I personally believe this is currently the best-managed hotel in Shenyang. It's located in the former municipal government building, right on the City Government Hang Lung Plaza, with direct subway access. This makes it a central location in Shenyang, convenient for getting anywhere. The rooms are still very new, and the mattress is super comfortable. Breakfast meets the standard of a five-star international hotel, with excellent Western and Chinese options. They even have croissants kept warm in an oven and delicious fried cakes. From 6 PM to 8 PM, the lounge offers dinner, including eight hot dishes and main courses, salads, cheese, cold cuts, and sushi. There's a chef preparing fresh noodles on the spot. They also have simple desserts (the same as those offered at the Wenguan buffet) and beverages. The quality is really impressive. If you're not factoring in value for money, this hotel is definitely worth experiencing.

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. What truly touched us was that we had booked a king-sized bed room, but upon arrival, they saw we were a family of three and upgraded us to a family room. The service was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jinzhou; you should definitely stay here.

Location: Just a 5-6 minute walk to the beach, and right next to the Water City and popular Instagram spots. The Fountain Square is about a 20-minute walk away. There are snack shops and Xiding (a restaurant) nearby. Facilities: The hotel facilities are quite good and well-equipped, including a refrigerator, washing machine, and induction cooker. Environment: The overall hotel environment is excellent, and the soundproofing is also good; we barely heard any noise during our two-day stay. Although it's a very tall building (67 floors in total), there are plenty of elevators, making it convenient to go up and down. We stayed in a city view suite, and the views were fantastic. Service: The hotel staff provided excellent service. The lobby is on the 66th floor, which is also where check-in takes place. The housekeeping staff did a very thorough job cleaning our room.

Our first night in Dalian was at the Intercontinental, and it truly gave my family and me an unparalleled stay. The front desk, considering we had a child with us, upgraded us to a family room and breakfast, and even gave us a welcome gift. They thoughtfully arranged for the extra bed to be made up for our little one in advance. The room's amenities were excellent, maintaining Intercontinental's consistently high standards. The breakfast offered a wide variety, including local specialties like sea cucumber congee and Northeastern dishes, all of which were delicious. The staff were numerous, very enthusiastic, and incredibly efficient at clearing plates. From our room window, we could see several historic buildings in Zhongshan Square, indicating a prime location. All in all, I give it a 100% recommendation and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This stay at the hotel was a very pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a parking lot with many parking spaces, parking is very convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The hotel rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable and warm, with great attention to detail. The hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, and their service attitude is excellent. I really think this is a good hotel that is trustworthy. I must give this hotel a big thumbs up! Will choose here next time.

I wanted to experience a Shenyang bathhouse, so I specifically chose Qinghe Bandao, and it certainly lived up to its reputation! The facilities are huge. Outdoors, there's a wave pool, a lazy river, and the tiered and infinity pools are super photogenic. However, I wouldn't recommend the wave pool for young kids, as inner tubes can flip over easily – my child swallowed some water and refused to go back in, haha. On the second floor, there are many indoor hot spring pools and a spacious rest area. The third floor has a kids' play area and a buffet restaurant. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes. The limited-time items include one serving of durian, half a lobster, and one abalone per person. The durian quality was quite good, about 1.5 segments per person, which was plenty. Now, I need to specifically mention the service. When I called to inquire about the hot spring tickets for the next day during booking, the staff member on the phone was quite cold, which was a bit disheartening. But upon arrival, I found everyone to be incredibly warm and friendly! As I was checking in, a young man from the hot spring department happened to be returning to the guest room department and helped me with my luggage all the way – much appreciated! Manager Xiaohui at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and attentive. She helped me store my luggage, and after our room was cleaned, she had our luggage delivered to the room. She also proactively sent us the activity schedule, which saved us a lot of trouble. She even gave the kids water guns and fish spa vouchers – many thanks! The ladies in the buffet area were also very friendly and helpful, providing detailed answers to any questions we had. When we left an item behind, they found it immediately and helped mail it to us. So, the service at Bandao is actually excellent; everyone can rest assured! Plus, the room was very clean, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

I arrived at approximately 2:00 PM, and although my room was not yet cleaned due to the holiday period, I understood the situation. I checked into Room 232, the 270-degree sea view room, which was the highest available category at the time of booking. Unfortunately, several issues significantly affected our stay. The condition of the room facilities was disappointing. In the first bathroom, the flush button was loose and partially detached, and there were visible cracks on the wall. In the second bathroom inside the sea-view bedroom, the door stopper was detached and the drainage system did not function properly. Additionally, the glass panel near the wardrobe had a long crack, which made us uncomfortable using the area as we were concerned about causing further damage. Most importantly, the refrigerator was not functioning. Although a technician came on the first day and informed us that there was no power supply, no proper resolution was provided. On the second day, another technician was arranged, but we had to wait for a long time, which disrupted our travel plans. Eventually, we were informed that the refrigerator could not be used temporarily. As my family stayed for three nights, this meant we were unable to use the refrigerator for the entire stay and had to leave items with the reception, which was very inconvenient and did not reflect the value of the room. Regarding cleanliness, the first day was satisfactory. However, on the second day, the housekeeping service appeared rushed. There were hair strands left in the room, and the bed was not properly made — the bed cover was simply pulled over without proper arrangement, and the bedding looked untidy and wrinkled. I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness standards. Furthermore, the booking was made for three guests, yet only two glasses were provided in the room. There was no tea available, only bottled water. Communication via WeChat was also quite slow when requesting assistance. On a positive note, the room view was beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff who assisted us before check-in were helpful. The room design and view are truly impressive. However, after check-in, the overall experience did not meet expectations. Additionally, the mirrors in the room had noticeable stains. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration for service improvement. Thank you for your attention.

The Le Méridien Shenyang is indeed excellent. Starting with the ambiance, you're greeted with an artistic vibe right from the entrance. While the lobby isn't a massive, high-ceilinged space, it exudes a sense of luxury and art everywhere you look. As a member, I received a complimentary suite upgrade, which was a very kind gesture. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious, and all other member benefits were perfectly delivered. Thumbs up! The breakfast selection wasn't as extensive as I'd imagined, possibly because I went a bit late, but several dishes were genuinely delicious. In terms of value for money, it's also the best among the Marriott properties in Shenyang. Finally, I must extend a huge thank you to the attendant who cleaned room 1102 that day. They meticulously found my necklace that had fallen on the floor. Additionally, the front desk and concierge staff helped me mail it back incredibly quickly. This truly demonstrates the excellent service attitude of your hotel staff towards guests and the effective training the hotel provides its employees. Absolutely fantastic!

We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Dalian Golden Pebble Beach for two nights over the Dragon Boat Festival, booking two rooms, and we were absolutely delighted! From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptional. The front desk staff were all incredibly welcoming, especially Yi Yangqianxi, who even upgraded our rooms. We had a fantastic view of the ocean from our floor, which was such a mood booster. The hotel itself has a vibrant musical vibe, with a distinct rock 'n' roll flair 🤘. The rooms were great too. It's right by the beach, and Discoveryland is only a few hundred meters away, so the kids had an amazing time. The breakfast selection was quite diverse, with something to please everyone. In the evenings, we also visited the hotel's own bar and enjoyed a couple of drinks – it was fantastic! There was even a foreign resident singer who performed beautifully, making it a perfect spot to unwind. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel absolutely deserves a huge thumbs-up! **Amenities:** The pool on the third floor is great for kids! The depth ranges from 1.2m to 1.6m, so remember to bring swim rings. A special note: swim caps are mandatory to enter the pool. The sky garden on the fifth floor is stunning, especially at night. It's a fantastic spot for photos, with the ocean in front and a lit-up castle behind – unbelievably beautiful! Also, the kids' play area on the fifth floor is highly recommended. When booking through Trip.com, sometimes a package includes access to the 'Kids Castle,' otherwise you'll need to buy tickets (60 for one child, 88 for one adult and one child). My child absolutely loved it and couldn't get enough, and honestly, even the adults had a blast – it's that much fun! **Cleanliness:** The hotel is spotless and well-maintained. Even the nooks and crannies are clean! **Environment:** The environment is beyond words; every corner is incredibly photogenic. Whether you're traveling with family and kids, as a couple, or for any other reason, it's definitely a picture-perfect destination! **Service:** I have to dedicate a bit more space to this. We booked two rooms without breakfast. The manager, seeing we had a baby, specially offered us a complimentary breakfast. Moreover, any issues we had during our stay were resolved perfectly and immediately! The service absolutely deserves full marks!
