We stayed for 3 nights and the place was very clean. They cleaned our room everyday, which was nice. The location is great, just a short walk to Faiza Restaurant and Globus Supermarket.
The staff were friendly, always smiling, and very accommodating. They even let us rest in the lobby and stored our luggage when we arrived early before check-in time.
Amenities are a bit limited though there’s a small café but no gym or sauna. Breakfast is basic and almost the same every day, but it’s fine for a quick start to the day.
Overall, it’s a nice and comfortable hotel. Good location, clean rooms, and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.
A very good luxury hotel in Kyrgyzstan, with a high cost-effectiveness. My friend and I booked a suite and a king-size bed room.
The most important thing is that it doesn't matter if you don't know the language, the check-in is smooth.
This room faces the sun, and the foot of the snow-capped mountains is at the bottom of the curtains, which is absolutely beautiful.
Apart from the scenery, the bedding is very standard, and the overall stay experience is very good.
Breakfast is 7.00-10.00, and I had a big plate of chicken for breakfast, which was touching 😹
The hotel facilities are also good. The cafe on the first floor is very suitable for afternoon tea and the Korean restaurant on the top floor is more suitable for dating. The facilities are very comfortable and the tone is very suitable.
We chose this hotel for its breakfast and the on-site bar-restaurant. What we got was a pretty old hotel. The bar wasn't open, and it was hard to find decent places to eat nearby. Breakfast was brought to the room, and we had to choose our meal and coffee type from a menu daily. However, they consistently forgot the coffee, so we had to remind them every day and wait 10-15 minutes after the rest of breakfast arrived. Out of 4 days, breakfast was only delivered 3 times; one day, they simply said the chef hadn't shown up. They promised a refund for one day's breakfast, but it never came. The room was very cold in December; the air conditioning was old and noisy. The shower drain was clogged, and by the second day, there was a sewage smell. On the plus side, the linens were clean, towels fresh, and slippers were provided. They offered to move us to an ”upgraded” room, which we checked out – it was indeed spacious, looked newer, and was more pleasant. However, the next morning, we were told that room wasn't available and were given a different one, which wasn't much better than our original room. Overall, everything felt disorganized and chaotic. Communication on WhatsApp was very polite, though. Getting to the city center is a long journey, and you spend a lot of time in traffic if you take a taxi. We haven't stayed at other hotels in the city, so we have nothing to compare it to. This hotel might be okay for a couple of days. All in all, not terrible, but there's definitely room for improvement.
The hotel is perfectly located near Alatu Square and a short walk from the shopping mall. There are supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. The breakfast was absolutely amazing; the presentation, food selection, and service were all top-notch. The restaurant is located on the top floor, offering views of the city center and the snow-capped mountains. The room was clean and tidy, and could accommodate two large suitcases. The front desk staff was also very good, with some English spoken.
This newly opened Chinese hotel is clean and hygienic, with excellent service. The front desk has Chinese speakers and an interpreter, and the breakfast is generous. When you need a taxi, you can call the front desk. When you need a taxi back home, you can call the hotel. It's very convenient.
A fantastic stay! I chose the LuckyStar Hotel in Bishkek this time, and the location was incredibly convenient!
The hotel is situated in the city center, making it easy to reach major attractions. National landmarks like Ala-Too Square and the National History Museum are within walking distance, offering a vibrant city atmosphere. For those wanting to experience local life, the famous Osh Market is nearby, where you can buy fresh fruit and unique handicrafts. If you're interested in architecture and religious culture, the St. Nicholas Orthodox Church is also close by, quiet and beautiful.
Whether you're exploring the city by taxi, on foot, or using public transportation, this is the perfect starting point. It's an excellent value for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended! 👍
The room is big, the breakfast is OK, it's quiet at night, the mattress is soft, but the hot water is not stable, the hot water comes out cold, there is no elevator, it's not very convenient for big suitcases, the location is OK, there are not many restaurants around, but it's not far from the city center
I enjoyed the peacefulness of this palace like hotel with its lovely rooftop for sunset viewing. The room was comfortable, reasonably priced, and clean. I appreciated the relaxation of the onsite private spa that was a lovely surprise to my stay. The staff were helpful in providing guidance for city landmarks and attendng to any requests I had. Highly recommend it!
Decided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.
the stay was great in this hotel. Very clean, quiet and pleasant room. The food was very good. In addition, the incredibly nice and helpful Mrs. Aidana at the reception, whom I greet very warmly and thanks for all!

DDaniel SoonFriendly staff. Check-in/out process was efficient and fast. Room/breakfast was basic but great value for the amount paid. Not exactly in the prime sight-seeing area but that is offset by their relatively affordable local ride hailing service and the walkable distance to multiple dining options and convenience stores.
GGuest UserCheck in/out was smooth with no problems. There was a breakfast but I didn’t try it due to eating late previous nights. Wifi is good and strong. Good shower but water pressure drops significantly in the morning as all the guests are using the bathroom - outwith those times it is great.
Room was clean and comfortable. Kettle/tea/coffee provided. There is a mini market(Magazine) 2mins away across the street for water, drinks, smacks etc I had a car so I was using parking. It’s a small space for only a handful of vehicles but I had no problem parking there. I would book again next time I am in Bishkek. Yandex Taxi are incredibly cheap to use so it is no big deal about the location.
A slight smell from the toilet now and again was the only minus and I had to really think about that.
GGuest UserLovely quiet hotel/hostel with clean rooms. I stayed in a dorm with 4 beds. The bed have lights and curtains and inside the room are lockers, a fridge, microwave, electric kettle and a table. Opposite the room was a bathroom and toilet and throughout the building are filtered water tap points and even on the kitchen there's a tap with filtered water so you can wash your fruit and vegetables with filtered water if you want.
The only thing I missed was hooks in the room to hang the towel and a small shelf next to the bed for my phone and such.
You have to take off your shoes to enter the hotel and you can use these singel use hotel slippers which are thrown away when you leave. This creates loads of unnecessary rubbish which is a shame.
__M1385979****The room is small, and it was still small after upgrading for an additional fee. The front desk was very helpful, and it was convenient to go out. The downstairs is connected to the mall. The SPA environment is poor, the SPA service attitude is not good, and the quality of the massage oil is not good. Because of the poor service attitude and the poor massage oil, I didn't expect it and didn't want to spend money to suffer. The Japanese dining environment is good, mainly because we booked a tatami seat, and the rigid consumption is about 450 US dollars. The three of us ate for one night and only ate about 300 US dollars. No matter what, we couldn't afford 450 US dollars. As a result, when paying the bill, we had to pay 450 US dollars, and then we were allowed to take it away. This is the first time I have encountered such a ”hard” management method of an international five-star hotel. It's just one seat, and the business is average. There are not many people. We didn't sit in that seat, so it was probably empty.
GGuest UserIf you are a solo traveller in Kyrgyzstan apple hostel is the place to find your horse trek and hiking companions. They organise great activities and have a great location.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is located near the center of Biscay. It is quite convenient to travel. You need a car to travel easily. But surprisingly, there is no parking. Breakfast is okay. The room size is okay. But the room I got smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Overall, it is good. But I think the price is high compared to what you get. So-so.
