I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel. Every aspect of the experience exceeded expectations — the room was impeccably clean, elegantly designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and provided truly outstanding service throughout my stay. The breakfast was particularly impressive, offering a refined selection of high-quality, fresh, and beautifully presented options that made each morning a pleasure. The location is ideal, and the facilities are superbly maintained, contributing to an overall sense of sophistication and relaxation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a premium and memorable stay, and I very much look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel environment is clean and beautiful, and the service is very attentive. The breakfast buffet is abundant. We chose a Japanese-style (tatami) room, which was spacious and tidy. There's a large public onsen on the top floor, and private onsen baths are also available for reservation (3500 JPY per session). The swimming pool wasn't open, so we missed out on that. The location is very convenient, right next to Shirahama Beach. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is located on a hill, so walking up the steep slope back to the hotel every day was a bit of a challenge for our cardio and stamina, but we just considered it a workout, which was fine. If we come to Shirahama again, we'll definitely choose this place.

This hotel is highly recommended if you're visiting Shirahama! 👍👍👍 Facilities: Very complete. Free onsen (hot spring), swimming pool, and gym. Cleanliness: The rooms are clean and the wet and dry areas are separated, making it very convenient. Environment: Excellent! 👍 You can see the sea view every day, which is very pleasant. Service: The hotel service is excellent. They offer Chinese-speaking staff and can help you make restaurant reservations. Location: Excellent location. The three scenic spots of Shirahama are nearby, only about a 15-minute walk. There are also delicious ramen, set meals, bread, etc., right across from the hotel. Most importantly, the food is affordable and delicious! 😃😃😃

The room is clean and tidy, the private hot spring in the room is small, if 2 people take a bath, they should stick it up, soundproofing is average, such as  Some people will hear a big action in the corridor, but the guests are quieter at night. Free parking available  Staff is very friendly and attentive service Breakfast and dinner are very delicious Affordable

The service of the staff is polite and kind to greatly recover the old equipment. This is the first time I feel that the cleaning staff is not enough, but I want to go again. Adults 4 Subs for 1 person It was a trip for one infant. I booked in two Japanese rooms. It was very good.

It is really temporary to travel, the suitable hotel is gone, this is very close to the beach. The little brothers and sisters in the hotel are very enthusiastic, but the sound insulation is very poor.
