I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lavitor Hotel, and overall, it was a highly satisfying experience that I would gladly recommend to other travelers. From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and attentive service set a positive tone for my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist with any questions. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. The lobby itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a great first impression. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was particularly useful for staying connected and planning daily activities. Additionally, the common areas were well-kept and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment to unwind. Breakfast was another positive aspect of my stay. The selection was varied enough to suit different tastes, and the quality of the food was consistently good. It was a pleasant way to start each day before heading out. If I were to mention a minor area for improvement, it would be that the hotel could expand its dining options or provide more variety in certain services. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. In conclusion, Lavitor Hotel offers a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay with excellent service and well-maintained facilities. It strikes a good balance between affordability and quality, making it a great choice for travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant accommodation experience. The hotel feels quite new, and the room facilities are pretty good and clean. The only downside is the terrible soundproofing. Some inconsiderate guests were loudly talking on the phone in the hallway early in the morning and even swore after being asked to quiet down. People really should mind their manners when traveling.

The worst experience ever in my life. I am willing to bear all legal responsibility for the facts I have stated. At approximately 2:30 a.m., an unknown man entered my room without authorization. This is an extremely serious security breach. Had I been a female guest sleeping alone, or had I been asleep with valuables exposed, the consequences could have been far worse. If my belongings had been stolen while I was asleep, what protection or recourse would I have had as a Wyndham guest? This incident occurred in the middle of the night, when guests are most vulnerable. I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room. I have had to carry my laptop, passport, and all valuables with me because I no longer trust the hotel’s security procedures. What further disappointed me was how the situation was handled. When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry.” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns. Additionally, my keycard had been revoked without notice, forcing me to return to the reception again. As of today, no manager has reached out to me in person to provide a formal apology or explanation. The absence of proper follow-up makes the situation even more concerning. If hotel management considers this a minor mistake, that is frankly alarming. As I wasn’t able to sleep at all due to the hotel mistakes And they reject to refund me for the first night’s accommodation fees. And until now, I don’t receive any official apologies from them. Be careful, what happened to me might be happen to you as well.

I highly recommend this Chinese-owned and operated hotel! Manager Xiao is incredibly warm and thoughtful, making you feel like family even when you're far from home. The hotel offers free airport pickup, and the driver waited patiently even when our flight was delayed. Communication in Chinese was seamless, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, making getting around super convenient. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the service attention to detail is impressive. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a thoughtfully run hotel on our international trip. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit, truly recommended!

Not worth the money! It's incredibly noisy. The nearby grocery stores and eateries operate all night, so you're constantly bothered by the noise. The hot water only ran for a short while before completely stopping. We wanted to shower, but there was no hot water. They didn't even provide shampoo or body wash! Overall, the conditions were very poor. Only the breakfast was satisfactory. I'd say it's not worth the price. We stayed here for just one day and then moved to another hotel.

I used this hotel for a business trip and had a very positive experience. Location & Dining: The location is excellent for dining options. There are two cafes directly across the street, and additional restaurants and cafes in the neighboring block, making meal times very convenient. While the on-site restaurant was under renovation and unavailable, the hotel provided a free breakfast voucher for a nearby café, which was a great alternative. I'm excited about the future, as the renovated restaurant is expected to become NAVAT, a highly-regarded establishment in the city. I look forward to staying here again after the renovation is complete! Amenities & Comfort: I was very appreciative of the complimentary amenities in the room, including the free bottled water, electric kettle, and supplies for coffee and tea. The restroom and shower were clean and very easy to use. Service: The hotel staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. They promptly handled my sudden request for a taxi and provided very detailed and useful information about the city. Their hospitality significantly enhanced my stay. Overall: Highly recommended. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service and a convenient location.

Extremely satisfied for the price, especially the breakfast buffet which was excellent. Both the taste and freshness were top-notch. The cleanliness was also perfect. 1000% willing to stay again.

Very comfortable bed!! The bed itself is 5star hotel bed. Its height is quite high. So when I lie down on the bed, I jumped on it. Hahaha There is bath clothes, too . Very nice facilities. There are many buses around this area, you can use bus here easily. Specially the breakfast is truly brilliant 👏🏻 There are so many types of food on the breakfast. The girl who works during breakfast is very friendly and kind. Thank you! This hotel has good facility + amazing breakfast !

The breakfast was varied and well-chosen. As a traveler, I felt comfortable and safe. The reception was always staffed and friendly. It was a bit noisy in the hotel room due to outside fans, but I was able to change rooms. There's a supermarket and several cafes across the street. I'm very satisfied!
