as a big foodie, you are the kindest angel of the F&B department!!!
Returning to our room, we encountered housekeeping staff. Even though we said we still had bottled water, they proactively replenished several bottles, mentioning that Shenyang is dry and we should stay hydrated.
The elevator was a bit tricky, but it offered great privacy. It was a weekday in November, the low season, but the front desk didn't offer an upgrade, though they did give us a small lion plushie. The executive lounge was decent, not as abundant as advertised online, but I'm not sure if that's because it was a weekday. The gym is large, and the pool facilities are excellent.
GGuest UserI came to Jinzhou, Liaoning specifically for the Fengguo Temple in Yi County. In fact, it is really worth it. The hotel is also very good, very large, spacious and smart. The TV can cast the screen, and the toilet is gravity-sensing. It is right next to Jinzhou Station and the bus station is across the road. I came from Jinzhou South Station and took bus 205, which went directly there in less than 30 minutes. Living here is very convenient whether by train or by car. It is very practical for me to go to Yi County. By the way, I flew back to Shanghai from Jinzhou. The hotel is a 5-6 minute walk along Yan'an Road and there is an airport bus. It costs 5 yuan per person, which is much more cost-effective than taking a taxi. It's really good!

MM306017****This stay at the hotel was a very pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a parking lot with many parking spaces, parking is very convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The hotel rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable and warm, with great attention to detail. The hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, and their service attitude is excellent. I really think this is a good hotel that is trustworthy. I must give this hotel a big thumbs up! Will choose here next time.
TTuzimenyaArrived at the hotel at 11 AM and was told I could check-in, but the room wasn't ready. They suggested I pick up the hot spring tickets first, go enjoy myself, and then come back for the room later. I could leave my luggage at the storage. I asked if they could bring my luggage to the room once it was cleaned, but they said no, I'd have to come back for it myself. Also, check-in was in a different building. Breakfast was in an even farther restaurant, about a five-minute walk. Inside the hot spring center, there's a large water park area with many children playing. Outdoors, there are several hot spring pools, and the famous 'iron pot stew yourself' (a playful name for a hot pot bath)! On the second floor, in the bathing and scrubbing area, there are several large hot tubs and even smaller 'water缸' (vat) pools, which are quite cute. Plenty of sofas to relax on, and they even thoughtfully provided spin dryers for swimsuits. There was complimentary fruit, but I didn't see any free drinking water. I waited an hour for a scrub; apparently, when it's busy, you might wait four or five hours. The auntie's scrubbing technique was excellent, but the massage beds were quite close together, supposedly because they added more beds due to high demand. The third floor has a children's play area and a dining area. There's no buffet; everything is à la carte, and the variety isn't extensive. However, there's a 'Instant Noodle Research Institute' open from 9 PM to 1 AM, which is quite interesting, featuring most brands you'd find on the market. The fourth floor has foot massages, and the fifth floor has guest rooms, but the elevator only goes to the fourth floor. To get to the guest rooms, you have to go back to the lobby, change clothes and shoes, and then take another elevator to the fifth floor. The guest rooms are a bit old and soundproofing is poor. But behind the hotel, there's a large ice and snow park with ice slides, snow slides, snowmobiles, snow bikes, and other activities suitable for both adults and children.
HHongxingdaiwoquzhandouFacilities: A bit dated, with small cracks on the cabinet above the mini-fridge and some wall areas, as shown in the last two photos. Overall, it's nothing major and doesn't affect the stay; considering it's a hotel over ten years old, one shouldn't be too demanding. The hotel's facilities are generally complete, with standard luxury hotel amenities. The breakfast is decent; it offers more variety than some Westins but less than some Marriotts. However, the quality is good, especially the desserts which are delicious, and there's a wide selection of juices and milk. Some Marriott hotels even offer a full Cantonese dim sum spread, whereas here there are only a few hot dishes, making the variety seem limited, but the taste is excellent. The potatoes in the pork rib stew are very fragrant, and the boiled shrimp are quite large. All the fruits weren't sweet enough; the fruit quality could be improved.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Environment: A landmark building in Dalian, nestled against the mountain and overlooking the sea – definitely worth a visit. It's even more stunning for photos at night. It's about a 10 to 15-minute walk downhill, and a bit far from the subway station, but it's away from the city's hustle and bustle, and getting a taxi is very convenient. There's a sky garden on the 5th floor, and the lobby is magnificent; any photo taken there looks great.
Service: Thoughtful and attentive. Someone helps open car doors and handle luggage upon arrival. There's a dedicated butler service that tries its best to accommodate reasonable guest requests. The mini-bar requires extra payment, but a welcome fruit platter and dessert were provided, along with a large bottle of homemade beer. This hotel's beer isn't available online, but it's genuinely delicious.
__WeChat260423****I rarely leave reviews for hotels, but this time I was genuinely, exceptionally satisfied. Firstly, as someone who worked in chain hotels for six years, I'm very particular about cleanliness. This trip, traveling with my child, I opted against a chain hotel (which I usually choose), fearing poor hygiene. But this place was surprisingly good! The views are fantastic, and my child was very comfortable. All the towels are disposable, and the quality is excellent, so there's no need to bring your own. Parking is also super convenient, and getting around with Didi (ride-sharing) was a breeze. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Dalian. I forgot to take photos though, so I can only use screenshots from a video.

AAmanda H.J. WuThe hotel room big & clean. The location is only about 5 to 8 minutes by car. The hotel offer free shuttle service to send us to the airport. The only weak point is the hotel nearby do not have any restaurants. Need to walk about 15 minutes to the small eatery shop which we did not eat dinner there. In the end, we walk back to the hotel & ask the hotel staff to order food delivery for us. The hotel staffs are friendly & helpful. Highly recommended if u are taking an early flight & need to reach the shenyang airport early. This is a good one to stay.
JJazz~I liked this hotel , had all the basic amenities and services. The hotel is located only 5 mins away from Zhongshan square , the nearest metro station is line 2 exit D1 about 3 mins walk. Very Peaceful and friendly staff. Hotel has a mini bar and a mini mart on its ground floor. Friendship center is about 8 mins walk from the hotel. Overall affordable for students and solo travelers.

MM442593****Facilities: Though it's an older establishment, the facilities are well-maintained with no visible damage or wear and tear.
Cleanliness: Relatively clean, and the cleaning staff did a thorough job.
Environment: The hotel is quiet, despite being on a high floor. It's located in the CBD, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, making for a vibrant nightlife.
Service: Very warm and welcoming, especially the young lady at the executive lounge – she was lovely and enthusiastic.
The fourth-floor pool is great; it's not huge, but perfectly adequate for a good swim. The happy hour food selection was decent and satisfying, and the cocktails were particularly well-made.
The mini-bar was well-stocked with drinks, including local Dalian soda and shrimp crisps.
